Well- almost, but let's just say two. I'm not gonna harp too much on why, but to cut to the chase; school. My teacher wasn't kidding when she said this year would be harder, cuz boy, is it! So much work, so many tests, thankfully all my grades have been A's so far. For now, at least-

Not to mention that certain drawings for art lessons have been keeping me busy as well. I would show them, buuut by the time I realized I could, I had already planned out all the drawings for this art dump, so, maybe next time?

Rumors have been going around that schools might close down again at the end of October, though. So maybe that's something to look forward to, maybe then I'll have more free time? Who knows!

Geez, I said I'd keep this short and then I went on a ramble- Anyhoo! Welcome back! ...The few people who regularly read these chapters, at least- Is there anything interesting to say about this art dump?

No, not really- Just that around 50% of it was done on my phone in school, so expect the quality in certain artworks to differ or even drop

So let's begin, starting with the prizes I should've done two months ago! Gosh, that contest ended back in August, and I'm only posting them now. Sorry for the long wait!

pastelchromist, here's your prize!

I'll be honest, I'm not the happiest with it .w. I kinda gave up on it towards the end, hopefully that doesn't show much! I think they look cute, but I definitely could've put some more effort into this drawing altogether- Still hope you like it though!

Honestly, drawing smol Jake and Mavis made me so happy! They look friggin adorable, and I hope their designs are at least somewhat accurate to what they would look like qwq

Now this one I'm really proud of! I can't decide which I like better, the background or the design. I had been brainstorming about this dude's design for days and all the ideas building up made me excited, so finally drawing him out was super easy and quick!

Hopefully I didn't forget anything important! I gave him some hearts and pink plaid as a throwback to his little sister, some pink bandaids as well, and of course, the cat theme! I friggin adore the cat paw hoodie strings!

I did the thing a certain cringy French superhero series has (I'm sure you know what I'm talking about-) where I gave him some belts and made one go into a cat tail looking thing, I think it's really cute! Oh, and I'm friggin digging that shirt-

Finally, I gave him two scars on his left cheek, meanwhile on his right cheek there are two whiskers drawn to, I guess, finish the look? Gabby probably drew them on him when she noticed how the scars looked like whiskers-

And the background was fun and good practice!

Finally, DastiveArt's prize!

This one's adorable uvu I'm really happy with their poses and expressions, and again, their muzzles too! This is my first time drawing your characters and it was super fun!

(Just ignore the fact David's marks are totally on the wrong side because I forgot that I flipped the reference image, oops-)

Anyhoo, I kinda just winged it with the clothes- The background was fun to do here as well, I think I'm getting better at them and might do them more in the future!

Now, continuing with another drawing done for a certain someone. Addxiety, get yer ass in here-

You've already seen it, but I'm showing everyone else, Gnosh redesigned!

For a phone drawing, it doesn't actually look too bad .w.

MAN was this fun! Just like with cat boi for Lex, thinking of ideas for this guy was so much fun!

We went over it, but I decided to change Gnosh into an obsidian-amber demon, just so I could incorporate some blacks into his horns and fire tail, which were really fun to do!

I didn't change the clothes too-too much, I guess I'm just in a plaid mood all of a sudden? And I added a fire hazard symbol on his shirt because...honestly, Gnosh is the definition of fire hazard, arson bastard-

I think the main thing I changed is the hair and eyes. I really wanted him to have darker roots, playing around with it was tricky tho- I think it looks good in the end!

And the boots...you know I had to go crazy on the boots-

Speaking of redesigns! Oh yes, I have more =v=

Starting with a certain shipkid who was...honestly not really in dire need of a redesign, but I felt like doing it anyway! (some shipkids are way worse-)

Yep, it's Tempest! There's honestly not much wrong with this design anyway, I just feel like the dark blue, while pretty, is a little random among the other colors, sooo redesign time!

Ta-daaa! I couldn't stop looking at this when I finished it quq There's just something so aesthetically pleasing about this design? I think it's the colors?

I normally don't add patterns on my characters' clothes, but I recently discovered Ibis' pattern/image section and it opened a whole new friggin world to me, you have no idea-

He just turned out so goddamn pretty, I can't even??

Seeing his new design just really makes me wanna redesign most of the other shipkids too, like Xeon, Sharin, maybe even Seraa- But one step at a time!

Did you think we were done with the pretty designs? Oh nonono, I've got one more redesign under my belt!

Eden needed a break, man. His first design was too edgy, this design is...somehow even edgier, and I was just sick of him looking like a copy-pasted Zander- In fact, I don't even like how his character was here!

