Jennie's POV....

I awoke with a feeling of soreness in my body and when I sat up I saw that Rosé was sleeping at the edge of the bed, a few meters away from me and I smiled.

I should take a picture.

So I did and got off the bed to go take a bath.

A few minutes later....
I was done taking my bath and I came out to pick my clothes and found Rosé rubbing her eyes.
"Hey chipmunk, thanks for looking after me. I was just coming to wake you up" I said and she nodded.
"Wait a minute, what's the time?" She asked, shooting up.
"Erh, it's just 10:45. Do you need to go somewhere?: I asked and she jumped on the bed.
"Yeah, kinda. I'm meeting Jisoo" She replied.
"Oh, that's good. Jisoo seems very nice and good mannered. Unlike her grumpy sister Lalisa" I said and she sat up.
"What do you have against Lisa? I mean you don't even know her know her, you just met yesterday" She replied.
"And that's enough for me to know that woman is the grumpiest soul ever" I said and walked to the closet.
"Wow, you read people like a book but yet you don't know how to read what's right in front of you. Magnificent" She retorted and climbed off the bed to the bathroom.
"Rosê" I called but she didn't answer me. "Why are you being difficult Rosé? Can't you see Kai for the good he is?" I said to myself, wondering why Rosé hated Kai so much.

Jisoo's POV....
After visiting Jungkook, Lisa and I headed back to the office.
Jungkook was to be released later in the day because our family is very influential and because no one wants to mess with Lisa.
While we were in the office, she kept staring off into space so I went over and sat in front of her.
"Are you okay?" I asked seriously.
"Yes, I'm fine" She replied.
"Yeah, I guess you will be after you've BULLIED OUR BROTHER" I told her angrily angrily and she sighed.
"Come on, please cut me some slack sis" She said but I shook my head.
"You don't deserve it, jerk" I muttered and got up, going to my side of the office.
I knew she wouldn't talk to me for a while and is probably why I'm taking Jungkook's side.

Lisa's POV....

Why is she taking his side? I should be the one she's supporting, not him.

"I feel so angry I could just--" I was about to say something about Jungkook when my phone beeped.
I picked it up and saw that my chat buddy friended me.
"Wow, I didn't expect that. But she seems approachable so maybe for the first time I'll--"
"Who seems approachable?" Jisoo unnie asked.
"No one. I'm not talking to you" I replied and she chuckled.
"How childish" She said, throwing her legs on the table, crossing then afterwards with her attention on her phone and I rolled my eyes.
Anyway, I was very sceptical about it so instead I messaged her.

Me: Hi

It actually took a while before she replied and my phone beeped.

Her: Hey, how's your day?

Me: It was really terrible

Her: I understand, my day's not so good here. My brother and sister are disagreeing with me :(

Me: Just like my problem. My sister is disagreeing with me about our step brother

Her: Oh, that's normal, you should just give it time and things will get better

Me: Okay, thanks for your advice. You sound mature

Her: Yeah, everyone says so

Me: Okay, I'll talk to you later

Her: Sure thing

Me: *offline*

Her: *offline*

I stoped my phone on the table with a genuine smile on my face.
"Hey Lalice, why are ya smiling like that?" Jisoo unnie asked and I frowned.
"Is it a sin for me to smile?" I asked and she giggled.
"That's better. You look rather strange when you're not scowling or frowning" She said with a sweet smile and I huffed.
"This is a office you know? Not a room" I said and she blew a kiss to me.
"It has furniture, so it is kind of is a room dummy" She retorted but I ignored her.

I don't plan on getting angry after talking to a person that isn't telling me 'you're wrong' 'treat your brother better' or 'it's your fault he's sad!'

And it feels good....

