Rory and Corpse ended up talking for over three hours. There wasn't a specific topic that Rory had in mind to talk about. She just wanted to take her mind off of everything and talk to someone who would actually listen to her. Rory felt comfortable with Corpse which was weird as it normally took a long time for Rory to feel like that around new people. He was like a breath of fresh air for her.

The conversation shifted from YouTube to music and about life in general. Rory even found herself breaking down and crying at one point, but Corpse didn't freak out or laugh at her. Instead, he comforted her and told her everything would work out okay in the end. His reassurance meant a lot to Rory.

Rory didn't want to end the call, but she felt like she was taking up Corpse's time. It was getting pretty late and Rory was starting to get tired. She ended up going to sleep that night feeling happier than she had been in a while. She didn't want her happiness to be reliant on one person, but being in Corpse's presence really did lift her mood every time. It was a weird feeling, but Rory wouldn't change it for the world.
