What day was it today? I was perplexed and at lost at the rush of events. I wanted to think of a name for this special day but I wasn't sure of how I would name it.

How would you name a day where you would steal two of God's most important beings for His son's most awaited arrival?

I wouldn't call this a day of jacquerie for we weren't trying to overthrow the God of Earth. I never intended our actions to be perceived as mutiny but in the end we were still defying a God's desires. Never did I aim of challenging Him in any duel even if we had a God of Death in our side however; our misbehavior in His planet will surely test His patience.

I really desired to mark this day with a name that didn't hide a single flaw but still magnified the glory of courage and nothing related to any malicious aspiration.

Though this must be a potential day of God's retribution this was also a day of manumission and a day where Earth's future will really be placed in the hands of humanity.

Lucifer-ssu arrived in Eli with a face of distress. Lusceviel-ssu dragged him to Eli in order for the reincarnation process to commence and he was perturbed because Keetan-ssu was still on Earth's surface and Luka-ssu did not approve of Elim's exorcism.

The five Gods of Eli were already gathered at highest peak of the castle with Lucian-ssu and Samael-ssu already in place. Lucifer-ssu was in the hot spring waiting for his powers to be stripped off of him and it confused me on why he suddenly called for me.

Rui-ssu guided me to the hot spring and my vision perceived the steam coming from the heated water. I saw Lucifer-ssu sitting on a rock with a towel wrapped around his waist just waiting for his time of weakening. He was leaning forward with his arms on his thighs and his hands intertwined with each other. I can tell that he was nervous and it wasn't actually a word that I would associate with him because he was always depicted as a confident adversary of divine nature that was like a prideful lion roaming around the playground that was hunting for its next prey.

I was trying to download the contents of the Christian Bible into my system as to search for any email address or access points of the Christian God. I was going to send Him an apology letter for taking away Lucifer-ssu and Samael-ssu but so far there were no footnotes of such.

"Pardon my intrusion," I spoke causing Lucifer-ssu to snap his head to my direction. A small smile spread across his lips and he summoned another rock from the ground and offered me a seat.

"Hello child," he greeted. "I hope you don't mind me summoning you. I would call Caleb but he's too busy fussing around on his lover and Raphael is out of the question."

I took a seat beside him and rested my hands on my thighs. "It is alright Lucifer-ssu. I am more than happy to accompany you before they stripped you off of power and authority. It is such an exciting day indeed!" I cheered making the demonic ruler slightly chuckle.

"I suppose it is..." he trailed off. "If you were my enemy I could have burned you into ashes and let the winds take you to your rightful place but I suppose coming from you and everyone else here, I should be dying from anticipation."

Did Lucifer-ssu just threat—

No, it must be just a harmless blague to strengthen our seed of friendship.

Lucifer-ssu can be such a comedian!

My system warned me of a potential hazard but I brushed that aside and continued to smile.

I took a peek at the devil's face and further perceived his low spirits. "Are you perhaps, nervous?" I asked him. "Would you like Keetan-ssu here?"

I can understand his worries about Keetan-ssu and Luka-ssu and his nephews however; I believe Buck-ssu and Rui-ssu shall handle the rest. Team Ske will also resurface since we were not going to join them in this dimension. We were going back to the ship and exit out of Earth and return to planet Aecha once we were sure that this dimension was safely withdrawn.

Lucifer-ssu pursed his lips from the tension and I heard him release a sigh.

"There is nothing in this world that I could ever wish for but for him to be here in my arms," he replied and lifted his limbs before falling limp. "But to be honest with you Aecha, I am afraid. I am afraid of what happens then. What am I after this? From the wicked Satan down to...what? I never knew myself of anything else. This has been my life for thousands of years and I never knew any other life other than torturing souls and keeping hellfire scalding just for the most awaited day of the return of Christ."

I tilted my head at his bewilderment and watched him stare at his hands with tearful eyes. Perhaps he was having an anxiety of bearing the thought of finally being separated by darkness—the place where he thought that angered God.

"Do you like the Christian God Lucifer-ssu?" I asked him. A deep scowl immediately scorned his expression and for a second I regretted asking him that.

You can do this Aecha. You must give moral support to everyone!

"I do despise Him Aecha. My heart is filled with abhorrence towards Him. I hate Him more than a child hates a vegetable for dinner. I hate him just as how dairy hates the intolerant. I hate him."

I-I see...

"Do you hate Him because all your life you only know of serving Him?" I asked. Lucifer-ssu gave me a baffled expression.

"What do you mean? I stopped serving Him a long time ago," he pointed out and this time it was my turn to give him the brows of confusion.

