The episode begins during the early mornings of Paris, and over at the Dupain-Cheng Bakery, Marientte is peacefully sleeping on her bed, with her Kwami Tikki peacefully resting on the blue-haired girl's stomach. Suddenly, the alarm on her phone wakes her up, getting her to gasp, remembering what day it is, and leap from her bed, while making Tikki fly at the same time.

Marinette: (jumps down the stairs) Happy birthday- (crashes into her chaise) Ow! (quickly recovers) Happy birthday!

The blue-haired girl then drops herself into her chair, and soon logs onto her computer, which has multiple pictures of Adrien Agreste with hearts drawn around them as a form of background. Creepy.

Marinette: (sighs happily) Happy birthday, Adrien.

As Marinette leans into the screen, ready to kiss it while her Kwami watches in disbelief, over with Adrien at his father's mansion, he's currently fully dressed and brushing his teeth, ready to start the day, when his Kawmi Plagg brings him a birthday gift of his own: A piece of Camembert Cheese with a red bow wrapped around it.

Plagg: Happy birthday, Adrien!

Adrien: (recoils in disgust) Ugh, Plagg! Get that filthy piece of Camembert out of my face!

Not needing to be told twice, Plagg disposes of the rotten smelling cheddar by simply eating it, satisfied that he got a meal, while Adrien keeps his nose plugged for now. While the two Kwami users are having their moments, over at (Y/N)'s place, the three parasites are just getting the school equipment ready, while waiting for their human friend.

Blue: Notebooks? (Green passes him some) Pencil Case? (Red passes him one) Alright, I think that should be everything we need!

Red: I still don't understand why you need to fill your bag with so many writing equipment. Can't we just pillage the books from a library or something if we still need to learn more about biology?

Blue: (looks at Red with a blank stare) Because, Red, there are some information locked away that not even the digital sea contained within computers can access. It's vital that whatever information we acquire, it's noted down so that if there's a glaring error, we can easily correct it.

Red: (confused) What?

Green: (sighs) To put it in simple terms, we right it down so that we can remember it more clearly.

While Red is still trying to understand what his partners are telling him, (Y/N) walks out of the kitchen fully dressed, and decides to help simplify it as well for his partners, while Green and Blue notice he's carrying a cupcake in one of his hands.

(Y/N): Think of it like homework or revision, Red. If we write it down in our words, then we can understand it more easily, and remember it more clearly. If we were writing everything down the same way, then it would be more difficult to remember key information.

Red: (nods) Okay, I think I get it now. Thanks, (Y/N)! (notices the cupcake and gasps) Is that little dessert for me?

(Y/N): (chuckles) No, it's for Adrien. It's his birthday today, so I thought of giving him a little birthday snack to help celebrate.

Green: (hugs (Y/N)) That's so sweet of you, (Y/N)! ((Y/N) begins to blush) Speaking of remembering, (looks to Blue) Have those machine parts arrived at the Mira branch here?

Blue: (shakes his head) Not yet, I'm afraid. The cargo ship transporting the components appears to have been halted due to a sea storm in its current area. Because of this unpredictable attack by mother nature, the ship has been forced to pull back to the dock and wait for the storm to end.

(Y/N): Well, at least that gives us more time to plan our attack, right?

Blue: Good eye, (Y/N). Now, I believe we have a school to be heading to at this time, correct?

Red: (crosses his arms) Yeah, I don't want that science teacher yelling at us for being late by a minute and forcing us to write a bunch of tarty slips during recess. Did any of you guys even bother writing those?

Blue: (shakes his head) I saw those as completely pointless, so I merely discarded them into the nearest bin, just like how I wish to do the same about her attitude.

Green: (laughs) Good roast, Blue! (both her and Blue fist bump)

(Y/N): (nervously) Uh, guys? Time's ticking away...

Thanks to (Y/N) catching back the attention of the three parasites, all four members of Impostorm soon run out the front door and towards the direction of the school, though (Y/N) stays behind to take a moment to lock the front door properly. Back over with Marinette, she's descending down the stairs with a birthday gift in her hands for Adrien, and is about to leave out the front door, when she's halted by her mother.

Sabine: Marinette, don't forget to clean your room after school today.

Marinette: (frowns) Mom! It's Friday, and I'm already doing something with Alya.

Sabine: (smirks) Fine, I'll go ahead and clean it, but don't blame me if I come across any of your private stuff, like your e-mails, your diary-

Marinette: (grows a nervous face) Okay! I'll do it, I'll do it. (gives her mom a kiss on the cheek and heads for the door)

Sabine: Have a nice day, sweetie!

Marinette: Happy birthday- (corrects herself) I mean, have a nice day!

Marinette closes the door behind her as Sabine blinks her eyes in confusion, before shrugging it off and gaining a calmer expression on her face, as she returns back to her morning tea. Over at the Agreste Mansion, Adrien is eating breakfast at a large dining table, with a sad expression on his face. Soon, Natalie approaches the young boy and hands him a tablet for the day.

Natalie: Your schedule, Adrien. (Adrien takes the tablet)

Adrien: Thanks, Natalie. (calls out to Natalie) Hey, um, did my father get back to you about my birthday party? (hopes lights up on his face)

Natalie: (fumbles with her words) Well, um- (gets the answer she's looking for) He doesn't think it would be a good idea.

Adrien: (looks more upset than before) Of course not.

Natalie: (sees Adrien's expression) Happy birthday, Adrien.

Natalie soon takes her leave, allowing the sad birthday boy to finish the rest of his breakfast in both solitude and silence. Meanwhile, a few hours later over at College Francoise Dupont, (Y/N) and the three parasites are chilling outside the school, just having survived an exhausting P.E. lesson, so they all take a moment to catch their breaths.

Red: (sighs) We survived... But at what cost?

Green: Our stamina... Still, it isn't as bad as what's happening with Blue.

Green then motions over to Blue, who is a few steps away and currently kneeling on the concrete path, while (Y/N) is standing right beside him, helping the intelligent parasite up to his feet and pulling out a water bottle to help him get more stamina back.

(Y/N): Here. Take a large drink of some water, then have a few deep breaths. It's helped my grandfather every time we went for a little jog in order to get some oxygen.

Blue: (follows (Y/N)'s instructions) Phew. Thanks, (Y/N). (accepts the help up) Even if your parents are mostly... occupied, it's nice to know that your grandparents have raised such a kind soul, such as yourself. (smiles) It's nice to see that not all humans are as bad as they're said to be, as time on world progresses.

(Y/N): (nervously chuckles) Thanks, Blue. (smiles) Even if I don't see my parents now, all other branches of family are just as important.

Blue: (nods his head) Such wise words.

After their interaction, (Y/N) and Blue make their way over to the other two parasites, with one of them calling out to the two of them for something they need. Nearby, a certain kid with a red cap, some headphones around their neck, and both a bubble wand and bubble mixture in their hands sees this, smiles, and decides to head over for some interactions.

Red: Hey, (Y/N)! Pass me that bottle of Berry Blast Bonanza! I need some energy from berries!

Blue: (deadpans) My unintelligent friend, you are aware that the beverage that you speak of doesn't contain zero berries, right?

Red: (flabbergasted) What?! But, that's impossible!! I mean, it has a wide variety of berries all over the bottle!! And the advertisements say that it's not only the top of the health chain, but also great for studies!!

Green: (takes the bottle from (Y/N)) This is why you must always spot and read the labels on these things. Look. (points to one and reads it) "Made artificially. Contains no berries inside." (passes it back) See, you've been duped by branding.

Red: (drops to his knees) NO!!!! MY WHOLE APPRECIANTION FOR THIS BEVERAGE HAS BEEN BUILT ON NOTHING BUT LIES!!!

(Y/N): (chuckles) It's not the end of the world, Red. You can always find another drink to enjoy, like lemonade or orange juice.

???: Seems like your friend is going through truth-withdrawal. Trust me, I've been down that road before.

(Y/N) and the three parasites turn to see who's joining them on their conversation, seeing that the figure is none other than Nino. Wonder what he wants? Either a nice talk, or to join in on something he shouldn't be part of (according to the parasites).

Nino: I've gotten attached to a bouncy ball when I was young, but after I accidentally broke some vases indoors, my parents took it away and instead introduced me to bubble wands. Sure, it's not better, but it at least it helps distract me from feeling sad. (blows a few bubbles) So, what's going on here?

Blue: (narrows his eyes) Well, if you must know, we were just making sure to arrive here before the bell goes off, and have that cranky science teacher scream at us.

Red: How about you, Nino? What's gotten you waiting out here?

Nino: (looks to the door) It's my buddy, Adrien. It's his birthday today, and he told me a few days ago that his dad never lets him have a party. So, I told him to ask him about it, and he'll hopefully say yes. Until then, I'm waiting out here for Adrien and his answer.

Green: (claps her hands) Well, that's kind of you! Unfortunately for most of us, we didn't know it was his birthday, so we couldn't scramble for a gift. But, we have a dear friend who did make something for the occasion!

To (Y/N)'s surprise, Green then nudges the kid towards Nino, making the the young boy's shyness grow as he begins to shake from it, not used to interacting with others yet, especially those in his class. Nino doesn't notice how (Y/N)'s currently feeling, but does notice the cupcake in his hands.

Nino: That's a nice cupcake. Is that chocolate with some cherries and gum drops for decoration? ((Y/N) shyly nods) Dude, that is amazing! And you made these yourself?! ((Y/N) shyly nods again) Well, I say that Adrien will love the little treat you made for him! (pauses for a moment) Now that I think about it, I think I had a similar treat every time it was my birthday during a school day. Heck, it happened to everyone else.

