Lisa's POV....
I was at my reading desk in my room, my chin on my hand and I was deep in thought.

Why did I feel those feelings when Jennie was around me earlier?

Is it just a coincidence or did I feel a connection to her?

No, it can't be.
But I felt like someone close was there even before I turned around.

Maybe it's because I really don't like her or maybe it was a coincidence.... yes I'll stick to that because even if it wasn't that feeling was not not mutual.

I was still having a debate in my mind when a knock came on my door.
"Come in" I said and the door creaked open.
"Hey Lis, are you busy?" Jisoo unnie asked.
"Not really. Did you want something?" I asked and she walked in, jumping on my bed.
"Not really, just wanted to talk, about stuff" She said casually.
"What stuff?" I asked.
"You know how you're hosting a cooking competition to get ratings so you can open your dream restuarant?" She asked and I faced her.
"Yes?"
"Well I found a good participant for you" She said and I thought that coming from her, that person may stand a chance.
"Okay. So boy or girl?"
"Girl. Did you think a bit would be that good at cooking?" She asked.
"I don't know. These days, some places, boys cook good things, but not much of them" I said, remembering the stupid cooks I've met before.
"Hmm, I guess you are right" She said with a hum.
"Okay so what's her name?" I asked.
"Not so fast Lisa. On the day of the competition's first round, you shall know the name of the sweet damsel" She said with a smile and I sat up.
"What do you mean? She's coming to my competition. I want to know her name" I demanded but she only giggled and got off my bed.
"Wait! Jisoonie!" I called as she headed for the door.
"You've always never wanted me in your room so today I'll fulfill that little wish of yours. Bye Lisa" She said sweetly and slipped out of the room.
"Urgh!" I groaned, hitting the table with the side of my fist really hard but it didn't hurt that much since I was used to doing that kind of thing.
"Of all the times she could have chosen to leave my room willing she didn't until I wanted her to stay, how irritating" I said with a scowl on my face.

Jennie's POV....
After the inclient at the restuarant, Kai seemed uneasy but all that changed as he treated me to more fun at the carnival, mall and other places of interest.
It was getting to seven o'clock when we finally got home and I had to admit, I had alot of fun with him and I kinda wished the day was longer.
He stopped the car when we got to my house and looked towards me with a smile.
"Thanks for coming with me Jennie, I had fun today" He said sweetly and I smiled back.
"No, thank you Kai. You brought me out today and I also had fun" I replied sweetly and he smiled.
"I almost don't want you to go" He said and I looked away.
"Yes but I have to go" I said and he looked deep in thought.
"How about we.... uhm.. meet tomorrow?" He asked and I was shocked at first but I didn't show it much.
"Uhm okay. I'll tell Aunt Jin-ah but I know she won't refuse you" I said calmly and he smiled.
"Thank you" He said and I nodded.
"Well, I just get going now. It's getting late" I said and he nodded.
I opened the door and went out but when I turned around, he smiled at me from the steering wheel so I smiled back and went inside the house.
Not long after, I heard the sound of a car leaving.
"Oh Jennie, you're back" Aunt Jin-ah said, coming towards me and she hugged me.
"Yes Aunt. How are you?" I asked and she pulled.
"Just fine. How about you?"
"I'm also fine. I'm fact I had much fun today. Kai was really.... sweet" I told her shyly and she chuckled, placing a hand on my cheek affectionately.
"I knew you'd like him and you did" She said affectionately and I gave her a little smile.
"He wasn't that bad. We even went shopping" I said, gesturing towards the bags and her eyes widened in surprise.
"I guess you got along better than I thought" She said, a bit surprised.
"Yes, and this one is specially for you and the rest of the family, Kai said to give it to you" I said, handing her a few bags.
"Okay, thank you. Now go get some rest. Your sister is upstairs" She said and I nodded then went upstairs.
I went up to my room and walked in to see Rosé in the middle of a phone call.
"Hang on Jisoo, I'll call you later, okay..... bye" She said and hung up.
"Uhm hi Rosé, how was your evening?" I asked and she sighed.
"It was fine, how were you?" She asked with lidded eyes.
"I was fine, actually Kai and me went out" I told her.
"Yes, I heard" She said in a tone that indicated one thing; she was interested.
"What's wrong? Aren't you happy?" I asked and she sighed to her phone.
"I didn't say anything about that"
"But you seem unhappy, is anything wrong?" I asked then she gave a deep breath.
"Just leave me alone" She said calmly as if suppressing something.
"But why? I just--"
"I said leave me alone! Don't you get it?! You've had your way now leave me be!" She snapped and I stepped back.
Her words stung me and I had to admit, I had never seen this side of Rosé, ever.
"I'm sorry if I h-hurt you, but what did I do?" My voice was shaky as I asked.
"What did you do? It's pretty obvious, Jennie unnie. I told you not to go out with Kai but you did anyway! My opinion doesn't matter to you, does it Jennie unnie?" She seethed and I was hurt.
"I... I'm s-sorry Rosé.... I didn't mean to h-hurt you.... I'm sorry!" I sobbed and ran to the balcony to cry.

