Episode 1: Origins (Ladybug and Chat Noir)

The episode begins with a mysterious voice explaining the backstory of the miraculous to a shadowy figure, as different recordings of these mystical treasures are shown, starting from the stone age, then moving to Greek mythology, then to medieval art, and even to Japanese mythology.

???: Many centuries ago, magic jewels bestowing extraordinary powers were created. These were... the Miraculous. Throughout history, heroes have used these jewels for the good of the human race. (Miraculous box is shown) Two of these Miraculous are more powerful than the others; the earrings of the Ladybug, which provide the power of creation; and the ring of the Black Cat, which grants the power of destruction. According to legend, whoever controls both these jewels at the same time, will achieve absolute power.

After this more quiet voice is finished speaking, the figure that's been listening to the whole backstory gazes at a picture of a woman inside a locket he has in their palm, before looking to who was speaking before, which is a tiny lavender creature that looks like a butterfly.

???2: I want that absolute power, Nooroo. I must have those Miraculous!

Nooroo: (nervously) But nobody knows where these Miraculous are!

???2: I found you though, my little Nooroo. Your Miraculous... remind me of its power again. (closes the locket)

Nooroo: The Moth Brooch allows you to give someone their own superpowers and to make that person your devoted follower!

???2: And when it comes to luring superheroes, what could be better than creating supervillains?

Nooroo: But master, the Miraculous are not meant to be used for evil purposes!

???2: I must have this absolute power!

The figure then stomps their foot in anger, scaring away many white butterflies in the room as the figure points straight at Nooroo, who gasps in fear.

???2: Your Miraculous is in my control! I am your master now, and you must obey me.

Nooroo: (in a sad tone) Yes, master.

???2: (equips the brooch) Nooroo, dark wings rise!

The dark figure soon gets surrounded by the white butterflies, their own shadow taking on a different form as Nooroo is absorbed into the Moth Brooch. A few seconds later, the white butterflies disperse, revealing a figure that is wearing an all purple outfit, a grey cowl covering their face, and a dark purple cane in their hand.

Hawk Moth: From this day on, I shall be known as... Hawk Moth!

As the newly introduced villain begins laughing to himself, the scene cuts over to the inside of a massage shop, where another strange creature (this one resembling a turtle) wakes up from their nap in either a cigarette box or a shoe case, before their eyes widen and rush out of their little spot.

???: Master, Master!

???2: (notices their customer looking in confusion) Master, master... chanting., it's all part of the treatment. Master, master... (begins pushing the customer out the door) Thank you for coming, see you next week!

Customer: (confused) But wait, I- (is shoved through as the door closes behind him)

???: Master, the Moth Miraculous, I felt its aura.

???2: (strokes their beard) I thought it had been lost forever!

???: But Master, it's a negative aura. I fear it may have gotten into the hands of a dark power!

???2: We must find Nooroo and his Miraculous. If it has gotten into the wrong hands, there's no telling what evil will come upon the world! (reveals their Miraculous) Time to transform! Wayzz...

As the master of Wayzz begins making stances in order to transform, they feel a sudden pain in their back, before it transfers to other bones in their body, as they fall to their knees and clutching the massage bench.

Wayzz: (concerned) Please, Master. Be reasonable. You are-

???2: Still young! I'm only 186. But you're right, Wayzz. I can no longer do it alone. We'll need some help.

The old figure then walks over to a gramophone, before touching the eyes on the twin dragons and inputting a secret code. This causes the ancient music player to start spinning, before opening up to reveal the box of the Miraculous inside. Elsewhere at a local bakery named "Tom & Sabine Boulangerie Patisserie", a young girl with blue hair tied in two buns is sleeping in bed, when two things wake her up: Her phone alarm, and her mothers voice.

Sabine: Marinette! You're alarm's been going off for fifteen minutes! You're going to be late for your first day of school!

Marinette: (groggily) Got it, Mom! (climbs out of bed and heads downstairs) Coming!

After getting some clothes on and making her bed, Marinette greets her mother with a polite kiss on the cheek, before sitting down at the table to make herself some breakfast.

Marinette: I bet you anything Chloe will be in my class again.

Sabine: Four years in a row, is that possible?

Marinette: Definitely. (sarcastically) Lucky me!

Sabine: Don't say that! It's the start of a new year. I'm sure everything will be fine!

Marientte smiles, thinking that her mother's right while putting away the cereal box, only for things to go horribly wrong. How? Well, an orange escapes from the fruit bowl and scatters a few sugar cubes, and knocks over the milk, cereal box, and an uneaten yogurt. Marinette groans at this, but chuckles softly as her mother comes over to help tidy up.

Downstairs, at the main bakery itself, Marinette's father Tom is busy adding the finishing touches to some macarons for his daughter, while humming the French national anthem.

Marinette: (gasps at the macarons) Dad, these are so awesome!

Tom: (smiles) Glad you like them.

Marinette: Thank you Dad, my class will love them! You're the best!

Tom: (ruffles his daughters hair) We're the best, thanks to your amazing designs.

Tom then shows off a design made by Marinette herself, which causes the young girl to excitedly hug her father, almost dropping the macarons but Tom's foot luckily catches them and tosses them into the air, where he catches them before handing the box back to his daughter.

Marinette: (giggles) Thanks. (kisses the cheeks of her parents) See you tonight!

As Marinette rushes outside to get to school on time, the scene then moves onto another young kid getting ready for school. A kid who has long untidy (H/C) hair, a white T-shirt hidden under a (F/C) hoodie, long blue jeans, white socks with grey trainers, and is named (Y/N) (L/N). (Y/N) has just finished getting dressed and is heading downstairs to the kitchen to not only make his own breakfast, but also breakfast for his new group of house guests.

During the last week, (Y/N) has given them a tour of what Paris has to offer, and all three parasites were blown away by how one simple city could look so beautiful. They went to different stores, visited a few museums, got the chance to go to an amusement park, watched a movie, and even got to play some golf together. It was nice, until (Y/N) remined them that he has school the next day. This upset them, since they need him on missions, but Blue checked for any Mira HQ activity since their last one, and nothing had come up, so they were safe for the week.

This excited Red, since he was getting attached to (Y/N), comparing him to a younger sibling, and really wanted to spend more time with him. Green also wanted to spend more time with (Y/N), but mostly so that she can flirt with him and hopefully know more about him. Blue at first refused to attend school, but changed his mind when he was told you can get information for free at schools, and quickly got himself, Red, and Green accepted into the school. After looking back on those memories, (Y/N) puts the four full plates down onto the table and calls for the others.

(Y/N): Red! Blue! Green! Breakfast is ready! (hears them heading down the stairs, with Red arriving first)

Red: (excited) Alright! What do we have?

(Y/N): Well, both you and me have some Bacon, Eggs, and Toast. Blue gets some stacks of pancakes, along with a cup of coffee and some ice cream. And for Green, she gets some grilled cheese sandwiches.

Green: Thanks for the breakfast, I really need to watch my diet.

Blue: We can just shapeshift into a fit body, Green. Regardless, this breakfast does look appetizing. I'll be sure to enjoy it.

Red: Same! Anything made by you has got to be delicious!

(Y/N): (blushes) Heh, thanks, guys. Now, just as a quick question, have you three thought of any human names?

Red: Why would we think that? Aren't our names already fine?

Blue: (whacks Red on the head) You idiot, it's because that our real names may raise suspicion due to them being colours, so we'll need fake names when going out in public.

Red: Oh, I see. (starts thinking) Well, I'm thinking of my human name to be Robert. It begins with an R, like the colour Red, and I think it sounds nice.

(Y/N): (nods) Okay, so that's Red, or should I say Robert, sorted out. How about you, Blue?

Blue: (thinks for a minute) Specs.

Red: (majorly confused) Specs?

Blue: Yes. In a novel I've been reading recently, one of the more smarter characters is named after the type of glasses he wears, and happens to deal with incompetent partners, so that's why I've chosen Specs.

(Y/N): Alright, Specs it is. How about you, Green?

Green: (looks troubled) That's a bit of a problem. All of your names really suit you perfectly, but I can't think of anything for me. No matter what name comes into my head, I worry that it won't suit me.

(Y/N): Well, if you're having trouble, you can always ask us for help. I'll be glad to lend a helping hand.

Green: (tightly hugs (Y/N)) Thank you so much! I'll be finding a way to reward you for this later!

(Y/N): (blushing more) No... Problem... Green. (gets freed and begins thinking) I think I've got an idea. How about Midori? It's Japanese for Green. It could work because it's still her real name, just said in another language.

Green: I think it sounds cute, and I like your reason. I'll take it!

(Y/N): (claps his hands) So, we have Robert for Red, Specs for Blue, and Midori for Green, I'd say that we've got some good names!

Red: (thumbs up) Agreed!

Blue: Now that our surprise interference has been dealt with, now it's time to dine and hopefully reach school in time. Speaking of school, what time does it start?

