go to literally ANY stock site (Unsplash, Pexels, Freestocktextures, StockSnap.io, Kaboompics, Pixabay)

and search any of these keywords: textures, overlays or alternatively, search for single-word things like rain, stars, magic, e.t.c.

On Canva, lower transparency. On pretty much any other site, simply click the blend option and you'll find things like 'Overlay', 'Screen' or 'Hardlight'