Rosé's POV....
"I... I'm s-sorry Rosé.... I didn't mean to h-hurt you.... I'm sorry!" Jennie unnie sobbed and ran out of the room.
Now I'm sure I took it too far.
"Jennie unnie wait!" I called and ran after her.
I followed her to the balcony and she was in front of the railing, crying.
Man I really messed up.
"Unnie? Are you okay?" I asked as I inched towards her, placing a hand in her shoulder and she sniffled, wiping her tears away.
"I'm okay" She said, her voice cracking.
I took a good look at her; her eyes were nearly red and she looked so sad.
I pulled her to myself and hugged her tightly.
"I'm sorry unnie. I shouldn't have shouted at you. I was being childish and silly, sorry" I apologized and she hugged me tightly.
"It's okay, just don't make me go through with that again. You know I love you" She said and I nodded.
We hugged for another second or so then she pulled away and wiped her tears.
"How was your day?" She asked and I giggled.
"What?"
"You've already asked me that question before" I giggled.
"Oh, sorry"
"It's okay, now how was your day? Did anything happen?" I asked and she looked into space for a while.
"Well Kai and I went to Exo, we ate, blah, blah, blah and then.... Lalisa showed up, right in front of me, well she was a few meters away--"
"Lisa showed up?! Did you guys talk? What did she say? Did she talk to you? Was Jisoo there?!" I gushed, interuppting her and she face palmed.
"How can I answer you if you won't let me finish let alone talk?" She asked.
"Oh, go on then"
"Thank you. Now where was I.... uh huh. Lalisa showed up at the place and--"
"You can always call her Lisa like everyone else" I muttered but when I looked up she was giving me a look.
"Oh sorry go on" I said and she sighed.
"Lisa showed up there and I was shocked at first but then Kai and and I went to sit down...." She narrated the whole ordeal to me and I was too busy being engrossed in the stity to make out the fact that she was done because I was playing it in my mind with no Kai of course.
"Rosé? Rosé? ROSÉ YAH WAKE UP NOW!" Someone screamed and I fell of my chair.
"Argh!" I screamed as I met the floor but got up soon after to see a mad Jennie unnie in front of me.
"So you didn't hear a thing of all what I just said?"
"I did, I promise. I was even playing it in my head, take a look" I said, putting my face in front of hers and opening my eyes widely.
"Yeah thanks, but I was there when it happened" She said, pushing me away and we but giggled.
"So you think Lisa doesn't hold a grudge against you anymore?"
"Ehh, I don't think so because on her way out she glared the hopes of that out of me" She said with her arms crossed.
"Oh"
"But on the bright side, I brought ice cream" She said excitedly.
"Meh, make me ice cream" I said, looking at my phone.
"But why? It's a good ice cream, I brought it from Exo, Kai said it was amazing" She said in a puppy voice.
"Nope, not eating it. Make me ice cream" I said, walking downstairs, knowing she'd give in and follow me.
I was confirmed of that when I heard footsteps behind me and I went straight to the kitchen, sitting on the stool with lidded eyes and I watched as she trudged in.

