"Why did she still didn't return? Where did she say she was going?" I asked turning towards Dileep.

"She said she has some work and maybe she went to meet Manohar." Dileep replied shrugging.

"Why do you think its Manohar?" Amrin asked staring at him.

"Because she likes him." Dileep replied shrugging.

"I know she likes him and not Jay. But aren't you guys supposed to be against Manohar?" Amrin asked frowning at us.

"Why?" I asked, frowning back at her words.

"Well, I have heard so many times of gold digging and all words from this family. And now when it is a male who is doing it, then it is okay?" she asked.

"Amrin! We are not getting your words." Mridula said, frowning and everyone sat in silence to which she frowned.

"Manohar did everything for Kalpana to take Sudhir as his family and to get some property. Isn't that gold digging?" Amrin asked with a confused look.

"Didn't she know everything?" Dileep asked, turning towards us.

"I explained everything along with what Aahil heard when Manohar first came here and talked to Kalpana. I guess she must have slept off." Mridula mumbled.

"Oh! Was I thinking wrong all these days? Then why did no one say anything when I was more into pushing her towards Jay?" Amrin asked frowning at us.

"We thought you are using some tactic to make sure Kalpana understand she doesn't like Jay." Aahil explained.

"I made a fool out of myself." She said, groaning and I smiled.

"Throwing out a pregnant woman from a house can never be accepted by us. If Kalpana wanted Jay then we would have supported, but from our side, it wouldn't have been any good response." I said and felt Aahil stiffen beside me.

"You didn't throw me, Aahil." I whispered.

"But I made you leave." He whispered back.

"But you still cared for me coming near doctor and not waited for some years and reach me only when you realize the truth." I said pointing out.

"And he was supposed to be in love with her while you still didn't know you love me." I added, smiling hoping at least now he leaves off his guilt.

"So, Manohar didn't want the money?" Amrin asked.

"He doesn't need any money, Amrin. He achieved too much and by the time Sudhir born, the money that he can receive by using Sudhir can be earned by him in establishing another branch." Dileep said.

"Really?" I asked him and he nodded.

"Yes! We all did some digging when Kalpana talked about Manohar. I told Mridula and then sent the details to Dileep." Aahil explained.

"But not me?" I asked him frowning.

"I didn't want to give any disturbance when you are bonding with your cousin and all this other man is secondary. Her having people as a family seeming to be primary." Aahil replied and I sighed nodding.

"One day I will get information about something but I will never share it with anyone." I said looking at all of them.

"All he wanted was some revenge to teach that woman a lesson and also to teach Jay for throwing Kalpana out." Mridula said looking at Amrin.

"Really? Why do you think he decided to take revenge for Kalpana sake?" Amrin asked.

"Because he is still sensitive to the way Jay treated Kalpana. He didn't say, but we saw." Mridula said and nodded at Aahil.

"You guys did so much things." I mumbled smiling.

"She is your cousin, Nipuna. She is our family through you only and this is all for you both. I know you feel sad thinking about your aunt." Aahil said, placing his hand on my shoulder.

"I am glad she chose Manohar then." Amrin said, nodding to herself and closed her eyes.

"She exactly didn't choose." I said, smiling and she immediately opened her eyes.

"What?" she asked, frowning.

"She is pulling herself back with some of the questions you had. She feels strong towards him, but is scared of what happened." Mridula replied, smiling at me remembering our discussing from yesterday.

"Then tell her all this. She will not feel worried at all." Amrin said smiling.

"We will not be there for the whole life to say each and everything. They both should talk and know than us interfering." Mom said and Amrin slowly nodded before closing her eyes again.

"Speak of the devil!" I said, waving my phone as I am receiving Manohar's call.

"Maybe he is calling to say she will not come here today." Dileep said smirking and Amrin slapped his shoulder.

"Well, I need to give some lecture on responsibility and some other things. I mean she is younger than me and it will be like a practice if I have to do for my daughter." I said smirking back.