(Y/N): (nervously) Well... I did make them for everyone...

Nino: (eyes widen) That was all you, dude?! ((Y/N) slowly backs away) Then why didn't you have some note attached, saying you made it for the birthday person?

(Y/N): (starting to hide behind Red) I... I used to, but almost everyone... threw the note away without reading it... So, I... stopped writing them.

Red: (pats (Y/N) on the head, making him blush) Then they really should pay attention more to the person that made it for them. Those fools should really appreciate the work you made for them.

Green: Yeah! Just like how we appreciate you for being such an amazing friend!! (nuzzles (Y/N), making him blush more)

Nino: (chuckles) Careful, Robert and Midori. He's turning so red, he could rival your hair. (all three chuckle as (Y/N) hides himself in his hands)

Blue: (grabs (Y/N)'s arm) That's enough you three. How about we wait inside the school, instead of out here? That way, we don't get in anybody's way?

Nino: Smart decision, Specs. Let's go.

With that agreement, the four Impostorm members, plus Nino, begin to go up the stairs of College Francoise Dupont, but right as they reach halfway, they spot a familiar figure walking down the stairs. Upon closer inspection, it's none other than Adrien, looking slightly upset than usual, only to be scooped by the shoulder by Nino, who's happy to see his friend for the morning.

Nino: (excitedly) Adrien!! Dude!! Happy birthday!! What did your father say? Did he say yes?

Adrien: Good afternoon, Nino. (feels someone tap his shoulder) Hmm? (turns to see (Y/N) there) Oh, hey. Do you need something?

(Y/N): (shyly nods) Um, yes. (hands him the cupcake) This is for you. Happy Birthday, Adrien.

Adrien: (takes the cupcake) Thanks, man! I love the decorations you've added! ((Y/N) smiles as Adrien looks to Nino) Oh, and for your question, Nino, my dad said no. (sighs) As expected.

Nino: (blows some bubbles) Dude, seriously?! Has your dad always been such a downer? You'd think he'd at least remember what it was like to be young and wanna party a little.

Blue: I believe that's doubtful, Nino. Adrien has made it clear that before arriving here, he has been heavily sheltered by his father. Judging by those actions, it is safe to say that Mr. Gabriel makes most of the decisions in his son's life. (looks to Adrien) Am I correct, Adrien?

Adrien: (nods) Along those lines, Specs. Besides, I'm pretty sure he was a downer back when he was young, too. (sighs) At least I tried.

Nino: (wraps an arm around Adrien) It's your b-day, dude! Insist!

Red: (joins in) Yeah! You can't be 100% certain he'll deny it without confronting him face-to-face!

As Nino and Red keep trying to reignite Adrien's attempts on getting his father to throw a birthday party for him, over behind the corner of the staircase is Marinette and Alya, hiding with the present in the hands of the former, and the latter doing her best to build up her friend's courage.

Alya: (encouraging Marinette) You can do it, you can do it!

Marinette: (repeating Alya's words) I can do it, I can do it!

Nino: You know what? I'm gonna have a little convo with your pops.

Green: Don't waste your time, Nino. A man like Adrien's father won't have his mind be persuaded so easily.

Nino: But it's important to try, Midori! (looks to (Y/N)) You agree, right, dude?

As (Y/N) begins to mumble to himself, struggling to come up with an answer, Green then notices out Marinette poking out of her hiding place, before going back down with shaking legs. So, with an eyebrow raised, she decides to see what the little baker girl is up to.

Marinette: (to herself) I can't do it, I can't do it!

Green: (appears above them) You can't do what? (both Marinette and Alya shriek) Keep the noise down, you two, or you'll attract everyone in the school to your little place. So, back to my question. What's got you two huddling near the bushes. You both trying to be woodland pixies or something?

Alya: (chuckles) No, we haven't sunk to that level yet. Marinette here has a birthday present for Adrien, but keeps getting jelly legs just before she tries and give it to him. (facepalms) She's been stalling all morning, and the time to present her present is now. Think you can help her out?

Green: (beams) Oh, no problem! I got this! (walks over) Now, when your friend is being a bit too stubborn on getting something over with, there's a strategy that always works out well! (Marinette and Alya look at each other) With some brute force!

Without waiting for an input, Green grabs Marinette by the arm and drags her out of her hiding spot, with the blue-haired girl shrieking in surprise. In just a few short seconds, the two of them have attracted the other boys, with Adrien looking the most surprised out of the five.

Green: (innocently) Hey, boys! Sorry if I'm interrupting your little session, but I have a little friend here who would like to say something to Adrien. (nudges Marinette forward) Go get him, tiger!

Marinette: (under her breath) Midori, you sly expert. (looks to Adrien, and nevously hides the present) Ah! Um... H-Hey.

Adrien: (shyly waves) Hey.

Nearby at the front gates to the school, Chloe and Sabrina stand there, watching the entire interaction going on, and though they can't hear what the others are saying, the former thinks she has a good idea on what's going on.

Chloe: (annoyed) Wait! Am I seeing what I think I'm seeing?! Don't tell me it's Adrien's birthday?!

Sabrina quickly goes onto her tablet to check the date, soon adopts a surprised look on her face, and looks Chloe with a sheepish smile and nods, making the spoiled daughter of the mayor groan.

Chloe: (more annoyed) Do I have to do everything myself?! Seriously, what good are you for?!

And with that, Chloe storms off towards Adrien, right as Marinette starts to build up the courage to present her gift to her crush.

Marinette: (nervously) I, uh, I wanted to, umm, gift you a make- (corrects herself) I mean, gift you a gift I made- (corrects herself again) I mean...

Chloe: (yawns and knocks Marinette away) Out of the way. (starts acting sweetly) Happy Birthday, Adrien! (kisses him on the cheek)

Adrien: (surprised) Yeah, thanks, Chloe.

Chloe: (smiles, only to see Green staring at her) And what are you looking at?

Green: (sarcastically) Well, it could be because you've just turned Marinette into kissing the concrete. I guess you didn't see her there.

Chloe: (playing innocent) Oh, was Marinette here? Sorry, I must have missed her.

Marinette: (to herself) Dummy. (Alya facepalms at this)

Chloe: (innocently) Did you get the gift I sent you?

Adrien: (confused) Uh, no.

Chloe: (pretending to be annoyed) What? Oh, those delivery guys. (begins ranting) I bet it was too heavy, so they had to go back and get another guy to help. Those slackers. (hugs Adrien) I'll make sure they get it to you by tonight.

Chloe kisses Adrien's cheek once more, before skipping off while humming a happy tune to herself. However, due to her eyes being closed, Red gets a good idea, and forms an evil smirk. Once the moment is right, he trips her over by sticking his foot out, making Chloe fall onto the stairs, as the parasite chuckles to himself.

Chloe: (turns around, mad) Who did that?!

Red: (innocently) Oh, sorry. I didn't see you there.

Chloe: (growls) You'll pay for that! (storms off)

Red: (looks to Adrien) You've got yourself a strange friend, Adrien. You really need to tell us where to get one similar to her. (gasps) Oh, wait! I just remembered! We have Midori! (laughs, only to get punched in the ribs) Ow! Why?!

Green: (frowns) You know why, you walking jalapeno.

Nino: (chuckles) These guys really are funny, right Adrien? (punches Adrien's shoulder)

Adrien: (chuckles) You're right on that. (looks to (Y/N)) You guys close?

(Y/N): (nervously chuckles) You could say that. (whispers to Blue) She didn't give him a present. She always does this during someone's birthday.

Blue: (whispers) I could tell. Her eyes were evading direct contact the entire time. Now, I believe we should stop ying and yang from tearing each other apart.

As both Adrien and Nino continue their earlier conversation, with (Y/N) and Blue trying to stop Red and Green from tearing each other apart, back over at Marinette's hiding spot, Alya is trying to get her best friend's motivation back up, with very little success.

Alya: (to Marinette) Get back there! Don't be a pushover, literally!

All Marinette does is let out a defeated groan, getting Alya more frustrated by her best friend's antics. Back with Chloe, she returns up the stairs, slightly grumpier than usual, before Sabrina begins to ask her an important question on her mind.

Sabrina: (excitedly) What did you get him?

Chloe: I didn't, you did. (points as Sabrina) And it better be amazing, and it better not be late!

Chloe soon walks off, with Sabrina frantically tapping on her tablet, trying to search for a gift Chloe would send to Adrien. Back with Marinette, she's still looking at her gift with worry, while Alya continues to motivate her again.

Alya: Come on, you can do it!

With a determined expression now forming on her face, Marinette stands up and is ready to present her gift to Adrien, when all of a sudden, a limousine pulls up and honks its horn to catch someone's attention. Upon seeing it, Adrien lets out a sigh, before looking over to Nino and the other four.

Adrien: Gotta go. Photoshoot. (enters the limo, which drives away)

Marinette: (to herself) Why can't I just mean what I say?

Alya: (overhears her) Uh, "Say what you mean?"

Marinette: Exactly.

Nino: (to himself) Looks like I've got some business to take care of with Adrien's old man. (looks to the Impostorm branch heading into the school) Maybe I should bring some help along...

As Nino debates whether or not to bring someone for some assistance if needed, a few hours pass, and both Marinette and Alya arrive to the Agreste mansion gates, with the former feeling intimidated by the size, but still tries to deliver her present through the mailbox. Only one problem, it won't move a single inch.

