You went back to flying around. You had just cut your 4th nape. Looking for the cut outs. You noticed Armin behind you.
" maybe he needs help?" You thought
You pulled back as to be able to talk to him.
"Armin how are you doing?"
"Not good Jean and Marco cut me off several times and I haven't found a single one, what about you?" He asked
"Uh I'm looking for my 5th titan.. let me help you" you offered
"Yes please!" Armin said
You shot out to a tree branch and looked around.
"Here I see one. Looks like Marco or Jean haven't got to it yet!"
You went towards the cut out and said,
"Ok just cut that pad and try to make it as deep as possible.
Armin cut the pad, slicing it deep. He went back up to the branch you were standing on.
"Thanks," he said awkwardly
"Your welcome," you said blushing
You saw from the corner of your eye Jean.
He looked angry for some reason. He had his blades out ready to strike something.
"Armin get out of here!"
You shouted.
But it was too late.
Jean had somehow managed to mess with your gear and it left you falling. You thought that you were going to die from the fall until something grabbed your waist.
IT WAS ARMIN
Your heart raced. He looked you in the eyes and smiled.
"Are you ok (Y/N)?" He asked
"Yeah I'm fine Armin" you said
He pulled you back up to a higher place on a branch and gave you your gear.
"Thanks." you said
He scratched the back of his head. He was still holding you for some reason. You leaned your head towards his chest.
You hugged him.
You saw his eyes light up.
He picked you up since he was considerable taller than you, and looked at you in the eyes.
"You have beautiful eyes you know,"
You were about to reply when he grabbed your head and kissed you.
It was different from the first time 4 years ago. It was how would you say more lovingly. Like he wasn't being forced to do it.
"I never got to really tell you but I really love you (Y/N)." He said
"I love you too!" You said
"What about Jean?" you asked
"I guess just report him when we get back," Armin said
"No, I don't know why but I don't want him to be reported I want to talk with him," you said
Armin was shocked
"WHY? He almost killed you!" Armin protested
"I know but I want to know why before I report,"
You heard a siren. That must be the signal to go back. You shot towards trees and branches. When you got back Commander Erwin was waiting there.
"So how many titan cut-outs did you kill?"he asked
"I got 4," you said
"I only got one, sorry" Armin said
"Don't be it's your first day here." Erwin said
After 5 minutes Jean and Marco got back.
"And how many did you two get?"
"I got 2 and Marco got 3," Jean said proudly
"Don't be so smug, (Y/N) got 4 by herself." 
You were oddly surprised. Why was Commander boasting for you. He shouldn't be favoring you.
Jeans mouth was open wide.
"H-how?" He asked
Commander Erwin didn't answer.
Instead he turned to you and Armin.
"You two may go to your 15 minutes extra of lunch,"
"Yes sir!" You said
Armin and you ran towards the lunch house. You were jumping in excitement. For once you had beaten Jean.
"Why did he let me go with you?" Armin asked , "you did all the work"
"Maybe he thought we worked together," you answered "don't complain let's figure out how I can confront Jean,"
"I want to be there too!" Armin insisted
"Okay I don't mind, but my theory would suggest Jean wouldn't like if you were there,"
"What is your theory (Y/N)?"
"Um I'll tell you later,
When you got in the hall you grabbed the food you could.
You grabbed bread and potatoes.
Sitting down to eat you said,
"Ok when could I do it when we are alone?"
"I don't want you alone with him," Armin put in.