"That is not the way I see it Lucifer-ssu. Up until this very day, you still serve Him but just not in a very divine way that most people do."

The Devil gazed down before finally cracking a small smile of realization. "I suppose I still do. In the end, He still bears triumph."

"I think your loss is His loss and your victory is His victory. All of you came from Him and it is with Him that everything will return may it be good or bad because I believe that...He is both?" my statement became a question but Lucifer-ssu— to my surprise— approved with his continuous nods.

"He is both therefore He is really the epitome of nothingness. From Him light begins and with Him darkness spreads," he whispered to himself before smiling even more and shaking his head. "What a strange God I serve."

"Are you feeling alright now Lucifer-ssu?" I asked him. Devil-ssu looked at me and released a sigh of contentment.

"How old are you Aecha?" he asked me which was very random and strange.

"I am nearing my one year of living Devil-ssu!" I replied. Lucifer-ssu gave me a gaze of delight and confusion.

"You are only less than a year old?" he questioned. I gave him a nod as an answer. "How pure and young of you, I would be jealous of that age but today is a day of great discovery."

"What did you find out?" I asked him in curiosity. I have never thought of having this ticker-to-heart conversation with Devil-ssu. This was very ticker-warming that I think I would overheat any moment now.

"I found out that despite my mistakes, my frustrations and my victories— the universe still has something far greater to offer me. It is time for me to take a step forward towards the light don't you think?"

I gave Lucifer-ssu a big smile and nodded. "Yes, after all, Lucifer meant the bearer of light isn't it?"

Not too long, the five Gods including Coco-ssu visited Lucifer-ssu in the hot spring and finally started to strip him off of his power. The five Gods stood on the surface of the water and Lucifer slowly ambled as the spring consumed every inch of his body with its warm depth. Caleb-ssu, Raphael-ssu, Twins-ssu, Thomas-ssu and Team Ske arrived to bear witness to this memorable event.

Who said that Lucifer would forever be enveloped in a dark and unholy covering of sacrilegious membrane?

No...I did not believe that God's Earth threw him out of heaven with no purpose. Lucifer-ssu was the greatest of angels and he was given a task that no other angel can ever accomplish due to their loyalty to the light. Lucifer-ssu was given the duty to serve the counterpart of God's light. He was still God's soldier and now it was time for him to retire.

He was thought to be the angel who had fallen because of his pride. When he was cast out of heaven he became the devil, the enemy of humanity's faith. From heaven to hell and from being good to being evil, he went to extremes without even noticing that at the end of everything, he was still a servant even without wanting it. Was it pride or was it love? Either way he told me that none of mattered now. As he was being cleansed from the power entrusted to him and as the waters reaped him off his title that he had held on for so long which just represented his faith, I repeated the questions he asked himself before he went to the water to be washed.

What will you become of now Lucifer? From the great Satan down to what?

Devil-ssu stopped and turned to look at me with a smile. "I am still the Lucifer that have fallen but not because I rose with pride but because I met with love. Yes I am Lucifer but I am no longer His devil."

A dark and inky matter swirled out of Lucifer's body as he slowly relaxed in the water. He closed his eyes and let his power bleed out of him and submitted to the surge of weakness entering him.

Lucifer welcomed the caress of the water as it was darkened by the powers that abandoned him. The five Gods gradually gathered that darkness into their hands until Lucifer-ssu was left staying peacefully afloat on the clear and clean spring.

He was smiling in his sleep.

Congratulations Lucifer-ssu.

"Mister Wall!" we heard Keetan-ssu came bursting into the springs with a worried expression on his face. Raphael-ssu caught the bullet named Keetan-ssu before he could reach the water and Caleb-ssu gently calmed him.

"Is he alright? Is there anything I can do?" Keetan-ssu asked.

"Yes, his powers are taken from him and will be returned to Earth's God," Caleb-ssu explained before looking at me. "Is your team set Keetan?" he asked me. "Asahi isn't bothering you right?"

Oh, I have almost forgotten of the Ancient King currently residing inside of me.

"What an insolent mutt. I can't believe Lucian associated himself with these men of low-breeding," Asahi-ssu mumbled inside of my head. So this was what Lucian-ssu felt.

"Ah I apologize on Caleb-ssu's behalf Asahi-ssu. Would you like a massage?"

I heard Asahi-ssu release a "hmph" before speaking with an upset tone. "Keep your hands to yourself flapdoodle."

Oh...

"Aecha we should get going. Time is running out for both worlds and if we continue to stall like this, there isn't going to be any world to save," Stugox spoke from behind me.