Marinette: (struggling) This mailbox won't budge!

Alya: (points to the doorbell) Ring the doorbell.

Marinette: Are you kidding? What if Adrien answers the-

Without skipping a heartbeat, Alya rings the doorbell, making Marinette panic and scream, nearly dropping the present in the process. Soon, a hidden compartment on the wall opens up, and out pops a camera, with Natalie speaking through it.

Natalie: Yes?

Marinette: (shyly) Um, hi. I'm in Adrien's class and I, uh... (shows the gift to the camera) Heh, did I already say that? Umm... (becomes more nervous) Heh... (smiles awkwardly)

Natalie: Put it in the box. (opens the mailbox)

Marinette: Uh... (puts the gift inside) Thank you!

After Marinette's thanks, the camera soon retreats back into the wall, as the compartment closes. In just a few short seconds, the blue-haired girl begins to excitedly dance in place, happy she got her mission completed.

Marinette: Oh! I hope he likes it!

Alya: You signed the note, right? (Marinette makes a surprised expression) Ah, girl, girl, girl.

Alya just shakes her head as Marinette lets out another upset noise, knowing now that she forgot the most important part. Back over with the Impostorm branch, they're just heading on back to their place, chatting more about their school day.

Green: Okay, so you know how me, Red, and (Y/N) have the same maths and computing teacher? (Blue nods) Well, we arrived into his class, and as usual, he was complaining about how his wife cheated on him, and how he was "completely fair during the whole thing".

Red: (remembers something) Oh! Don't forget what happened to the kid who forgot to bring his calculator to class! He got yelled at for 10 minutes, and then got sent to the principal's office in tears! I feel bad for that guy.

Blue: Same here. How could that man even be a teacher there?

(Y/N): I heard rumours that he's related to someone who used to run the school in the past, and even then, he believes that if he stays aggressive at the students, he might get a raise, or even a promotion.

Green: At least he's better than the History teacher. (groans) He's so boring with the way he talks, and he tries to make everything sound exciting, but he keeps making the whole class fall asleep. Remember the time he explained the beginning of the French Revolution, but he sounded like he wanted to talk about something else?

Blue: I found him tolerable, even when he subbed over for the science teacher, and gave us an hour long explanation on bacteria cells. (frowns) No, the one I find worse was the neanderthal we had for a sub for the P.E. lesson we had. (growing annoyed) He just sat on his phone, scrolling through some dating website, not caring that his own students were about to pass out from dehydration, because of the task he gave us to do!

(Y/N): (chuckles) Well, at least now we can head home and get some rest for the next day. And on the bright side, at least that sub is only for today.

The three parasites then chuckle as well, continuing on their way back to (Y/N)'s place, only to soon hear the sound of someone running after them. They all turn around, to see Nino chasing after them, before stopping to take a breath, then finishing off the distance and arriving in front of the four.

Nino: Hey, dudes. I was wondering if you guys could help me out with something.

Blue: (raises an eyebrow) Depends on what that task is.

Nino: (nervously chuckles) Well, I want to convince Adrien's old man to let him through a birthday party, and I'm a bit nervous about confronting him alone. So, I was gonna ask you guys if you could maybe tag along and help me. You know, help keep me in line or something similar?

Green: Well, I've got nothing else better to do, so I'll tag along! But only if this little cutie comes along as well! (pulls (Y/N) into her arm)

(Y/N): (flustered) W-W-What?! Mi-Midori, what are you doing?

Midori: I'm bringing you along so that way, you can possibly conquer your little shyness, and show everybody the little cute guy you've been hiding under that hoodie of yours!

(Y/N): (even more flustered) S-Stop it!

Nino: Well, it's settled. Guess you two are tagging along with me.

Red: Guess so. (looks to the other 2) See you back at home, guys.

With (Y/N) and Green waving goodbye to Red and Blue, they begin to head off with Nino towards the Agreste mansion, and confront Gabriel himself. Speaking of the Agreste mansion, Natalie soon arrives at her office and sits down, placing Marinette's gift to the side, when Gabriel soon speaks to her through the intercom.

Gabriel: Who was that, Natalie?

Natalie: A friend of Adrien's. She was delivering a gift for his birthday.

Gabriel: Did you remember to buy him a gift from me?

Natalie: (caught off-guard) Uh-Uh, but you didn't ask me to.

Gabriel: (angrily) Of course I did!

Natalie: (nervously) Yes, Mr. Agreste. I-I'll take care of it.

Gabriel: (narrows his eyes) Good.

Gabriel soon disconnects from the intercom, allowing Natalie to cover her mouth with fear, as she begins to despair about what he'll do when he finds out she didn't get one. Suddenly, she looks back at Marinette's gift, and sighs happily, with her face lighting up. She has something to give Adrien. In the middle of her genuine happiness, the doorbell rings again, so Natalie composes herself and answers, with the camera showing three people outside the gate.

Natalie: Yes?

Nino: Uh, hi.

Green: Is it okay if we speak to Mr. Agreste? ((Y/N) shyly waves behind her)

After a small interaction with Natalie, the secretary soon lets them into the foyer of the mansion while they wait for Gabriel to arrive. While waiting, (Y/N) and Green take the moment to look around the pure white foyer, completely in awe at how the place looks more like it belongs in a castle than a mansion.

(Y/N): (stars in his eyes) Wow, this is amazing.

Green: You said it, kid. This Gabriel man really has a wonderful taste in home décor. (to herself) Wonder if Black would like a palace like this.

Natalie: (smiles) Glad you two like it. Gabriel will be here in a minute.

Gabriel: (descends down the stairs) Adrien's not home yet.

Nino: (messing with his bubble wand) Uh, we were coming to see you, du- ((Y/N) pokes his side) I mean, sir.

Gabriel: (raises an eyebrow) Me?

Green: Yes, sir. We know that you've denied Adrien the chance of having a birthday party, but we wish to ask you to please give him it just the once.

Gabriel: (raises his palm) No. That's final.

Green: (in her mind) I think I'm starting to see a resemblance.

(Y/N): (quietly) B-B-But, Mr. Agreste, sir-

Gabriel: Could you speak up? I can't quite hear you.

(Y/N): (speaks a little louder) But, Mr. Agreste, sir... Adrien has p-performed flawlessly in-c-class, he's always worked hard in your photoshoots, fencing, a-and piano lessons, from what h-he's told us.

Adrien: (walks in and spot the three) Nino? (Y/N)? Midori? You're all here?

Nino: (smiles at Adrien) Anything for my best bud.

Green: (maintains eye contact) Mr. Agreste, we understand that as Adrien's father, you wish the best for him, but as his friends, we also worry for Adrien as well. Around a week ago, he was walking into school with an upset face, and we just want to help cheer him up as much as you do.

(Y/N): (rubs his arm) M-Midori's right, Mr. Agreste. As a friend, Adrien is important to us, as well. W-We just want to help him e-experience what it's like to be a n-normal kid. H-Having a party might help Adrien b-build up stronger bonds with his classmates, who also l-look out for him, like C-C-C-Chloe, for example.

Nino: They both have a point. Show some awesomeness, du- (Green pokes his side) I mean, sir, please.

Adrien soon spots his father glare at Nino, making the young model's expression change from hopeful to upset, already knowing the final outcome.

Adrien: (to Nino) Forget it, Nino. It's fine.

Gabriel: (speaks to Nino with a strict tone) Listen, young man. I decide what's best for my son. In fact, I've just decided you're a bad influence and you're not welcome in my house ever again. Leave now!

Adrien: (shocked and pleads) Father, he was trying to do something cool for me.

Gabriel: (raises his palm) Not now, Adrien. (looks to (Y/N) and Green) And as for you two, I understand your concern for him, but I assure you I know what's best for my son. Now, I suggest you two leave as well. I do not want to raise my voice at a happy couple.

(Y/N): (face explodes red) No, no, no, no, no. We-We-We aren't a-a-a couple.

Green: (playfully smirks) Not yet, at least. ((Y/N) buries his face in his hands)

Adrien: (sees Gabriel leaving) Father, wait!

Natalie: (steps in front of them) Goodbye.

Infuriated with how Gabriel just rudely dismissed him, shut down his act of kindness, and said to his face that he's a bad influence to his best friend, Nino angrily storms out, with Adrien, (Y/N), and Green following close behind.

Adrien: (calls out to Nino) Nino, wait! I'm sorry. My father, he's... pretty stubborn. It's best to stay out of his way.

(Y/N): (shyly speaks up) M-Maybe you could always invite Adrien t-to one of your birthday parties, instead.

Nino: (still furious) It's not fair, you two. He's so... Harsh, and uncool. (takes his leave)

Adrien: (sighs and looks to the other two) Thanks anyway, you guys. Make sure to tell Nino that when he calms down, please.

Green: (gives Adrien a thumbs up) Sure thing, A-man! What are friends for? See you tomorrow!

Green then takes (Y/N)'s hand, creating a small blush on his already red face, and they take their leave, waving goodbye to Adrien, who waves back, only looking a bit more upset than he was previously. Over with Nino, he takes a seat at the bench in the park, his mind still stuck on how cold Gabriel is to his own son. As he tries to blow some bubbles in order to cool himself down, he hears a child sobbing, as the kid's father drags him out of the park.

Child: (complaining) But, daddy, please!

Adult: No, it's not playtime. You've got your chores to do.

Nino: (angrily scoffs) Adults ruin everything all the time.