(Y/N): (looks at the clock) School lessons begin at 9:00 AM, but the building itself is open to students starting at 8:30 AM, so we have at least half an hour to spend before getting there, since it's currently 8:00 AM.

Blue: I see. I'll be sure to note that down.

Red: Now let's chow down!

Green: Yeah!

(Y/N) and the three parasites begin to enjoy their breakfast, with Red and Green dropping compliments to the chef every few minutes, which make the young boy both blush and smile. After finishing and putting the dishes and cutlery into the sink for later, all four of them head off to school, with 25 minutes remaining on the clock.

Back over with Marinette, she bolts out the front door of the bakery and is about to cross the road, but is soon halted by a car horn being honked, reminding her that she can't cross yet. After sighing in relief from almost getting ran over, she waits for it to be safe to cross, only to let out worried noises due to an elderly man slowly crossing the road with his cane, and a car speeding down the road. In an act of selflessness, Marinette grabs the wrist of the old man and pulls him onto the pavement just in time, only to trip and fall onto her face, groaning from pain.

Old Man: Thank you, Miss. (sees the macarons spilt and covers his mouth) Oh! What a disaster.

Marinette: (reaches out to one, only for it to be stepped on) Don't worry. I'm no stranger to disasters. Besides, there are still a few left. (offers one to the old man)

Old Man: (takes one and bites into it) Mmm. Delicious.

The old man gives Marinette a grateful smile, which gets the young girl to smile back as she closes the macaron box. However, the smile soon changes to a look of worry as the school bell rings out across Paris.

Marinette: Oh no, I'm gonna be late! (bows to the old man) Ah, have a nice day, sir!

Marinette soon takes off across the street and towards the school, hoping she can get their before the school day officially begins. While she's running, the old man watches her run off, before looking down at a black box in the palm of his hand, decorated with red markings on the lid.

Old Man: (smiles) Thank you very much, young lady. (pockets the box and walks past the bakery with the cane behind his back)

Over at College Francoise Dupont, (Y/N) and the other three have just entered through the front doors. After thanking the janitor for holding the door open for them, the young boy turns to his three friends, seeing them amazed by how large the place looks on the inside.

Blue: Well, for a building that's main purpose is to educate the unintelligent, it really seems like a marvel when viewed anywhere.

Red: You took the words right out of my mouth, Specs. Not to mention, check out the size of this outdoor area! So many doors that could lead to anywhere.

(Y/N): (chuckles) I know it may seem big and impressive, but its important to remember that some areas may feel smaller than where we are right now. For example, the classrooms and hallways can feel more claustrophobic due to the number of students crowding around.

Green: That may be helpful for the future. Any other advice we should know of?

(Y/N): Yup. Classrooms are on both floors, though the subjects may be different, the principals office is among one of these halls, same with school lockers, and you can find multiple bathrooms in case you need to use them.

Blue: Why would a school need rooms where you can take a bath? ((Y/N) blushes and whispers to Blue their real reason, which makes the parasite go wide-eyed) Oh, my mistake.

Red: (holding in a laugh) Man, this is the first time I've seen Specs look so shocked at what he heard.

Blue: (glares at Robert) Silence, you. (looks to (Y/N)) Thanks for the proper explanation. Now, which classroom are we in?

(Y/N): (pulls out a timetable) We're in Miss-

Before (Y/N) can finish his sentence and tell them where they need to go, he's suddenly knocked to the ground by a speeding Marinette, who also tumbles to the floor and drops more macarons.

(Y/N): Ow!

Marinette: (groans) You should really watch where you're-

Green: Hey! Don't you assume our friend's the reason you fell. From our point of view, you were the one who ran right into him!

Red: Yeah, are you blind or something, blueberry head? (snickers at his insult)

Marinette: (stands up and collects the macarons) Sorry, I just didn't want to be late. What are your names, and do you want a macaron?

Blue: (gives her a cold glare) You apologised to the wrong person, lady. It's him who you should be saying those words to. (points to (Y/N), who's being helped up by Red)

Red: Okay, think you can walk?

(Y/N): Yeah, if anything, it'll just be a grazed knee.

Marinette: Okay, if you insist. (walks up to (Y/N) and bows) Sorry for knocking you over. I just didn't wanna be late.

(Y/N): (smiles) It's fine. Just make sure to pay attention to your surroundings more.

Marinette: I will. (stares at (Y/N) for a while) Do I know you from somewhere?

(Y/N): (nervous) Uhm, we've been classmates for at least 4 years now. I was that quiet kid sitting at the back.

Marinette: (eyes widen briefly) That was you?! I always thought you were some kind of ghost, since you rarely spoke or did anything.

(Y/N): (shyly chuckles) Well, at least it's better than being called a shadow.

Marientte: (confused) What do you mean by that?

Blue: (interrupts) Ahem. Not to sound rude, but shouldn't we be heading off to the classroom now, wherever it is?

(Y/N): (perks up) Oh, right! (grabs the timetable) We're in Miss Bustier's class. That's on the second floor.

Marinette: Oh, I know where that is! Follow me! (runs off)

Blue: How rude of her. (looks to (Y/N)) She didn't even stay to hear your name.

(Y/N): Like I said, Specs, it's fine. I'm used to being like a shadow.

(Y/N) begins to follow Marinette to Miss Bustier's classroom, with the three parasites walking behind him, looking unsure on how the rest of the classmates will act. Upon reaching the classroom, Marinette sees that she isn't late, before acting like she wasn't in a rush and goes to take a seat, while Miss Bustier moves some early students to preferred seats.

Miss Bustier: Nino, why don't you have a seat in the front row this year?

The student with the red cap and headphones named Nino hears what the teacher asks and scoffs at the idea, before reluctantly grabbing his bag and moving to the front row, groaning to himself. At this time, (Y/N) and the three parasites walk through the class door, each of them looking for a seat.

Blue: So, does this class have any rules regarding seating positions?

(Y/N): Teachers can decide if you should move seats or sit somewhere else than where you were hoping for. Aside from that, you can sit wherever you want.

Blue: If that's the case, then I'll be at front. It may give me a better view at seeing what I'll be learning about. (sits next to Nino)

Red: You go do that, buddy. As for me, I'll be sitting right next to my buddy. (puts an arm around (Y/N)'s shoulder)

Green: Guess I'll be sitting in front of you, Robert. Can't have you sneaking past (Y/N), now can I?

(Y/N): Well, even if he gets past you, he'll still have to sneak by Specs.

Red: (gasps dramatically) I thought you were on my side, my brother-in-arms!

Red, Green, and (Y/N) all chuckle at their antics before heading over to their respective seats. Over at Marinette's seat, a hand slams down in front of the blue-haired girl, with the hand belonging to a female with blonde hair, blue eyes, a noticeable yellow jumper, and sunglasses resting on her head. Right beside her is a ginger with red glasses, a black bow-tie, and a shirt with blue and purple on it. The former being the infamous Chloe that Marinette's been dreading to see, and the latter is her partner in crime, Sabrina.

Chloe: Marinette Dupain-Cheng.

Marinette: (groans) Here we go again.

Chloe: (points at the seat) That's my seat.

Marinette: But Chloe, this has always been my seat.

Sabrina: (sits next to Marinette) Not anymore! New school, new year, new seats!

Chloe: So why don't you just go and sit beside one of those new girls over there?

Chloe then points over to Green, who gives her a mean glare, before pointing over to another new girl at the front, this one looking at her phone and also glares at Chloe as Marinette tries to speak up.

Marinette: But...

Chloe: Listen. Adrien's arriving today, and since that's going to be his seat, this is going to be my seat. Get it?

Marinette: (confused) Who's Adrien?

Both Chloe and Sabrina go quiet at the sudden question, only for the both of them to break into fits of laughter. Over at the back, Red is watching with confusion, and leans over to (Y/N) in order to ask him something.

Red: (whispers) Do you have any idea on what they're talking about?

(Y/N): (whispers back) No, but I'd suggest not to get involved. Chloe is not only the biggest bully here, but she's also the mayor's daughter, so she has tons of power in her hands.

Red: (scoffs) So what? I've dealt with bigger egomaniacs during my time raiding the Skeld.

Chloe: (stops laughing) Can you believe she doesn't know who Adrien is? What rock have you been living under?

Sabrina: He's only a famous model.

Chloe: And I am his best friend. He adores me. (scoffs) Go on, move!

New Girl: (appears behind Chloe) Hey! Who elected you Queen of Seats?

Green: (stands up) Yeah, because what I see in front of me is a walking banana thinking that she's the best fruit in the bowl.

Chloe: (in a mocking tone) Oh, look Sabrina! We've got a couple of do-gooders in our class this year. What are you gonna do, super newbies? Shoot beams at me with your glasses? Give me a little scratch like poison ivy?

Green begins to grit her teeth and curls up her fist, almost ready to  throw her fist against the cheek of the spoiled brat, only to instead feel someone's hand on her shoulder. Turning around reveals to her that the hand belongs to (Y/N), who looks concerned for the female parasite.

