Now Rubber band doesn't have an in-game name for her, so I made it myself UvU. First, her real name being Elizabeth B. Oscar-Nicolas the 5th. If you saw my last thing you'll see that I headcannon Colored Pencils and Rubber as siblings, with Rubber being the younger one.

Her new name being Rubire B. Ande (And) the 1st. Lovely isn't it not? I know. 

She was around her 20's and had pitch black hair and was originally 4'9, until afterwards turning 6'3, tallest of all the members and gaining blonde chunks of hair.

One thing about Rubber is that she's actually blind, wearing a cloth over her eyes when human, before being replaced with a rubber band (Said band being the bang rubber's exposed as.) Now she can actually see, tho eyes being covered. Olly blessed her with it.
