Chapter 84
"I the king of Hastinapur order you five brothers and Drupad Kumari to go on a vanvas for 12 years followed by one year of agyatvas. In this 12 years you won't be considered free so you can't gather armies or make allies. And at the end of this 12 years you will have to completely disappear for a year." Ordered Dhritarashtr, the fire in the chest of pandavas blazed brighter as Yudhisthir joined his hands, "As you wish tatshree." He accepted, his voice however rang with a threat that promised the destruction of everything.
He looked at his brothers, they all shared a look as he held his hand out, Bheem wrapped his hand in his brother's interlacing his fingers with in a tight grip, Vrikodar held his other hand out to Dhananjay who slammed his palm of his hand with his jyest as the two griped each others hand tightly. Arjun the palm of his hand open for Nakul who gripped his hand, Nakul held his free hand outstretched to his twin who gripped the hand of his brother. They shared a look of determination and fury, their unity had passed through even this horrific exam, everything in them was destroyed but they had each other, together they knew they could shred the world apart. They together stood up, their pain fueling their anger, her screams and please ringing through their minds as the blaze of their wrath burned brighter and wilder, spreading through their body with an agility that threatened to burn everything.
The brothers stood united against all the odds, they marched to the center of the stage where Duryodhan stood smirking. The air around them charged with tension as their fury chocked every last bit of sense.
"I am grateful to you all tatshree. For the last time we are abiding by your orders, 13 years later when Pandu putr will return they will return for their rights not some orders. This sabha has introduced us to the power of adharm now we will show this sabha the strength of Dharma." Yudhisthir's voice rang like a death sentence silencing everyone as he glared at Duryodhan, "Before I leave listen to my this pran everyone I will tear open the chest of this Dushasan and drink his blood. I will tear his arms away from his body! Kuru Samrat Dhritarashtr's all son's will die by my hand!" He promised as he looked at everyone around, his words fell like thunder and the women of the family began to cry and beg, Dushasan's wife begged him, "No bhraatashree you can't do this!" She cried, "I am no Panchaali Bhabhishree, my priye holds the sea of mercy and kindness in her heart but I? I am just a monster. A monster thirsty for the blood of all the sons of King Dhritarashtr!" He growled in an animalistic manner. "Samrat Dhritarashtr yeh anth ka aarambh hai! Iss sabha mein jisne bhi humare sath hua prapanch dekha, Panchaali ke sath kiya gaya upmaan dekha unsab ka anth hoga!" Arjun growled as he looked around, his voice grew hoarser and hoarser, a menacing tone ringing in his words. "Rivers of blood will flow, beheaded bodies will throng the place, Shiv's rudhr tandav will happen, a huge war will happen! MAHABHARAT WILL HAPPEN!" Shouted Arjun, his fury's heat could be felt by everyone, Gandhari shook her head silently telling them a no, while the wives of Kauravas cried. Kunti wiped her tears as her wrath blazed wilder.
The pandavas turned around and marched out of the sabha with their mata, leaving behind a dead silence and fear to chock on. If death ever walked on this earth it would surely look like them. . .

The palace of Indraprasth submerged in shock, terror and confusion as they watched their queen march down the corridors, her pace showed her anger yet her face was completely void of every emotion.
Hidimbi turned around as she heard the footsteps, she had just put all the kids to sleep and was going to her chambers. Her breath hitched as all the color left her face, her hands and legs grew cold with terror as she her gaze settled on Panchaali. A sharp jolt of agony havocked through her body, "Panchaali?" She asked in shock, "Panchaali!" She shouted in terror as she rushed to her, she moved in front of her blocking Panchaali's path.
Hidimbi examined her worriedly, "Panchaali! Panchaali what happened to you?!" She asked terrified as she cupped her cheeks. Tears fell down Hidimbi's cheeks as she hugged Panchaali tightly, her mind was struggling to understand what had happened? Worst scenarios ran through her mind as agony shook her very being.
Panchaali pulled away Hidimbi, "Don't hug me Yuvrani you will get burned." Her dead voice had Hidimbi trembling, shock paralysed her as Panchaali called her Yuvrani and not jiji like she usually did. "First I was born out of a fire, now a fire has born in me. I don't even want to see anyone's face." She screamed making Hidimbi jump, her heart clenching in pain as she heart the pain in Draupadi's words. She watched as Panchaali left, "Panchaali!" She called over and over again as she followed her but in vain as Panchaali shut the door to her room. Hidimbi banged the door as she cried out Panchaali's name over and over again but no reply came out.