Unbeknownst to Nino, his bubbling rage towards adults has attracted the attention of a certain butterfly-themed villain, who has the window to his lair open up, ready to create both a new enemy and a new plan.

Hawk Moth: Desperate to help his friend, but feeling powerless. How frustrating! It won't be long before frustration turns to anger! (corrupts a butterfly into an akuma) Fly away, my little akuma, and evilize him.

With a twist of his staff, Hawk Moth's akuma flies throw the open window and into Paris, searching for its prey. After a while, it arrives at the park, and flutters directly into Nino's bubble wand, giving its master a direct connection with the upset party boy.

Hawk Moth: (through telepathy) Hawk Moth is my name and Bubbler is now yours. I will help you with these horrid adults, and all you have to do in return is help me get something from Ladybug and Cat Noir.

Nino: (grins) Yes, Hawk Moth.

Standing up from the bench, Nino allows the akumatized object to fully transform him from the kind person he is, into a villain themed around the soapy liquid of entertainment, Bubbler. For his new looks, he now has artic blue skin, dark amaranth eyes, and black circles around his eyes, with two black spots both above his left eye and below his right eye. For his costume, he now has a tunic coloured vivid red, arctic blue, and yellow, with many parts being rounded to resemble bubbles.

Along his arms are black elbow-length gloves with amaranth knuckles, and black pants. On his chest is a black and white symbol resembling an eye, with two grey tubes connected to it. Finally, on his back is a huge container of bubble liquid, which not only has a giant bubble wand in there, but also doubles as a jetpack. Overall: Interesting theme, but a ridiculous costume forced in there.

After transforming, Bubbler leaps onto some rooftops, and sticks the landing, while having some small bubbles be released around him.

Bubbler: No more adults means total freedom! (excited) This is SO sweet! (grabs his bubble sword) Off the hook!

With his weapon in his grip, Bubbler soon takes off using his jetpack, soaring all across Paris and spreading purple bubbles all across the air. Said purple bubbles then drift into the street, catching adults inside them, and then soaring into the air while turning green, sending adults screaming, children crying, and teenagers doing a bit of both, all while a certain mastermind watches from his base.

Hawk Moth: (satisfied) Perfect.

Meanwhile, back at the Dupain-Cheng house, Marinette is eating her lunch, a bit upset about how she wasn't able to give Adrien his gift in person. In fact, she's so upset, she's playing with her food, making a heart out of some peas.

Marinette: (to herself) Adrien must have gotten his gift by now.

Sabine: (opens a nearby window) What's that you said?

Marinette: (surprised) Um, I can't wait to get back to school this afternoon.

Marinette lets out a nervous chuckle, making her mother let out a laugh of her own, however, neither of them notice a purple bubble enter through the open window and abduct Sabine and dragging her into the air, catching both her and Marinette off-guard.

Marinette: (worried) Mom?! MOM!! (sees her dad in one as well) Dad?! Dad!!

Tikki: (flies out) Your parents! Hawk Moth must've released another akuma.

Marinette: I've got to find this new villain ASAP. Tikki, spots on!

One quick transformation later, and Marinette has became Ladybug, only now she's sporting a more worried look on her face, instead of one of confidence. Nearby, Bubbler stands on a rooftop, enjoying the chaos he's caused.

Bubbler: And now, party time!

Ladybug soon rushes out of the bakery, to find some kids crying, a nearby teen trying to comfort them to the best of their abilities, and Bubbler broadcasting a message through his purple bubbles.

Bubbler: Today is your lucky day, little dudes. The adults have taken the day off, so make the most of it. No chores, no homework, no more nagging, just fun, fun, fun, fun. This is The Bubbler's gift to you.

Ladybug: (to the kids) Don't worry, your parents will come back. I'll see to it. (to the teen) You take care of them in the meantime.

Kids + Teen: (cheers) Yay! Go, Ladybug!

The kids and teen continue to cheer as Ladybug takes her leave, using using her yo-yo to swing up onto the rooftops in order to give chase to Bubbler. Elsewhere with Green and (Y/N), they're just walking through the streets, talking about Gabriel, not knowing to what's happening all over Paris.

Green: Man, Adrien's dad's a stick in the mud. Reminds me of my own boss. He's extremely strict, has no tolerance to anyone annoying or failure, and pretty intimidating to interact with. You get it?

(Y/N): (nods) Yeah, I have a family member like that, in the form of my uncle. He's known for being angry most of the time, but he still means good deep down in his heart, and just has a difficult time expressing himself. He and my aunt also share the same job, and are completely happy with it.

Green: (interesting) Do you happen to know what's the job they love doing?

Before (Y/N) can answer, the two of them hear panicked screaming coming from the street around the corner. Giving each other a confused glance, they rush over to see the purple bubbles abducting adults, children sobbing their eyes out, and teens unsure on what to do, along with Bubbler's message being replayed. As they stare in shock, the sound of a device starts ringing in Green's pocket, so she takes it out to see some messages from Blue.

Blue: I know you may have already noticed this, but some strange bubbles have just recently appeared, and abducting a large amount of people. I assume that another villain of a strange theme has appeared. Anything else you two have noticed about the behaviour of these bubbles?

Green: I'll check with (Y/N). (looks to (Y/N)) Hey, have you noticed something strange about how those bubbles are acting?

(Y/N): (looks at the bubbles) Yeah, they appear to be mostly going after the adults, while leaving anyone else alone. (gasps) Wait! If they're after just adults, then does that mean my grandparents might be in trouble? (begins to cry) They're in the hospital, and the doctors might have been abducted by now... Have the bubbles got them too?..

Green: (looks back to her device) They seem to be targeting anyone who's 18 or above, so adults, while completely ignoring teens and children. Also, (Y/N)'s deathly worried about his grandparents at the hospital. Any ideas on what to do?

Blue: Here's the plan. You and (Y/N) deal with the villain that's recently popped up, while me and Red head to the hospital and keep the two elderly patients save from whatever these bubbles are.

Green: How will you go to their hospital? There's a bunch.

Blue: Simple. I've recently found notes from the hospital sharing updates about the progress of the two. We can easily trace them to their location and protect them from abduction. Now go, time is wasting.

Green: Got it.

After putting away her device back into her pocket, Green turns her attention to the panicking (Y/N), who's now huddling into a ball and shaking while worrying about his grandparents. Seeing his current condition, the parasite in disguise kneels down and pulls her recent crush into a calming hug, while stroking his back to calm him down more easier.

Green: (speaks in a soft tone) Take a deep breath, (Y/N). Don't worry. Red and Blue are going to make sure your grandparents will be safe. As for now, we have a villain to deal with. (sees (Y/N) calming down) There. Are you feeling better now?

(Y/N): (wipes his tears away) A little bit.

Green: (smiles) And that's fine. (smirks) Now, let's go kick some butt!

Both (Y/N) and Green prepare to dash into the nearest alleyway and undergo a quick transformation in order to properly deal with the villain, but before they can even take a step towards one, a figure soon drops down in front of them. Turns out the figure is none other than Bubbler, causing (Y/N) to shriek in fear, and Green to instinctively pull the shy boy behind her.

Bubbler: Sup, dude and dudette! Just wanted to let you guys know that as good friends of my buddy Adrien, you two are invited to his awesome birthday party! Unless you both feel like floating in the air with the adults. (notices (Y/N)) Uh, what's with the little dude there? He looks like he's about to faint in a moment.

Green: Oh, he's just both a little shy, plus he's a little worried about their grandparents. They might be adults, but they're currently going through some... (looks to (Y/N)) difficult times. (looks back to Bubbler) Okay, how about we make a deal, Sergeant Soapy? We'll attend your party, but do you think you can make up an area for my friend here? (points to (Y/N)) He's not used to being in large crowds, as he hasn't been invited to a party in a while.

Bubbler: (surprised) Wait, he hasn't been to any parties? Well, that means he has to be at this party! (thinks for a moment) Okay, I'll make up a quiet area for your little friend if he happens to get stressed! Consider it a deal! (shakes Green's hand) Now, follow me! (heads to Adrien's house)

Green says nothing, opting to grab (Y/N)'s wrist and slowly bringing him along. Guess they'll have to find a different opportunity to go into their disguises. Over with Adrien, he's currently finishing his lunch on the dining room all alone, wiping his mouth with a napkin before getting up to leave, still upset with what happened earlier.

Adrien: (sarcastically) Wow. That was a birthday lunch to remember. Yay! (enters the foyer and stops) Natalie? Father?

After getting no response, Adrien instead chooses to shrug it off, before heading through the front doors, ready to head back to school. However, what he wasn't expecting was to see most of his classmates cheering for him and wishing him a happy birthday, some of them at least, before noticing Bubbler riding a bubble a few metres in the air.

Bubbler: Hey, hey, hey, birthday boy. Guess what? Daddy's gone! While the cat's away, the mice will play.

Instead of answering, Adrien continues to glance at the villain, before his eyes widen and his face changes to one of shock, realizing who's currently the main cause of the bubbles.

Adrien: Nino?!

Bubbler: The Bubbler's brought all yo homies together for one singe-sole purpose, to celebrate! (the crowd cheers at Bubbler lands at a DJ booth) Let's get this party started!

The Bubbler then begins to play some music, getting the crowd to begin dancing, even though most of them look either upset or uncomfortable. Adrien meanwhile uses this distraction to run back into his house.

Bubbler: Come on, everybody. I brought you here to party! So dance, or else you'll join the adults up in the sky! (laughs evilly as fireworks shoot into the sky)

Hawk Moth: (watching from his lair) It won't be long before Ladybug and Chat Noir show up to meet their doom!

