I swear, I haven't been dead and I haven't forgotten this website exists!

In a nutshell, I've been insanely busy. Like "having-no-time-to-do-anything-else" busy. May is pretty much the worst month of the year in my book because every teacher goes "We have to finish these last few topics" and then come the weekly tests. That and I was stressing over finishing a video for media class and I definitely bit more than I could chew with that project. And I also had some really serious personal issues. But I'm back and only have a few stressful weeks left before summer break!

I know it's been three months. Goes to show how little time I really had to draw anything- I finally have enough pictures though, as well as enough time to post this art dump! I hope-

Side note, we're close to a hundred chapters, so that's pretty neat

So without further ado, let's begin! Starting with a birthday gift for the one and only Addxiety!

Not gonna lie, I really went all out this year, mainly because I didn't get to do one last year! Was it a lot of work? Yes, but it was SO worth it! And it was a ton of fun!

We have Add's persona in the middle! Don't judge me I love drawing em-

Then we have Urei in the bottom left corner! He was so much friggin fun to do, I can see why you like drawing him so much! Though his outfit gave me some trouble- But I'm proud of it, especially the pose! In fact, I didn't use references for any of the poses in this drawing whatsoever! Which is rare, so I'm happy with myself :D

The next character you may recognize in the top left corner is actually Add's Minecraft skin. It's Kokichi as a phantom! Yeah, I know Danganronpa stuff now- Not a lot, but enough to recognize certain elements and like 60% of the games' characters. I blame Add for all of this-

Next is Eunoia, looking pretty as always! Probably the easiest out of them all, though I did give him some nice soles! And his tail is so f l u f f y

And last, probably my favorite; Aomo! I absolutely adore his new design as a Moth Butterfly and the pose I drew him in makes him look so precious! I love him qq

Continuing with stuff for Add, I guess it's time to talk about some edgy boys! First, this bastard

For some context, I posted a certain batch of egg adopts a loooong time ago, and one of them was a cyan killer-themed egg with a knife that had a smirk on it. Somebody else got that, and to be fair the character looked pretty different from Malice here. Add really liked the concept, so Malice was born!

Not gonna lie, the process of creating their design was pretty fun! And I think they turned out great, dare I say hot- And edgy too, of course. I went all out with the boots and hair, as always, and drawing their species was a cool experience!

Speaking of edge,

I guess you can say I had a wave of inspiration yesterday, and I went ahead and reimagined Dawn, another one of Add's characters. I wouldn't call this a redesign, just me going crazy with ideas, fully knowing most of these aspects won't make it into his official redesign. And that's fine!

However, he's so fucking pretty here. I knew I wanted his hair's inside to be light and stuff, and then it just went into this bright magical butterfly theme from there. I kept most of his outfit the same and added some aspects from Beta in there, which I think is a cute detail!

Anyhoo, I guess I should stay cohesive and continue with some more redesigns, so that's what Imma do!

Jac's design was...fine? I argue it had too much black-red going on, which is an infamous color palette for being too edgy. I've said that word a lot this chapter, huh? Imma try to stop-

Anyway, the main issue I had with his design for the longest time was his hair. It just looks...odd to me? So I'll be honest, the main reason I redesigned him was to redo his hairstyle-

And here he is! I finished this today, actually, so it's still fresh, but can I just say he looks really nice? (And hot *cough*)

I decided to ditch most of the red besides the iconic shirt he had. Well, I couldn't help myself but draw him shirtless, don't judge!

Some of the aspects stayed, I mainly just changed his outfit to be more up-to-date. For some reason I immediately knew I wanted him to have a butterfly tattoo?? I suppose because he's actually really soft and sweet, but looks the opposite. It just makes me so happy

Speaking of him being sweet, I just had to include his bunny Mr. Muffin, I had to-

And then his hair- O h his hair was so damn fun- And arguably looks better too! It doesn't look too different thankfully, but I definitely think he looks better

I'll just include this here because it's also a redesign. Admittedly doesn't look that good in the picture, for some reason the quality is pretty bad-

But it's Melancholy! Yeah, I wrote the wrong name originally, ignore that- I might draw him digitally at some point since the colors as sooo off. It looks better in person, I promise!

Alright, jumping into something completely different! I downloaded a pixel brush recently and it basically opened a whole new world for me

Pixel Nala! He looks so precious and chubby qq Shading this was a lot of fun too, and I did it in such a short amount of time, I couldn't help but do a couple more!

Ahh, look at her. I haven't drawn Andell in a long time and I think that's criminal, honestly. Her design is so gorgeous and I adore her in general!

And finally, the one character I just had to do-

Gay. Holding a rainbow heart, too. I doubt any of you are surprised xD

I might continue the pixel sprite thing, it was really easy and fun to do! If you have any character suggestions, lemme know!

If you thought that was all the Zander content for the day, you're sorely mistaken, my friend. It's not much, but I tried out this online art program with Add, where you can draw together and doodled this!

He has Serein's colors and looks SO weird like this. He looks...wrong but cool at the same time ._. Seeing him with lighter hair is trippy!

That and I dunno what Fairy House this would even count as. Pink? Purple? A mix? It isn't supposed to make sense, I dunno why I'm overthinking it-

He's cute and that's all that matters :D

And this leaves for a perfect segue actually because speaking of Zander and Serein, remember their kids? They were twin toddlers I absolutely hated after a while and gave away instead. Well, I've been meaning to draw the new twins for the longest time, and finally got around to it!

