Both schools got on stage, East High on the left side and North High on the right side. Ricky had taken his jacket off and put a guitar around him, and North High Beast's also had got a guitar. Antione was at the DJ stand, making sure the song was ready.

Ricky takes a step forward, beginning to play the guitar. "Through the mist, through the woods. Through the darkness and the shadows. It's a nightmare, but it's one exciting ride."

"Say a prayer." North High's Beast sings next. "Then we're there. At the drawbridge of a castle and there's something truly terrible inside."

EJ steps forward, singing next. "It's a Beast!"

Marc stands in front of him. "He's got fangs."

"Razor sharp ones," EJ continued as he and Marc circled each other.

"Massive paws, killer claws for the feast." Marc sang.

"Hear him roar," EJ sings, stepping closer to him and staring intimidatingly at Marc which made the blonde-haired boy back up. "See him foam."

"''Cause we're not coming home, 'till he's dead." Marc shoves EJ backwards rather roughly. EJ glares at him, but Marc just smirks as he continues to sing. "Good and dead."

"Kill the Beast!" Everyone sang.

Kourtney steps in the middle of the area between the two schools to dance first. Tabitha cheered her on along with the rest of East High drama club members. She honestly had no idea Kourtney could dance so well. She had killer dance moves. But she didn't fail to notice how it kind of seemed like a fight between EJ and Marc was going on which confused her since she thought they got along well.

Kourtney moves back when one of the North High's people moved forward and did his dance. The two schools moved to the other side of the stages and East High even moved to be on the stairs. Tabitha stood in the middle row beside Ashlyn and the two girls shared a smile.

"Light your torch, mount your horse, screw your courage to the sticking place," East High harmonizes their voices together, forming their own choreography. They get off the stairs, going over to where North High stood. "We're counting on Gaston to lead the way."

"Through the mist, through the wood, we're within the haunted castle." They dance towards North High who backed up to the side of the stage before they quickly moved to get on the stairs. "Something's lurking that you don't see every day."

North High preforms their own choreography on the platform and sings while East High stood on the stairs. "It's a Beast. One as tall as a mountain. We won't rest 'till he's good and deceased." They move up the stairs to the top of their set. "Sally forth, tally-ho. Grab your sword, grab your bow. Praise the Lord and here we go."

Antoine begins to walk down the stairs as he signs. "No one's safe until he's dead. He'll come stalking us at night."

Carlos sings, walking over to the bottom of the stairs. "Set to sacrifice our children to his monstrous appetite."

Antoine and Carlos circle each other as Antoine sings. "He'll wreak havoc on our village if we let him wander free."

Carlos joins East High again, each of them moving towards Antoine causing him to back up. "So it's time to take some action, boys." Each of them helped get Carlos lifted up by EJ and Ricky and Carlos outstretches his arms while singing. "It's time to follow me."

East High moves to the right side of the stage as Carlos is put back down. "We don't like what we don't understand." Both schools sing, walking towards each other. "In fact it scares us." They both form two lines, standing in front of the ones who play their character in the opposite school. "And this monster is mysterious at least."

East High circle around North High who stood back to back in a circle. "Bring your guns, bring your knives. Save your children and your wives." The two schools switch places. "We'll save our village and our lives! We'll kill the Beast!"

The two schools break away, North High going to the left side of the stage while East high going to the right side. Gina moved forward to dance and if she wasn't wearing a somewhat tight dress, Tabitha knew she would beat all of North High at dancing. Well, she might be a tie with Marc. She knew Marc was a really talented dancer.

Tabitha cheered loudly for Gina along with the rest of East High. A girl from North High's drama club steps forward and tries to one-up her. When the girl was upside down on her hands, her legs in a split position Marc does a flip over and moves towards Gina. She backed up, rolling her eyes at him as he danced.

After his dance Lily walks up the stairs. "Hearts ablaze, banners high. We go marching into battle. Unafraid, although the danger's just increased."

Tabitha cheers for Ashlyn with East High when she interrupts Lily, walking on the top part of the set over to Lily with a determined expression. "Raise the flag. Sing a song." Ashlyn gestures for Lily to come at her challengingly but Lily went down the stairs to the lower platform with Ashlyn following her. "Here we come with fifty strong."

Ashlyn stops Lily before she could go down the rest of the stairs. "And  ifty French men can't be wrong."

"Kill the Beast!" Everyone chorused.

Tabitha's eyes widened and she gasped along with everyone else when Lily pushed Ashlyn off the top step. Luckily Antoine was close by. He rushed over to her, grabbing onto her hand and pulled her up on her feet before she could fall.

