Chikara Yotsubashi felt that the government had stolen the words of his mother fully without fully understanding what she truly wanted and rebelled against the regulations. He went on to found the Meta Liberation Army under the name "Destro" in order to defend his mother's wishes.

This is what the founder of Meta Liberation Army had wanted and I believe is now the time to fix past mistakes and correct them. Some might think this is wrong, but I believe everyone has the right to use their Quirks in self-defense.

Yo and Tatami sigh of relief as it took months for the government to even fix it and Vivian had to get both a Politician license and a Auditor License to make them fix it really making lots of very dark secrets coming out and trials were the new thing really.

No one can say Vivian was a scary woman as she and her whole squad had passed civilian classes and were fully focusing on their Hero classes now really with them learning new skills and Vivian teaching Eri to keep her education up really.
