So, Wasabi is absolutely adorable and I had been waiting to write a one shot for him, but had no ideas! So in honor of the Fourth of July, I bring you a Wasabi insert!

You were on your way to the Lucky Cat Café, where the Hamadas were hosting a Fourth of July barbecue. All your friends from SFIT were going to be there, including your boyfriend, Wasabi. Even Baymax was going to join in the party. You had been dating for about 3 months now, and were complete opposites. You were messy and unorganized, he had a system for everything. You weren't scared to get dirty, he sanitized everything.

But the saying 'Opposites attract' reigned true for both of you because you loved each other just the way you were and wouldn't change a thing.

You arrived at the café and walked straight into the backyard, where Tadashi had told you the barbecue would be. You pushed the gate open and walked into the Hamadas' backyard, everyone turning to look at you and smiling when they saw who it was. Wasabi jogged over to you and wrapped you in a hug, kissing the top of your head.

"Hi, Wasabi," you said with a smile. He smiled down at you and gave you a kiss.

"I'm glad you came, (Y/N)," Wasabi said with a grin. You smiled back and gave him a kiss on the cheek, then went to say hi to everyone. You had a dress on that was designed like the flag (picture up top), and all your friends were decked out in patriotic gear too. Hiro gave you red, white, and blue strings of beads, Honey Lemon put a American flag bow in your hair, and GoGo gave you red, white, and blue glowstick bracelets.

~Time Skip~
After eating two cheeseburgers and a bunch of chips and other little snacks (you hadn't eaten much earlier in order to save your appetite), you and your friends set blankets down in a local park to watch fireworks. Tadashi, Hiro, Aunt Cass, and Baymax sat on one blanket, Honey Lemon and GoGo took another, and you and Wasabi took the last one. You both laid back, waiting for the display to start. You cuddled up to Wasabi and he wrapped an arm around you.

Soon after you all settled down, bright bursts filled the sky with loud booms. As the sky was lit up with red, white, and blue, Wasabi turned to you and kissed you gently.

"Happy Fourth of July, (Y/N). I love you," Wasabi said with a smile. You smiled back at him and snuggled closer to him.

"Happy Fourth, Wasabi. Love you too," you said. The sky was so bright with fireworks you didn't even notice the flash of Honey Lemon's phone camera as she took pictures of you two.
