It was 5am , the sounds of inmates yelling thru their cold cells and stale stench of testosterone is enough to send inmate #000234 into a frenzy , he looks around his surroundings . Yup , he's in a state prison awaiting death row for a murder he didn't commit , but hey its Hollywood..dont believe everything you see or hear .

The inmate stirs above his bunk bed in his cell ..

he stops to rethink everything in his mind ..

where the hell did he go wrong ?

was a book worm genious , this guy had jumped one grade faster than the other kids in his middle school ..so here is was in highschool for freshman year .

He liked the guy next door to him , literally it was his handsome neighbor Ronnie Tilton ( Gavin Macintosh )

Miles was very shy , yet he knew he wanted to date Ronnie , sure he was a few years older , but Miles didn't care he felt a strong connection between him and Ronnie .

He wasn't sure why it was really.. maybe those late night wild fantasies that lead him to one day want to be a legendary writer among the greats ..

Miles had followed Ronnie one day during ditch day at school , he didn't know at the time he had been followed ..

he had snuck into Ronnie's luxerious loft in downtown square ..

He had managed to get a few bucks from his mom who wasn't paying any attention, then snatched up her credit card ..then after he used both to purchase flowers and a fancy card !

The radio is blaring loudly , he hears the sound of the shower running upstairs ..

He's taken aback , when he hears footsteps behind him .

" Why are you following me ?! "

demands Miles .

" You little queer , I knew you were a fairy but I didn't know you had a love nest for you and your boyfriend ! " says the school bully .

you bully everybody in school , but I got news for you punk .. I am not scared of you ! " says Miles angrily .

Next , the two struggle with a gun ..

it goes off .. Few more shots now as they struggle on the ground ..

Carl knocks Miles out , next thing he wakes up to see his deepest crush Ronnie tied up and gagged , bleeding all over the Persian rug of the loft , dead to rights ..

Police arrested Miles , naturally he was framed yet found guilty of 1st degree murder , the D.A. used him as an example so he was tried as an Adult for this vicious crime ..

Again he seethes tears flowing ..

where did he go wrong ?!