As Hawk Moth has his own moment to laugh maniacally, back with Adrien, he bursts into his bedroom and looks down at his ring, only to feel Plagg climbing onto his shoulder.

Plagg: (calmly) What's your problem? Relax! You're getting the party you've always wanted.

Adrien: (concerned) But Nino's been akumatized! I've gotta help him!

Plagg: (playfully) You may never get this chance again! C'mon, let's have a little fun while your father's away!

Adrien: (thinks for a moment) Okay, you're right. (starts to smile) This might be the first day in my life that I actually get to do what I want for once.

As Adrien goes back out, not realising that he's made a foolish mistake, over with Red and Blue, they have just arrived at the hospital where (Y/N)'s grandparents are currently being looked after. As expected, all the staff have been captured by the bubbles, but the patients luckily haven't, after checking the security cameras for proof. The two soon make their way down the hallways, before arriving at the door the elderly couple are being kept at: Room 47 on the 4th floor.

After carefully getting the door open, they walk in, and find both grandparents in single hospital beds, looking at them in confusion. In the bed closer to them is an elderly woman with pale skin, a few wrinkles, fading grey hair, blue eyes, a necklace of pearls, and is wearing a grey hospital gown. On her bed, the words "Carol (L/N)" are written on a board, and she has a welcoming, yet slightly mature expression on her face.

As for the other elderly family member, they appear to have white hair that's spiking upwards, many wrinkles along his face, a missing eye that's been slowly healing, misty glasses, a gold tooth, (F/C) eyes, and is wearing a dark green hospital gown. On his bed, the words "Chester (L/N)" are written on a board, and his expression shows a face of annoyance.

Carol: Oh, and who are you two lovely visitors?

Chester: (in a tired voice) If you two are new nurses, then you can forget about giving me a sponge bath! I've had one this morning, and I'm clean as a fish!

Blue: (shakes his head) No, we aren't new recruits, but rather friends of your grandson. There's a strange occurrence going on outside and kidnapping many people, so he asked us if we could keep a close eye on you two until the whole thing clears up.

Carol: (smiles) Aw, how nice of our dear (Y/N) to have such a great heart, and such nice friends. Speaking of (Y/N)? How is he doing back at his uncle's place? Are his grades still staying great? Are his classmates treating him nicely?

Red: (nods) Thanks, ma'am. And as for (Y/N), he's doing well at school. Many of the students don't really interact with him, but his grades are going well. Just last week, he scored an A on his Maths test.

Chester: (looks offended) He got an A? And not an A+?

Carol: (looks to Chester) Chester, it's still a high mark for our little angel. Plus, the reason why his other peers haven't spoken to him much might be because of his condition.

Chester: (looks to Carol) That's still not an excuse for those lazy and heartless teens to at least offer him some help! Back in our days, an A without the plus was like a clock without any batteries: Next to useless! (Red chuckles as he pulls out his device) And you, tomato hair! But that thing away!

Red: (glares at Chester) Well, if you want to know something interesting, I'm using this "thing" to message another of (Y/N)'s friends to tell him that the people he cares about are okay, so maybe don't blindly assume I'm not listening to your rants!

Blue: (whacks Red on the head) Red! That's no way to speak to elders! (politely bows) I'm so sorry for my friend's attitude. He doesn't think much about his actions.

Carol: (waves her hand) Don't worry, it's fine. As they say, "Sticks and Stones may break my bones, but Words shall never harm me". Not to mention, we're pretty used to dealing with a child's personality, right Chester?

Chester: (nods) You're right on the dot, Carol. After teaching as a History teacher for three years, I'm not surprised by how these delinquents act, and it's all because of their new fancy gadgets. I miss it when back in the day, the only places phones belonged where either in houses or in phone boxes.

Blue: You mean those horribly damaged stands with the finicky buttons that are so hard to understand, you'll end up accidentally calling the wrong number, and find yourself having an uncomfortable conversation with a stranger on the other side of the globe?

Chester: (chuckles) The very same. It's nice to know that some teens at least do a little research on the pass.

Blue: Well, I do have a knack for learning about the past. (pauses for a moment) Pardon me for being nosy, but what's this about a "condition" (Y/N) has? He hasn't informed us about one.

Carol: (looks a bit upset) Well...

As (Y/N)'s grandparents begin explaining to the two parasites about something (Y/N) has been keeping hidden, over with Ladybug, she's currently running across the rooftops of Paris, following the fireworks in order to track down the villain of the day.

Ladybug: (gets a determined expression) It's you and me, Bubbler.

As Ladybug slowly makes her way to her destination, over at the Agreste Mansion, everyone is still dancing to the beats that Bubbler is providing, still with the upset and slightly afraid expressions on their faces. Only Adrien and one other figure appear to be enjoying the party, though the model hasn't noticed them yet.

Adrien: (smiling) Yeah! (walks over to Rose) Hey, nice party, I guess, since it's my first one.

Instead of a response, Rose just gives him an awkward smile and two-thumbs-up, before returning back to her dance with an upset expression. By that point, Adrien begins to notice the expressions of the others, but then notices two people who don't look sad at all. Over by themselves in a corner with some pillows and blankets are (Y/N) and Green, with the former looking like he's having trouble learning how to dance, and the latter freestyling with a smile on her face. So, wanting to have some interactions at his first party, he walks over to talk to them.

Adrien: Hey, I can see you two are enjoying the party, huh?

Green: (chuckles) You bet I am! Even if the atmosphere is a bit too upset for a party, that won't stop me from enjoying some time with my buddy here! (nudges (Y/N))

(Y/N): (nervously chuckles) Y-Yeah. I-I haven't been to much parties, but aren't they supposed t-to be... a bit more noisy and crowded?

Adrien: (shrugs) I wouldn't know, because I haven't been to one either. But, just as a quick question, what are you guys doing over here instead of with the crowd?

Green: Well, my little amigo over here doesn't handle stressful areas like parties, so I asked if we could have a nice calming corner set up in case he needs to relax, or just when he needs some time away from the noise.

Adrien: Oh, I see now.

As the young model, the shy boy, and the female parasite continue to chat with each other, back at the dancing crowd, Chloe whispers something in Sabrina's ear, before motioning her with her hand to tell the Bubbler, while Sabrina looks a little reluctant while doing so.

Sabrina: (a bit frightened) I'm requesting a slow dance.

Bubbler: (looks at Sabrina) It's a bit too early for that, isn't it?

Chloe: (shoves Sabrina aside) It's for Adrien. His first slow dance. (makes a sweet face)

Bubbler: (smirks) OH! You know it, girl!

Accepting the request, Bubbler changes the song from an upbeat dance to one of a slow dance, forcing others to begin pairing up, while the three over by the quiet corner don't notice the change yet.

Adrien: So, sorry to change the subject, but... (looks around) Is it me, or does everyone seem a bit weird?

(Y/N): (looks around) Yeah, th-they look a bit afraid, now that you mention it.

Chloe: (slides over) Forget about them, let's go dance! C'mon! (whisks Adrien away)

Green: (confused) What is with her and trying to get with him? (hears the music) Hold on, the music changed. (smirks) Look's like I get to dance with you as my partner, (Y/N).

(Y/N)'s face begins to change red as Green grabs his arms and pulls him into a slow dance, with the parasite taking the lead, while also helping him learn how to dance in this situation. A short while later, Ladybug lands on a balcony overlooking the garden party, her eyes searching through the guests until spotting Chloe trying to kiss Adrien, with the model looking uncomfortable, and making the superheroine look aghast.

Ladybug: (glares) There is no way this is happening. Lucky Charm! (gets gifted... a record) A record?

Looking around for how to use it properly, Ladybug soon takes notice of the empty record spot in the DJ mixer, the volume modifier, and a nearby ledge on the Agreste Mansion. Chuckling to herself, the spotted superheroine throws the record like a disc, having it bounce off the ledge, hit the modifier, and lands perfectly on the empty spot. As expected, an upbeat and funky track begins to play, getting the guests to break their pairs and continue dancing, allowing Adrien to get away from Chloe, unexpectedly interrupting Green and (Y/N)'s moment, and upsetting Bubbler.

Green: (hears the music change) Aww, right when we were getting to the best part: The Romantic Kiss. (sees (Y/N)'s face to red, it's steaming, and the boy is about to faint)

Bubbler: (annoyed) Dude! Who just hijacked my mix?!

Ladybug: (smirks) Yours truly. (her earrings start beeping) Better bug out quick before I change back to normal. (leaps off the balcony and lands near the wall) Spots off!

With her last words, Ladybug transforms back into Marinette, while Tikki appears from out of the earrings, before landing into her wielder's hands, both tired and annoyed at Marinette's actions.

Tikki: Marinette!

Marinette: It was an emergency.

Tikki: (rubs her eyes) Yeah, if by emergency, you mean jealousy. You know what happens once you use your Lucky Charm. You only have minutes before-

Marinette: (interrupts) I turn back, I know. But I figured, The Bubbler, he's not going anywhere, we have time to get you some food to get your energy back up. Then, we'll get right back out there, I promise.

Without wasting anymore time, Marinette puts Tikki into her purse before sneaking into the Mansion's main garden, where everyone is still dancing, but looking a little more positive than before. Once there, she looks around, before spotting a dinner table, and running over to sneak a few cookies into her purse for her Kwami.

Marinette: (looking around carefully) I've got to find a place where I can transform, fast.

