We draw our patterns in the night skies 

Staring up higher and higher with your bright eyes, 

Translating universes together you and I 

Yet the ending of our fairytale is so dangerously nigh

Because we're falling 

With gowns of elegant and grace 

Masking the chaos that we trace 

With lips so dangerously close 

But the thing that hurts the most 

The love we used to yield to

Has dispersed into a field so 

Vast and empty and so wide