(Y/N): Don't do it, Midori. It's not worth it. (Green's expression softens)

Chloe: (speaks up) Yeah, Mistress Pickle! Why don't you listen to your boyfriend over there?

Green: (smirks at Chloe) Aww, thanks for reminding me how you're still stuck in the "friend-zone" with your buddy Adrien.

Green keeps her smirk on her face as (Y/N)'s face blushes from being called her "girlfriend" and Red begins wheezing and laughing at Green's sudden burn. Even Blue and some of the other students chuckle as Chloe's face becomes redder with her anger growing quickly.

Green: (flaunts her hair) Now if you'll excuse me, I'll be over at my seat, waiting for the school day to properly begin. (goes back to her seat with (Y/N))

Chloe: (fuming) How dare you walk away from me! Do you not know who I am!? (looks at Alya) Does she really think she can just walk away from me?!

New Girl: (leans into Chloe's face) Wouldn't you like to know? (grabs Marinette's wrist) Come on.

Marinette is soon dragged over to the empty seat next to the new girl, which results in her tripping over the small set of stairs and spills all but one macaron onto the floor.

Marinette: Sorry, sorry, sorry...

Miss Bustier: Has everyone found a seat?

New Girl: (helps Marinette up) Chillax, girl. No biggie.

Marinette: (looks upset) I so wish I can handle Chloe the way you and that other girl did.

New Girl: You mean the way Majestia does it. (shows a pic of a superhero on her phone) She says all that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good people do nothing. (points at Chloe) Well, that girl over there is evil, and we are the good people. We can't let her get away with it.

Marinette: (sighs) Well, that's easier said than done. She likes to make my life miserable.

New Girl: That's cause you let her, girl! You just need more confidence-

The new girl pauses as she tries to guess Marinette's name, which the blue-haired girl takes notice of and takes out the last macaron, splitting it in half and offering one piece to the new girl.

Marinette: Marinette.

Alya: Alya.

Both Marinette and Alya take a bite out of the macaron pieces and savour the birth of a new friendship as Miss Bustier finishes writing down and underlining her name on the blackboard, with Chloe looking at the empty seat between Blue and Nino.

Miss Bustier: For those of you who don't know yet me, I'm Miss Bustier. I'll be your teacher this year.

Chloe: (groans) He should have been here by now.

Chloe's words are technically right, as Adrien has just arrived to College Francoise Dupont. However, he hasn't actually made it into the building, mostly because his father's secretary, named Natalie, and his bodyguard, nicknamed Gorilla, have just pulled up to prevent him from entering.

Natalie: Adrien, please reconsider! You know what your father wants!

Adrien: But this is what I wanna do!

Right before Adrien can burst through the front doors, he hears the sound of someone in pain, and turns to see the same old man Marinette helped earlier on the floor, trying to reach for his cane in front of him. So, in an act of kindness, he rushes over and gives the man his cane, before helping him to his feet.

Old Man: Thank you, young man.

Adrien smiles and looks towards both Natalie and Gorilla, hoping that his good deed may persuade them to let him attend school. It doesn't work, making the young teen model frown.

Adrien: (sighs) I just wanna go to school like everybody else. What's so wrong with that? Please don't tell my father about this.

Natalie and Gorilla say nothing, instead they guide Adrien to the car and have him sit down, before entering the vehicle themselves and driving away from the school. As this happens, the old man just smiles in the direction they left, before taking his leave, whistling to himself as he carries the cane behind his back.

Meanwhile, back inside Miss Bustier's class, every student there has finished their first lesson of the new school year. Some students had it easy for them, some students needed help from other classmates, and some students just didn't care how their work was marked. Soon, the school bell rings, signalling that the next period is about to start.

Miss Bustier: Those of you who have P.E., Mr D'Argencourt is expecting you you at the stadium. The rest of you can head over to the library.

Red: (looks to (Y/N)) Well, my timetable says I've got P.E. for my next lesson. What about you, dude?

(Y/N): Mine doesn't say P.E., so that means I'm off to the library. (Red looks upset)

Green: (pops up) Don't worry, Robert. Midori is here to make sure that no-good spoiled brat picks on our dear friend if she's also there! (Red chuckles as (Y/N) blushes)

Red: (looks to Blue) Hey, Specs. What do you have next? (notices his expression) What's gotten you upset?

Blue just turns around with a miserable expression as he shows the other two parasites and (Y/N) his timetable, which shows that he has P.E. for his next lesson of the day.

Blue: No matter the planet, I always get the worst luck imaginable.

Red: (chuckles) Come on, Specs. It's about time you stepped away from the books and did something physical.

Blue just gives Red a death glare, which gets the certain parasite to freeze up and shake in fear of something bad happening to him, when all four of them hear a commotion happening nearby, and see a kid wearing a black shirt with crossbones on it (named Ivan) looking mad at another kid wearing a red jumper (named Kim), and the former looking like he's about to punch the latter.

Ivan: (mad) Kim!

Miss Bustier: (stern) Ivan, what is going on?

Ivan: (still mad) It's Kim! I'm so gonna get-

Miss Bustier: Ivan, go to the principal's office.

Ivan doesn't say another word, instead crumbling up the paper note Kim gave to him in his hand, before slinging his back over his shoulder and walks to the principal office, grumbling to himself. As he walks out, Kim chuckles to himself while the three parasites look at what happened in confusion.

Red: (confused) Uh, what just happened?

(Y/N): (sighs) Just Kim being himself. He sometimes acts like Chloe, annoying others for the sake of a joke, but he's at least a bit kinder than she is.

Green: (glares at Kim) Possible enemy noted.

Elsewhere, a large circular window opens up, letting light shine in and causes a few white butterflies to awaken, revealing the place to bee Hawk Moth's lair, with the villain standing in the centre of the room.

Hawk Moth: Negative emotions. This is perfect. Just what I need. Anger, sadness... Burn a hole into his heart, my little akuma.

Hawk Moth holds his palm out and waits for a white butterfly to land in it. He then surrounds it with his other hand and channels dark magic into the butterly, turning it into an Akuma.

Hawk Moth: Fly away, my little akuma, and evilize him!

The akuma flies out of a small opening in the window, and heads off towards College Francoise Dupont, where Mr. D'Argencourt is leading his class over to the stadium for P.E., and a frustrated Ivan making his way over to Mr Damoncles office, where he enters without knocking.

Mr Damoncles: Excuse me, young man. Hasn't anyone ever taught you to knock? Go on. Out you go. Try it again! (Ivan groans and closes the door) Go on, knock.

As Ivan is about to knock onto the door, the akuma flies directly into the crumpled up piece of paper, and creates a filter in the shape of a butterfly around Ivan's eyes, where the young boy only sees Hawk Moth and hears his words.

Hawk Moth: Stoneheart, I am Hawk Moth. I give you the power to seek revenge on those you have wronged you.

Ivan: (smirks) Okay, Hawk Moth.

The akuma begins to envelop Ivan, as Mr Damoncles patiently waits for the young student to enter his office.

Mr Damoncles: Well, come on in.

The door is kicked down, as Mr Damoncles gasps and yells in fright at what just entered into his office. Instead of seeing a student, there is a massive stone golem with green glowing eyes, clutching their fist in anger. This isn't Ivan, this is the revenge-seeking golem, Stoneheart.

Stoneheart: (angrily) KIM!!!

Meanwhile, at the school library, Marinette and Alya are chatting with each other at a table, while (Y/N) and Green are doing the same thing at a nearby bookshelf.

Green: So, any favourite school subjects you like here?

(Y/N): (rubs his head) Well, I do enjoy English and Computing a lot, though I do dabble in Art when I have some free time. If we're talking about our least favourite subject, however, it's gotta be Science.

Green: (curious) Hmm? How so?

(Y/N): It has to do with the teacher. She's so rude and strict, she'll even punish you for even the most ridiculous reasons. (sighs) I'm just glad that we don't have any of her lessons today.

Green: (chuckles) Well, even if that cranky old teacher did have lessons for us, I wouldn't mind, mainly because I've got a cutie like you to keep my day bright and fun!

(Y/N) begins blushing and stammering at Green's flirty response, with said parasite putting an arm around her human friend, ready to pull him into a hug. However, her plans are interrupted by a loud bang brings a majority of the students in the library straight to the floor.

Alya: (pulls Marinette up) Come on!

Green: (confused) What's happening?

(Y/N): (equally confused) I don't know!

Random Student: (watching the security cameras) Did you hear that?

(Y/N), Green, Marinette, and Alya all run over to the library monitor to see what's on the cameras, and are shown a sight none of them were expecting. Standing out in front of the school stairs is Stoneheart, as a bruised Mr Damocles watches from a shattered window.

Stoneheart: (angrily) KIM!!!

Mr Damoncles: (on the phone) Hello? Is this the police? Get me the army!

Green: (shocked) Are giant walking stone monsters common in Paris?

