___

Three weekends in prison had been pure torture since your inmates were your parents. It was finally your court date, and thanks to them, you had to show up with a busted lip, a small gash on your cheek, a bruise on your other cheekbone and a bruise on your neck.

The guards came by and dragged you out of your cell, changing you into a cleaner jumper.

They dragged you outside and into one of the cop cars to proceed to the court house. The boys would probably be there for you. You didn't hire a lawyer and you were pretty sure Lisa didn't know about the situation. So, evidence was very likely unavailable. You had a plan, but you were hoping that Seungcheol could realize that and help you put the plan into gear.

Soon, you got to the court house and they walked you in, holding both of your arms. You kept your head down and they walked you to the table you would sit at. You noticed a pair of feet next to yours, and you looked up, only to see your brother smiling at you.

"You're coming home today." He smiled.

You nodded your head and looked back down, but he picked your head back up with his index finger so he could look at you. "Who did this?"

You shook your head, telling him that you didn't want to talk about it at the moment.

Soon, everything began and you looked around, only to see Kyoungyu smirking at you. You saw Seungcheol pull out video tapes and the letter Kyoungyu gave you. You looked back at Kyoungyu and that smirk was gone.

"Kyoungyu's lawyer to the stand please." The judge said.

His lawyer walked up and cleared his throat before talking. "Kyoungyu does not have much evidence, except for the fact that Miss Choi did indeed tackle him during the incident. Although, I do believe in Kyoungyu's words, that he was not the one who attempted to kill Miss Manoban."

The judge sighed and called Kyoungyu to the stand. "Kyoungyu, please tell us your side of the story."

"That Monday after school, I walked out with Lisa and when I wasn't looking, Seungbi came up and stabbed her in the side. Then she saw me and she tackled me, threatening to kill me if I told anyone. Then our principal came out and she played it off, telling him she would take Lisa to the hospital, but really, she went to go dispose of Lisa's body."

As he finished his statement, a cough came from the back of the room, and there stood an angry Lisa in the doorway.

"Who are you?" The judge asked.

"Lisa Manoban."

"Kyoungyu, sit down. Let's see what she has to say." The judge spoke.

Lisa walked to the stand and cleared her throat. "Seungbi tried telling me that Kyoungyu was bad news, but I didn't believe her. That Monday after school, Kyoungyu stabbed me, not Seungbi. Seungbi was the one that held him down until someone helped, and then she rushed me to the hospital like the caring friend she is."

"Thank you very much." He exhaled and began again. "Now calling Miss Choi to the stand, please."

Lisa got off the stand and sat down next to Mrs. Manoban, who walked in right after Lisa did. You stood up slowly, keeping your head down while walking towards the stand. When you reached it and got behind it, you looked up at the people staring you down.

"Recently, I politely rejected Kyoungyu. He got angry and attacked me in an alleyway, then he threatened Lisa's life, so I did something about it."

He nodded. "Mr. Choi to the stand please."

You walked to your seat, and Seungcheol got up, making his way to the stand. "Kyoungyu may not have evidence, but we do. We have the surveillance tape of him biting, beating, and chloroforming Seungbi in an alleyway by the library. We have the letter that he gave her, which also came with a picture that was threatening Lisa. We also have the surveillance tape of what happened on Monday."

"Could we play the tapes?" The judge asked.

"Absolutely." Seungcheol replied, handing the judge both tapes.

The judge put the first tape in and it showed Kyoungyu dragging you into an alleyway, biting you, hitting you with a metal rod, and chloroforming you. The second was of Kyoungyu stabbing Lisa and you taking him down, getting Mr. lee, and rushing Lisa off to the hospital.

"Okay," the judge said. "The jury will handle it from here."

The judge made his way over to you and Seungcheol. "I'm not supposed to be biased, but I believe that you're innocent."

He gave you a quick smile before going back to his spot. Ten minuets later, the jury had decided.

"Jury, could you please tell us your decision?" The judge asked.

A woman stood up. "We find the defendant innocent."

