Sada's POV 🍊
After I told Kira what happened, she gave me an earful, as I expected from her.
"Geez...If you're gonna be drinking Scovillain Whiskey, at least do it while you're sitting down on the bed or something..." Kira sighed angrily as she looked at me.
"Look what happened now! You drank yourself so heavily, you literally fell and smacked yourself upside the head from a chair!"
"I know, I know...I should've been more careful if I'm gonna get myself drunk again..." I replied before sweat dropping a little.
"You should've! You know I'm always worried about you too, just as much as you're worried about me, damn it!" Kira scolded.
"From now on, if you plan on getting drunk again, notify me in advance so I can keep an eye out for you and make sure accidents like this don't happen again.
I know I'm not your mom and you're not my sister, child or whatever, but, still! Someone's gotta look out for you." She finishes before poking me roughly a little.
"Alright already!" I sighed wearily. "I get it..."
"No, you don't!" Kira argued.
Just after hearing that, I was about to say something in return, when I suddenly noticed the tone in her voice cracked a little.
"Kira?"
"What!?" She went, her voice gradually changing to a choked sob.
"Are you - ?" I began.
"No!" She shot back.
Silence stretched between us for a moment, until she hiccuped a little.
"Do you have any idea how I felt...when I found you laying on the floor like that?" She began.
I didn't say anything in response.
"When you nearly scared the living shit out of me and triggered a panic attack episode from me too...
I almost thought for a split second you committed suicide!" She yelled at me a little, as tears were seen appearing in her eyes before running down to the sides of her face.
"You idiot!"
Then she just punched me by the arm a little, which surprisingly didn't hurt me at all, before sinking to the floor on her knees and started crying.
Looking at Kira, my gaze softened before I got down to her level and embraced her into a hug.
Unable to say anything, she hugged me back tightly and buried her face into my shoulder as she wept, while I started rubbing her back soothingly.
"I'm so sorry, Kira...I didn't intend to scare you very badly because of this." I softly replied as I closed my eyes and rested my head against hers.
For a long while, we remained hugging each other like this until Kira stopped crying and calmed down.
Well...I parted from hugging her.
Kira didn't part her hug from me.
"Sada-chan...Can I stay like this with you for a little bit longer?" I heard her ask, which surprised me a little.
Gently smiling, I embraced her into a long hug again.
"Sure." I answered before resting my head on hers.
"Thank you..." She replied.

After a little while, Kira eventually parted from hugging me and sighed, before we both got up to our feet.
"Feel better?" I asked as I looked over at her.
"Yes. So much better now. And again...
Thank you, Sada. I really needed this." She answers before smiling at me.
"You're welcome." I smiled.
"As for my actions, I'll make it up to you by letting you decide where you wanna go when it's time for us to take a break again."
"Kira, it's alright, you don't need to - " I started before she interrupted me by resting her pointer finger on my lips.
"No...When was it the last time we went to a place or a city, that you wanted to go, here in Paldea?" She asks.
Just right after she asked me that, it hit me hard like a brick and I knew she had a point.
Most of the times I've spent with her during our breaks, when we left to go somewhere, was mostly to the places or cities she wanted to go with me.
I never really considered doing anything for myself by picking a place I wanted to go, with her being with me.
Mostly because I was okay and used to it, with her doing the picking.
"Alright. You got me...I'll pick out and go somewhere that I want to go with you this time." I sighed.
"Yay! I look forward to it!" She replies as she smiles.
Smiling back, I nodded in agreement.
"Now, let's go...Research isn't gonna do its job all on it's own." I chuckled.
Nodding, Kira left her room while I followed after her from behind.
Just before I closed the door behind me, I suddenly happened to notice a magenta colored book with gold writing and beautiful Hisuian themed designs on the cover, sitting on Kira's desk.
Looking over, I was about to ask her about it, but, she had already left and started heading her way off.
"Well darn...Looks like I'll have to wait until break time before I can ask her..." I thought as I sighed while shrugging my shoulders.
Looking back over, I stared at the book for a moment, feeling a little tempted to read it.
"I'll try to take a peek at it later, when she's asleep."
With that, I closed the door and hurried after Kira a little, to catch up to her.
Kira's POV 🫧
After it was that time again, I got up and started looking for Sada, before finding her in her room and sitting down at her desk as she was in the middle of writing something down.
For a little bit, I just stood there at the door and waited silently, until she was done writing before looking up at me and getting up from her seat.
"Ready?" She asked.
"Mm-hm..." I answered. "Just remember that you're deciding where you want to go this time, as my way of making it up to you for my actions earlier."
"I know, I know..." She replies. "You don't need to remind me."
"Just sayin..." I chuckled before she left the room.
Just as I was about to leave, I noticed a violet book with silver on it, sitting on the bed and near her pillow.
Curiosity grew in me, and I wanted to ask her about it, but I decided to keep my mouth shut since it's probably something personal she doesn't want to discuss.
"I'm tempted to read it, but, that'll have to wait." I thought before quickly leaving as I heard Sada call my name out.
"C'mon, let's go!"
"I'm coming, I'm coming..." I replied before the both of us got on Koraidon, as soon as we exited out of the building.

Once we were out of Area Zero, I looked over at Sada, while I had my arms wrapped around her waist, wondering what she was thinking.
"So, where do you wanna go?" I just asked.
For a bit, we were both just sitting there in silence while Koraidon's being Koraidon, before Sada leaned forward a bit, which made me assume she was probably saying something to Koraidon for a moment.
After that, she sat herself back up and gently nudged Koraidon by the sides with her feet, before it started to dash and then glide in response.
"Sorry about that...I was telling Koraidon where I wanted to go with you." Sada went as she turned to look at me a little as wind was being blown in our faces.
"It's alright. You had me a little confused for a moment there." I replied as I smiled in understanding.
In response, she smiled back and nodded, before directing her attention back to what's in front of us, keeping an eye out for her destination.
At the same time, I started wondering what location it is that she told Koraidon where she wanted to go, as we glided through the air.