(Y/N): (shakes his head) They aren't!

Marinette: (also shocked) Wh-What's going on? He had Ivan's voice?

Alya: (amazed) It's as if he's been transformed into a real-life supervillain! (checks her phone) GPS, check. Battery, check. I am so outta here! (runs for the exit)

Marinette: (calls out to Alya) Hey! Where are you going!

Alya: Where there's a supervillain, there's always a superhero close behind! No way I'm missing this!

Alya runs right through the doors to the library, as Marinette and others look back at the security cameras, seeing Stoneheart stop a car as the passengers inside run out in fear.

Stoneheart: (angrily) KIM!!!

Stoneheart then throws the car straight towards the security camera, breaking it and causing an error screen to pop up. Marinette winces at the broken camera before making the right decision and fleeing the library, off to a safer location. As for Green and (Y/N), the former hears a notification sound on her Impostorm phone and looks to see two new messages: One from Blue and one from Red.

Blue: Get (Y/N) to his house immediately! We'll be waiting for you both there! I have an idea on how to deal with this sudden disaster!

Red: DID YOU SEE WHAT'S HAPPENING OUTSIDE?! I WANNA FIGHT IT!!!

Green: Ok, but how are you gonna get there when you both have P.E.?

Blue: We'll tell the teacher an emergency happened and need to head there immediately, now go!

Red: I STILL WANNA FIGHT THAT ROCK MONSTER!!!

Green chuckles at Red's messages before taking (Y/N)'s hand and drags him out of the library, and towards his house to hear what Blue's idea is. Elsewhere, at a large mansion far away from the high school, a familiar old man is seen looking towards the building, holding a black box in his hand. Inside the mansion, Natalie is seen asking questions to a bored Adrien.

Natalie: Who was the first president of the 5th French Republic?

Adrien: (bored) Everyone thinks it was de Gaulle, but it was actually Rene Coty before the first elections.

Natalie: (smiles) Excellent, Adrien.

Just then, a new figure enters the room, this figure being tall, white hair, and is wearing a fancy white suit, giving him a sort of powerful aura around him. This is Gabriel Agreste, Adrien's extremely strict father.

Gabriel: Give me a minute, would you, Natalie?

Natalie: Yes sir. (bows and steps aside)

Natalie: (looks to Adrien) You are NOT going to school. I've already told you.

Adrien: (looks to Natalie, knowing she told Gabriel) But father...

Gabriel: Everything you need is right here, where I can keep an eye on you. I will not have you outside in that dangerous world.

Adrien: It's not dangerous, Father. I'm always stuck in here by myself. Why can't I go out and make friends just like everybody else?

Gabriel: (strictly) Because you are not like everyone else! You are my son! Continue. (takes his leave)

Natalie: (notices Adrien's sad expression) We can leave it here for today, if you want-

Natalie's sentence is interrupted by Adrien running out of the dining room and straight towards his room, where he groans into the pillow as rumbling sounds reach his ears. Being curious, Adrien goes outside to see the cause of the noise, and sees a small police force standing their ground against a marching Stoneheart.

Officer: Ready? Fire!

The police force blast Stoneheart with their tasers... Which does nothing except making the stone golem larger, and more mad.

Stoneheart: (angrily) KIM!!!

Stoneheart then chucks the police van right towards the retreating and frightened police force, as Adrien runs back inside, sits down on the couch, turns on the TV, and switches to the News channel, where Mayor Andre is being interviewed about the current situation.

Andre: I'm asking all parisians to stay home until this situation is under control.

Reporters: Mr Bourgeois. Mr Bourgeois! (News reporter, Nadja, appears onto the screen)

Nadja: As incredible as it seems, it's been confirmed that Paris is indeed being attacked by a supervillain. (shows footage of Stoneheart causing havoc) The police have been struggling to keep the situation under control.

Officer: (being interviewed with a broken arm) Be confident. The strong arm of the law will come crashing down on the... (gets pain from his broken arm) I mean, the other arm.

Back at Marinette's home, she's currently watching the news from her computer as she shrinks deeper and deeper into her seat from fear.

Marinette: I hate first days back at school...

After immediately saying that, both her and Adrien, in their respective homes, notice a black box sitting right in front of them, as they both look in confusion.

Marinette + Adrien: (confused) What's this doing here?

Both of them open their respective black boxes, revealing a pair of red and black earrings for Marinette, and a black ring for Adrien, both visions of the teens are blinded by bright lights, as they each see something appear right in front of them. For Marinette, she sees a red creature with black spots, almost resembling a ladybug, appear right in front of her, which gets the young girl to naturally scream in fear.

Marinette: (yells) Help! It's a giant bug! A... a mouse! A... A bug-mouse!

Bug-mouse: Everything's okay! Don't be scared!

Marinette: (yells again) Bug mouse talks!

Marinette begins throwing whatever she can grab towards the strange creature, due to the obvious emotion of fear. Over with Adrien, he's astonished to see a black creature with whiskers, ears, and a tail that resemble a cat's key features appear in his room, with said strange creature simply yawning.

Adrien: (amazed) No way... Like the genie in the lamp! (reaches out to touch it, but is halted)

Plagg: I met him once. So he grants wishes. Big deal! I'm way more personable! Plagg. Nice to meet you. (spots something) Ooh, swanky... (bites the head of a football figure)

Adrien: No! Don't touch that! Come back here!

Plagg: (flies to an arcade machine) Ooh! So shiny! Can you eat this? (bites the joystick) Argh, no, you can't! Ooh, what about this?

As Adrien begins chasing his new little guest around his room, trying to prevent him from attempting to eat anything else, over at (Y/N)'s house, the young boy and the three parasites have just crashed into the living room, and are sitting down to chat about what to do now.

Blue: Okay, everyone's here. Now are little meeting can commence. Now, as we all know, there is a literal rock monster running rampant out in the streets, and the so called "strong arm of the law" is failing to stop it.

Red: So why do you bring it up?

Blue: Because, Red, that very stone monster could be a possible threat to our plan in destroying Mira HQ. We have no clue if it can be tamed, or if there is more of these supervillains. If we want to be successful, we need to consider any and every possibility, and deal with them accordingly.

Green: I agree with Blue, we have to turn this boulder into a bunch of pebbles. Though, the question currently is: How do we do it?

Red: (smugly) I'll just shoot it in the eye with my Glock. Easy peasy.

(Y/N): (concerned) But what if that doesn't work? It'll just make him bigger, badder, and madder.

Red: (realises (Y/N) is right) Ah... Good point, (Y/N).

Blue: (smiles) Well, don't worry, (Y/N). Luckily, I've been working on something that may not only help us deal with this golem problem, but also allow (Y/N) to properly assist us in missions.

Red: (intrigued) Really? Well then, don't hold this information in, Blue! Tell us!

Green: (also intrigued) Yeah, don't leave us in the dark!

Blue keeps the smile on his face, before pulling out some kind of tiny pod from his pocket, and presses the blue button on top of it. The pod opens up, revealing to (Y/N) three strange artifacts that share some similarities to a star, but also seem to have different colours and look like they've been fused with something else. The first one is coloured white and looks to be a combination of a star and a barrier, the second is coloured red and looks to be a combination of a star and a fireball, and the third is coloured violet and looks to be a combination of a star and a black hole.

(Y/N): (amazed) Woah... What are these?

Blue: (Y/N), these are what we call on Polus... Cosmicubes.

(Y/N) continues to look at the three Cosmicubes in amazement, almost like he's been hypnotised by the way they look. Back at Marinette's place, the young girl is continuing to throw stuff at the Bug-mouse, which is still trying to calm her down.

Bug-mouse: Listen, Marinette, I know everything may seem a bit strange to you...

The bug-mouse is soon captured by Marinette, who traps her in an empty glass cup, yet the strange creature doesn't seem to mind.

Bug-mouse: (muffled) Okay, if that makes you feel safer...

Marinette: (confused) What are you, and how do you know my name?

Tikki: (muffled) I am a kwami, and my name is Tikki. Now just let me explain.

As Tikki the kwami is about to explain everything to Marinette, over at Adrien's place, the teen model is climbing up a rock wall, before pouncing down on Plagg (who's trying to eat a TV remote), who yells in surprise.

Adrien: I still don't know what you're doing here.

Plagg: (bored) Look, I'm a kwami. I grant powers. Yours is the power of destruction, got it?

Adrien: (shakes his head) Uh-uh.

Plagg: (looks around) Good. Now, got anything to eat? I'm starving!

Adrien: My dad's pranking me, right? Wait, he couldn't be. He has no sense of humour.

Plagg: (flies out of Adrien's grasp) Your father must never know that I exist! Or anyone for that matter.

As Plagg attempts to explain to Adrien why his existence cannot be known to anyone else, back at (Y/N)'s place, the young boy is still looking at the cosmicubes in awe, before looking to Blue in order to ask him a question.

(Y/N): Blue, what do the cosmicubes do?