So, I gave him a full revamp. Everything, from the looks to the backstory, everything was changed besides maybe a few things. If you're curious about his backstory, I wrote a drabble about it in my drabble book .w.

Here he is! I was so friggin excited to show you this redesign because I'm proud of it beyond belief!

And I gotta say...HE'S HOT?? DAMMIT WHY DO I ALWAYS DO THIS-

Ahem, anyway! In the middle is his main design, the spear is just an added thing from when he had to hunt by himself for a long while. I gave him a purple color palette since it's his comfort color, and I lightened his hair by a lot to differentiate him from his brothers

And! I gave him freckles! Add made me realize none of the kids so far had freckles, even though Tech is covered with em! So, Eden has them now too!

In the left corner is his village design. Probably confusing if you haven't read the drabble- His bandana has an alchemy symbol on it, since that's what he specialized in, and the pockets on his jacket have a certain symbol you'll see later =v=

Then, on the right is current Eden, not much different than the one in the middle, just a little more relaxed since he's working with Elixir now in the Fairy castle, and he's happy!

And who knows, maybe one day his gemstone will be fixed, and he'll finally be able to turn back into an Aqua Fairy again

I'll be straightforward, I'm really tempted to do an Aqua Family picture- But before I do, I'm planning on redesigning Xander to make him more different from Zander as well! Clover's design I'm fine with still-

And uh- funnily enough, we're still not technically done with the redesigns- This time though, they're not humanoid!

I drew some of the pets in L.R.! We have Trix at the top, who got a redesign, he'll all pink now. I liked the teal eyes, but I'm realizing I have too many characters with random teal eyes and I need to stop .w. Drawing a more realistic fox was a ton of fun!

Ah, then we have Deni uvu I didn't change him much, just turned him into a mop-doggo! AKA dogs whose legs don't show from their long fur. I think it makes him so much cuter! He's still a permanently happy boi, and he still causes many people to question what the heck he is-

Then we have Daydream on the left, who I didn't change pretty much at all. Still a sweet boi! And finally, Cinnamon and Solstice!

Cinnamon I kept the same, just added a faint pattern on his cloth. His tail is friggin massive- Meanwhile, Solstice got an upgrade, since her owner is now Quarry! So she's royal, the stuck-up attitude she has honestly fits this new theme

And now that we're on the topic of animals, I think it's time I show this as well!

A while back, when I drew that Data shipart, I introduced their handicapped shark pets who were sleeping with them- Add and I struggled with their names for a while, but thanks to the server, we found some cute names!

And so, I made bios for them! They're brothers, so they're kinda similar, but differ in a lot of ways! For example, Swirls is more shy and cuddly, while Salmon is an energetic, affectionate boi

(Of course they both have to like bacon, Beta's one of their dads-)

Fun fact, Beta named them Swirls and Salmon based on their appearance. After a while, Dawn gave them nicknames. Swirls became Sharp, Salmon became Shimmer. Then, over time, as Dawn got more attached to them, these nicknames...um, mutated .w. And they became Sharpie and Shimmy!

Gosh, aren't they adorable?

I...have no segue .w. But before we jump worlds, the last lore drawing related to L.R.!

I can't stop, guys. I can't stop fleshing out the goddamn Fairies. I know I should move on to other species so that the world's more well-rounded, but it's just so much fun to do more with the Fairies?? Hopefully this will be the last thing I'll specify about them!

So, we know they have Houses, right? Gold, Light Blue, Aqua, Pink, Purple, Lime, the usual. These houses differ in strength and magical abilities

But, what if they all had their own crests to symbolize them? Like how some cities and towns have crests? (I'm pretty sure at least-)

Then, I went one bit further. I remembered the drabble cover I drew, and how it had a bunch of made-up plants

I decided that those plants are gonna be Fairy Lair exclusive, and there just so happens to be six main ones. The same amount as the Houses

I friggin gave each house a plant, okay? Case closed, I thought it'd be clever-

The order is based on power level. So, Golds are the weakest, Aquas are the strongest

Golds got this soft-looking plant called Milky Puffs. These are plants with edible little fluffy white pom poms on them that are light enough to be dragged by the wind! They're a great food source for animals, sweet as well!

Limes have what's called a Throse. It's a plant similar to a rose in a lot of ways, except it shoots fireworks in the air each night to fend off animals trying to pick at it. And, of course, it's prickly!

Purples have Spirlars. These are spiral-stemmed flowers with star shapes coming out of the middle, which is where they store their pollen. If you push em back and let go, they will spring up!

