Like with always, the ages for Nemuri and the Pussycats are going to be altered for this story. Shino is around 26 as Tomoko and Ryuko are both 25 years old while Nemuri is the oldest at 27. As for the other ships of the story, they will be sidelined but they will get their chance to shine in the spotlight.

As for the students in 1A, Koda moved to general studies but don't expect Mineta for long. Ojiro and Sato are in but I'm not gonna let them speak because they are too bland for me honestly.