Blue: Back on our home planet, cosmicubes were created in order to boost our natural abilities, while giving us extra, either for when we're living or undead. Lately, I've been creating my own so that a human may be able to use them, without any horrific mutations arising.

(Y/N): (a bit scared) Huh, neat. Well, what do these ones do?

Blue: After absorbing them, they'll be able to give you abilities that only Crewmates and Imposters can use, however, two of them have a cooldown after being used, so be careful. As for their respective abilities, the white one will allow you to create a temporary barrier for you or a comrade in case of an upcoming deadly blow, the red one will allow you to generate explosive waves towards an opponent, and the violet one allows you to create a small black hole from your finger tips, and suck in anything hazardous.

(Y/N): (thinking for a bit) So, if I absorb these, I get a defensive ability, an offensive attack, and a possible support tool?

Blue: (chuckles to himself) When you put it that way, yes you do. I have others planned, but they aren't finished yet. I hope you don't mind being patient.

(Y/N): (smiles) I don't mind at all.

Blue lets out another chuckles to himself, enjoying the atmosphere (Y/N) somehow brings with him, as he pulls out a notebook and skims through it, looking for the right page to read from. Meanwhile, with Marinette, she's still staring at Tikki in disbelief, before opening the trapdoor to her room.

Marinette: Mom! Dad!

Tikki: (becomes worried) No, no, no! Shh! No! (flies out of the glass) I'm your friend, Marinette! You must trust me, You're the only one who can stop Stoneheart!

As Marinette is taken aback by this information, back aqt the massage shop, the old man is seen putting the Miracle Box back into the gramophone to hide it, while Wayzz the turtle kwami is still unsure about his master's choice for the new chosen ones.

Wayzz: Do you think they'll be up to it, Master?

Old Man: I only got it wrong once. It will never happen again. At least I hope not.

As the old man finishes hiding the Miracle Box in the gramophone, back at Marinette's room, the young girl is trying to explain to the kwami why she can't be the one to stop Stoneheart, and how someone else would be a better fit.

Marinette: This must be some mistake! The only superpower I could possibly have is super-awkwardness... I know! Alya would know! That's my friend. Well, at least I think she would... She loves superheroes! She'd totally be up for the job! You should totally go see her!

Tikki: Marinette, you are the chosen one!

Marinette is once again taken aback by Tikki's honest words, while over with Adrien, he's too busy explaining to Plagg why he can't be a superhero, while the destruction kwami rides on some toilet paper.

Adrien: But I'm stuck here! I'm not even allowed to go to school! What good is a superhero who's imprisoned in his own house.

Plagg: No good. That's why it's all going to change soon. If you're willing, that is.

Adrien ponders to himself while looking down at his palm, where the ring Plagg came out of sits. Back at (Y/N)'s place, the young boy and the three parasites have stepped out into the garden in order to test the cosmicubes out.

(Y/N): So, all I have to do is let them fly into my chest, correct?

Blue: Correct, (Y/N). Now, at first you'll feel a sharp pain going through every vein in your body, but it'll only be there for only a quick moment. Once you transformed, I trust you to take care of that brick behemoth, okay? ((Y/N) nods)

Red: (shouts out) Now hold on a minute, Blue! I want to join in on this fight! I don't care if you say I'm too dumb, or too untrustworthy, or whatever reason you come up with! Besides, I'll be with (Y/N)! He'll definitely keep me in check!

Blue: (sighs) And knowing you, you'll keep demanding to go with him until you get your way. Fine, you can join (Y/N) on facing the stony titan.

Red: YES!!!

Blue: (points at Red) BUT! You must make sure not to reveal anything that could show you're a parasite. One little slip-up, and our whole plan will be in jeopardy, and (Y/N) may have to deal with the authorities! Got it, Red?

Red: (nods) Cross my nucleus and hope to die.

After making sure that Red won't screw up the mission to stop Stoneheart, back in Marinette's room, she's currently looking at the black and red earrings in her palm.

Marinette: (puts on the earrings) Okay, so all I have to do is break the object where the whatchama-call-it is hiding?

Tikki: It's called an akuma, which you must encapture.

Marinette: Got it! Capture it! And what's that charm thing again!

Tikki: The Lucky Charm! It's your secret superpower!

Marinette: (sighs) This is all going too fast, Tikki. I-I... won't be able to pull this off!

Tikki: Trust yourself, Marinette. Just say "Spots on".

Marinette: Spots on?

As soon as those last two words leave Marinette's mouth, the earrings activate, with Tikki flying into them and a transformation sequence happening around the confused school girl.

Marinette: (confused) Whoa! What is happening?

The earrings now turn full red and gain 5 black spots across them, as a red mask with black spots forms over Marinette's eyes. Soon, a red jumpsuit with black spots across it forms over the young girls regular clothing, as back with Adrien, the young model has just put the ring over his finger.

Plagg: "Claws out!" That's how you transform.

Adrien: (confident) Got it. (poses) Plagg, claws out!

Plagg: No, wait! I haven't finished explaining-

Plagg is unable to finish what he was about to say, as he gets absorbed into the ring. After entering the ring (which now has a cat paw with 5 toes on it appearing), a black mask forms over Adrien's face, with his eyes now changing into a green colour, and black cat ears appearing on his head. A black jumpsuit forms over Adrien's clothes, complete with black boots, black clawed gloves, a bell on his neck, and even a belt in the form of a tail. After the transformation is finished, Adrien looks at himself, now as the hero, Cat Noir.

Cat Noir: Too cool.

Soon, Cat Noir sneaks out of his house, ready to confront, battle, and hopefully stop the ramaging Stoneheart. Meanwhile, over at (Y/N)'s place, the young boy calmly holds the cosmicubes in his hand, before letting them freely fly into his chest. True to Blue's words, there is a stinging feeling for a moment, but when it's over, (Y/N) is then enveloped into a bright light.

(Y/N) then sees his entire body turn completely white, except for his face, which keeps his usual skin colour, and the bottom half of his limbs, which go from white to a deep black colour. Speaking of his limbs, his hands have turned into claws, and he's now levitating off the ground. His hair has also turned completely white, and his eyes are now visible, now turned pure black with glowing white pupils.

Once the transformation is over, (Y/N) takes a moment to look at himself, as the three parasites also look at what (Y/N) has become in amazement.

Blue: (amazed) It... It worked. (laughs excitedly) I knew those lesser science experts in the other Impostorm branches were wrong! Humans can tap into the power of the cosmicubes! I'll become a celebrity back on Polus!

Green: That's great and all, Blue, but how do you feel after that, (Y/N).

(Y/N): I... I don't know. I feel like all of my emotions are flowing freely at the same time. Yet my appearance makes me look and feel so null and void.

Blue: (thinks to himself) Hmm, perhaps the cosmicubes are triggering some kind of side-effect on you. (brushes it off) Regardless, you and Red have a monster to stop. Remember, you have three abilities, two of them needing time to charge up after being used, and just for something to keep in your head, if you ever need to revert back into your regular self, just think about your regular self, okay?

(Y/N): (nods) Okay.

Green: Hey, before you head of, how about we think of a codename for you, that way your identity will be more secure.

Red: Good thinking, Green, and I've got a perfect one. Remember how you said you look so null and void, (Y/N)? ((Y/N) gives him a nod) That could be your codename, Null!

(Y/N): Null... I like it.

Blue: Alright then, Null and Red, go eliminate that walking avalanche!

(Y/N): Okay, Blue!

Red: Yeah! Time for some demolition and destruction!

Both (Y/N) and Red go running off towards where Stoneheart is heading, ready to engage in what can be described as a boss battle. Meanwhile, back with Marinette, she's busy in her room, checking out the costume for her superhero form, Ladybug.

Ladybug: (groans) How does this thing come off? Tikki, if you can hear me, I want my normal clothes back. I am not going anywhere!

Nadja: (on TV) After breaking the shuttle tower, Stoneheart is heading towards the Montparnesse tower. The monster seems to be unstoppable!

Marinette looks towards her computer and sees on the news Stoneheart marching through the streets of Paris. But she soon notices something else, which makes her gasp in worry: Alya is following close behind on a bike.

Ladybug: Alya?

Sabine: Marinette! Did you get home okay?

Ladybug: Uhh... yeahm Mom! Just super!

Sabine: (enters Marinette's room and sees her gone) Marinette? You in here? Tom, we better call the school!

What Sabine doesn't know is that Marinette has actually ran up to the balcony of their bakery, holding out her signature weapon: A black and red yo-yo.

Ladybug: Okay, I have special powers! And apparently this amazing super yo-yo thingy?

Ladybug then throws the yo-yo out, which reaches to and wraps around a gargoyle statue on a building far away from where the superhero is. Ladybug then lightly tugs on the yo-yo string, which pulls her to where the yo-yo is, making her scream along the way. Meanwhile, with Cat Noir, the superhero is getting used to his weapon, a long staff, which he's using to tightrope walk across rooftops.

