Taehyung's POV....
I woke up with a groan and rubbed my head only to realize that Jungkook was sleeping on me and I looked at his cute face.
He looked so peaceful in his sleep.
His face was well sculpted, especially his jaw and his features were in the right places.

He looks so adorable....

I was caressing his hair when he groaned and his eyes opened up.
"Good morning" He said and I smiled.
"Good morning Kook" I said and he closed his eyes for a while before opening them again and i guessed he was tired.
"You're tired right?" I asked and he nodded.
He got off me and went outside to stretch and i copied him. He then yawned with his hand covering his mouth and took his phone out of his pocket and i did the same.
"Oh goodness, twenty two missed calls" He said in shock.
"Aish! We should really get going now" I said and he nodded.
"Yes, you're right. I'll drive you home" He said but I wasn't having it at all.
"No. Get in the car and I'll drive. You didn't sleep well yesterday and you look stressed" I told him.
"But--"
"Shush. And get in the car" I ordered.
"Okay" He said and got into the car like a child.
"So.... where do you live?" I asked.
"Manoban Mansion. I'll guide you there" He said and my eyes bulged.
"You're a Manoban?" I asked.
"Well yes. But my sister doesn't think so. She thinks I'm just a Jeon" He said sadly, playing with his fingers.
I don't know the whole story so I won't judge.
"Don't worry Kook. I know you as both Manoban and Jeon and it doesn't matter what others say. Refer to yourself as what ever you want, okay?" I said, placing my hand on his thigh and he smiled.
"Thanks Taehyung" He said and I nodded then turned the car on.
"So... so you have a license?" He asked after a while.
"Nah. My friend Suga only taught me to drive so I would know how to and i don't really need a car because my family already has one and i have a bike so... yeah" I said and he stated for a while.
"I could help you get one" He said meekly.
"Why?"
"You know. If we meet and you have to drive again, so we don't get pulled over" He said shyly.
"Okay. I'll think about it" I said and he nodded with a smile.
The little guy really cares about my safety.
I drove according to his directions and soon we landed at heaven.
Th is place is huge! Humongous even!
"It's glorious... don't you ever get lost here?" I asked and he nodded no.
"Heh, i live here... so no?" He replied and I blushed.
"Oh. Sorry" I said and drove to the gate.
Once we got there, the guards saw Jungkook and bowed, rushing to open the big gate that I'm sure my organs wouldn't be able to buy.
I drove in and was more stunned.
There was large land mass that was covered in green grass and beautiful flowers adorned the house in the right places and then there was the parking lot which should be called a designer parking lot because... WOW!
I felt like screaming like a gay right now!
The damn lot was filled with different types of cars-- even sports cars were there too.
"I didn't know you came from money" I said cooly.
"I don't like to talk about it"
"Why?"
"Most of the people that know me only want me for my riches and that's all so I realized that keeping low and acting like a normal person would get me real friends like you" He said and I was touched.
"That was touching bro. You have a way with words. Thanks" I said and he nodded.
I parked the car and we got out then stretched a little.
"How will you get home now?"
"I'll manage Kook. And besides, i can always call Suga or my other friends" I said and looked tensed.
"Who's that?"
"My good friend. He's seems cold but when you get to know him, he's a good guy" I said and he blinked.
"Okay" He said. "Maybe I could send you home with our driver?" He asked, putting my jacket over his shoulders like a girl and i smiled.
"Nope. I'll be fine" I shrugged then he took my jacket off and handed it to me since the car was in our midst.
"Keep it. We'll have a reason to have an adventure some other time" I told him and he smiled, holding it back before hanging it around his shoulders again.
"Okay. Bye Taehyung" He said, walking backwards towards the big doors of the mega mansion he called a home.
"Bye Kook. Don't forget to call me" I told him with a chuckle.
"I won't" He said and I waved at him.
Once he waved back, i turned and started to walk away, the guards opening the door once I got there and I tipped them since I was feeling generous today and they bowed.
I went out the gate and put my hands in my pocket, doing some cool footwork as I breathed out.
I looked back at the heaven again and smiled before walking off.
"Money can be such a friend at times, when it isn't hurting you" I said and pulled my phone out.
I couldn't see any Taxis so I called Suga.
"Kim Taehyung. Why so early?" He grumpily asked and I guessed he was sleeping.
"I slept in a car. Just come pick me up?"
"What do-- nah I don't care. You ruined my sleep. Just send me your address" He groaned, his voice deep and heavy and i guessed he got up from his bed.
"Sure. Thanks buddy"
"No problem" He said and I hung up then proceeded to send him my address.
Like I said earlier, Suga can be cold, but nice too.