Later that day....
Rosé's POV....
I got through my day peacefully without the name 'Kai' being mentioned by Jennie unnie or anyone else and I was currently in front of the dresser putting on my 'love' earrings when Jennie unnie came in.
"Hey" She greeted.
"Hi" I replied partly and she came over, placing her hands on my shoulders.
"Rosé.." She began. "I'm really sorry if I hurt your feelings but don't shun me" She pleaded.
"Hhmm" I hummed staring her with my eyes squinted.
"I know I'm apologizing to you but please don't give me that look" She said and I stopped, putting on my 'love' necklace.
"Won't you aleast give me a reply?" She stressed and I sighed but then an idea came on.
"I'll forgive you.... if you make me an apology chocolate cake" I said cleverly and she smiled, coming in front of me and she tapped my cheeks.
"I will. Now is my little chipmunk happy?" She asked with her gummy smile.
"Yes. Sorry for being mad at you unnie" I apologised and she hugged me.
"Shh, it's okay. All siblings fight, it's normal" She said sincerely and I smiled.
"You're the best sister ever"  I said, pulling away.
"I know right?" She giggled, still holding my waist and I nodded.
"So tell me, so I look good? Or do I need more make up?" I asked.
"No, you look awesome even without make up. Just be yourself and all will be well" She told me and I smiled sweetly.
"Thanks Jennie unnie. Now, I have to go but I won't be too long" I said and she nodded.
A thought lingered on in my brain as I left the house.

Thank goodness Aunt Jin-ah is out....

 Jisoo's POV....
I left the office early today because I did all my work quickly.
Lisa on the other hand was just ignoring everything except for when I told her I was going out and she nodded her head.

I wonder how someone could be that grumpy at twenty four....

I picked my phone up and walked out of the office where multiple people greeted me and I have them my smile or a little wave.
When I checked the time on my phone it was 2:30.

Maybe I should get her flowers?

"But I don't know she what likes. What should I get her then. I--" I stopped talking and got into the car, throwing my phone on the seat next to me and put my headset on, it was automatically connected so it wasn't much of a hustle.
I'm to lazy to even turn off my Bluetooth for this purpose since I don't answer calls while driving unless I have my headset.
A habit Lisa had gotten me into for safety, now I'm used to it.

Sometimes you can be really thoughtful Lisa....

Anyway, to avoid giving Rosé an allergic reaction, I decided to get her chocolates and roses.

If she were allergic to them, she'd tell me since it's her name.

"And you are, just as, sweet as these flowers are, Rosie" I mused to myself, looking at the flowers as I sat in my car.

The thought of meeting her makes butterflies in my stomach, why?

I stpopped my thoughts and drive to Red Velvet.
I should be there first since it's kinda my thing.
I love to be on time, yeah.

Rosé's POV....
I had gotten to Red Velvet a little bit late and got off the taxi after paying the driver.
I expected Jisoo to be seated in there but to my surprise she was right outside, a bunch of beautiful roses in the air and she was running around, trying to catch them but she couldn't, even after jumping cutely.

She just looked so cute!

I instinctively ran over to her with a smile and the flowers started falling on us as we looked into each other's eyes and I couldn't take my eyes off her gorgeous face.

Who could?

"H-hi" She said nervously.
"Hi Jisoo. I see you made it rain flowers. That's pretty sweet" I told her, picking a rose petal from her shoulder and she blushed.
"You like it?"
"Yes" I said, twirling a bit.
"Okay, but I didn't plan it. Actually I got you flowers and chocolates but when I got here the flowers flew out of my hands and thus, the rose shower. But I did save the chocolates" She reached into her car and gave a box of chocolates.
"Wow! These are my favourites Jisoo! How did you know?" I asked and she looked baffled.
"Those are my favourite chocolates too" She told me and I squealed.
"We already some thing in common Jichu, now let's go so we can find out if we have anymore similarities" I grabbed her hand, a blush covering her cheeks then we walked into the restuarant where I found out she had made a reservation.

So thoughtful....