"No one will be calling about Princess of Ivaan saying she will not be home no matter what." Dileep said with a serious expression along with Aahil while Tajwar looked amused before going back to his normal expression.

I rolled my eyes and lifted the phone asking, "Yes?"

"Is Kalpana there? Her phone is switched off." I heard Manohar's voice and sat stiffly.

"What? Isn't she meeting you?" I asked, frowning and immediately everyone got the alert.

"What? No! She called me afternoon saying she is going to meet Jay and said not to come to the house for today." He replied and I gripped the table.

"Manohar! We thought she was with you and... and she still didn't return." I said feeling the fear inside.

"You are lying!" he accused suddenly.

"No! No!" I said and stared at everyone.

"I will be there." He said and hung up.

"She met Jay today not Manohar. And he said her phone is switched off." I said and Aahil nodded, removing the phone from his ear.

"Let's move!" Dileep said, standing up and they three rushed out already calling some people.

"Oh god! Are they in trouble? What about Sudhir?" Amrin asked and gripped the table before closing her eyes.

"Amrin! Are you in pain?" Mridula asked, rushing towards her along with me.

"I was feeling it for some time but thought it was normal as there is still two weeks right. Last time it was about time and I thought it will same for this pregnancy also." She replied, tightening her lips.

"Note down the contractions while your Uncle will get the car ready." Mom said and we nodded.

"Oh god!" Mridula and I mumbled rushing her with Mom bringing the needed things.

*Manohar Pov*

"What happened, Bhai?" Pallavi asked when I rushed climbing down the stairs.

"Kalpana... Sudhir... got kidnapped." I replied, trying to control my breath.

"What? Who?" Mom asked.

"Jay!" I replied and she closed her eyes.

"I should have brought him here." She mumbled.

"I hope all this is not true, Mom. I will not forgive him." I said, shaking my head and rushed out calling my pilot.

Please be safe, Kalpana! I thought driving towards the airport and felt the road being unclear, but then felt the feeling of tears rolling down.

"No! She will be fine." I said, pushing the tears away.

"I don't care what you guys will do, but I want her to be found. And I want that before tomorrow." I barked and felt anger when I heard them saying it cannot be kidnapping.

"So what she sat without any force inside the car?" I asked when the police started talking about the footage from the school road.

"You will get a call within a few minutes and then I know you will do it." I said, hanging up and immediately called the political leader I know from some meetings.

"Mr.Vishwant already called me, Manohar. I am about to make the needed things." He said and I frowned.

Then I remembered Aahil and thanked him before hanging up. I tapped the phone in my hand, looking out, hoping to land soon.

He didn't return to the city as far as the details of all flights, trains details of passengers. He must be in the same city only and if he hurt any of them then I will kill him.

*Kalpana Pov*

"They will not leave you, Jay. At least leave me now before they get to know about this." I said staring at him.

"No, Kalpana! They will not do anything except think that you decided to be my family again." He said, shaking his head, smiling and glanced at Sudhir who is sitting beside me.

"What have you become, Jay?" I asked him, frowning hoping I can do something, but I am just sitting in this hotel room with him making everyone believe I am having a medical condition by bringing me in a wheel chair offered by the hotel staff itself which he explained to me the moment I woke up and i woke up soon because he gave me a mild one.

What was he thinking doing all this? Does he think he can become a first class kidnapper from a business man?

"I will not lose you both." He said raising his voice.

"Why?" I asked him frowning.

"Because you are my family." He replied, taking away the dishes when I didn't touch them except feeding Sudhir.

"What is a family without love?" I asked and he frowned back standing away from me.

"You will love me eventually." He replied after a minute.

"Are you sure?" I asked and he stiffened.

"Nothing is going to take you both away from me." He replied, moving his hand through his hair showing his frustration.

