Nobody's POV....
A girl is in the kitchen, cutting vegetables in a happy mood as she practiced her passion.
It was just 4:30am in the morning and everyone was still asleep but not her, she can't sleep so she wants to talk to the food.
She's focused on her work when the kettle starts whistling and she turned her attention to it.
But there's a particular person sleeping who's disturbed by it.
"Oh dear Lord! It's not even sunrise yet but Jennie's kettle is whistling so hard already, urgh!" Rosé groaned and put her pillow over her head tightly.
Jennie leaves her vegetables and goes to the whistling kettle to tend to it.
She pours the tea water into a cup and brews a special cup of tea for her grandparents; that is if her grandpa was woken up by the whistle of the kettle.
She takes the tray of tea with a smile on her face to her great grandma's room where she met her sitting on the bed, a smile creeping up her face as soon as she saw her.
"Grandma, I brought you some tea" She said sweetly, handing her grandma a cup of her delicious tea.
"Thank you Jennie" Her grandma replied, taking the cup of tea from her.
"It was my pleasure grandma. I know you always wait for my tea. It's the least I could do for you"
"Well thank you then" Grandma said with a wink and Jennie giggled.
"Now go to sleep dear. You still have a long day ahead of you" Grandma said after taking a sip and Jennie nodded, kissing her cheek fondly before leaving.
Jennie went back to the kitchen and put the cut vegetables in the fridge, cleaned up her little mess then went back to her room.
"You're done with your pre cooking marathon, huh?" Rosé asked tiredly as Jennie got into bed.
"Yes, and I see you're awake, should I maybe go back to the kitchen?" Jennie asked and Rosé groaned, aimlessly throwing a pillow at her which caused Jennie to giggle.
"Sorry, I was just joking" She said, getting under the sheets and Rosé adjusted herself in bed.

The next morning....
Jennie's POV....
I woke up when I felt it was morning and I stretched to get the sleepiness out of my eyes and when I looked around, Rosé was still sleeping.

What a cutie.... that needs to wake up.

"Rosé yah, wake up, it's morning" I said, shaking her and she groaned.
"Leave me alone unnie, I want to sleep. You didn't leave my pre morning alone so leave me be now, aish" She groaned, pushing my hand away.
"Okay, sleep. But don't come to me for breakfast or anything else later" I said knowingly and she shot up.
"Are you serious?" She asked with widened eyes.
"If you're gonna keep on sleeping, yes. But if you don't, maybe I'll cook for you" I said and she sighed in relief.
"You're so mean, I'll go brush my teeth" She said and hopped off the bed to the bathroom.
"What a child" I smiled and looked towards the photo frame on my nightstand.
I made a small smile and picked it up.
"I really wish you were still here, then you'll be able to see just how good I take care of Chaeyoung" I said to the picture and caressed the unique frame. "I miss you alot but I have to face the reality that you're gone now though, Mum and Dad" I said with a sniffle and wiped my tears away with the back of my hand.
"Jennie dear, please come downstairs!" I heard Aunt Jin-ah called and I dropped the photo, making more effort to wipe my tears.
"Yes Aunt, I'm coming!" I replied and rushed downstairs.
When I got downstairs, the whole family was there but they weren't smiling.
"There's a suitor coming to meet you Jennie" Aunt Jin-ah said and I was taken aback with shock so much that it showed on my face.