Hyuk Min jumped over Stugox's back and peeked at me from our leader's shoulder before stating: "I wish we could have explored. I wanted to tour a bit."

"I heard there's a place called a hotel where you can sleep," Won yawned.

"We obviously don't have time to sleep," Ki muttered.

"We should get going then," I approved.

"I agree. Remember that you're still going to return me to Lucian. I don't plan to reside in any other bodies for any longer because unlike him, I have my loyalty," Asahi-ssu commented.

"That is very admirable of you Asahi-ssu," I praised though I did not see anything wrong with Lucian-ssu being with five different men as long as all of they were okay with it.

"Hey bird shit what do you mean I can't go to where Lucian is now? It's not that I'm worried about him being alone with those two dingbats but still!" Slade-ssu complained.

"Will you just shut up you fucking dingleberry?" Caleb-ssu snapped.

"For once in your life can you please get along?" Sevor-ssu asked. "You're all grown-ass men who survived the volcanic eruption that killed the dinosaurs, the great flood, the plagues, the holocaust and the economic crisis and still you act as if you're toddlers—"

"SHUT UP CARROT STICK!" Caleb-ssu and Slade-ssu snarled back.

"God why me..." Raphael-ssu exhaled and palmed his face in distress.

"Yes, they did get along a lot when it came to being against each other's throats," Asahi-ssu chuckled.

They did argue frequently but I knew that despite the constant bickers and fist fights and the endless accusations to each other that their bond was tighter than any others.

Will I be able to see them again?

"Let us prepare," I told Team Ske, feeling a void in my ticker that was starting to form. My team poured out of the spring and as I was starting to follow them, I felt myself get embraced from behind by a tall figure.

"I shall see you after all these my brother," I heard Thomas-ssu declare. "And we shall drink in the name of the great Odin and let the thunder cheer for our victory!" the fairy exclaimed with a victorious grin before getting dragged by Caleb-ssu outside followed by Raphael-ssu, Keetan-ssu and Sevor-ssu who both gave us a nod of acknowledgement.

I waved a goodbye to them and went to where our ship was parked. Rui asked Stugox to park our ship near the transportation circle of the land so that they can send us back safely to the surface. Everyone was gearing up especially for a potential engagement in battle while we waited for Rui-ssu and Buck-ssu.

Imagine my shock when someone else arrived with them.

He was seeing us off?

"You cannot imagine how shocked I am Asahi-ssu. Can you imagine it? I feel like my ticker is malfunctioning." I panicked.

"Oh how breathtaking. I can only imagine what you're going through. Carry on you simpleton," Asahi-ssu drawled.

"I am expecting that everything is set?" Lusceviel-ssu asked and his eyes bore straight to mine in question.

"Yes! We are ready," I enthusiastically replied.

"Thank you for the hospitality," Stugox spoke.

"Please contact us of how things fare here," Ki said.

Imsothy ran up to him and started hitting his chest in quick numbers before raising his hand for a high-five—something which he learned from watching some human shows awhile back.

Lusceviel-ssu stared down at him before ignoring him completely and Imsothy deflated like a balloon. I saw Hoets, Ki, Joe, and Won cringe from embarrassment before the both of them chuckled at Imsothy's unnoticed hand.

"Take care!" Buck-ssu bid.

"Don't die," Rui-ssu advised.

One by one Team Ske went inside and when it was finally my turn, Luscev called out to me.

"Hey," he spoke.

"Yes sir?" I responded immediately.

"Be careful..." he murmured making Buck and Rui look at each other in astonishment. Even I was startled. "If you got hurt or ended up perishing I think I would..."

"Oho..." Asahi-ssu snorted.

My ticker was reeling so fast. Did Luscev-ssu really care for my existence? Here I thought I was just a speck of dust in his periphery but maybe now I was considered as an annoying leaf that slowly descended in front of him or perhaps a spider web that got stuck on his face.

"I think I would probably die of laughter and I don't want anything comical while I'm busy," he deadpanned causing Buck-ssu to hit his forehead at the nearest tree he could find and Rui-ssu to feign his laughter into coughs.

"Knew it," Asahi-ssu drawled.

I gave Luscev-ssu a bow and the biggest smile I could give him. "Yes, I will try to send you the dramatics of the report instead, nothing comical!" I cheered. Luscev-ssu was very motivating. I will not disappoint him.

I ran inside of the ship and took my seat with a galvanized ticker.

"Everyone ready?" Stugox asked as he checked over the controls being handled by Imsothy and Hoets. Each member of Team Ske responded and once my turn was up, I responded while I let my system surge the memories of the Land of Eli and its people into my mind.

"Let's do this Team Ske!"