Rosé's POV....

Ring Ring Ring Ring!

"Curses on that damn phone!" I cussed in my sleep and realised I was still on Jisoo.
"Sorry" She mumbled.
"Who's phoneis ringing at this time of the morning? Oh Rosé? You're up so early? It's a miracle!" Jennie unnie gushed, coming out of the bathroom with a toothbrush in her mouth.
"Oh brother" I sighed, rolling my eyes while getting off Jisoo and she answered her call.
"Morning Lisa.... yes, I'm still at Jennie's house... no, i did not mean to ditch you-- I thought you hated my company? Is it really Aunt who misses me or you? Fine, I'll be at the office... bye" She ended her call and shook her head.
"It was Lisa. Jennie she asked after you" She said mischievously and Jennie unnie rolled her eyes, going back into the bathroom.

Taehyung's POV....
After a few minutes of waiting, Suga was finally here in his grey Mercedes Benz and he rolled the window down.
"Hop in" He said and I jumped in.
"What were you doing at that heaven? It's the Manoban Mansion right?" He asked, putting the car in reverse.
"Yeah. I just dropped off a friend" I replied.
"You're friends with a Manoban and you didn't even tell me" He said.
"Sorry. I forgot and you made me go in the rain remember? That was our second meeting" I defended.
"Wow. Talk about romance in the rain" He teased in his deep voice.
"It wasn't romance okay? We're just friends-- I don't need to explain this to you" I said and he smirked.
"Okay. You don't need to explain this to me. I understand" He said and I nodded then realized what he said.
"Hey! Take that back!" I demanded.
"Do you want me to take it back or do you want this plate of noodles?" He asked and I quickly took the plate from his hand, tearing the plastic covering away and i started munching hungrily.
"Have you eaten?" I asked and he nodded no.
I scooted closer and fed him a forkfull of the noodles.
"Thanks" He said, glancing at  me and I nodded.
He kept his eyes on the road but I still fed him every now and then and i fed myself too.
In a couple of minutes, we reached my house and he stopped.
The first thing I noticed was Jisoo's car.

Jisoo's here this early? Or did she spend the night here because of the rain?

"Who's car is that?" Suga asked.
"It's Jisoo's. She's a friend to my sisters" I told him and he shrugged.
"Come on. Let's go in for a proper breakfast" I told him, unbuckling myself from the seat.
"Is your sister cooking?" He asked.
"Yeah" I said and he unbuckled himself.
"Let's go then" He said and got out of the car and I noticed he was wearing black shorts and a plain white shirt.
We walked in together and met my Dad in the living room.
"Good morning Dad"
"Good morning uncle" Suga and my Dad got up quickly.
"Morning Suga. And you? What's so good about the morning when you left the house yesterday and only returned now?" He asked worried.
"Sorry dad. But I was with a friend. You can ask Suga" I told him.
"Suga? Is that true? Was he with bad people or good people?" My Dad asked.
"Yes. He was with a friend and it wasn't the bad type" Suha answered and my Dad held his shoulder fatherly.
"Tell your friend not to pull a stunt like that again without my permission or he'll lose his friend" Dad said and Suga nodded.
"It won't happen again Dad. Sorry" I told him and he nodded then went away.
"Let's go to the kitchen" I told Suga and he followed me.
"Taehyung! Where were you?! You had me so worried!" My Mum rushed at me and hugged tightly.
"I'm alright Mum. I was with a friend" I told her and she pulled away to push me in the chest.
"I'm your mother and you didn't even tell me" She said, turning away from me and I looked at Suga.
"Aunt, you should forgive him. He didn't do it on purpose, i vouch for him" Suga told her as he held her shoulders and she turned to us with a smile.
"Okay then. But only for Suga's sake" She said happly and hugged us.