"Nothing is going to keep us with you too. Will you just stand before us for the entire life so that we will not run away?" I asked and he closed his eyes.

"How about my hate for you as you took me away from my new found family? How about my hate for you for taking me away from the person... I... and what about Sudhir's hate?" I asked leaving a part of it feeling shock for even thinking about it.

"No! No!" he said, shaking his head repeatedly.

"All these days you are talking about family and family. But do you even love this family?" I asked and he suddenly knelt down.

"You are my family! You are my family! I... I don't have a family." He screamed and then suddenly broke down while Sudhir hid his face hugging me.

"All were lies, Kalpana. Each and every part of it was a lie." He said and covered his face crying.

"Shh! Lie down here." I mumbled to Sudhir and walked near to Jay.

"What happened, Jay?" I asked, kneeling before him and he removed his hands showing the pain he is feeling.

"What happened?" I asked and he said each and everything making me hold his hand.

"I am sorry! I know they are very small but I am." I mumbled.

"After what I did? I think god already knew I will be such a bastard and wrote my life like that from the beginning." He said and rubbed his eyes not crying anymore.

"This is not the right way to fight it, Jay. This is definitely not the right way and it will give you more pain." I said tightening my hold on his hand.

"It doesn't matter! Everything is over. I mean I kidnapped you. What was I thinking?" he asked and sat down properly.

"You were not thinking. There is still nothing lost and you can still start your life. As for now, you better take us back to the house. Otherwise, there will be problems." He nodded and stood up.

"I hope you forgive me some day." He whispered.

"If it will give you peace then I will but for that I need you to not do any other stupidity and know that you are your own person." I said and he just gave a small smile.

"I lost too much." He mumbled staring at Sudhir who is still lying on the bed like I said.

"I can't do anything about it." I mumbled and he nodded understandingly.

He apologized to Sudhir who didn't react anything and within a few minutes we were returning to Nipuna's house.

"Can I have my phone?" I asked and he nodded passing it.

I called and waited for the person to lift before saying, "Hello!"

"Kalpana? Thank god! You don't know how worriedly Bhai left from here. Are you fine?" Pallavi fired the questions.

"I am fine! I need to ask you one question. What did Manohar planned to do with the property he thought he will get after getting my permission to note Sudhir as his family?" I asked and felt Jay frowning.

"You will believe me?" Pallavi asked in a whisper.

"I would have not called if I don't, right?" I asked back.

"He planned to write all of it to Sudhir as he is the rightful owner of it." She replied and I took a deep breath.

"We will talk soon, Pallavi." I said and was about to hang up but her words stopped me.

"I miss you, Kalpana. You are my first best friend after Bhai." She said and I smiled.

"I miss you too, even though I am still little angry, but we will talk soon. For now I have something to do." I said and hung up after she mumbled okay.

"The moment I get down and get Sudhir down. Turn around and leave. Do not come near us again." I said and Jay stiffened.

"Why?" he asked in a whisper.

"Manohar knows what happened and he will not leave you alone." I replied and he sighed.

"Do you think it is right thing to leave off like that? Maybe I should talk to some officials for doing this." He said.

"No! You don't need this extra and I hope to god you will not misuse this and start a new life leaving the past completely." I said glaring at him.

"It is not that easy to leave the past." He said frowning.

"I know! But it is easy to live in the present, though even if the present is a little hard." I said back and we stayed silent.

The moment we reached near to the house, I saw three cars and I can easily see Dileep is getting inside the car along with Aahil while Tajwar and Manohar are standing staring at it.

After Aahil drew off without even glancing at us, I turned towards Jay saying, "Stop here and remember my words."

I got down along with Sudhir and he drove off after staring at me for a second. I turned to see Manohar running towards us with an anger expression towards the Jay's car.

ps- this kidnapping and that small part is kind of inspired from one novel... but not each thing even the characters are diff but still i got that thought reading the novel... so dont go saying i copied a concept and it is just a little part :P
