62: #GTFO of Earth (Part 2)

I didn't know what drug Lucifer was sniffing or if he was puffing out some cannabis after every fuck session he was having with Keetan but one thing was for sure: He was away with the fairies.

No offense to Thomas but his kind lost their marbles centuries ago and I just didn't have time to join their club fan-boying about how the aliens will save us from the supposed end of the world.

"He looked pretty fucking serious about it kid," Cerberus pointed out. "He showed us visions coming from that Aecha kid too."

Aliens did not exist. I wasn't raised to be gullible and I sure as hell won't place my bets on sheer bullshit when it came to my kids.

"Don't tell me you're buying what he's selling. He's probably just practicing again for another cult he's forming to capture more human souls to keep the fire in hell burning," I grumbled still remembering the vision on how the sextuplet's birthday will go. We were preparing for that big day and seeing how Lucifer was off his nuts, I'll just tell Ark not to invite him.

"Bold of you to accuse Lucifer of being off his nuts when your usual routine is running amok with shit-filled diapers sticking to your face," my wolf snorted causing me to growl at him.

"That was Cerby's shitty prank!" I snarled at him.

"That's mah boy," he snorted. "I'm clapping with my paws, you can't hear it but I am, see?" he told me and brought out his paws in front of my face to make me see the struggle he was facing. Maybe Caleb wouldn't mind if I exchange wolf spirits with him. I can't handle the stress with mine anymore.

I heard Lucifer gasp sharply behind me and I found him on his ass staring grimly at Elim who was staring back blankly at him with a piece of paper lying down on the ground.

"What the hell are you doing Satan?" I snapped at him and pointed the knife I was holding at him. "Don't do any funny business with my kid."

Lucifer cautiously rose up and staggered a bit before looking between me and my kid. "I have to go," he told me. "I won't let Keetan perish again because of me. I only came here out of concern for your family Luka. It was a pleasure to be a part of it. Thank you for everything," he murmured with guilt etched to his face before disappearing on us.

The fuck?

"I thought you were staying for dinner you sick fuck?!" I yelled out even though the person I was talking to was thousands of feet under us already.

I placed the knife on the sink and wiped my onion-scented hands on the pink apron I was wearing before sauntering towards the silent Eli and lifting him up from the ground.

"Meh, screw him right Elim? More turkey for us," I chuckled and kissed him on the forehead. I bent down to pick up the piece of paper that was on the ground and went to the living room.

I gently placed Elim on the sofa and handed him the paper that had some writing on it. It was written on a foreign language that I obviously would never understand and the snoring dick-brained wolf wouldn't be able to read it for me for now.

I narrowed my eyes and pursed my lips in concern. The way Lucifer acted got to me now but I can't just hand Elim over to him. He was going to exorcise my kid for crying out loud and what will happen then? He wasn't sure if Elim was purely the angel in disguise as a kid or if he was just possessed but either way— exorcism would either kill Elim or turn him into a soulless vessel.

"I'm not sure Luka. Exorcising him would go against His will which would highly cost Elim's life."

Fuck that.

If Ark was carrying an archangel in his pregnancy days and gave birth to him in the form of Elim then...No, the Goddess wouldn't leave my son soulless. I saw Elim's wolf before which just proved that Elim was never a spy from the very start that he was with us.

I stared at my son and brushd away the black strands of bangs from his face. Elim became awfully quiet even to me and to Ark and usually just talked to his other brother, Exavior. The doctor said that it was selective mutism and it usually lasted for a few months. With proper encouragement and a supportive environment, he would speak in no time. We just had to be patient and understanding.

But now it got me thinking; what if Elim was being threatened not to talk? What if this angel was telling him to keep silent? What if I was too blind to see or to even notice that my quiet and expressionless baby boy was actually crying himself to sleep thinking that no one will help him?

"Elim?" I called out to him. He looked at me with his purple eyes and gave me his full attention. "You know that dad is here for you right? I'm here for you. You can talk to me and whatever it is that you're scared of, we'll kick that bastard's butt together!" I assured him and showed him my bicep to indicate my strength. I gave him a smile before establishing a sincere lecture for him.

"Don't let anything trample the pack. Don't let anything shame the Knights. Don't let anything harm your family. Howl for the moon and run with the pack and don't stray from the path that keeps us one with our bond."

I was never a perfect parent and I doubt that a perfect parent existed in this fucked up world but as long as I live I want to be there for my kids. I want to fight with them in their battles and aid them in their war. The world was harsh and it'll get harsher and harder day by day. I want to prepare them.