Welcome Petrichor and Zawn/Aquarelle! You can practically tell Serein named them, lel

I absolutely adore them both, they look so different from each other!

Petri's palette was hard to figure out in the beginning. I definitely knew I wanted him to have green, and originally I thought of some earthy/nature colors, but I think the purple suits him! I of course had to include the messy, fluffy hair, and added some small details in there that show how laid back and unaware of his appearance he is, despite being a prince. Him wearing slippers is a whole damn mood-

And then Zawn, I immediately knew I wanted her to be a painter and most of her design came to me right away months and months ago. I knew I wanted her to have a ponytail, as well as a blue-aqua, frilly dress. I made her a Flea Butterfly, I figured it'd make her backstory a little more interesting, given Fleas have a widespread stigma around them in the Butterfly kingdom, and Zawn may be the ruler of it one day

And yes, that's a rainbow...bracelet(?) on her leg. Zander somehow managed to create another straight kid. Yep, both Petri and Zawn like girls. I partly did that so that I can give them the same crush and see who wins her heart ovo

That's all for the shipkids, moving onto some species stuff!

So, if you somehow remember the last chapter, you know I changed Cassidy's species to be an "Ailint". Ailints are the hybrid of Flurrs and Flyers. I basically made it where hybrids come from specific pairings of the species. So there are six possible ones, and I figured, why not draw them out, and see how they turn out?

I actually didn't start with the Ailints, even though they were already somewhat designed. Nah, here's the Sylse!

I realized this later, but I basically paired up the most and least powerful species. Which is good, I was kinda going for species that don't commonly reproduce together, I wanted these hybrids to be rare or even unheard of

But yes, Sylse (no plural) are the Fairy/Duplic hybrids. I hope everything on this reference sheet is easy to follow, I'm not too great at them quq

I'm currently thinking of who to turn into a Sylse, because while I don't really wanna create more characters, I kinda want at least one OC for each hybrid. Does that make any sense?

Next up, Ethyrs! Now I'll admit, I'm not too hyped about the design. Butterflies and Nebules are really similar, so I had a hard time coming up with new aspects and ended up just smashing the two together, basically. Except for the neck fluff! That I love-

The ref sheet may be a little confusing. All Ethyrs have those antennae thingies, the shape on their foreheads, as well as wings on their backs and feet. Some can have those big ears too, but it's entirely optional

Next up, more edge! I couldn't help but say it again-

Ohhh, these guys. They were fun. Probably my favorites so far!

I basically just made this my guilty pleasure species and had fun with it without a care in the world. I tried to make it make sense of course! I added the floaty, colorful bits from the Azures, as well as the cracked, muted skin from the Achers, and then just made up the rest. Azures also have a sparkle on their chest, which is their power source, so I added those in their eyes here!

I still have three more hybrids to do, which I'm pretty excited for! But for now, let's move on to my favorite drawings in this art dump, all redraws!

This was a cute picture. I honestly just remembered about redeemed Pascal one day and decided, why not draw him again? The picture happened to turn into a redraw during it

As you can see, I...went all out .w. One animal wasn't enough, why not do tons? I would later regret that decision-

But I do think it looks a lot better! I wanted to show that he rescues animals quite frequently, though thinking of all the designs and colors for them was definitely tiring. But I did it, and Pas looks cute as hell too, so I'll take it as a win! And I don't do backgrounds enough either!

But if you thought I was proud of this, oh just wait and see, friendos

I don't do a lot with Carayden, mainly because they're both side characters I've yet to fully flesh out. However! Arthur redesigned Hayden not too long ago, which was cool, considering he designed him originally aaages ago for me. He's come a long way with character designs!

Anyhoo, I just had to draw some Carayden content right after. Little did I know, this would become way bigger than just a doodle in the process. I did a full background and everything!

I'm REALLY friggin proud of this, I can't even properly describe it. Caramel and Hayden look really cute, Honeycomb is a goddamn blessing, I made Hayden a little pet too (no name yet sadly), and I even turned this into a small comic thingie!

I think what I'm most proud of though is the background. It's simple, but it makes the characters pop out because of it. Often I go really overboard, and I need to tone it down sometimes! Reminds me of the Rora x Faith shipart I did last year, which also took place at a library. The background of that one absolutely sucks, because I tried to outline every single tiny book, and just resorted to splitting the shelves up into rectangles. It looks god awful. So I'm glad I redeemed myself here!

And, just because I have to point out, Hayden looks hot-

In fact, I kinda love this dynamic. Hayden, being a royal librarian, probably has tons of work to do all the time, as indicated by the dialogue. Yes, his last name is Succor! I forgot the meaning behind it, but I picked it for a reason .w.

Anyhoo, just the fact he's busy and probably has a lot of people crushing on him, but him falling for this grumpy, simple café owner just...warms my heart. He's just staring at him right here, zoning out into his own world of gayness

I think that's all I wanted to say- last picture of the day coming up! Ironically, this is actually the oldest drawing of this art dump (besides the super old comparisons). I drew it shortly after I posted the last art dump

Yep, I redrew this picture again. Probably really iconic now, it's been my OC book's cover for the longest time. I honestly just wanted to see how well I could do the paint now. There's not much wrong with this, besides maybe the face. His eyes are really small .w.

So, moment of truth!

Ahhh, crispy lineless art. Takes the longest, but is so worth it. I friggin love how this turned out still. I think my favorite part is the glowing highlights around his eye

What I took away from this is that I definitely draw clothing folds better now, haha. And I think his expression here is a lot more sinister. Or maybe I've been staring at this for too long-
