DISCLAIMER! Due to TFC's passing, I decided to remove him from the story. If this was any other book, I wouldn't have done so, but this book is about murder, and in all honesty, I feel like it would be disrespectful to have his character in this book.  I had to think long and hard about this, but I would rather not have accidentally hurt those who are still missing him. Although I never watched his stuff, I did greatly enjoy the interactions he had with the other hermits.
Please don't be mad. This was a hard decision, but in the long run, this is the safest decision I made.

Now, back to your somewhat unscheduled murder pastel grumbo book.  Please keep your hands away from the Mumbo, Grian may bite.

Impulse and Zedpah are kidnapped and hidden.

Impulse was hungry, Grian hadn't shown up in a week, and his stub of an arm was still hurting. He knew Grian hadn't taken care of it properly and probably just left it how it was when he chopped it off. The bread that Grain had left wasn't much for him and Zedpah. In all honesty, Impulse wasn't sure if he and Zedpah would make it out alive at this rate. Sure, they can last a while without food, but it still is very important for worlds, especially ones that weren't peaceful or creative. Also, Impulse is very sure he and Zedpah don't have their player chips.

"Impulse. Impulse, look at me," Zedpah calls out to him.

"Huh? What is it?" Impulse asks while looking up, his vision a bit foggy.

"I need you to stay with me, okay? I don't want to be awake alone... it's scary, " Zedpah said, just barely loud enough for Impulse to hear.

"I'm awake, I'm awake. I'm just trying to think how we get free, okay?" Impulse said, not really truthfully, but he wants to comfort his friend more than anything. His fight or flight is barely working with him. He can feel the adrenaline from it, but there's nothing he can do.

"Impulse, I'm scared. What if they found out he's the killer and just assumed we are dead? What do we do?" Zedpah's voice trembles as he asks the question.

"Well... if they found out he's the killer, at least Tango is safe. We should start looking for a way out cause if Grian was or wasn't found out is the killer, we still need to get out.  We're most likely getting low on food, and I don't want to starve." He says while looking at the chain on his ankle. Impulse grabs the chain and starts hitting one part of the chain on another part.

Zedpah watches Impulse for a moment before doing the same as him, with his chain.

Both of them sit there for 2 hours. It slightly works with denting the chains and damaging them.