I stood up and ruffled Elim's hair despite the fact that my hand reeked with the scent of onions and turned away from him. I pray to the Goddess that Elim will speak out whatever was potentially bothering him. I was slowly leaning towards Lucifer's belief about that archangel spy but Elim was still Elim. He was my son and I know our wolves have a bond because he came from me.

Well technically he came from Ark. I just helped making him and Ark did all the carrying and getting sliced open.

I went back to the kitchen to stuff the seasoned soft butter under the turkey's skin. Dinner should be done by the time the kids and Ark get home. They were going to buy ice cream for tonight for dessert and turkey was for the main course with side dishes of mash potatoes and macaroni and cheese.

Dinner was heavy because we were celebrating Sciath's academic acceleration. The kid was thirteen but was now in his senior high school because he excelled in every subject. Kade was keeping him off the building just until everything was set and my mom and my younger bitch of a brother went out to buy more stuff for the celebration.

Our buzzer sounded which signaled me that the person behind our door wasn't anyone from our family. I washed my hands and grunted before heading over the door to slam it against the visitor's face but sadly, no one was there.

Damn it, I really wanted to be rude to someone today.

I took a step forward and squinted my eyes at the huge vase with plants to see if there was someone hiding but no one was there.

But just in case the person who pressed on our buzzer can still hear me...

"Hey asshat! Do that again and I'll make sure you'll be speaking buzzer language in the morning!" I threatened out. Who cared about neighbors yeah?

Ahh, I feel so accomplished.

I slammed the door and turned around only to find the sofa empty. "Elim?" I called out. "Are you in the kitchen? Do you want some PB and J?"

I walked past the sofa to see if Elim was hiding behind it and then looked out to the wide and clear windows of the apartment in question. Maybe he was in the bathroom?

"HOLY SHIT!" I screamed when I saw a small body soar down outside of our window.

"Motherfucking hell kid, quick use the elevator!" Cerberus panicked.

"There's no time to use the elevator!" I screamed at him before charging ahead and shattering the glass with the collision of my body to the window. I found Elim ahead of me and in that moment I was screaming the name of my son, desperate to reach him but was too far to grab him.

The gravity pulled my weight down and I gritted my teeth as I stretched my arm further to grab hold of Elim. The tip of my fingers grazed against the surface of his foot and once my hand finally leveled to his ankle, I grabbed him and pulled him against me, cradling his body to mine and preparing myself for the impact.

Either I'll be in coma or death will be faster than my healing process. As long as Elim lived, I didn't care what will happen to me now.

"I can't watch!" Cerberus howled. "I'm too beautiful to die!"

"Luka-ssu!" I heard someone cry out to me. My eyes snapped open and I felt myself get swooped away from an almost absolute death.

"HUH?!" I gasped.

We crashed inside one of the rooms of the apartment building we were staying in and roughly gyrated on the floor. The person hugging our bodies made sure that his own back will crash against the wall of the room and air was knocked out of his lungs.

"Are you two alright?" he asked us.

"Ye-yeah..." I wheezed out and then pulled Elim away from me to see if he was okay. Elim's eyes were open but it looked like he was still out of reality.

But fuck, I was mad. I was angry. I wanted to yell some sense into him and just scream at his face but I promised myself—I promised myself that I'll be patient.

My eyes caught more bodies gliding towards us and my body tensed. They were seven of them wearing tight black suits that had gliders in between their arms and torso. They landed on their feet and looked around before focusing their attention to us.

"Is this a new concept on that lifestyle that Dick Fairy is into?" Cerberus asked me.

"I have no idea..." I whispered watching the newcomers cautiously.

"Luka-ssu," the man who saved us spoke making me look at him briefly and then back at the other dudes before doing a double take on his appearance.

"Aren't you Aecha?" I questioned and then looked at the others. They were all in that vision. I scowled at them and held Elim closer to me. "For the record I still don't believe that you guys are aliens." Just some guys with weird hair colors.

"That is alright Luka-ssu," Aecha assured me.

"Ah, we parked our ship just above your apartment building. We activated its low pressure boosters as to keep it from touching the surface. I hope you don't mind," a tall stern looking guy informed me.

"I think we broke something," a muscular companion of them spoke out. He extended his hand towards the broken window and all the shattered glass shards floated and went back into place.

One of them had their eyes release a beam of red light that then smoothened the cracked parts of the window making it good as new.

"That is some alien shit to me," Cerberus snorted.

"It must be the government or a secret organization that manufactures advance shit," I drawled.

