The sounds of gunfire of various different types could be heard as figures could be seen in the distance.

Noticeable features were that they were rather sexy, busty, thick, hot, and look downright alluring when using guns of various models while blasting down giant mechanical organic like creatures.

Simply known as the Raptures.

Their enemies?

Humanity and their trump card.

The Nikkes.

Nikke are basically former humans who had their brains transferred into a Nikke body.

"These bastards really don't know when to quit!"

A short hair blonde woman growled.

(Anis)

"YAAAAAAAAH!! TASTE MY SUPERIOR FIREPOWER!!"

A female of short stature shouted as she blasted them down with her firepower.

(Neon)

"Don't be too reckless!"

A long haired Nikke told them as she destroyed a Rapture that was trying to do a sneak attack on the two.

(Rapi)

"We still need to get to the Gatekeeper and wake it up!"

The Gatekeeper.

An enormous Tyrant Class Rapture with powers beyond the norm for its kind. It's usually asleep and while it sleeps it emits D-Wave particles that is capable of manipulating reality and transporting individuals from other worlds to theirs.

Waking the Gatekeeper up usually fixes the problem...which is easier said than done since the Gatekeeper can create an impenetrable barrier that is capable of repelling attacks.

Even summoning forth other defenses to keep itself from being awakened.

This particular group has a lot of experience dealing with the Gatekeeper.

"What will it take for this thing to just stay dead!?"

Anis shouted.

"When any of us have a solution, we'll talk."

A voice rang out.

The only male voice to be exact.

"Commander!" Rapi said as she turned to look at him. "The Gatekeeper is in sight, and we are ready to commence the next phase of the plan."

"Here we go again."

The tall tan male groans as he looks at the Gatekeeper in annoyance,

(Cain Cross)

(He's in uniform right now)

The Commander frowns as he stares at the sleeping Rapture.

"Rapture is more comfortable than it has the right to be."

Cain growls shifting as he held something in his arms.

"This is supposed to be my fucking day off and here I am having to fight this goddamn rapture!"

He yells a bit.

"For Gods sakes!" He yelled. "I just wanted to spend some time with my son! Is that so hard to ask?!"

"Daddy?"

Said boy, who happened to be the one in his arms. Looks at his father in confusion.

"Are you okay?"

The five year old boy asked his father.

"I'm fine Diego."

Cain told his young son.

(Diego Cross)

(Yeah, like I said earlier. I decided to make changes after doing some Chat RPs with certain Heretics and decided to change it to this. Besides, in the main variant of Cain and Diego, Cain is his father so it works. And I feel that this works better for me)

"Why don't you go wait in that building over there while daddy takes care of some unfinished business here?"

He said as he glares at the colossal rapture. Wishing nothing more than to rip it apart into pieces for forcing him to have to come up here when he could be enjoying his off time with his son.

He rarely gets to spend time with him, and considering he's a single father. It made it even worse.

"After that we can explore a bit before heading back to the Ark."

He suggested.

"Yay!" Diego cheered. "Okay, papa!"

The little boy ran into the building, that they had also cleared out, while Cain turns to face the Gatekeeper.

"Alright." He growls with anger in his voice. "Time to rip this fucking asshole a new one and make it regret it ever came into existence."

"YEAH!"

Neon shouted as Anis grumbled.

"I still CANNOT believe you brought your 5 YEAR OLD son into a battlefield. Commander! Are you crazy!?"

"Hey!" Cain shouted at her, his massive physique towering over her. "This was supposed to be my day off! I just wanted to have R&R and enjoy having some father-son bonding time because I can't be there that often anymore!"

"You think I wanted to bring him here?!" Cain added. "I didn't! But I wasn't going to just up and leave him just because the stupid Gatekeeper was here!"

"This is still very reckless Commander."

Rapi said. Internally worried that the Commander son could be hurt during this expedition to the Surface.

"Well, SORRY!" Cain sarcastically said. "You're making it sound like I brought him here because I'm a crazy ass bastard who loves the thrill of danger!"

"YOU ARE!"

Neon and Anis shouted.

"What are you talking about!?"

Cain shouted.

"Oh don't play dumb, Commander!"

Anis shouted.

"Do you really think we don't know about your little 'sex with benefits' relationship you have with Syuen!?"

"How do you know about that?!"

Cain looks at them in shock.

"Master!" Neon pouted. "Did you really think we wouldn't find out!? Syuen is not nice or remotely that nice to anybody unless she has an agenda or something!"

"It was very obvious Commander."

Rapi nodded her head in agreement.

"She's been...kinder in a sense these days and has supplied the Outpost with state of the art Missilis technology."

She said.

"As well as other things. Not to mention that she has turned a blind eye to certain Black Ops style type missions we have been doing and has been helping us by covering our backs."

Cain said nothing as Rapi continued.

"And I'm pretty sure she had a hand in getting Central Government to say yes to bringing your son, a civilian, with us."