You let out a breath of relief you didn't know you were holding, and watched as the guards cuffed Kyoungyu and took him away. Soon, all of the boys were giving you a hug.

"I'm so glad you get to come back home." Soonyoung squealed.

"Me too." Jeonghan said, ruffling your hair.

Seungcheol pulled you into a tight hug. "I missed my little sister."

You saw a guard start walking towards you, and he pushed through the boys. "We're going to take her back, but you guys can follow and she will be free to go home." He said with a polite smile.

Seungcheol nodded. "Hey, we rented a bigger car so we could all ride home together."

"Okay." You whispered.

The guard took your arm and started leading you out to the car. When you got there, he put you in the passenger seat of the cop car and closed the door, walking off.

You looked over at the other officer with a confused expression. "You're not a criminal, so there's no point in putting you back there." He answered your unspoken question. "When we get back, you're going to go back to your cell to change into the clothes they put on your bed, then we'll walk you back out to your family in the waiting room."

"Okay."

When you got back, he did as he said he would. He walked you to your cell and closed it behind you, so you changed into the clothes on the bed.

You were about to walk out when the cell door opened and in walked your parents. "Leaving so soon?" Your dad asked.

He grabbed your hair and pushed you face first into the wall causing the gash on your cheek to open up and bleed again.

"Let me go." You whispered, trying to hold back a sudden surge of anger.

"No."

He stepped on your foot much like a child who was throwing a tantrum would. "Get off of her, now." The guard said calmly.

You father let you go and pushed you towards the guards. The guard put his hand on your back and gently guided you to the waiting area where the boys were. You walked into the waiting area and the boys jumped up from their seats, pulling you into another big group hug.

"Thank you." Seungcheol thanked the guard before walking you out of the building.

"Seungbi, why is your cheek bleeding?" Chan asked.

You looked at him and shrugged your shoulders as you got into the car, and you got to sit in the passenger seat. Seungcheol took notice as to how your fists were balled up.

"Seungbi, why are you all beaten up?" Seungcheol asked with a stern voice.

"My inmates." You mumbled.

"Who were your inmates?" He asked, and you looked over at him and made eye contact.

"I don't know." You lied. "They just didn't like me, I guess."

Seungcheol furrowed his eyebrows. "They should've moved you into another cell."

You nodded in agreement. Soon, you pulled into the driveway and got out of the big car that the boys rented. You walked inside and started walking upstairs. "I'm really tired, so I'm gonna go to bed."

"That's completely fine. You've had a rough few weeks." HoeTaek said.

They said goodnight and you changed into another set of clothes, ones that were your own. As you sat on your bed, you realized that you needed to get what happened off of your chest. You texted Seungcheol and asked him to come upstairs, so moments later, he knocked and walked into your room.

"What's up? Are you okay?"

You patted your bed and he sat in front of you. "I lied."

He tilted his head as your eyes started tearing up. "About what?"

"My inmates were our parents, Seungcheol."

His jaw dropped slightly- he was speechless. He pulled you into a gentle hug as you held back your sobs.

"I tried so hard to be strong and to be brave, but what they did threw salt into so many of my wounds." You cried. "It reminded me of what Noah did, it reminded me of Bangtan, it reminded me of Kyoungyu, even Kiyo. I just can't grasp the fact that in this short period of time, I've become a target to so many people, and they all target me with the same abuse."

"I can only imagine it's overwhelming. I'm sorry that they celled you with them, and I'm sorry that they had the nerve to even put their hands on you." He whispered as you pulled back. "But, I know how strong you are, and all of this will make you stronger, it will just take a while to build up into that strength, okay?"

You coughed, your tears getting the best of you. "I'm tired of being treated like a punching bag, Seungcheol."

"Do you need a break from all of this?"

"No, I don't think so. I probably just need something else to focus on."

"Then that's what you'll get. I promise."

You nodded and laid back. "Can you stay in here until I fall asleep?"

"Of course."

So, he ran his hand through your hair to help you fall asleep, but still didn't leave even after you fell asleep. He felt bad that he couldn't automatically help you feel better, but he knew that all he could do was be a good brother.
