Doctor – You should probably let him rest for the rest of the day. And don't try to remind him anything that could trigger his memories.

The doctor said as everyone nodded.

Farmaan – What's wrong with him? I mean I get it that his head is paining due to his brain trying to regain his memories and all but....

Doctor – We're not sure yet...

Farmaan – WHAT DO YOU MEAN YOU'RE NOT SURE? HE LITERALLY FORGOT HIS WIFE...

Farmaan yelled losing his patience as Aadhya held him back.

Doctor – Don't get loud with me! No matter how dangerous or how ruthless that person can be he's still my patient, I can't risk his life just because he cannot remember his wife.

He said making Farmaan shut his mouth while Kasim patted his shoulder.

The doctor then turned to Reena...

Doctor – Reena I know that it's cruel, but you must promise me that you'll stay strong. I don't know how you feel cuz it never happened to me, but you have a baby inside...so take care of yourself. I've seen both you and Rocky...Trust me he's not someone who can forget you that easily.

He said and patted her head lovingly as she gave a warm smile in return.

Doctor – I'll take my leave then.

He said but stopped midway. He turned...

Doctor – And Reena...

He called out to her as she came out of her trance.

Doctor – After all the king needs his queen doesn't he?

He said as Reena smiled confidently at him. He nodded his head at her and left.

Farmaan – What does he mean?

He mumbled but Aadhya heard it and said...

Aadhya – It means my dear hubby...that Rocky will never forget her cuz he can't live without our Reena.

She said as Reena smiled shyly making everyone gasp. Of course, they saw Reena smile and all, but this smile was new to them.

Hearing the gasps, she straightened her posture and brought her cold face back as her voice came out cold as ice.

Reena – All right everyone back to work.

She spoke while everyone smiled and left while the three stayed with her.

Fatimama – Reena?

She called out to her when she found Reena staring at Rocky's door.

Reena – Hm?

Fatimama – Why don't you go inside and see him?

She said as everyone nodded.

Reena – But the doctor told not to do anything that will trigger his memories.

She said making everyone's heart heave down. Her words made everyone feel emotions that one could never express towards Rocky. Yet felt pity on him knowing that it's not his fault. Reena was the last person he would ever try to hurt.

Kasim – He said that we should not trigger his memories when he's awake. He's just sleeping...go and see him ma.

He said as Reena nodded hesitantly. As much as she wants him to remember her, hurting him was the last thing she'd ever thought.

She opened the door as a stirring feeling crept inside her. Closing the door behind her she saw Rocky sleeping peacefully. She strode towards him and sat on the bed.

Reena – What happened to us?

Was the only thing she could say. Emotions rushed inside her like the adrenaline as tears welled up.

She caressed his face as she held his hand and placed it on her baby bump.

Reena – Hey...

She spoke, her lips quivering.

Reena – You know I didn't tell anyone but ...

She leaned in and whispered in his ears.

She caressed him and bent down.

Reena – Love? Please...I beg you...please come back.

She said hugging him. Tears rolled down as she cried silently on him.

She cried with her hand on her mouth. Until a hand fell upon her . With widened eyes she pulled out only to feel a ray of hope building inside her.

Rocky – Reena...

He mumbled in his sleep. Reena smiled as she looked around with a bright smile on her face. She wanted to scream in happiness that her love still remembers her somewhere deep inside.

She stayed with him and just watched him with a smile on her face.

Kasim – What happened?

He asked as they waited around for Reena to finish but somewhere they felt happy seeing Reena's face.

Aadhya – Did something happen?

She asked as Reena hugged her tightly while smiling.

Aadhya looked over as everyone looked at them with confusion plastered on their faces.

Reena – Nothing just wanted to hug you.

Aadhya smiled warmly and hugged her tight. While everyone smiled at them Fatimama frowned.

Fatimama – Reena?

Reena – Hm?

She pulled out with a smile and looked over to her.

Fatimama came near and placed her hand on her baby bump.

Fatimama – Don't worry dear your dad will remember you soon.

She said and caressed her bump as Reena hugged.

Reena – I love you all so much...thank you for always being by my side.

She said as everyone hugged her.

?- Boss...Rocky forgot about her but how will it benefit for us?

He asked as the man on the other side chuckled.

? – If we kidnap her will Rocky come to her rescue? How will the prince save the damsel in distress when he doesn't even remember her?

The man chuckled again.

? – You're really gonna pay for what you did Rocky...keep me updated.

He ordered as the man cut the call.