Meanwhile....
Lisa's POV....
The sound of my stupid alarm clock was ringing through my ears but I only groaned in my sleep, reaching out for it blindly and when I founded it, I tapped it off.
I let my hand drop to the side of the bed and I went back to sleep, contented with my work but only a few seconds later, the door to my room which I needed to start locking, was opened.
"What the-- Lalisa why are you still in bed? You have an office to go to" Jisoo unnie scolded but I ignored her, trying to fall asleep but my blanket was yanked away.
"WAKE UP YAH LISA!" She screamed and it was so loud I rolled off the bed on my own. "Are you awake yet?" She asked and I scowled.
"Of course I'm awake. Who wouldn't be after that?" I asked grumpily and she shrugged.
"You know, someday, someone will come into this house and they'll make your morning good and maybe they'll even make you... less grumpy" She said, tilting her head to the side.
"That's not going to happen, now leave my room please" I said and she rolled her eyes.
"Whatever, just get ready. We have a meeting today" She said and I nodded. "Who knows maybe you'll meet your someone today, aye Lali--" I didn't let her finish as I got up and pushed her out then locked the door but I heared her giggling outside.
"You can't deny it. It could happen" She said and giggled off.
"I can also see that I want to start locking my room" I mumbled and went to the bathroom to take a bath before she comes back again.

Jennie's POV....
I had finished making breakfast, which was now over and Rosè, Taehyung and I were at the terrace.
"I can't believe they got me a suitor!" I stressed, pacing around while they say on chairs, looking at me.
"Well just reject him then. They can't force a person on you, right?" Taehyung suggested.
"It's not like that Tae. This is like the 23rd one--"
"24th, you missed one" Rosé interrupted dryly.
"I don't care. I just don't wanna get married to just anybody.... now!" I cried.
"Then tell 'em. You can just tell Aunt that you don't like the boy. And I'm sure the boy won't even match up to your taste, you're Jennie Kim" Taehyung said and I sighed.
"You haven't even met the damn guy yet so why are you so worried?"
"I haven't met him but I feel nervous because i just don't feel good about it and Aunt hasn't told anyone anything about him. She says I'll like him but I don't want to like him because he's not my one!" I said and started sobbing on a chair so Rosé gave me a side hug.
"Don't worry unnie. I'll help you destroy your alliance" She said thoughtfully.
"Thank you" I said, cleaning my tears and I felt her nod.
"What a weird pair" Taehyung sighed.
"Now come, let's go get you ready and get that guy rejected!" Rosé said to top it and I giggled while Tae rolled his eyes at us.

Timeskip....
Rosé's POV....
Time flew by pretty fast and Aunt Jin-ah had given Jennie unnie Mum's dress which looked really beautiful on her but other than that, I had gotten her down on a chair and was applying make-up on her face while she must have cursed under her breath.
"Rosé, are you done yet?" She asked after some thirty minutes.
"No, not yet but hold still, yah" I said and she sighed.
"Just don't over do it. You always doll me up whenever you get the chance" She complained and it was my turn sigh.
"Unnie, you'll never understand the true value of make-up until you go through the circle of life, when you mature" I prophesied dramatically, holding my fist in the air for emphasis but she slapped my arm. "Ouch!"
"I'm older then you so there is no 'maturing' or 'circle of life'" She said and I frowned but got back to my work.
"You still don't have a boyfriend, or a girlfriend even and you tell me there is no circle or maturity" I mumbled.
"One, I'm still older then you, two, there is not a circle, three, no maturity and four, I am not gay so stop thinking I am or will be" She explained and I rolled my eyes.
"Pfft, like you haven't rejected twenty three guys, cute, sexy and neh" I said and she cleared her throat, fixing her gaze on me. "Wut?" I asked.
"I just finished telling you I'm not gay" She said and I shrugged.
"We'll ask Chaeyoungie when she gets here, I'm done" I said simply walked into the bathroom.

Jennie's POV....
That little chipmunk Rosé just left to go take a bath and I looked at myself in the mirror.

Not bad, she actually didn't over do it this time. Nice

I was fixing my hair up according to my taste when I felt a hand on my shoulder.
It was Aunt Jin-ah and she was smiling at me.
"You look just like your mother in that dress Jennie" She said fondly and I smiled.
"Thank you Aunt. I feel like she's here with me too and I'm greatly reminded of her while wearing this dress" I said and she nodded.
"Where is Chaeyoung? Did she sneak out?" Aunt asked and I giggled.
"No Aunt, she's only taking a bath. She just finished doing my make-up" I replied and she nodded.
"Okay, tell her to be quick. I want the whole family downstairs when the suitor's family comes, okay?" She asked and I nodded then she went downstairs.
"Oh God, why can't I just find my true love already?"