Alya: (approaches from behind) Where have you been, girl? (Marinette gasps) I was so scared something had happened to you. (offers a hug)

Marinette: Me too! (accepts the hug)

Alya: (confident) I'm sure Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Null will show up in a minute to save us all. They never failed us. Meanwhile, come with me. I've got something for you.

Marinette: (nervous) Uh, there's something I've got to do first. (points in another direction)

Alya: (teases) It's about Adrien. (winks)

Marinette: (blinks for a moment, then groans) Okay.

Tikki: (pops out with a cookie) Marinette, The Bubbler.

Marinette: Okay, okay, in a sec.

A reluctant Marinette begins to follow Alya into the Agreste Mansion, where after walking through the hallways for a bit, they sneak into Natalie's office, where the blue-haired girl's present lays on the desk.

Alya: (whispers) Look! Now you can sign your gift.

Marinette: (happily gasps) Yes!

While the two girls finish off their little mission, back outside at the party, (Y/N) and Green are sitting by the quiet area, chatting to themselves about whatever's on their mind, until they're both approached by Bubbler, who looks a little annoyed about something.

Bubbler: Excuse me, you two, but I've noticed you both aren't having fun. Care to explain that?

Green: (runs a hand through her hair) Well, both of us were feeling a bit tired after dancing for the past few minutes, so we've chosen to sit down and chat until our stamina's restored. Plus, we're still having fun, as we're enjoying what we're talking about. (looks into Bubbler's eyes) You don't have to be constantly partying to be having fun.

Bubbler: (nods) My mistake. Anyway, hope you two continue having fun.

(Y/N): (twiddling his fingers) I-It's fine. (notices someone) H-Hey, what's wrong with Ivan? He looks u-upset.

Bubbler: (notices Ivan) I don't know. I'll go ask. (approaches Ivan) Hey, you. Why aren't you having fun.

Ivan: (in a grumpy tone) None of your business.

Bubbler: (smirks) Then I'm going to make it my problem.

The Bubbler then starts to chuckle like a villain as he pulls out his bubble sword, while Ivan recoils in fear, knowing he's in deep trouble, all while Green looks with a glare. They need to wait until a proper distraction takes place. Back inside, Marinette is just finishing off a message she's writing onto a post-it note.

Marinette: "Love, Marinette". There. (places the note and kisses the present)

Tikki: (pokes her head out) Right, we're good. "Spots on" Marinette.

Marinette: (worried) I can't do it now. Alya's here.

Alya: (pokes her head in) What'd you say?

Marinette: (jumps slightly) Go ahead! I'll meet you in the yard.

Alya soon closes the door and heads back to the garden, giving Marinette the chance to let out a sigh of relief. However, as she turns around, she sees a sight she didn't want to see through a window: Ivan screaming for help as he's trapped in a green bubble.

Marinette: No! You were right, Tikki, I never should've waited this long.

As Marinette stays to transform back into Ladybug, back outside where the party is, Adrien is currently standing on a stage, in front of both the DJ mixer and Bubbler, while speaking through a microphone in his hands.

Adrien: (excited) Hey, Paris, how you doing?

Adrien raises his mic in excitement, only to hear nothing but groans from most of the crowd, except for Green, who gives a thumbs-up. Annoyed, Bubbler lets out a growl as he reaches for bubble sword, scaring the crowd to instead cheer, with (Y/N) soon clapping and Green whistling through her fingers. As Adrien jumps off the stage, he soon notices a familiar figure watching them on the balcony above.

Adrien: (in disbelief) Ladybug?

Without a response, Ladybug throws her yo-yo straight towards Bubbler's power strip, unplugging everything attached in one blow, and retracting her weapon before anyone can properly react.

Ladybug: (smirks) Sorry, Bubbler, but the party is over.

Bubbler: (annoyed) Why you gotta be like that?

Ladybug: (frowns) You made all the adults disappear, that's why! And now you're imprisoning anyone who isn't having fun.

Bubbler: (angry) You will not bust up my party!

Grabbing his bubble sword, Bubbler begins the fight by sending two red bubbles straight towards Ladybug, who easily deflects them with her yo-yo. Sensing the upcoming brawl, the crowd begins to scatter to avoid getting caught in it, but Green quickly grabs (Y/N)'s arm and takes him to the quiet area.

Green: Alright, now that Soapy's distracted with Poka-dots, we can make our move. Are you ready to deal with this guy, (Y/N)?

(Y/N): (looks at the ground) Are my grandparents still okay?

Green: (checks her device) Red messaged me an hour ago that they've got the elderly couple guarded. They won't be getting abducted anytime sooner or later.

(Y/N): (takes a deep breath) That helps deal with the situation. (gains a determined expression) Alright Green, let's crash this party! (looks to Bubbler) Though, due to him using a liquid, it may be difficult to face him in Burst form.

Green: Still, that means that aside from your attacks not working, then his attacks won't work on you, as well. Just ignite whenever he aims at you, and turn that soap into steam!

(Y/N): (nods) Got it! Now, it's time to get serious.

With a fist-bump, (Y/N) activates the Cosmicubes inside of him to transform into Null the Emotion Anomaly, while Green quickly shapeshifts her body into a unrecognisable disguise for combat. Back to the brawl, soon Ladybug and Bubbler enter a melee clash between bubble sword and yo-yo, before landing opposite of each other. Soon, Bubbler begins to save waves of bubbles towards Ladybug, forcing her to block each one as the villain goes in for a sneak attack.

However, right at The Bubbler swings his bubble sword for a direct hit...

Null: GUARDIAN ANGEL!!

A barrier is quickly formed around Ladybug, having the bubble sword harmlessly bounce off its surface, and pushing The Bubbler back. As soon as he's left vulnerable, the soap-themed villain feels something slash at his arm, before being kicked back to the dinner table. After recovering, he sees Null and Green positioned in combat stances, also ready to battle.

Bubbler: (annoyed) There's more of you?!

Ladybug: (to Null) About time you and your friend arrived, Null. I was about to believe you abandoned me for this mission.

Null: (calmly) Apologies for the late arrival, but we were occupied with freeing some civilians. The other two have chosen to stay behind and protect those that remain uncaptured, while we locate and deal with the cause.

Green: (grips her knife) And good thing we did, cause you're bad a close-range combat. (Ladybug glares at her) Leave that department for me, while you and Null stick to long-range combat, okay?

Null: (nods in agreement) Good suggestion, partner. You do understand our fighting styles and their limits. (eyes glow red) Red Burst!!

As Null changes into his Burst Form, the two sides continue to stair each other off, while Adrien rushes into his room, having chosen a different path than the other members of the crowd, before unveiling Plagg hiding in his jacket.

Adrien: I think I've been a complete idiot. Plagg, claws out!!

With one quick transformation into Cat Noir, the battle outside continues as Ladybug throws her yo-yo, Null launches a fireball, and Green goes charging with her knife. As a response to this, Bubbler sends three red bubbles their way, turning into steam upon colliding with the fireball, and bouncing back the yo-yo. However, Green easily cuts through her bubble with ease, surprising the villain, before engaging him in a Knife Vs Bubble Sword battle.

As for Ladybug, she sees her yo-yo flying back to her, but luckily, Cat Noir arrives and whacks the yo-yo with his staff, sending it flying into the air, and not allowing it to injure his partner.

Cat Noir: (strikes a pose) Looks like I made it just in time.

Ladybug: I had it under control, (the yo-yo hits Cat Noir's head and lands in her palm) but thanks.

As the two Miraculous users have their conversation, Null turns his attention to his partner, who seems to be struggling against the longer and large weapon. So, he dashes forward like a comet, and starts pelting Bubbler with fireballs from different angles, so when the villain turns his attention to block, Green can sneak in a few up-close attacks, and the strategy repeats. Unfortunately, Bubbler is able to catch on to their strategy, and attempts to get Green caught in the impact, but the two retreat once they see Bubbler catching on, getting the villain more annoyed as Hawk Moth contacts Bubbler.

Hawk Moth: (through telepathy) Those two are just distractions. Just ignore them and focus on getting the Miraculouses. I want those powers, NOW!

With a battle cry, Bubbler begins to spin in place and uses his bubble sword to send a massive swarm of red bubbles towards the main four, forcing them each to handle the attack in their own way. For example, Ladybug and Cat Noir both dodge gracefully while deflecting most attacks with their weapons, Null ignites himself to evaporate any bubble that gets close to him, and Green just cleaves through each one in their path. The rest of the bubbles just harmlessly float right past them and up into the air, which is what they thought.

Once the barrage is over and they face Bubbler, the villain smirks and clicks his fingers, having the bubbles change from red to green. Suddenly, they begin to rapidly surround the main four, before beginning to stick to them like glue. As The Bubbler laughs at his surprise attack, all four heroes are soon trapped in a massive bubble, and unfortunately for Green, she had accidentally dropped her knife during the attack, and now she's unable to reach for it.

Marinette: (bangs on the bubble) Hey, Null's partner. Think you can cut us out of here?

Green: (growls) I could, but I don't have my knife on me! (points to it)

Bubbler: (mockingly) Aww, does the little green ninja miss her weapon? Too bad! (laughs as he points his bubble sword to them) Give me your Miraculouses before you all run out of air.

Ladybug: (glares) Dream on, Bubbler.

Bubbler: (shakes his head) Total party poopers, just like adults.

Ladybug: (grows more agitated) Kids need adults! (the others peek out of hiding)

Bubbler: False! Kids need freedom, fun, let loose and live it up. Adults are controlling and bossy.