Cat Noir: I'm starting to get the hang of this.

Cat Noir should have chosen a better time to say those words, as only a few seconds later, he hears screaming, as Ladybug then crashes down onto him, and the would've collided into the road below, if not for the yo-yo wrapping around the bow staff, leaving them dangling above the road.

Cat Noir: Well, hey there. Nice of you to drop in.

Ladybug: Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't do it on purpose.

(Y/N): Well, it seems that now I've found two unfamiliar faces here.

Both Ladybug and Cat Noir turn their heads towards the source of the voice, where Null is levitating a few steps away, with a neutral expression on his face.

Cat Noir: Well, hello there to you, too. How long have you been standing there? (quickly frees himself)

(Y/N): I was just looking for the cause of the current destruction, when I saw something red falling out of the sky. I followed it, and found you two putting on a poor attempt at a circus act.

Cat Noir: Ouch, no need to be so brutal. Anyway, I bet one of you the partner my kwami told me about. I'm... (thinks of his superhero name) Cat Noir. Yeah, Cat Noir. What about you, Mr White?

(Y/N): I'm afraid I have no clue on what a "kwami" is, so I couldn't be your partner. As for my identity, you may call me Null, as it is a representation of my emotions, and what they have now become.

Cat Noir: Wait, if you're not my partner, then how do you look like that without a kwami?

(Y/N): (glares at him) That is information that a fowl feline as yourself will never know.

Cat Noir: (slightly backs away) Alright, I won't press any further. (looks to Ladybug, who's trying to sort out her yo-yo) I guess you're my partner then. What's your name?

Ladybug: I'm Ma... err... Mar... uhh... (accidentally hits Cat Noir on the head with her freed yo-yo) Madly Clumsy. I'm so clumsy.

Cat Noir: No sweat, clumsy girl. I'm learning the ropes too.

(Y/N): Same here, though I'm slight ahead of you both due to being a fast learner. Now, I believe we have a monster to be facing.

Ladybug: Right. But how do we know where to go?

As if to answer Ladybug's question, the ground begins to rumble and shake, which makes Ladybug and Cat Noir fall to the ground, as a nearby building the length of an apartment complex begins to topple over.

(Y/N): By following the trail of destruction the monster leaves. (begins to fly off as Cat Noir uses his staff to get onto the rooftops)

Ladybug: Het! Wait, where are you two going?

Cat Noir: To save Paris, right?

(Y/N): Exactly, and I have my own partner whose most likely already there by now. (both he and Cat Noir head off)

Marinette: (groans to herself) Trust yourself, trust yourself...

Ladybug then throws her yo-yo to the rooftops, and begins to swing after both Null and Cat Noir, who are heading to where Stoneheart is. Meanwhile, over at Parc des Princes, the P.E. class have just finished their lesson, and are ready to head back to school, when the roaring of Stoneheart makes them all look his way.

Stoneheart: KIM!!! So, who's the wuss now?

All the students there begin to run away in fear, as Stoneheart jumps down from the top of the stadium and begins chasing his tormentor. Kim might have been able to escape from Stoneheart, but soon trips when trying to escape. However, right as he's about to be grabbed by the rocky menace, Stoneheart is suddenly hit by a swarm of bullets. The culprit: Red, who is wearing a face mask and an eye visor to hide his face, and his trusty Glock.

Red: Hey, you walking mountain of rubble! Why don't you pick a fight with someone who matches your ugly mug! I mean, I've heard of dry skin, but you take it way too far!

Kim chuckles at Red's burn, while Stoneheart roars and charges towards him, ready to crush him into a stain on the grass, but before he can actually attack, he's suddenly halted by Cat Noir's staff, and the cat hero himself dropping in.

Cat Noir: Hey, it's not very nice to pick on people who are smaller than you.

Stoneheart: I guess you're talking about yourself.

Stoneheart gets back to finishing his attack, ready to punch Cat Noir and Red with intense force, but before his fists can touch them...

(Y/N): GUARDIAN ANGEL!!!

Two mystical barriers suddenly surround the two targets, and block Stoneheart's attack, having his fists bounce off and begin to crack. As Stoneheart reels back in pain, the three of them look up to see Null slowly floating down in front of the akumatized victim.

(Y/N): You golems are all the same, relying on brute strength, while lacking in some much-needed intelligence.

Stoneheart: I'll show you "much-needed intelligence", you flying bit of dandruff. I'll crush all three of you!

After those words, the boss battle against Stoneheart commences, with the boulder-bashing behemoth going on the offensive, while Cat Noir gracefully dodges every swing that comes his way, Red continues to shoot at his opponent when the chance appears, and (Y/N) floating above, ready to step in if needed. Meanwhile, Hawk Moth is able to sense this battle from his hidden lair.

Hawk Moth: Everything's going to plan. Ladybug and Cat Noir's Miraculous have been activated. Here they come to save the day, and now my supervillain will destroy them. However, I was not expecting those two to show up. No matter, Stoneheart will crush them, even if they stay to help.

Back to the fight, Stoneheart slams down his fist in order to hit Cat Noir, only for the hero to backflip away and leap of his fist, before slamming his staff onto the golem's head as Red continues to shoot at him. However, all that goes is make Stoneheart grow larger, as he turns around and roars at them, before disarming Cat Noir by whacking his staff away from him, and is ready to completely crush him.

(Y/N): (thinking to himself) Dammit! The cooldown for Guardian Angel isn't over yet, and I don't think Red or that cat hero could survive a hit from him now. Guess I'll have to step in. (yells out) RED BURST!!!

After crying out his attack, Stoneheart is knocked to the side by a sudden explosion, as Cat Noir and Red turn to Null, who looks a bit different. Instead of being pure white with his limbs being black, he's now coloured red with the ends of his limbs and centre of his chest becoming both orange and yellow. Not only that, but his facial expression seems to be one of anger, with his eyes now glowing yellow, and his hair now bursting into flames.

(Y/N): Alright, you blockhead! It's time to turn up the heat here!

Hawk Moth: Hmm, that figure is emitting such an intense aura of anger. Such a shame I can only produce one akuma, he would've been a useful asset.

Null begins to fly around Stoneheart at high speeds, blasting him with firey explosions and changing directions whenever the blocky bully started to notice a pattern. Red began to cheer wildly for his partner, before charging back in to deal with Stoneheart, reloading his Glock during his first few steps. Cat Noir, meanwhile, takes this opportunity as a chance to quickly get his staff back, while muttering a question to himself.

Cat Noir: Where are you, partner?

Over with Ladybug, she's standing on top of the arena, overlooking the fight, while having an internal conflict with her emotions.

Ladybug: Oh, I can't. I'm not gonna be able to do it...

Tired of dealing with a fast foe, Stoneheart pulls a field goal out of the ground, before chucking it straight towards Null. The good news is, the field goal completely misses the wielder of the cosmicubes. The bad news is, instead it is about to land onto Alya, who is recording by the sidelines. However, Cat Noir is able to save her by using his staff to bounce the field goal away, but is unfortunately grabbed by Stoneheart. After the close save, Alya soon notices Ladybug watching from above.

Alya: What are you waiting for, super red bug? The world is watching you!

After hearing how many people are watching this fight, counting on her to save the day, Ladybug's heart pumps faster as she's filled with courage. Now entering the fight, she throws her yo-yo around Stoneheart's legs, before heroically sliding right under them with a heroic grin on her face.

Ladybug: Animal cruelty? How shameful!

Ladybug then pulls on her yo-yo string, sending Stoneheart crashing to the ground and freeing Cat Noir, who tumbles into the other field goal. Null and Red take his moment to pelt their monster of igneous rocks with point-blank bullets and point-blank explosives.

Alya: (excited) Yes!

Ladybug: (helps Cat Noir up) Sorry it took so long, Cat Noir.

Cat Noir: It's cool, Wonderbug. Now, let's kick his rocky behind! (runs towards Stoneheart, but isn't moving)

Ladybug: (grabbing Cat Noir's tail) Wait! Look to Null and his partner. Haven't you noticed something? He gets bigger and stronger with every attack. We have to do something different.

Cat Noir: Different how?

Ladybug: Uhh... I don't know.

Right before either Ladybug or Cat Noir can think of a different strategy, they notice Stoneheart has grabbed Red, and slammed him into the ground, before swinging his fist with the intention to knock the wild shooter out of stadium like a baseball.

(Y/N): GUARDIAN ANGEL!!!

Luckily, the cooldown for Null's barriers has fully charged, allowing him to revert back to his regular white form and summon a barrier to protect Red. The barrier does its job by protecting the parasite from the fist, but due to Stoneheart's size and strength, the barrier and Red are pushed towards Ladybug and Cat Noir, where Null soon flies over.

Null: Apologies for getting a bit aggressive earlier thre. It's just when I used one of my other elements, I seemed to have been under the influence of my anger.