"Let's get out of here, guys." Ricky suggested and everyone nodded in agreement.

Before they left Lily went over to them. "Uh, for the record," She chuckles. "We won."

Kourtney chuckles in disbelief. "Are you serious?"

Gina turns to face Lily with furrowed eyebrows. "Just because someone almost fell?"

"Did you see her dance moves?" Tabitha questions, pointing at Gina. "She's, like, crazy talented." Gina looked at her with a smile and Tabitha returned it.

"Yeah," Kourtney agrees. "No way you beat that."

Marc walks over to stand beside Lily with a smug look on his face. "I think I did."

Gina narrows her eyes at him. "Are you saying you're a better dancer than me?"

Marc crosses his arms and smiles which made her glare at him. "Yeah, basically."

"Maybe we should've figured out some sort of point system?" Seb voiced.

"You know what? It's fine." Carlos says. "Let her say they won. This dance-off doesn't matter. The Menkies matter, and we're gonna win that, because we've got one thing you don't have."

Lily furrows her eyebrows. "The sympathy vote?"

Maeve and Nini happen to walk in at this moment. "No." Seb replies. "Nini's rose song."

Lily chuckles. "Um. Sorry, not sorry, Wildcats, but if you preform her song in your show, you will be disqualified from the Menkies. You can't alter the original Menken text."

"Well, let's just do it anyway." Nini speaks up. "Stick to the plan and take the risk."

Carlos looks at her. "And risk letting them win? Isn't there a sports metaphor for this?" Everyone looked at EJ when he said that. EJ had his hands on his hips, staring at the floor with wide eyes.

Tabitha squeezes his shoulder comfortingly, sheepishly smiling at everyone. "Yeah, EJ is malfunctioning at the moment. He'll be better in a moment."

"EJ, you had one job!" Carlos scolded.

"I mean, what if the song didn't really fit in the show anyway, you know?" Ricky asks, turning to face Nini. "Seems a little heavy."

Nini doesn't say anything. She just looks at him with a hurtful expression and leaves. "Let's go." Carlos said and everyone followed him out the door.

"Hey, you wanna come over and have a movie night?" EJ asked Tabitha, intertwining his hand with hers as they walk down the hallway to the entrance of the school.

"Yeah, sure." Tabitha smiles. "Oh! We have to make a blanket fort." When EJ raises his eyebrows at her she continues, shrugging her shoulders. "It only makes sense to make a blanket fort when having a movie marathon."

"Okay." EJ chuckles lightly and nods. "It sounds like a perfect night to me."

"I'm gonna sound so cheesy when I say this," Tabitha sighs. She smiles at him, squeezing his hand. "But any night or day with you is perfect."

EJ smiles brightly at her as he chuckles. "Yeah, you did sound cheesy." The two share a laugh and he kisses her cheek which made her face heat up. "But you were cute so you made up for being cheesy."

When they get to EJ's house it was quiet since his parents were still at work. After taking their shoes off by the door, they head over to the living room and start making the blanket fort.

EJ was the one who moved the furniture together to make the blanket fort work while Tabitha gathered blankets and pillows. The blanket fort turned out pretty great. They had hung up fairy lights for better lighting. They made the blanket fort where there was an opening in front of the tv so they could watch movies. It was perfect hideway place for a movie night.

The couple was cuddled up to each other, laying back on some pillows in front of where the TV was at.

"This turned out really good." Tabitha voiced, pulling the blanket she had closer to her.

From his place beside her, EJ smiles and nods in agreement. "Yeah, it did." He picks up the remote beside him, turning on the TV. "What movie should we watch?"

"Ooh! We should have a Disney marathon." Tabitha suggested.

"Okay," EJ nods, going to Disney Plus. "What one should we start with?"

"Tangled." Tabitha grinned.

EJ laughs a bit and picks the movie once he got to the app. "I knew you were going to say that."

"It's, like, one of the best Disney princess movie of all times!" Tabitha exclaims. She smiles dreamily, moving closer to EJ to rest her head on his shoulder. "Plus Eugene is really cute."

EJ looks at her with a pout on his lips. "You like me better than him, right?"

Tabitha lifts her head off his shoulder to kiss his cheek which earned a smile from him. "Of course I do."

"Good." EJ wrapped his arm around Tabitha's shoulder and she rested her head on his shoulder again while they watch the movie.

Needless to say, this night was perfect.

A/N honestly at first I only created mac as a character so that I can make ej have more of a solo in the mob song but I'm starting to really like writing him (: ej was robbed of a solo part in the mob song tbh. also enemies to lovers with mac & gina?? I think yes. & you guys I love ej & tabitha so much it hurts