Ladybug: But adults keep children safe and protected. They care for their kids, they love them!

Cat Noir: (quietly to himself) Most adults to anyhow.

Null: (frowns) Even if they are across the globe, the bond a child and an adult share can never be broken. Family is the strongest chain children can latch onto.

Cat Noir: (looks back at Bubbler) You must bring the adults back!

Bubbler: Nope, never. (thinks of an idea) Know what, since you all care about these adults so much, why don't you all go float with them for a while?

And with that, Bubbler charges straight for the green transparent prison, sending the two Miraculous users screaming with terror, as he then kicks the bubble high into the sky, shocking the rest of the hidden crowd, and angering Hawk Moth by a bit.

Hawk Moth: (through telepathy) What do you think you're doing, Bubbler?! You're supposed to seize their Miraculouses!

As the bubble trapping the four continues to rise into the air, both Ladybug and Cat Noir begin to become more desperate with their escape attempts, punching and kicking the inner surface, but getting no results. As for Null and Green, the latter takes notes of the altitude they're at, before looking to her partner as an idea forms in her mind.

Green: (whispers to Null) Start charging up for an explosion, and angle yourself towards the Mansion. That way, once we get freed, us two can get back to the battle instantly, and give the heroes some time to come up with a plan.

Null: (nods and whispers back) Alright, but try to inform them once we're freed of this containment, so that they don't get confused on where we disappear to.

Green gives Null a nod as the Anomaly of Emotions begins to charge up his Burst form, slowly glowing more and more red. Meanwhile, Ladybug comes up with a plan on how to pop the bubble, and looks to Cat Noir.

Ladybug: Use your Cataclysm!

Cat Noir: (sarcastically) Couldn't you have said that like five hundred feet ago?

Ladybug: We can't stay stuck in this bubble together forever.

After those words, Cat Noir gives his partner a cheeky grin, which only makes Ladybug facepalm, and both Null and Green roll their eyes. Clearly seeing the message, the cat hero decides to drop the joke and break them free.

Cat Noir: Cataclysm!

Upon calling for his powers, he has his particle-covered floor touch the surface of the bubble, breaking them free... only for gravity to send them plummeting back down to Paris. As the two superheroes scream during the descend, Ladybug notices Green moving herself to a now glowing Null.

Ladybug: (confused) What are you two doing?

Green: You come up with a plan, while we buy you some time and deal with Sargant Soap back at the mansion. See you two there, and try not to get some sudden burns!

Before either of the two miraculous users can question what they mean, Green quickly latches onto Null, who suddenly causes an explosion that can be seen from a distance, launching the both of them back to The Bubbler, speeding through the sky like a meteor crashing down to the earth. After they take their leave, Ladybug and Cat Noir blink in surprise as tons of ash cover them, before they remember their current situation, and see that they're now passing the Eiffel Tower.

Ladybug: (playfully) Should we see if you land on your feet this time?

Cat Noir: No, thanks!

Ladybug: (looks to the Eiffel Tower) Your staff, there! (points to the wonder of the world)

Cat Noir: (nods) Got it!

Grabbing the staff from his belt, Cat Noir throws it towards the Eiffel Tower as hard as he can, which luckily gets it embedded into the structure. As soon as Ladybug sees it's now stuck in there, she quickly grabs her partner's hand.

Ladybug: Hang on!

Using her yo-yo, Ladybug wraps it around the staff multiple times, so that right when the two of them reach the ground, rather then going splat, they are lifted a safe distance into the air, where after taking the staff out of the Eiffel Tower, they roll onto the road below, only sustaining a few bruises because of the landing.

Cat Noir: (smirks) Good thing cat's aren't afraid of heights.

Ladybug: (passes his staff back) We've got to get to his bubble sword, that's got to be where the akuma is.

Cat Noir: (hears his ring beep) We better hurry.

The two superheroes start to make their way back to the Agreste Mansion as fast as they can travel, while Bubbler slowly walks around the yard, trying to draw the hiding crowd members out.

Bubbler: (growing angered) Where is everybody?! Get out here and party!!

As he prepares to find out himself, he notices a shadow on the ground getting closer with each second. Turning around to see what it exactly is, he notices what appears to be a human-sized fireball getting closer, and tries to jump out of the way. While he avoids making contact, it suddenly unleashes a wave of fire, which does hit and knock Bubbler away. As the villain recovers from the attack, he sees both Green and Null in his Burst form staring him down.

Bubbler: (growls) You two again?! Don't you ever learn to get lost?!

Green: (smirks) Sorry, but following the words of a C-list villain such as you or your master isn't in our education plan.

Null: (flares up) Now, I suggest you free those innocent people this instant, otherwise standing your ground will be the worst and final decision of your embarassing reign of what you call "terror".

Bubbler: (chuckles) First off, what you call "terror", I call "living the dream". Second, if you want to scare me into submission, better work on your threats, cause I'm pretty sure your grandmother wouldn't be intimidated by it.

Null: (begins to see red) You know what? I was originally going to free you from that corrupted insect, but I know think I'd incinerate it to ashes, along with that PITIFUL LIFE OF YOURS!! (flares up even more)

Green: (chuckles) Guess you chose wrong when messing with the bull.

Bubbler: (glares at them both) You both don't shake me, but if you want to brawl, then we can party for a while!

The Bubbler soon grabs his bubble sword, while Green picks up her discarded knife, and Null continues to flare up, while the crowd watches with anticipation. After two seconds pass, Null leaps into the air and throws some ember particles down, while Green charges forward for a stab. Bubbler easily evades the projectiles and blocks Green's attacks, before whacking her away, and going in for a strike of his own. Luckily, the parasite avoids the strike with a somersault, as Null comes down for some melee blows of his own, delivering uppercuts to the Bubbler, before throwing him to the ground and knocking him around with fire punches.

After leaping away to catch his breath, Null goes in for one final blow, only for Bubbler to recover and deliver a surprise whack with his bubble sword, before delivering a combo to the Emotion Anomaly, and finishing up by trapping him a green bubble. Seeing this, Green soon jumps in to free her friend, but Bubbler just knocks her away, before changing the colour of the bubble to orange, and have it detonate, sending Null down to the floor as he takes in some deep breaths due to the pain he's now feeling, while the soapy villain laughs, hearing both Green and the crowd gasp in worry.

And that's when Green decides to let her "parasitic rage" out for a bit...

With her right eye now glowing a bright purple colour, Green goes charging back into the battle, fuelled by rage, and delivering a nasty punch to the jaw. But she doesn't stop there. Soon, she begins to dash around Bubbler and strike him with all sorts of up-close assaults, before sending him crashing to the wall with a massive blow to the stomach. The Bubbler struggles to get up, but soon finds his footing and retaliates with multiple orange bubbles, which Green dodges with ease before going in for an aerial punch.

Unfortunately for the parasite, Bubbler sees this coming and quickly blocks the attack, and pins Green down with his bubble sword, ready to end it. However, Null gets back up from his injuries and grabs the villain, before trapping the both of them in a fiery vortex, and throwing the foe straight into the air. Taking the moment to help Green up, he whispers a plan into her ear, which gets her to smirk and nod. Tossing her up after Bubbler, Null begins to charge his burst form once more, as Green kicks the villain back down to the ground, where the blazing enigma finishes the battle with a massive fire blast, launching Bubbler right into the gates, and leaving him covered in both ashes and burn marks.

As the crowd cheers for the two winners, both Null and Green politely bow, before turning their attention back to Bubbler, who struggles to keep his balance while groaning from the beatings he endured.

Null: Even when you begun to catch onto our strategies, you couldn't beat our combined strength. What do you have to say for yourself now?

Bubbler: (chuckles) Don't get cocky just yet, you two. You may have gotten the crowd roaring again, but a couple of party crashers like you both won't win that easily. Now, what's say we go for an encore?

Ladybug: (her and Cat Noir reappear) Sorry to burst your bubble.

Alya: (points to the superheroine) Ladybug!! (the crowd cheers once again)

Ladybug: No one wants to party with you anymore, Bubbler.

Bubbler: (looks to the crowd, annoyed) What's wrong with you guys!? Why you gotta be such haters!?

Null: (raises an eyebrow) Because you are a narcissistic hater yourself, forcing a bunch of innocent teens to be at a party they don't want to be at, while also leaving their parents trapped inside confined prisons filled with limited air, and threatening to do the same to the crowd of frightened teens if they show zero interests of having fun? (looks up with a bored expression) Please do stop me if I'm getting warmer.

Green: (chuckles) He's got you there, Slip and Slide! (in a mocking voice) What are you gonna do about it? Pour some soap in my eye to teach me a lesson? (laughs again)

Growing more angry with the neutral party's antics, Bubbler swings his bubble sword with a growl and a scream, unleashing a wave of purple bubbles which instantly aim for the crowd of teens, trap them inside, and take off into the sky, now glowing green.

Ladybug + Cat Noir: NO!!!

Null: (infuriated) What is the matter with you?! Do you really want them all to suffocate in those clear-through cells?!

Bubbler: (looks at Null with a glare) They'll be fine. Outer space is the next stop for your "precious peeps", and they're never coming back!

Bubbler soon leaps off to the rooftops, attempting to flee as the four heroes give chase after him. In order to get away, he uses his jetpack to escape to the Eiffel Tower, only to see that they have caught up to him again. As Ladybug, Cat Noir, Null, and Green ascend up after them, Bubbler fires more exploding bubbles at them, until they reach the middle platform, ready for the final battle. As the villain still sends projectiles at them, Cat Noir sees his ring beep again, showing he only has 1 minute left before transforming back.