Pinks got what I personally think is the prettiest plant. These are called Bellets (full credit to Opal for the name!) because as the wind brushes through their heart-shaped strings, they make musical sounds! They also glow!

Next, Light Blues, ironically with the most dangerous plant. These are called Auralis, a plant that grows on the ground and lets out a magnetic aura that drags in bugs to eat them, kind of like a venus flytrap! This is also the symbol that was on Eden's village outfit

And finally, Aquas, who got a flower called "Life's Rebirth" and I know that sounds cheesy but! I needed to tie back the world's name somehow, otherwise it's too random, I guess? So I decided, the world is named after this boring-looking flower. Why? Well, not only do they grow on bushes and glow at night, but once they grow the right amount of petals, they let the wind carry them in the air, and one by one, they detach each petal, letting them fall in different areas on the ground. These petals are the seeds trees and bushes grow out of, any kind!

Yikes, sorry for the info dump! Let's move onto other worlds for now

Look who it is! I drew this guy on my phone again!

This was the first time I used the symmetry ruler, actually, and it made things ten times easier! He actually looks fully symmetrical here! Well, besides the colors, it's random, but I decided to put a purple filter on the side where he has brown eyes for fun. It's not canon or anything, he still has a blue theme, I guess it's just an aesthetic choice?

And uh, now that we're talking about FoD, it's time I introduce a new character! ...Again-

Here she is, Petal Puddle! Petal for short- Huuuuge thanks to Lex and Dastive for helping me with her design! I kinda fused your designs together, and I really like the end result! Oh! And her species belongs to Dastive too!

I just felt like FoD needed a friggin female character since it's been unintentionally dominated by males- She's also Dynasty's love interest, which is pretty cute!

She got a water lily theme, and I absolutely adore it. I adore her design in general, she just looks so graceful and naturey and she'd be such a mom with Plusheex qq I can't wait to flesh out her character!

Now, jumping worlds again- who wants an unnecessarily dramatic drawing of a certain favorite boy?

Maybe no one else does, but I sure do! I missed Cipher, he's one of my favorite OCs and he's so much fun to draw! So simple, yet so iconic!

Seeing him cry makes me wanna hug him...Who am I kidding I wanna hug him all the time-

The text in the background reads "He even cries paint" if anyone's wondering- And the glitches on him I'm not keeping, I just, again, wanted to draw them here for aesthetic reasons .w.

Speaking of Rewritten Destiny, uh, same format as before, I have another new character to show!

This gal. Again, no female characters so far in R.D., so that had to change as well! (if we don't count Plum-)

Meet Youth! She has a puppet theme since she was always scared of them (reasonable, honestly-) But, her name isn't random. She kinda has a curse on her. You see, she has two forms, a child form and an adult form, and while she is actually an adult, she can only feel and express emotions when she turns into her child form. Also, the lines on her hair change depending on her mood!

I friggin ADORE her! Her species is the same as PT's!

She's not gonna be directly related to the main characters, just a secondary character in a group of friends. (Veece, Bú, and another new character I've yet to draw)

Again, I have no segue, take a redraw-

Does anybody remember the first ever drawing I did on my old art pad? Probably not, but it's this one!

Yep. A random pink eye, and I know for sure it was supposed to be my Springtrap's. It's wobbly, it's messy, it's all done on one layer, I was so inexperienced back then-

So, I wanted to do a quick effortless redraw of it to see the improvement!

I'll be it, the redraw isn't really revolutionary or phenomenal either, it was just for fun! I don't normally shade eyes this much, so I'm kinda new to it. But you can't go wrong with pink/purple eyes!

And now that we've established all that, back to L.R.-

Surprise surprise, Add and I have formed another new ship between our characters because we just can't help ourselves- But it's cute, okay??

Look at these two! Aren't they friggin cute? It's Z-ro and Geode!

I put them in a second outfit, something they'd probably wear at home. Yes, they're both wearing thigh-high socks and yes, Z-ro has gear slippers, your eyes aren't mistaken uvu

Geode is just such a dramatic chatty person while Z-ro's so new to everything and I adore them both so much qq Nala's probably really happy as well!

Speaking of Nala, perfect segue to show one of the last drawings for today uvu Halloween's coming up, and I'm definitely not getting out an art dump during it, so I decided to just draw something simple and post it early-

I drew Halloween Nala last year, so why not bring him back? I changed him up a little, he has a fake eye in his hand to look like he ripped it out or something .w. And I want that "bunkin" sweater in real life please-