"..."

Cain sweatdropped as Rapi delivered the facts.

"Oh." Rapi suddenly said. "And we also saw you dominating her one night at the hotel in the Outpost."

The Counter Squad shouted as they all marched towards the colossal Rapture.

*Short time later*

"We're here."

Rapi said as they were now facing the Gatekeeper once again.

"Still the same as ever."

Cain sighed.

"Alright, let's get this over with."

He said as they waited for the usual auto defense the Gatekeeper has.

*KREEEEEEEE!!!*

"Bingo."

He said as the Raptures began pouring in.

"They really don't want us to wake the big guy up!"

Anis said as she readied her weapon.

"They're coming in from all angles!"

Neon shouted.

"Encounter!"

Rapi said as she began shooting at the Raptures.

*BLAM* *BAM* BANG*

The streets were filled once again with gunfire and explosions as the Nikkes worked together to whittled down the horde of Raptures.

"On your left!"

Cain suddenly said as a Rapture tried to do a sneak attack on Neon.

"DIE!!"

Neon shouted as she unleashed a barrage of bullets on the poor Rapture.

This continued on for some time until all the Raptures were defeated.

"This guy really is a heavy sleeper."

Anis deadpanned.

"Slept through all that commotion!"

"Almost feel bad waking it up."

Cain said.

"ALMOST."

He said again.

Yeah, he was still mad.

"Then let's wake this bastard up!"

Anis shouted as she got ready to start waking the Rapture up.

"It's wakey-wakey for this bastard now!"

"I wouldn't be so sure!"

A new voice caught their attention as they turned around to see.

(Nihilister)

"NIHILISTER!?"

Cain shouted in shock as the Booba Dragoness landed in front of them.

"Miss me, hot dilf stud!?"

Nihilister cockily shouted.

"If you mean by 'do I miss being turned into a slowly melting human?'...then no."

Another female voice caught their attention.

Anis shouted as a new figure appeared as well.

Said Tyrant class Rapture just chuckled as he was indeed behind him.

Cain shouted as he noticed Diego on top of Chatterbox head.

"Oh?" Chatterbox said. "Is this your son? I just thought he was a lost morsel to eat."

"Give him back to me." Cain darkly said. "NOW!"

Everyone but Diego shudders at his dark voice.

"Of course."

Chatterbox said as Diego slid down.

"Papa!" Diego shouts as he runs to his father. "Big rapture was fun! He let ride on his head!"

"Of course he did." Cain says as he picks him up and holds him tightly. "Now papa has to take care of some old friends, okay?"

"Okay!"

Diego smiles.

"Your son!?" Nihilister looks at him and laughs. "What kind of dad are you!? You willingly bring your son into a battlefield where he can die at any moment!? You must really hate your kid!"

"Hey!" Cain growls. "Watch it, you lonely self absorbed bitch! Diego is my reason for living and being a Commander! So I can make a better world for him and for his generation to live in. If it means fighting tooth and nail to reclaim the surface then so be it!"

"..."

Everyone there, except Diego because he doesn't fully understand his father words, look at him in shock, awe, and some respect (from the enemies).

"That's it?!" Nihilister laughs in disbelief. "How cliché and anticlimactic! Saving the world for your child! How silly and pathetic!"

She said this, but deep down she knew that she didn't think that it was pathetic. It was actually showing the Commander true self and integrity. He wasn't doing this for fame or for power. But for his son.

And it made her a little envious at the love he and for his son.

Chatterbox decided to break the silence as he jumps to the Heretics side.

"I think you can already tell why we are here."

He continued.

"Going to try to stop us from waking Gatekeeper up!?"

Neon shouted as Rapi and Anis got ready.

"Hehehe..."

Chatterbox menacingly said.

"Not bad for a little human imposter."

"This is a first."

Cain frowned.

"Why are you stopping us now?"

"Hell, as if I know!"

Nihilister spoke up.

"But the Queen was very specific about this mission."

"The four of us are to stop you from waking up the Gatekeeper!"

"...FOUR?"

Cain and the Counters blinked.

"I only count three."

Rapi frowned.

*Touch*

Diego quickly turned as he felt a hand touching his back to see.

Cain shouted as he looks at Anachiro, fully awakened from the last time he had seen her.

"Another Heretic!?"

Anis and Neon shouted.

Rapi glowered.

While Red Hood was no longer apart of her, she still possesses remnants of her and she remembered how hostile she was after seeing her in that coffin.

"Anachiro."

Rapi and Cain said.

Cain looking down at the rather sexy and, somewhat innocent, Nikke who looked at him.

She placed a gloved hand on his cheek before levitating off the ground.

Anachiro whispers lovingly, her red eyes looking into his shocked blue eyes.

Her eyes were starting to form hearts. A sign Cain knew because he saw the same thing in Dorothy after the whole incident with Red Hood.