Maybe I should tell her about what Jisoo said, yeah.

"Uh Jennie unnie?"
"Yes?"
"How do you feel about a cooking competition?"
"Cooking competition?" She asked, a bit surprised.
"Yes, how do yoh feel about it?" I asked tactically.
"Hmm, it sounds like fun" She said with a giggle and I sighed in relief.
"So would you mind joining one?"
"Yes"
"Good cause I-- what?"
"I can't join a cooking comp Rosé. I can't handle crowds, they make me nervous" She complained.
"But it won't be a crowd, just you and the other cookers or cooking people, chefs-- whatever" I said, waving my hand as if swatting a fly away. "It'll be fun and you'll have a good time" I explained and she sighed.
"Rosé, I don't have time for those kind of things" She said with lidded eyes.
"Please?"
"No"
"Pretty please?"
"Pretty pretty please?"
"Not gonna happen"
"Pretty please with a I'll stop teasing you about little things?"
"Sounds fair but no"
"I'll do your chores"
"No"
"I'll clean our room for a year"
"No"
"I'll kiss you"
"Ew, you're my sister"
"I won't complain about Kai anymore" I said, moving over and hugging her from behind.

I can't believe I just said that.... taking it back.

"I take it--"
"Deal" She said, probably with a smirk and placed her hands on mine and my eyes widened on impulse.
"What?" I asked, pulling away from her.
"We have a deal. You won't complain about Kai and I'll enter into a cooking comp. Now sit down and wait for your ice cream dear sister" She said, patting my head as if I was a little child and I swatted her hand away then made for my stool where I grumbled under my breath and she giggled.
"You can grumble all you want, but a deal is a deal Rosé and you have to keep your end of the stick" She said maturely and I raised an eyebrow.
"End of the stick?"
"Doesn't make sense right?" She asked and I sighed.
"Why do I have to be so talky without thinky?" I said with my hands covering my face.
"Aww, sorry. But what competition were you talking about?" She asked and I shot up.

I can't tell her it's Lisa's cooking comp, at least not yet....

"Rosé?"
"I heard you but that's a surprise. You'll get to know on the day of the competition. You just relax and I'll get you the form, okay?" I asked and she shrugged.
"Sometimes you can be really strange you know?" She said and I have her a little smile but for now, it's mission accomplished.

I'll tell Jisoo after my well deserved ice cream....

That night....
I'm at the balcony of mine and Jennie unnie's room texting Jisoo because I'm too afraid Jennie unnie will hear.

Me: Jennie unnie agreed to the competition
Jisoo: Wow, that's amazing but did you go through stress to convince her?
Me: No, but I did lose something
Jisoo: What's that?
Me: The ability to complain about her stupid suitor, Kai :(
Jisoo: Oh, I'm sorry for your loss, it sounded very dear to you :)
Me: Oh Jisoo you dork! You're so funny! And cute
Jisoo: Oh, thank you Rosé, I also think you're funny and cute
Me: Aww Jisoo! You're such a flirt!
Jisoo: Really?
Me: Yes really, don't you know?
Jisoo: Actually many people have said that to me before but it didn't make an effect like you saying it did
Me: Oh, thanks, I guess?
Jisoo: You're welcome. So do you think we should meet up tomorrow?
Me: Sure, but why?
Jisoo: So I can give you Jennie's form
Me: Oh yeah, I totally forgot about that. Lisa would have an excuse to kill Jennie if she came in without signing a form!
Jisoo: Don't worry, I won't let something like that happen, not that it would, I'm just saying I wouldn't let it happen if it did happen
Me: To be honest I'm giggling at your cuteness now Jichu
Jisoo: Why?
Me: Because you're cute
Jisoo: But I don't want you to laugh at me when I can see you
Me: Okay calm down then
Jisoo: Okay
Me: I'll laugh at you when we meet tomorrow, I promise
Jisoo: Rosé!
Me: Sorry
Jisoo: I'll see you tomorrow then
Me: Same place?
Jisoo: Same time :)
Me: Okay, goodnight then Jichu
Jisoo: Goodnight Rosie