"Yeah sure, keep telling yourself that while I lick my balls," my wolf deadpanned.

"Luka-ssu, if you will allow us, may we assess the soul inside of Elim-ssu? Perhaps in that way, we may figure out our next course of action related to your son," Aecha gently spoke to me.

"Are you going to hurt him?" I asked them.

"It is a painless procedure," an orange-haired member of theirs answered.

I had no idea on how they'll do that but if it meant that I'll finally have an idea of what was happening with Elim then I'll have to approve. I looked at Elim's blank face and felt myself sink into helplessness and worry.

Why did you do that Elim? You could have killed yourself. You can't just leave your papa and I.

"We'll get through this kid," Cerberus comforted.

"Dinner isn't ready yet but we can order pizza," I told them who then looked at each other with curiosity.

"What is it?"

"How does it taste?"

"Can I sleep on that?"

"I don't know about you but that just sealed the alienhood on them," my wolf chuckled.

...

...

...

The 'aliens' arranged their set up in our living room and even fixed our window for us. I had Elim sitting on my lap and watching them do their thing while trying to contact Ark. I was just glad that the rest of my kids weren't here or else they wouldn't be able to work.

"Lay him down there please," the blonde, happy, and energetic member of their group named Hyuk Min as I recalled it instructed me. I gently laid my kid down on the sofa and he attached the electrodes on his chest. A holographic screen came into view and Aecha drew the curtains closed.

"So uh, you don't experience shit like this in your planet?" I asked him. I can't believe I was finally acknowledging the fact that they were not from Earth.

"Oh stop moping you lame quack and just be grateful that they're helping us," Cerberus spat.

Hyuk Min shook his head enthusiastically. "Nope! Our planet is generally peaceful and just except when Necron invades and tries to annihilate all living things in our planet."

That...sounded really nice.

"What do you think of Earth?" I asked him. Hyuk Min looked unsure of what he was going to reply me with but I urged him.

"I know, it's a pretty shitty planet," I snorted.

"There is no perfect planet," he told me. "I think your planet is great but...you don't take care of it well. Soon enough, with or without judgment day, your planet will die."

I looked at Elim and felt bewilderment taking over me. "Then why should we stop it?" I asked him. "There really isn't no use in delaying the end right?"

Hyuk Min lowered his gaze and his eyes were deep in thought. "Your hearts are filled with hatred perhaps that is the reason why your creator intends to end your world."

I scoffed and placed my hand on my hip. This was really annoying me. "He wants to end us because we didn't meet up with his standards. That's it."

He was cruel. He was heartless. He was using my own son for his plans and we weren't even humans!

"Perhaps He sees a darker future for humanity?" Hyuk Min suggested. "Evil outweighed good and the free will given to His creations was abused."

"Or He just made too many rules," the sleepy guy butted in. "Everything is set, shall we start?" he yawned.

I released a sigh and pressed my lips against Elim's forehead. I stared down at my son's face and felt my eyes tear up.

"Elim is just a boy...He's just a baby boy. Let him go...please," I whispered.

I let Aecha and the others handle Elim and the monitor showed us the visualization of the soul inside of him.

My heart was pounding in my chest and sweat covered my body. The monitor only showed the face of Elim and they started to analyze the data being sent to them by the electrodes.

"Hey kid why don't you uh bake the turkey and mash the potatoes?" Cerberus asked me.

"You idiot, we're dealing with a fucked-up situation here and you're worried about dinner?"

"Hey I'm just trying to divert your attention. You're too tense," my wolf defended.

My mom and my brother finally came back from the groceries and of course they questioned about the eight men in black leather suits.

"Oh who are these sexy men in our living room Luka? They have some fine patooties!" she giggled and ogled at Hoets' ass.

"Please just tend to the turkey mom," I sighed.

"I don't see anything but his soul," Joe told us.

"Asahi-ssu told me to go in," Aecha stated.

"And how are you supposed to do that?" the orange-haired member asked and my eyes widened when someone came out of him.

"Like this," the redhead laughed and grabbed Aecha's soul before tossing it to Elim.

Holy fuck.

"Welp, you don't see that every... day," Cerberus trailed off. I think this was Asahi. Yep, from what I recalled this was another dude off his nuts.

"Now then, while Aecha handles that, I'll be calling off some unwanted guests to have the job done. You better start evacuating the city because it's going to start to smell ghastly," he warned us.

His red hair slowly began to turn black and spores visibly expelled from his form.

Crap.

"Let the rotting begin."