Rosé's POV....
Jisoo and i were walking down the stairs together and she was telling me about how she always keeps a toothbrush and toothpaste in her car.
"Why do you do that?" I giggled.
"It's not my fault. Lisa makes me keep them because there was this time when a contestant cooked a really bad meal and Lisa was so disgusted she sent for a toothbrush and toothpaste and ever since, she make me carry it so I won't have to wait as long as she did" She said and I laughed heartily.
"But it came to use today. Right?" I asked and she shrugged.
We just brushed our teeth awhile ago and she told me she would go take her bath at home since her clothes were there.
We saw Aunt Jinah downstairs and we greeted her.
"Jisoo, are you staying for breakfast?" She asked.
"Actually, i was going to leave n-" I didn't let her finish.
"After breakfast" I completed and she blinked at me then I made a cute face.
"What she said" She agreed and Aunt Jinah smiled.
"That's good" She said and walked away.
"Rosé, i have to go to the office today" She complained.
"I'm not stopping you from doing that. I just don't want you to go in an empty stomach" I said.
"But we have a--"
"Shh. No buts. You are having homemade food because it is better and i don't care what Lisa said" I said and walked off.
She sighed and followed after me.
I was surprised to see Taehyung and Suga in the living room.
"You finally decided to come back, didn't you?" I asked and he rolled his eyes.
"A 'hello' or 'hi' would have been nice" He said.
"Yeah" I said dryly. "Hey Suga, Oppa" I said cheerfully, slapping him a hanshake and he nodded.
"What? You greeted him properly and called him oppa!" Taehyung complained.
"What's wrong with it?" I asked dryly.
"I'm your oppa!"
"Doesn't look it. Am I right Suga oppa?" I asked, making cuckoo gestures at Taehyung and Suga nodded.
"She's right" He said and Taehyung looked like an active volcano.
"I am not okay with this! For the record!" He snapped and sat in a couch angrily.
I laughed at his behaviour for a while before walking over to him.
"I was just joking dude. Chill, I'll call you oppa, if you stop calling me Chipmunk" I stated, playing on his shoulders.
"What's wrong with the name Chipmunk? It's cute" Jisoo asked.
"Thank you!" Taehyung exclaimed.
"Okay. From this very day forward, i declare that Kim Jisoo will be the only one to call me Chipmunk and i will call my brother, Taehyung, oppa..." I declared.
"Yey!" Taehyung cheered.
"... at times" I completed.
"What?! Okay, fair enough" He agreed.
"Now so you both agree to this?" I asked.
"I do" Jisoo said.
"I agree" Taehyung agreed and i massaged his shoulder playfully.
"You said that as if it was a wedding" Suga said to Jisoo and she shrugged.
"She started it" She said, refering to me and I smiled.
"Guys, breakfast is ready-- V" Jennie  hugged V as soon as she saw him and he hugged back.
"I'm so happy to see you V. Chaeyoung said you had plans" She gushed, pulling away.
"Never said that" I said.
"Not you" V said to me and I rolled my eyes. "And sorry Jennie Nuna. The rain stopped me from coming home but Suga dropped me off"
"Oh Suvs. Thank you for bringing Taehyung home"
"It was nothing Jennie. Just as long as you made my favourite too" Suga said playfully.
"Of course. I made everyone's favourites. Let's go" She said and dragged Taehyung away.
"Let's go Jisoo, it's time for Chef Jennie's round two" I said and she grinned from ear to ear.

Next time on Parallel Love....

"Why are you so late? I was so worried-- I mean why did you have to stay at that woman's house of all places?! You know she's a green snake in green grass"
"Stop all your nonsense Lisa. Jennie is not a snake and you'll realize that once you eat her food"
"Oh please. You've seen she speaks. If she can't speak properly then how can she use those hands of hers to do good?"
"She can definitely use them to slap some sense into you"

"The competition is in two days. Get your  act straight before then or I'll make you the worst embarrassment Seoul has ever seen"
"I'm sure that is enough time for me to put you in your place, Lalisa Manoban"

Oh goodey! The competition is coming and that means things are gonna get hot!