As time passed by, I learnt some things about Jisoo, like how she and Lisa were cousins, they had a little brother that Lisa despised with passion, she loves chicken alot, she's usually shy around new people that aren't business partners, her dad is overseas while she stays here with her Mum and family (Lisa, Mrs. Manoban, Jungkook and Mr. Manoban) and she's also a PC gamer, loves purple, pikachu and she reads manga cause it helps her sleep at night.
"Wow, that's awesome. Usually I fall asleep after doing something when I'm supposed to be sleeping so my eyes get droopy and that's similar to manga reading so...." I said, knowing we had another thing in common.
"Yeah. That's correct, so tell me a bit about yourself?" She asked and I nodded.
"Okay, where do I start-- oh! I love playing the piano and guitar, I have my own guitar at home, I draw when I'm bored and I've also heard that I'm a talented artist, Jennie unnie and I are sisters but we lost out parents when we little. It was hard but we got our family" I said with a sniffle as the image flashed through my mind but I suddenly felt arms around me.
It was Jisoo and she looked sad too.
I quickly hugged her, laying my head on her chest and she wrapped her arms around me and I felt safe in her arms.
"Shh, don't cry, I don't like it at all, please" She pleaded, it was almost like she'd join me.
"Okay, I'll stop. Just don't cry, you sound like you want to" I told her and she shrugged then I pulled away.
"I'll join you, if you cry because I don't want you to suffer alone when I'm here" She said sincerely and I smiled.
"You'd join me?" I asked with a smile.
"Yes. And that's what I've been looking for" She said, pulling my cheeks.
"What have you been looking for?"
"Your beautiful smile of course, Rosie!" She said excitedly and I blushed.
"Thanks" I said as she went back to her seat.
"You're welcome" She replied and soon we were done with our food then we went in her car.
"So what did you wanna tell me? Earlier on?" I asked as she put her seatbelt on.
"It's a cooking competition and the winner gets to be head chef of Lisa's new restuarant, there's also a trophy and a cash prize then there's the international recognition. They'll be pretty famous" She explained and I nodded.
"So you couldn't tell me that over the phone??"
"I wanted to tell it to you physically not over the phone" She defended and I giggled.
"You're so funny Jisoo" I said and she smiled
"So do you wanna do anything, we still have some time" She asked.

I wanna kiss your lips....

No Rosé, stop thinking like that, you just met and she doesn't feel the same, plus, who kisses on a first dare? Pfft.

Yeah I heard myself but I'm still not kissing Jisoo.... yet.
"Uhm sunset, yeah sunset. Can we watch it when it comes?" I asked and she chuckled then nodded.
"Sure" She replied and drove to the best place where we could watch the sunset properly in Seoul.
She parked her car when we got there and we walked out, sitting at the edge of the huge mountain beside eachother.
As we sat, oit hands touched a bit and we looked at eachother then pulled our hands back shyly.
"So you like the sunset?" She asked.
"Yeah. I love to watch it if I have the chance. This is my first after a long time. You're the first person I've watched the sunset with" I said and she looked at me in shock.
"Really?"
"Yeah. I had fun with you today so... sunset" I said, her gaze fixed on me and I just couldn't look away.
"Uhm the sunset is coming" I said and she looked towards it.
"Yeah, but I want to see it in your eyes" She said suddenly.
"What?"
"The sunset, can I see it in your eyes?" She asked again and I nodded then she crawled on top of me and stared at me while I looked at the sunset but I was actually trying not to look at her cause of I do, I might kiss her and she looked so cute!
With time, I could no longer see the sun and I turned my eyes to Jisoo's to see that she was still looking at me, a smile playing on her lips.
I could see that she was enjoying this, in fact she was very happy and I squinted my eyes.
"Hey Chu, the sunset's over" I said but she was still looking at me. "Chu? Jisooyah, sunset's--"
"I know, I just-- you're so beautiful" She said dreamily and I blushed.
"Oh, t-thanks" I stammered and she smiled then got off me to my dismay.
"Come, let's go" She said, holding her hand out to me and I looked at her from where I sat but she gave me a big smile and I took her hand then she pulled me up effortlessly.
She walked me to the car where she opened the door for me and I got in then she closed it and went to the other side of the car, getting in herself, putting her seatbelt on.
"Uhm Jisoo?" I called.
"Yes"
"I can't get the seatbelt fastened, I think it's stuck. Can you...." I said and she nodded then she took her own seatbelt off and reached towards my side, her body brushing over mine and I stopped breathing.
She fastened the seatbelt for me but she didn't go away, instead she was staring at me, straight in the eyes this time and I did the same.
Her hand was resting beside my  right shoulder on the seat while the other was seatbelt and I could feel her cold breath on my face as my breathing became difficult.
Slowly but surely, she was leaning in towards me and I pictured what the both of kissing would look and feel like.
I placed my hand on her chest unconsciously as she got closer.
Just as our lips were about to make contact--