Ladybug: It's fine, Null. You and your partner were a massive help when I wasn't here, but now we need to change fighting tactics. We can't risk him getting larger and more powerful.

Red: (slightly tired) So what am I gonna do, then? Just stand here and not do anything?

(Y/N): (gets and idea) Perhaps you could use your bullets to gain the monster's attention, as a form of distraction.

Red: (smirks) That sounds good enough for me. My bullets still get some action.

(Y/N): Now then, onto how we'll knock this golem down a few meters.

Cat Noir: (gets an idea) I know! Let's use our powers. Cataclysm!

After calling out his power, a black orb forms around Cat Noir's hand, before he crushes it, surrounding his hand with tiny black destructive particles.

Cat Noir: Apparently I destroy whatever I touch.

Ladybug: (sulks) I don't need a superpower to destroy everything.

Red: (confused) Wait, can you destroy anything you touch?

Cat Noir: Well, let's test it to find out!

Ladybug: (eyes widen) No, don't do that!

Cat Noir doesn't listen and tests his powers out on the remaining field goal, and with one touch of his hand, the metal bars begin to rust until the whole goal falls apart, with Red having an amazed expression on his face.

Cat Noir: Cool. (looks to Stoneheart) It's just you and me now! Time to rumble, soon-to-be rubble!

Ladybug: (calls out) Cat Noir! Wait!

Once again, Ladybug's words fall upon deaf ears as Cat Noir leaps high into the air and slams his Cataclysm charged hand onto Stoneheart's foot... only for nothing to happen, except a boo from Red being heard. It was then that Cat Noir's eyes widen as he now realises he made a mistake: His power is a one-use power.

Cat Noir: Uh-oh. I guess I only one shot to use my power.

Cat Noir nervously looks up at Stoneheart and sheepishly smiles at him while waving, hoping that may spare him from an attack. It doesn't work, and he's instead kicked away as the other three fighters wince.

Ladybug: And you only have five minutes before you transform back. Didn't your kwami explain anything to you?

Cat Noir: (smirks) I guess I was a little excited about my new life.

(Y/N): (groans and facepalms) Great. Not only is the cat an idiot who may have a concussion from being kicked in the head by stone, but he has a time limit on him now.

Ladybug: Don't worry, Null. It's my turn now. Lucky Charm!

After calling out her superpower, Ladybug's yo=yo begins to glow, before dropping an item out of it. This item being... a suit?

Chat Noir: (sarcastically) Super power.

Red: (also sarcastically) Yeah, very amazing.

Ladybug: My kwami told me I have to break the object where the watchchama-call-it... er, the akuma is hiding.

Chat Noir: (points to a marching Stoneheart) Well, he's made entirely out of stone.

(Y/N): I've already noticed where the akuma may be hiding. Here's a hint, Spotty: The answer is in the little details.

Ladybug: (notices something) His right hand, it's still closed. He never opens it. It's like the Russian dolls. The object isn't on him, it's hidden in his fist!

Cat Noir: So what's your plan?

Ladybug begins to look around, before taking note of what can help her break the akumatized object: Stoneheart's right hand, Alya herself, the nearby tap, and the water hose on the floor.

Ladybug: I have an idea, but I need some time. (looks to (Y/N) and Red) Can you two distract Stoneheart while I get my plan set up?

Red: (gives a thumbs up) You can trust us.

(Y/N): Your wish is mine to grant.

Null and Red charge towards Stoneheart, each of them ready to keep the stony monster distracting. Red begins off by firing bullets towards the titan of rocks, while making sure not to hit him and make him larger, and dodging every swing from his left hand. This gets Stoneheart mad and so he reveals a new attack, launching a storm of sharp pebbles out from his back towards the two annoyances.

(Y/N): VIOLET VOID!!!

After crying out his third ability, (Y/N)'s appearance once again changes, with his whole body becoming pitch black, with a violet aura surrounding him and outlining his body. The only parts of him that isn't engulfed in darkness are his eyes and mouth, with the latter looking more sinister with sharp teeth, and both of them glowing gold. Once the transformation is completed, Null begins to laugh like a villain before pointing his finger out, and summoning a black hole from the tip, absorbing all of the incoming sharp pebbles easily.

(Y/N): (continues laughing) To oblivion with all that dare oppose me!

Hawk Moth: (in disbelief) What is this? I can feel a rise in so much negative emotions, all from one person. Is this figure even human?

The black hole from Null's fingertips begins to grow larger, which also begins to pull more closer stuff in, such as the two field goals, nearby sports equipment, Alya, Red's Glock, Red's knife, Red himself, and even Stoneheart begin to be drawn towards the black hole. 

(Y/N): Come on, Stoneheart. The cold and torturous emptiness of space is calling for you!

Immediately, the three living things being pulled in, grab onto the ground and their treasured items, hoping that the black hole will go soon. A few seconds later, the black hole disappears, with Null going back into his white form, only now on his knees, panting for air.

Red: (nervous) Uh, are you okay, Null?

Null: (gasping for air) Yes... Though, I think... I'll be staying... away from this power... for a while.

Red gives his partner a nod, agreeing with him, before pulling him away from the incoming fist of a newly focused Stoneheart. Meanwhile, with Ladybug, the time she needed has now paid off, as she has tied the water hose to the suit, then tying Cat Noir's feet with her yo-yo.

Ladybug: Don't resist. Trust me.

Cat Noir: (fearing for his life) This girl's crazy!

Ladybug then throws Cat Noir straight at Stoneheart, who sees the cat coming and grabs him in his left hand. Soon, Ladybug comes running over and leaps high into the air, still holding onto the summoned suit.

Ladybug: Catch me if you can!

Stoneheart actually uses his right hand for once, grabbing Ladybug with it, while also dropping the akumatized object, which rolls towards Null and Red. Cat Noir soon gives his partner an unhappy expression, not knowing that's what she intended to happen.

Ladybug: And now... Alya, the tap!

Alya immediately runs over to the tap, turning it on and allowing water to flow through the hose, until it reaches the end. The suit begins to inflate with water, until it is able to break out of Stoneheart's grasp, and frees Ladybug in the process. Once she lands back onto the ground, Null kicks the akumatized object with his foot, destroying it and freeing the akuma inside, which flies away. Without the akuma to power him, Stoneheart soon turns back into Ivan, with large rocks landing near him and Cat Noir, and crinkled up paper appearing in Ladybug's hand.

Cat Noir: (looks to Ladybug) This girl is awesome. She's crazy awesome.

Red: (excited) WHOO! YEAH! THAT WAS AMAZING! HA, TAKE THAT YOU STUPID ROCK MONSTER! NOW YOU'RE JUST A PUNY PEBBLE! YEAH!

Null: (puts a hand onto Red's shoulder) I suggest you take a breather, partner, before you make yourself pass out from sheer thrill.

Red: (takes a deep breath) Thanks, good suggestion, Null.

Ivan: (confused) What's going on? What am I doing here?

Cat Noir: You were incredible, miss... uh... Bug lady. You did it! (looks to an approaching Null and Red) You both were great, as well. Your skills are impressive.

Ladybug: We all did it, partner. All four of us.

Ladybug + Cat Noir: Pound it!

Both Ladybug and Cat Noir fist bump each other, which gets Null and Red to chuckle, before doing it themselves. Soon, all of them hear a beeping sound, coming from Cat Noir's Miraculous.

Ladybug: You should get going. Our identities must remain secret.

Cat Noir: (nods and bows) Farewell, milady and anomaly. Let's do this again soon, okay? (leaps out of the stadium)

Ladybug: Uh-huh. Not too soon, I hope. (reads the paper Ivan had) "You haven't even got the guts to tell Mylene you love her, wuss." (gasps) Aw...

Ivan: (sulking) Kim wrote it. He's always making fun of me.

(Y/N): Well, you shouldn't let the words of a bully decide on how you should take action. After all, don't you know the saying? "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words shall never lay harm upon me." Maybe next time you see Mylene, try to express how much she means to you.

Ladybug: Null's right, you know. You shouldn't get so bent out of shape about that. There's no shame in telling someone you love them, Ivan.

Ivan: Hey, how do you know my name, miss?

Ladybug: Uh... (nervously chuckles)

Alya: Uncanny, amazing, spectacular! Are you three gonna be protecting Paris from now on? How did you get your powers? Did you get stung by a radioactive ladybug, miss? Or did you get struck by lightning and got drenched in chemicals, mister? Oh, I've got a ton of questions to ask about you both, uh, miss, mister... uh...

Ladybug: (thinks of her hero name) Uh... Ladybug! Call me Ladybug! (takes her leave)

(Y/N): My partner prefers to remain anonymous, but I go by Null. I am neither hero nor villain, so don't assume I'll always be protecting this city, young one. (Alya nods) Thank you for understanding, now, farewell. (takes his leave with Red)

Alya: (looks towards Ladybug) Ladybug... Super awesome!

After Alya has finished recording, the scene cuts over to the news channel, where everyone is watching the discussion on Paris's very own superheroine, superhero, and one of the two mysterious figures assisting in stopping Stoneheart.