? – Nice...our plan's going very well .........

He said as the other man chuckled.

The next day... { I know I skipped a lot, but this was taking too long }

Morning...

At KGF mansion . .

Fatimama – Rocky! Eat something before you go.

She said as Rocky came towards and held her by her shoulders.

Rocky – I have to go so for the millionth time I'll eat after I come, okay?

He said as she nodded.

Rocky – Good....ahhh!!

He yelled when she pulled him by his ear and made him sit on the chair.

Fatimama – Good now sit and eat.

She said as Rocky sighed and ate silently when Fatimama stood beside him.

Fatimama was always like a mother to him and Rocky respected her for it.

The maids bowed making Rocky frown.

' To whom are they bowing? '

He asked himself but his eyes darkened when he saw Reena coming down.

He stood up and washed his hands.

Fatimama – Rocky! You haven't eaten yet.

She said as he stopped and said something which made everyone's heart broke.

Rocky – I don't want to be near that woman.

He said and left. Tears rolled down Reena's eyes as she paled.

The atmosphere went silent as Reena sniffled and went into her room.

Fatimama – What's gotten into him?

She said as she looked at them both.

Fatimama – God...please stop this torture for them. I don't want my kids to be like this.

She sighed and looked at the disappearing figures.

At Reena's room / Rocky's POV: { Just so you know they both are thinking at the same time yk like in the movies }

Reena...' Why is he being like this ? '

Rocky...' Why am I being like this? '

Reena...' He's not my old Rocky '

Rocky...' What did she do to you ? '

He sighed while Reena sobbed. Rocky felt his heart twist and turn as tears welled up in his eyes without his knowing.

Reena...' Please God...I beg you please bring him back him back to me'

Rocky...' Who are you, Reena Desai? '...

Love hurts when someone we love leaves us, but the pain is unbearable when that person forgets us.

Days passed as the sunset and sunrise seemed less beautiful for the two lost souls....months passed and still Rocky avoided Reena amidst the feelings that was growing inside him like a monkshood flower.

They both had sleepless nights longing for each other as the evil lurking around them grew more and more. While Rocky had flashes of his memories, but his mind tried to avoid them as much as possible.

Reena in her 8th month of pregnancy felt lonely as the darkness started to invade her. Rocky was giving her a cold shoulder which hurt the most than the pain she felt when he was gone.

He caught himself glancing at her from time to time even though he asked himself that she was nothing to him. He himself didn't know why he distanced himself from her. But his heart did. His heart which knew the feeling that he had for her was afraid that she will get hurt if he gets closer.

Time skip...

Aadhya – How long this is gonna keep happening?

She asked as Farmaan looked over to her and found her crying.

Farmaan – Hey...hey shh...don't cry. Everything's gonna be alright.

He hugged her as she clutched his shirt and sobbed on his chest.

Aadhya – She's hurting Farmaan.

She said and sobbed as he felt sad and ashamed. Ashamed that there's nothing he could do.

Aadhya – She's trying to stay strong but for how long? We have no idea how she's breaking inside while faking a smile to us.

She sobbed as Farmaan caressed her head and kissed her forehead.

Farmaan – Love? We should stay strong for her right?

He asked as she nodded like a little kid. If the situation was something else, he would swear that she looked so cute. So cute that he would never let anything near that would make her cry.

It was always him that was the emotional one but she's a girl too. No matter how tough and cold she looks on inside she's still a girl.

And that thought made him sad. He's here for Aadhya but what about Reena?

Thunder roared as the wind grew each second.

Reena who was sleeping peacefully woke up due to the rustling sound outside her room.

Reena – Who's here at this time?

She said, her eyes hollow due to all the crying. Holding her huge baby bump she got up carefully and made her way towards the door.

I hope this chapter exceeded your expectations and I didn't use any pics cuz It was kinda unnecessary. But if you guys want, I'll surely use them from the next chapter.

And try to guess what's the next chapter title will be cuz I've given hints on this one.

And for those who didn't understand why Rocky dislikes Reena is that...

I've changed the plot where in KGF 1 Andrew and Rajendra believes that Rocky would get caught or something like that to Garuda and they would lose hope that Rocky would be alive right?

Well! I changed the plot a little bit. That Rajendra would try to kill rocky after having a doubt that Rocky would take over KGF which he eventually did. Which triggered Rocky and now he thinks that Reena will try to take revenge for killing her father.

So yeah, the rest all is the same.

This should've been inserted on the before chapter which I did but don't what happen it got deleted suddenly.