Forever young, forever young, forever young, forever young!

Jisoo quickly pulled away from me and I was blushing mad, so was she.
"I'll start driving!"
"Ill answer my phone call!"
"Deal!"
I looked at my caller ID and saw that it was Jisoo unnie so I answered.
"Hey unnie--"
"Rosé? Where have you been? Are you safe? It is almost sunset-- no it's AFTER sunset and you're not yet here, do you know how much Aunt Jin-ah nagged today? I had to dress up as you you know?" She said all in one breath.

Lisa was right, she should become a rapper....

"I'm sorry unnie but don't worry, I'm coming back with Jisoo right now" I told her.
"Okay, but be quick and call me when you're home, I told Aunt you were doing something" She said and I hummed my reply then she hung up.
"That was Jennie unnie. Apparently Aunt Jin-ah has been seeing 'me' at home" I explained and she looked shocked but her eyes were on the road.
"What? That's not possible. You're right here with me, right?" She asked and I chuckled.
"Yeah, I just mean that Jennie unnie has been covering for me, she even dressed up as me" I said and she nodded in understanding.
"But she didn't match up to you, I'm sure" She said but I didn't hear much of it.
"Did you say something?" I asked.
"N-no, I said nothing" She said quickly and I smirked.
"Okay, if you say so Jichu" I said knowingly and she she blushed, eyes on the road.

A while later....
Jisoo and I got home safely after a drive filled with comfortable silence and I was impressed that she still knew the way to my house even though she only came here once.
It was already dark when we got to my house and I told her to switch off the headlights before we got close and she did.
I was still in her car when I called Jennie unnie and she told me she was on her way.
I got out of the car but quickly went back in because it was cold.
"What's wrong?" Jisoo asked.
"It's cold outside" I said, hugging myself and she reached to the back seat of the car, bringing out a purple coat.
"May I?" She asked and I looked towards her then nodded and she put the coat around my shoulders gently.
"Thanks" I said and she nodded.
Just then, the front door was opened stealthily and Jennie unnie tip toed to us so I went out of the car to hug her.
"Chaeyoung, why were you so late? I was worried sick" Jennie unnie scolded in Korean.
"I'm sorry. We lost track of time--"
"Jennie, it wasn't her fault. It was mine but I promise it won't happen again. But I assure you, even if anything happens, I'll risk my life to protect her" Jisoo interrupted me and her words seemed so true, no they ARE true.
"Thank you Jisoo. I trust you. You did bring her home in one piece and you seem responsible" Jennie unnie said and I smiled then Jisoo bowed her head.
"It's getting late so we'll go inside now. Goodnight" Jennie unnie said politely and Jisoo waved, that action making me admire her more.
"Bye, goodnight" She said, still waving and Jennie unnie guided me in, closing the door but I ran back to the door to find Jisoo about to get in her car and she turned around immediatly so I placed my hands on her shoulders and kissed her soft cheek.
"That's for showing me to the best fun ever, thank you" I said and she gasped but smiled afterwards.
"You're welcome" She replied and I pulled away.
"Goodnight Jisoo" I said as I walked back to the door.
"Goodnight, Rosé" She said and watched until I got in the house before driving off in her car.

This is the best day of my life, thanks to you Kim Jisoo....
