"where have they gone? " mr zach, the principal of x school asked his secretary whilst pacing around the room, walking in circles in his office with frustration. his secretary, miss eun couldn't do anything for him since the students that were missing were their students.

her eyes followed mr zach as he settled down on his seat, head in his hands, having a huge headache before he asked a question.

"who are the sixteen who are missing?" he asked, shooting a glare at his secretary. miss eun secretly rolled her eyes again, wondering for the nth time why she didn't quit beforehand. well, she reminded herself, it's simple, because mr zach pays his secretary very well and mr zach is pretty hot.

"ehm, we have choi hajoon, eun jihye, kim sun-" miss eun replied and the name 'kim sun' reminded of mr zach someone or something. "wait, is it kim sun the shampoo brand that the school uses?" he glared at miss eun again and she oo-

"just hand me the list and tell me what has been found for now." mr zach gave his order, in frustration and distress as he had no clue as to where did his students went. he flipped the papers, a total of seventeen pages.

first page, it's the title. it is titled as 'the missing sixteen.' he flips through page by page. it was relatively easy to remember any student because x school allows students or known as x-ist (but no one usually uses it so it was only for fun.) had different and unique photos that were taken for their year book.

"updates. the sixteen students seem to come back after five hours but went missing after five minutes later. we were able to find this piece of paper on the floor." miss eun reported, handing the paper that the students had to mr zach. "and yes, we tried it. but somehow it didn't work." miss eun instantly responded as she knows what would mr zach ask.

"any suggestions of why the sixteen are the only ones that went missing and is only to travel back and forth?" mr zach asked, he can't do anything. nothing is left, no evidence, nothing. miss eun stayed silence until something struck her mind.

"could it be one of the events of the past was linked to them?"