I turned my phone off and smiled at the night sky.
"I feel very satisfied after talking to you. I could do it all night long" I sighed in content.
"Who was that?"
"Ahh!" I yelped and turned around, about to hurt the person but it was only Jennie unnie and she was eating ice cream.
"Urgh, quit scaring me unnie" I sighed.
"Sorry. But who were you talking about, they sound special" She asked with a smile.
"No one" I said.
"Was it Jisoo?" She asked.
"No"
"Was it Lisa?" She asked again.
"No"
"Then it was Jisoo then"
"What no! I mean yes-- no no!"
"So you mean no as in 'no it's not no'?" She asked and my ehe twitched then I screamed into a flower vase.
"So it was Jisoo" She said in a happy tone and I groaned.
"Why did you come?" I asked.
"Because I'm your sister and I was bored. That's why" She said innocently, eating her ice cream. "Want some?" She asked and I eyed the I've cream before taking her spoon and I scooped some on then put it in my mouth.
"That's Exo ice cream" She said blankly and I spat it out which caused her to laugh.
"I hate you"
"I love you, mwah" She said and walked into our room.
I hope her hyper mood and 'feeding me death ice from Kai and Exo' attitude both die out soon, the latter first.

The next day....
Jisoo's POV....
Today was a Saturday so Lisa and I were not going to the office today.
I had just woken up and was lazily brushing my teeth in my bathroom.
When I was done, I went out and plopped on my bed.
I always make sure I have good breath once I woke up, it's a little habit.
I was about to loosen my body into the feel of my comfy bed when my eyes fluttered open.
"Oh no. I have to tell Lisa about the work she has. She definitely forgot" I said and jumped out of bed, leaving my room quickly.

Chaeyoung's POV....
Mina was at my house today, which is why she's currently in front of me, holding up a loudspeaker triumphantly.
She just woke me up.
"Chaengggg" She saby
"What?"
"I want you to come with me. Jack and I  are going to check out apartments today" She said excitedly.
"No, I can't. I have a cold, peace" I said and went under the covers but they were yanked away.
Almost immediatly, I was met with her face in front of mine.
I gulped at the closeness and I was sure she heard it.
"Please come with, I don't want to be alone" She whined.

Why? You can always touch his stupid smoking abs. Pfft

"No Mina, I can't and besides, Jennie can come with you" I sniffled.
"But I want you to come. Jennie unnie needs her rest, pwease? Chaeng yah!"
"No. Please I'm sick. I'll make it up to you later, whatever you want, I'll do for you" I said.
"Really? You mean it?" She asked.
If it means I don't have to see my rival in love, I'll do it.
"Yes" I have in and she smirked.

Jisoo's POV....
I went out of the house and started joching around the mansion, hoping to catch Lisa wherever she was.

At least I'll get a ride on the way back, she loves it

I finally spotted her after running a marathon and I jogged up to her, putting my hand in her shoulder as I caught up, breathing heavily.
"Lisa..."
"Jisoonie?"
"I remembered I had to tell you something.... and I'm so tired now so please take me back" I panted and slowly began the process of getting on her back.
I successfully managed to do so even as she made little protests.

Told you she loves it

"Jisoo unnie I don't appreciate this at all" She grumbled but I only sighed in relief and relaxed into her, putting my arms around her securely.
"Yes you do" I said with my eyes closed and awaited the mansion.