Anachiro giggled at Diego shocked state before joining her fellow Heretics and Rapture side.

"Daddy?" Diego looks at his father. "Why did pretty lady kiss you like that?"

Chatterbox offered as the situation has turned awkward.

Anis and Neon very jealous while Rapi hid hers well.

Nihilister ready to throttle Anachiro.

Indivilia keeping her usual stoic and aloof persona but secretly stewing inside.

"...ENCOUNTER!!"

Cain shouted a little too loudly as the Nikkes snapped out of their funk and began blasting Chatterbox and the Heretics.

The Nikkes with some rather renewed vigor and desire for vengeance.

*BOOM!!* *BLAST* *KRACK!!* *CRACK!!* *CRASH* *KABOOM!!* *SHATTER!!*

Let's just say that this time there was no holding back.

But while the Nikkes were strong, the Heretics were stronger and more dangerous, especially with three of them plus one Tyrant level Rapture that has given them trouble in the past.

But this had the intended effect of waking up the Gatekeeper who groaned.

'WHY!?'

The colossal Rapture thought in despair.

'WHY CAN'T I JUST BE LEFT ALONE TO SLEEP!?'

...Methinks the Gatekeeper is unaware of what he can do.

The Gatekeeper looked to see its fellow Raptures and their enemies and groaned again when it saw them.

'Not them again!'

This particular group always gave him trouble and if Raptures could cry, the Gatekeeper would most definitely be crying as the D-Waves stopped causing reality to be twisted.

The Gatekeeper rose into the air but not before looking at the Commander and his son.

'Hm...'

Maybe the Gatekeeper would get more sleep if the most troublesome factor was taken out.

So with that realization, the Gatekeeper began glowing as D-Waves emitted from it and started seeping into the battlefield.

"HEY!" Nihilister roared. "What the hell do you think you're doing!?"

The Gatekeeper ignored her as it started glowing a bright light blinding them all.

"AH!?" "HEY!" "WHAT'S GOING ON!?" "CAREFUL!!"

*FLASH!!!*

In a brilliant flash of light.

The Gatekeeper was gone.

Along with the Heretics and Chatterbox.

"What the hell was that about?!"

Anis shouted in confusion.

"Is it gone?"

Neon asked uneasily.

"Yes."

Rapi nodded.

"Commander we should-COMMANDER?!?!"

Rapi shouted as she soon noticed that Cain was NOT where he and his son should be.

In fact...they weren't even there anymore.

"MASTER!?"

Neon shouted in shock, fear, and disbelief.

"Master gone!?"

"THAT BASTARD!!!"

Anis shouted as she realized what happened.

"That damn Gatekeeper teleported him and the kid to another world!!"

"But where!?"

Neon asked in pure shock and worry!

"Unknown!" Rapi said. "We must return to the Ark and report what just happened. Maybe something can be done after all the encounters we have had with the Gatekeeper and the D-Waves."

"We have no choice, do we?"

Anis said.

"I don't think so."

Neon shook her head.

"But we should have faith in Master!" She added. "He's gone through some crazy things before, he'll get through this as well and come back safely with both him and his son!"

"Yeah!" Anis realized. "That's right!"

"Let's go."

Rapi said as the three left.

Unaware that Cain and his son were not the only ones gone from this world.

*BEEP* *BEEP*

"Nnh..."

Cain groaned as he started to come around.

"Wha...t...hap...pened..."

He groaned as he opened his eyes to see.

"...The hell?"

That he was inside a coffin like machine hooked to some kind of machine.

*BEEP* *BEEP*

With it beeping at a consistent rate.

"The hell!?"

Cain repeated as he finally snapped himself awake and pushed the lid off.

Well tried.

Instead he touched something soft.

"Ahh..."

Anachiro voice mewled out as Cain realized he was squeezing her boobs.

"S-SORRY!"

Cain said as he pulled back.

"Daddy?"

Diego said.

"Diego!?" Cain shouted as he tried to look for him but the coffin was rather tight with him and Anachiro. "Where are you?"

"Understood." Anachiro said. "Hacking into controls and opening the hatch."

The monitor let out a loud beep as the lid opened.

"Talk about convenient."

Cain admitted, indirectly praising her as they got out.

"Why the hell can I not see so easily?"

Cain frowned as he realized his view was obstructed in a way before realizing it was a helmet of some sort.

"What's with that funny outfit papa?"

Diego asked.

"It doesn't suit you."

He said.

"Agreed."

Anachiro said.

"Too small on you."

"..."

Taking the helmet off he looked at it and saw a mirror where he took a look at himself.

(Arknights Doctor outfit)

"Where are we?"

Cain said as he realized something.

The Gatekeeper didn't just teleported itself away. It teleported them away as well!

And now Cain and his son were trapped with a Heretic in an unknown place!

"Where the hell did the Gatekeeper send us?"

Cain asked.

Because wherever he was.

It was not Earth.