Nadja: So thanks to this amateur footage, the Parisians now know the identities of their heroes, and possibly anti-heroes!

Marinette: (watching the news) I did it, Tikki!

Tikki: You see? You were up to it! (hugs Marinette's cheek)

Sabine: (from downstairs) Marinette! Dinner time!

Marinette runs downstairs to enjoy some dinner with her parents, while the news still continues on the top of their newly arrived heroes. Meanwhile, over at Adrien's place, Plagg is opening up small silver dishes, disapointed with what's under each one.

Andre: I am pleased to announce that we will be organizing a huge celebration in honour of our city's new protectors: Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Null.

Adrien: Ladybug. Her name is Ladybug.

Plagg: (holding some ice cream) Eww, what is this?

Adrien: (annoyed) Seriously? My personal chef made all this!

Plagg: (drops the ice cream) If you expect me to get my energy back after the transformation, I need to eat something more... delicate.

Adrien: (sighs) Okay. What do you want?

As Plagg tells what Adrien what exactly his stomach is desiring, over at (Y/N)'s place, the young boy, after transforming back, is enjoying some dinner he made with the other parasites, with all of them happy with what happened.

Blue: (smiles) Well, I'd say that test of the cosmicubes was a success.

Green: I'll say, you both were amazing out there! Red, expert skills with your gun! I'm glad to see you're still improving! (Red smiles) And (Y/N)! The way you thought with utter calmness and control was so amazing! You know, keep this up, and I think I'll be the one asking you out. (winks at him)

(Y/N): (blushes) Uh... T-Thanks, G-Green. I really put my effort into it. Also, Blue, did you see what happened when I used the other abilities?

Blue: Yes. It seems as if the cosmicubes are now linked to your mental state. Whichever one is being used, the corresponding emotion will take over. I could fix that, but that would require finding a way to safely remove the cosmicubes from you without causing damage to anything inside you.

Red: What?! I say keep them in! That way, when facing any more of those creatures, or any Mira HQ agents, (Y/N) can be unpredictable, since his emotions help with his powers!

Blue: (pauses for a minute) I'll think about it for now. That may be one of the smartest things you have ever said, Red.

Red: (offended) Hey! What's that supposed to mean?!

(Y/N) and Green chuckle and get back to eating their dinner, while Red and Blue continue to argue because of one tiny little comment. Meanwhile, elsewhere in Paris, the freed akuma is seen flying up to the top of the Eiffel Tower, perching onto the top before aggressively flapping its wings and creating more akumas, which fly all across Paris. Back with Marinette, she's busy washing the dishes, but is soon alerted by the voice of her mother sounding concerned.

Sabine: Oh my!

Marinette: Huh? (looks to the TV)

Nadja: Just as Paris is about to celebrate the appearance of our three new superheroes, Ladybug, Cat Noir, and Null, a new wave of panic is sweeping across the capital as dozens of people are mysteriously transformed into stone monsters. (shows footage of people being turned into replicas of Stoneheart) It's simply unbelievable!

Marinette soon looks worried and confused, before running back upstairs to her room to talk to Tikki about what's happening. Meanwhile with Adrien, he's not watching the news, as he's more concerned with what food Plagg needs: Camembert Cheese.

Adrien: (annoyed) Camembert Cheese. Fantastic. All he eats is Camembert Cheese, which means I'm gonna smell like stinky old cheese. (hears what's on the news channel)

Nadja: These victims transformed into stone beings are still like statues. The police are perplexed to what will happen to them. Will they come to life or be frozen in time forever?

Adrien: (confused) Plagg? What's going on? I thought we defeated him.

Tikki + Plagg: Did you capture the akuma?

As the two kwamis ask their wielders that simple question, over at (Y/N)'s place, the young boy are watching the news with very mixed emotions.

Green: (confused) Wait, there's more of them?! I swear, Paris is getting crazier and crazier then we expected it to be!

Red: (also confused) Yeah, and why are there multiple black butterflies? There was only one of them at that stadium!

Blue: (realises something) Wait! Red, did you say there was one black butterfly when you stopped that stone titan?

Red: Yeah, it was in some kind of purple rock the creature was holding. Miss Spotty broke it open, and the butterfly flew out.

Blue: (looks to (Y/N)) (Y/N), are there any recordings of these very same black butterflies anywhere?

(Y/N): (shakes his head) No, not that I know of of.

Blue: (begins thinking) Hmm, than maybe that same butterfly is the cause of what's caused that behemoth of rubble to appear!

Green: You serious, Blue?

As the three parasites and (Y/N) discuss on how one simple butterfly of an unusual colour may or may not be the reason behind the birth of Stoneheart, back with Marinette, she's confused on why the akuma is still important.

Marinette: (confused) What's capturing the akuma got to do with the other stone beings?

Tikki: An akuma can multiply, and that's why it must be captured. If Ivan's emotions become negative again, then the akuma will turn him back into Stoneheart! He'll control all the stone beings and bring them to life to serve as his army!

Marinette: (upset) So that means... this is all my fault?! I knew it! See, Tikki? I'm not cut out to be a superhero! I'm only gonna keep messing up.

Tikki: Keep calm. It was your first time. You're going to go back and capture Stoneheart's akuma, and do it successfully!

Marinette: (raises her voice) I can't! I told you, I'm clumsy! I create disaster all the time! I'll only make things worse for me, for you, for everyone. Cat Noir will be better off without me. I'm quitting.

If only Marinette's wish could come true, as other with Adrien, Plagg has just finished explaining to him why Ladybug is needed to properly deal with the akuma.

Adrien: So I can't do anything without Ladybug?!

Plagg: Only Ladybug can capture akumas and repair the damage caused by supervillains.

Over with Marinette, she's currently looking in the mirror after hearing the same explanation from Tikki, excepts she still isn't convinced.

Marinette: If Cat Noir can't capture the akumas, then... just find another Ladybug. I told you, I'm not cut out to be Ladybug! I'm sorry, Tikki. (begins taking off her earrings)

Tikki: No, don't do-

Tikki is unable to finish her sentence as Marinette fully takes the earrings off, causing her to disappear back into them. After calling out the name of the kwami in confusion, Marinette puts the earrings back into the black box, and puts that into a drawer, before falling to her knees and letting out one last apology.

Marinette: I'm really sorry, Tikki...

Elsewhere, at Hawk Moth's lair, the mastermind of the akumas is residing in his main room, unhappy that his akuma lost, but knows that he'll still win in the end, as the original akuma flies back into his cane.

Hawk Moth: Ivan has a sensitive heart. It won't be long before anger and sadness strike again. And he and the stone beings will come alive. Then we'll see how long you'll remain hidden, Ladybug and Cat Noir. Once I have your Miraculous, you will be powerless against me. Not even your mysterious ally, Null, will be safe. Everyone will be powerless against me! I will have absolute power!

Hawk Moth begins to laugh out in a triumphant tone, as Ivan sits down on some steps while listening to some music, Adrien looking at Plagg with a worried expression, Marinette still upset over her decision, (Y/N) and the parasites brainstorming ways to deal with the Stoneheart replicas, and his metallic window closing for the day...

Bonus Clip!

A few hours have passed, and (Y/N) is in his room on his laptop, browsing the web and searching for anything he could use. Soon, the door to his room is knocked, so (Y/N) goes over to open it, and sees Blue on the other side.

(Y/N): Oh, hey, Blue. Is there something you need from me?

Blue: Yes, I'm a bit stumped about something. (holds up a book) This is a strategy book, yet it has no information on tactical warefare, only "dice effects" and "spells". Could you explain this book's purpose, please?

(Y/N): Oh! That's my strategy book for Trials and Titans! I haven't touched that book in at least a decade.

Blue: (confused) Trials and Titans?

(Y/N): It's an old board game that requires imagination to play, as well as teamwork. It's set in a fantasy setting, where one player tells the story, and the other players go through the quest hat's been created. I used to play this with my parents a lot when I was young. Even my grandparents, aunt, and uncle would join in on occasion. (sighs and gains an upset expression) I miss those days.

Blue: (notices (Y/N)'s expression) We're playing it.

(Y/N): (looks up) Huh?

Blue: Once this current Stoneheart replica predicament has been sorted, I'll get Red and Green to give this game a shot, and I'll be the narrator for this story. Do you mind helping me get a head start?

(Y/N): Come on in, I don't mind!

Blue calmy steps into (Y/N)'s room, where the two of them begin brainstorming ideas for their celebratory campaign, and Blue taking note on how (Y/N) speaks so passionately about Trials and Titans. Maybe when the whole operation against Mira HQ is over, he'll buy a copy and bring it to Polus, where he could get the rest of the Impostorm members to give this game a try...

Fun Fact about (Y/N): (Y/N) is really into Trials and Titans (which is this world's version of Dungeons and Dragons), and his favourite class to use is either the Thief or the Mage.
