Grian been cramped up for a week in Mumbo's base, well he's done a few flights but he's not flying further out, he's not having fun with his toys that he locked away from everyone. Those two must be getting hungry, sure he gave them the most messy redstone bread dispenser any player could make but he's honestly not sure if it's actually going to work and he still wants that fun for later.

Mumbo been much more up tight as well, Grain had taken notice of how Mumbo would check in on him much more. Like just now Mumbo walked into the newest addition to the base a sunny spot that has a few parots, Grian has spent much more of his time here as he wanted to be out in the open but also a place that would be considered safe to Mumbo or anyone else that were to see the spot.

"Grian come here I've made something I wanted to show you" Mumbo has a slight cheer to his voice, which is an nice addition in Grian's opinion. "Oh do show! Does it have buttons?" Grian asks while jumping up to his feet and going to Mumbo.

"You got to follow me-" Says Mumbo as he starts to walk to his lab and he suddenly telaports away without an ender pearl, mind you. "MUMBO!?" Grian cries out in surprise, eyes wide.

Grian quickly runs down to Mumbo's lab and sees nothing, his heart drops he quickly checks all around to see absolutely nothing, as he looks at the desk in Mumbo's lab there's a pair of very nice looking flight goggles that seem to have some additions but Grian doesn't look at them much longer as he runs to a place to can fly from.

Grian quickly spreads his wings and flys out without a second thought, he speeds to Xisuma's in a panic, it's the only place his Mumby can be. He crashes when tried to land, he shakes his head and looks around and his eyes settle on Mumbo talking to Xisuma, Keralis and Scar who are all looking at him. Grian freezes for a second before quickly getting up and latching onto Mumbo.

"Woah, woah calm down Grian" Mumbo pulls Grian into a hug. "Why did you go here, whats happening?" Grian asks a panic being added to his voice.

"Remember the whole I'm going to be testing things Grian? This was one of those times where I was checking, sorry for causing such a startle for you.." Said Xisuma. Grian doesn't respond and doesn't even look at Xisuma, all he's focused on his hugging his Mumby and keeping him safe. How is he going to keep his Mumby safe is Xisuma does this again, what if Xisuma telaports him again and he isn't as lucky as last time about blood... he's going have to get rid of Xisuma sooner or later, got to ruin that pastel armor of his.

"Grian you ok?" Scar asks, Grian freezes for a moment and looks at Scar, when was the last time he saw the mayor who hasn't gotten to run anything since the killings.

"I,,, I don't know Scar, all of this has been such a mess.." as Grian speaks he finally sees the victim that survived it all, the victim who might actually know, Bdubs, he's asleep in a mostly obsidian room. There's a few windows but he's clearly very well protected. "Is he.." Grian asks unsure how to finish his sentence while looking at Bdubs through one of the windows.

"Alive and just still asleep, he hasn't woken up yet. I'm getting worried" Scar admits

"Our sweet sleeping princess Bdubs has yet to awake but once he does I'm going to spoil him with snacks and cuddles" Keralis speaks up.

"G-Good, I'm glad he has you guy's" Says Grian, it's somewhat genuine but Grian honestly just wish he actually killed the other hermit cause it just means he'll have to do more later.

FINALLY GOT ANOTHER PART OUT! WOOOO, yeah it's short but that's what's going to be working for now on. I think around 500 words or more is going to work for this fic if I want anything out