Lisa's POV....
Jisoo unnie and I were in the car, I was driving the car with my earphone placed in my ear when a car just drove past us at a really fast speed.
It almost drove right into us but I spun the steering wheel swiftly, almost immediatly with alot of difficulty, swerving us out of the way.
Once we were out of danger, I came out of the car, slamming the door shut but the car didn't stop, rather it increased it's speed.
"Why don't you wait and face me, you coward!" I yelled at them and some people were already gathered there.
In a fit of rage, I got back into the car and twisted the key in anger to catch up to them but Jisoo unnie held my hand.
"Stop, don't go after them. It's not wise and we already have something more important to tend to" She said softly.
I was about protest but she gave me a little nod and I sighed.

Jennie's POV....
"Jennie unnie, have you seen my earrings?"
"Yes, check the dressing mirror, they're there"
"Oh yes, that's where I left them" She gasped and went over to get them.
"Guys, the suitor is here. Aunt Jin-ah wants you downstairs" Taehyung said from the door.
"Okay, we'll be there in a second V" I said and he gave a nod then left.
"C'mon let's go, unnie" Rosé said, coming to my side.
"Do you have a plan, Chae?" I asked in a whisper.
"Yes, you just have to relax unnie" She reassured me and i nodded then we walked outside.
We walked downstairs together and I saw the rather cute suitor sitting on the couch with Aunt and the other family members who were not so happy.
I think that's because this guy was not my choice.
"Is this the girl?" A middle aged lady whom I assumed was the guy's mum asked with a lot of interest and Aunt nodded proudly which caused the woman to whisper something to her son rather happily.
"It seems they like her Chaeng. Your plan is failing even before it was brought into the world" Taehyung whispered behind us and Rosé punched his gut with her elbow.

When did he even get there??

"Just shut the fuck up and let me work" She said through clenched teeth and he nodded through his groaning then slipped away again.
"Hi, I'm Kai" The guy introduced.
I was too busy listening to Taehyung and Rosé to notice him so I was a bit scared.
"H-hi, I'm Jennie" I said and he flashed a sweet smile before holding hand out.
"Nice to meet you Jennie. I like your name" He complimented but I hesitated then shook his hand after a while and he kissed my hand but I pulled it back as soon as he was done.
"She's shy, Mr Kai. You'll have to get used to it" Rosé said, over my shoulder.
"Oh, that's not a problem" He said with a smile and Rosé stepped away from us, probably with a sick expression.
"Jennie, I think you two should go up to the terrace and talk" Aunt Jin-ah said to us and I nodded then led the way upstairs with Kai beside me.

Gosh, I feel so nervous. This man seems great....

But so did the others
Okay I shouldn't be nervous, the plan on my part is talk and reject, yeah.
"I hope Rosé has a plan" I didn't even know I said it out loud.
"Has a plan for what?" Kai asked.
"Oh uhm, nothing. Just sister things later on" I said and he smiled.

Gosh I'm hating his smile! Stop it!
But he's so adorable....

We got to the terrace and sat on down on the chairs comfortably.
"So uhm, Jennie, can you tell me anything about yourself?" He asked, trying to make conversation probably.
"Well there's nothing much to me but I really love to cook, I cook for stress removal and I love to spend my time with my brother and sister" I told him.
"Okay, it seems like you're a good chef" He said with a smile.
"Yes, people always love my cooking" I said and he chuckled which put me at ease. "So tell me something about yourself" I asked and he nodded then sat up.
"Well, I'm going to be managing the family business when father retires but other than that I act which is really great on my part because it's fun and I love sports" He finished and I hate to admit but I was impressed.
"Wow, I didn't think I'd meet an actor Mr Kai" I said and he chuckled.
"I didn't think I'd meet a beautiful chef either" He complimented and I blushed, looking down to hide it.
I had my eyes down when he moved closer to me and my head shot up when he did because it was so sudden.
"Kai--"
"Shh Jennie, shh" He whispered, running his fingers down my arm.
"Kai what are you doing, please stop" I said but he didn't, rather, he impossibly moved closer and tried to kiss me but I pushed him off and ran away.