Cat Noir: (slightly afraid) I'm gonna switch back soon, hurry!

Ladybug: Lucky Charm!!

With a call for her major power for the second time, Ladybug throws her yo-yo into the air, and out it produces... a wrench?

Ladybug: (confused) Huh?

Cat Noir: (confused) Your... plumbing skill is gonna help us out?

Green: Maybe she can unclog the villain's brain. With all that personality in there, it must be why he doesn't think straight.

Null: Settle down, you two. No matter what her superpower gifts her, she always finds a way to utilize it to the best of her abilities.

Ladybug smiles at Null's words, only to then be brought back into the action as Bubbler whacks more explosive bubbles towards them like tennis balls, sending Cat Noir to the top of a beam, above them Null levitating in the air, and both Ladybug and Green scattering across the platform they stand on.

Cat Noir: (taunting) Could use a little work! Is that all you got?

At those words, Bubbler growls and creates one massive bubble, planning on trapping them all in it, including the Eiffel Tower, but...

Null: VIOLET VOID!!!

Null quickly enters Void Form and creates a black hole from his fingertips, quickly pulling in the large bubble and any more that Bubbler creates, all while laughing like a maniac himself. Back with Ladybug, she looks down at her wrench before her lucky vision gives her some key surroundings to use: A vent, the pipe it's connected to, a screw holding the pipe up, and the wrench itself. With these things in mind, it's time to put the plan into motion.

Ladybug: (smirks) Got it!! (looks to Green) Hey, could you lend me a hand?

Green gives Ladybug a nod before running with her to the vent pipe, while Null continues to absorb any and every projectile sent his way, and creeping out Cat Noir by just speaking. Back with the girls, they reach the screw, attach the wrench with it, and with their combined strength, manage to detach the pipe, and making it flail about while unleashing aggressive gusts of air. Now it's time for part 2 of the plan.

Ladybug: (to the boys) Cat Noir, Null, cover me!

Both Cat Noir and Null give Ladybug a nod, as the former leaps down from the ledges and gets a good grip on the flailing pipe, before aiming it at Bubbler. Null, meanwhile, just floats over, positioning himself above the other three, black hole still generating from his fingers.

Cat Noir: (struggling to lift the pipe for long) Go on!

Null: Don't worry about Bubble Breath. if he makes one wrong move, he'll be cast away to where he threatened to send the innocent party of juveniles! (cackles) Oh, what a cruel twist of irony that would be!

Ignoring the feeling of fear in his stomach, Bubbler begins to launch volleys of explosive bubbles towards the main crew, only for his projectiles to be either pulled into the black hole, or sent scattering by the pipe's air blast. Growing frustrated, he prepares to send another assault, but Ladybug uses the opportunity of vulnerability to quickly snatch his bubble wand using her yo-yo, and breaks it in half with her knee, freeing the akuma inside as it tries to escape.

Ladybug: Get out of here, you nasty bug. No more evil doing for you, little akuma. (opens her yo-yo) Time to de-evilize! (catches the akuma) Gotcha! (releases the purified creature) Bye-bye, little butterfly. Miraculous Ladybug!

With a call and tossing her wrench into the air, it explodes into multiple magical insects, which swarm around Paris and return everyone who was captured back to their homes and families. Back at the Eiffel Tower, Null goes back to his Regular Form, completely tired out as Green helps him back up, and Bubbler reverting back to Nino, who has zero clue on what happened.

Nino: (confused) Huh? Dude?

Ladybug + Cat Noir: (fist bump) Pound it!

Null: (helps Nino up) You apparently got yourself corrupted into a villain. Care to explain why?

Nino: (looks to the ground) My friend's dad wouldn't let his son have a birthday party, and then called me a bad influence to him. After that, I just thought of how adults always ruin fun.

Green: Not all adults do that. Sure, they can be strict, but maybe it's because he doesn't want their children to make a wrong move that'll affect their lives forever. I work pretty well with a higher up, and despite the fact that he's extremely strict, he's fun to be around, when he's not a grump. The point is, everyone has a reason for being strict, and being fun killers is only a very small possibility.

Nino: (smiles a bit) I think I get the message now.

Null: That's good. Now, would you like us to take you to your home, or would you like to walk back? (Nino raises one finger) Very well then.

Null and Green take Nino and begin to take him back to his house to recover for a while, as Ladybug and Cat Noir go off to keep their identities a secret, and Hawk Moth watches from his lair, even more madder than before.

Hawk Moth: (infuriated) You can't run forever Ladybug, and when I catch you, I will crush you! I will DESTROY YOU AND YOUR PARTNER!! ALONG WITH THOSE OTHER ANNOYANCES!!

The window to his lair begins to close, leaving the mastermind shrouded in darkness once more. With the adults now returned, over at the Agreste Mansion, Natalie has just sat down at her office desk, when she gets a message from Gabriel on the intercom.

Gabriel: Natalie? Did my son like his gift?

Natalie: (slightly afraid) Uh... actually... I was going to check right away, sir.

Gabriel: (coldly) Good.

As soon as Gabriel disconnects, Natalie begins to despair, until she remembers the gift on her desk. Once she finds it, she sighs and gives it a hug, before noticing a post-it note attached to it, which she takes off, crumples into a ball, and tosses it into the bin, before running over to the dining room, where Adrien is currently eating.

Natalie: (presents the gift) A birthday present, from your father.

Adrien: (gasps and happily takes it) Thank you, I mean, please say thank you to my father for me.

As Natalie leaves, she gives Adrien a nod, leaving the model to look at the gift and open it with a smile on his face. The next day, at College Francoise Dupont, everyone is arriving at school, and an obvious spoiled brat is unhappy for a particular reason.

Chloe: (annoyed) What do you mean "not for a week"?

Sabrina: (slightly scared) There were no adults yesterday to deliver it.

Chloe: (stomps her foot down) So what?! Ridiculous, utterly ridiculous! (enters the school with Sabrina following behind her)

Alya: (to Marinette) Ha ha! Serves Chloe right.

Green: (joins in) I'll say. Always satisfying when the bully of the block gets some form of comeuppance brought upon them.

Red: (nods beside her) Just like something out of an old cartoon.

As Blue is about to speak up to (Y/N) about something important, all six of them hear a limo pull up behind them and see Adrien stepping out, wearing the scarf Marinette made for him, and sending the blue-haired girl into a silent joy.

Adrien: (waves to them) Hey, girls and guys.

Marinette: (whispers to Alya) Hey, that's my scarf! (gasps) He's wearing my scarf!

Green: (whispers to Marinette) We can hear you too, so better keep it down before everyone knows who you're crushing on. (Marinette's face goes red)

Adrien: (approaches Nino) Hey, dude. (they fist-bump)

Alya: (calls to Adrien) Yo, nice scarf, Adrien. Off the chain.

Blue: Agreed. Normally, a colour like that would clash with your costume, yet it appears to instead match it perfectly.

Adrien: Thanks, Specs. Can you believe my dad got this for me? (Marinette becomes surprised) It's so awesome. He's been giving me the same lame pen for three years in a row.

Blue: (zips over) I would like one now. (Adrien passes him one) Thank you. (goes back to his group)

Nino: Ignoring Spec's interest in pens, I'm surprised. I guess anyone can change. Adults can be cool when you least expect it.

Adrien: (looks upset) Speaking of adults, I know my father said you were a bad influence, but-

Nino: (puts a hand onto Adrien's shoulder) We're good, Adrien, don't sweat it. We're best buds. Always and forever. (looks to (Y/N)'s group) No offense to you guys.

(Y/N): (gives an honest smile) I-It's fine. You both do have a w-wonderful friendship.

As the two dudes and the four Impostorm members enter the school for the day, Alya and Marinette stay outside as the former speaks to the latter about the scarf Adrien's wearing, and who the gift truly belongs to.

Alya: (whispers to Marinette) You gotta tell him you were the one who knitted the scarf.

Marinette: But he seems so happy about his dad. I don't want to spoil it for him.

Alya: Aw, Marinette. (gives her friend a hug) You're amazing, girl. You know that, right? And someday, Adrien will figure it out too. Promise.

With the school bell ringing to signal the beginning of the day, both Marinette and Alya enter the school as the former looks to her crush, showing how happy he is with his new gift. It may not be how she wants to show her care for him, but if he's happy, then she can let it slide, as long as it doesn't involve Chloe or any other competition...

Bonus Clip!

After the school day is done, everyone begins to head home for the evening, which also includes the Impostorm team, as they enter through the front door, but today is different. Instead of instantly jumping to their favourite activities to make time fly by, Blue has called for a meeting in the living room, with Red also suggesting it. As everyone takes their place round the centre table, the intelligent of the parasites speaks up first.

Blue: I'm guessing you would like an explanation as to why we're holding something like this now, right (Y/N)? ((Y/N) nods) Well, to start off, during the mission, both of your grandparents were safe and sound from those bubbles. They were even quite pleasant to communicate with, if I must say so.

(Y/N): (lets out a breath) Thank the stars for that.

Blue: Don't count being lucky just yet (Y/N), as we haven't finished yet. ((Y/N) looks confused)

Red: To start off, Green, you said you guys had to attend that villains party before jumping into action, correct? (Green nods) Have you noticed something about (Y/N)'s behaviour during the party?

Green: (thinks for a moment) Well, he was stressed out during the whole thing, and we mostly sat in a more quiet area the villain set up for us.