Rosé's POV....
I was struggling get on the rooftop, while at the side of the terrace, which was right above the terrace in such away that someone could drop a huge can of red ants on a guy and easily run away without being seen.
And that was my mission today, hats off to me.
I got to my destination, breathing really hard but I stopped when my eye caught Kai and Jennie unnie conversing with eachother and Jennie unnie seemed.... happy?
"Well I'm going to be managing the family business when father retires but other than that I act which is really great on my part because it's fun and I love sports"
"And I love sports" I mimicked in a silly voice with a matching face.
"Wow, I didn't think I'd met an actor Mr Kai" Unnie said and I groaned.
"I thought she hated this guy a while ago, now she--" I stopped myself as I saw Kai get into Jennie unnie's chair with her and he was running his hand down her arm.
"What the fuck.... this guy is trying to have it with my sister" I said and made to open the can but I stopped because, one, he left target position and two, if I pour it on him, it'll get on Jennie unnie too.
"Dang it" I muttered but I couldn't let this guy touch her so I brought my phone out and called V.
"Dude, hurry up the terrace. This Kai guy is trying to touch--" I couldn't finish because Jennie unnie pushed the idiot off and made a beeline for the door.

Wow

"Chaeng, what's wrong? What did Kai do"
"Just beat the hell out of him when he comes down, if he does" I said and smirked then hung up.

Looks like I won't be needing you, red ants

Taehyung's POV....
Chaeng just called but I didn't know what she was talking about until--
"AUNT JIN-AH! AUNT!" Jennie yelled, running down the stairs with tears on her face.
"What?" I said unbelievably and ran to her and she hugged me.
"Jennie, what's wrong? What happened and why are you crying?" I asked in worry and she hugged me tighter.
"It was Kai!"
"What?" We all said and she pulled away to look at me then explained evertrying to us in tears.
"That's not possible" Mrs. Kim said and I was so angry and I let go of Jennie and made for the stairs but Kai came walking down with his jacket in his hands.
"You, I'll make sure you regret what you did today for the rest of your miserable life" I said and grabbed him, throwing him to the floor where I started beating him up.
He tried to put up a fight but I didn't let him do much because I was bigger and stronger.

Where did this smallish guy even come from?

Aunt Jin-ah tried to come and stop me but Uncle held her back and Jennie hugged her instead.
"He's beating up my son like a rag doll! Aren't you people going to stop him?" Mrs Kim cried but even her husband didn't move a muscle.
It was Mum who finally pulled me away from a bloody Kai with help from a reluctant Dad and Uncle who was pushed forward by Aunt Jin-ah.
I was still trying to get back to him when Mum turned me around and slapped me.
"Stop it!" She said and I stopped.
"Enough! We have had enough of the madness here!" Mrs Kim cried and went to help her son up.
"This alliance is over! We are leaving!" She said, holding Kai, whom was dizzy, up and I scoffed, touching the side of my mouth to find blood there.
"Come, I'll clean you up" Mum said and dragged me to the living room while Mrs Kim was being angry and she stormed off with that anger.
"I'm really sorry about my wife and son, please forgive them" Mr Kim apologized, folding his hands but Jennie went over and held them and I was watching while Mum was cleaning my wounds up.
"Please, sir, don't do that. We are your children and you shouldn't apologize to us, please" She said and he nodded painfully.
"Thank you Jennie. Jongin doesn't really deserve you" He added and Jennie's expression looked painful.
"It's okay Sir. All is forgiven" She said and everyone looked at her.
"Really? Are you serious dear?" Mr Kim asked and she nodded.
"You're such an angel dear child" He said, pulling her into a fatherly hug and Rosé smirked at me and I had a small smile.

I need to find out exactly what she did....