Panchaali entered her room, her battered and bruised soul sizzled with a new ache as she looked around her room, a place where she usually felt safe, where the memories of her husbands resided. The room where her new life had begun, the room where she had birthed all her children. And ironically today when she was completely shattered, she was once again in this room.
Images and images of the dyut sabha ran through her mind, increasing her suffocation as the suppressed agony made her heart throb in pain, her chest spasmed with agony as she felt wetness trail down her leg, a loud scream of agony and pain left her mouth as she fell on the ground withering in pain, it felt like her womb was like someone had poured acid in it. Her screams filled the room as terror pooled in her chest, suffocating her, no, no , no, no! She had already lost so much she can't lose anymore, not her child too! She screamed as she looked at her lower half blood pulled everywhere, so much blood, her head fell on the ground with a resonating thump as she cried, she was broken, her motherhood, her honour, her self respect, every thing was snatched away from her.
Never in her life had she expected anything, her cries turned to sniffles as she brought her knees close to her chest and lay on the ground in a fetal position. Time meant to her nothing, life meant to her nothing, she herself meant nothing, life meant to her nothing, the thought to end this life crossed her mind, what was the point of living, why should she live? What difference would it make? After so much that has happened to her what would she achieve by living? Even if the pandavas killed the Kauravas, what difference would it make? Will she get her child back? Will she get her honour back? Will her pain lessen? Will she ever be able to trust the pandavas back? No. She won't get any of this back, so what was the point? Why survive and suffer? She had no reason to. Her mind and body grew numb as all her thoughts vanished in vacuum, dying and living were both equal to her, she just laid there staring at nothing, for she was nothing. . .

Hidimbi continued to bang the door, she ordered the guards try and break it, but all in vain, the wooden door refused to budge. A sharp jolt of terror rang through her as she her Panchaali's agonised screams, she trembled as tears flowed rapidly.
"PANCHAALI! OPEN THE DOOR! PLEASE!PLEASE! PLEASE! OPEN THE DOOR!" She begged as she continued to band the door, she moved back and held both her hands out as she pushed all her energy out, a huge dark aura ball of asuric shakti pulsed in her hand as she shot it at the door, she expected the door to splinter into pieces as the blast happened but to her shock it stood in place like nothing ever happened. She stumbled back in shock, shaking her head, this was impossible, how could her powers not break this door? How was that possible? Her back met the wall as she slipped down, her legs no longer being able to hold her up as the agony in her heart just intensified, Panchaali's screams shook and terrified her soul, they continued to reverberate through the corridors,Hidimbi screamed and cried, " Someone please, please open the door, PLEASSSEEEE!" She screamed agonised as she begged, everyone and no one, all at once.
"Just please stop this!"She screamed painfully as she wrapped her arms around her knees as she pulled them to her chest, her head hidden between her knees as she cried, she wept, begging and pleading some to open the door, her voice grew hoarse with each please but the mantra of begging continued to leave her mouth. Hours passed nothing happened, the screams had turned into silence, a silence that weighed heavy on her chest like a huge rock, different scenarios swirled in her mouth and all were her worst nightmares, she can't lose her younger sister. Guards and daasis kept on trying new ways to break the door, a dark cloak of agony and pain fell on Indraprasth as they all submerged in the deepest pit of torment, their queen was their joy, their happiness and today she was screaming in pain and all they could do was listen, what could be more worse.
After what felt like forever a dasi came running, "Yuvrani, Pandu putrs are coming!" She said hurriedly, Hidimbi's head shot up as she stumbled standing up and ran towards the door, like a crazy woman. Tears marked her cheeks as the pain and suffering masked her face, she just exited the main gate of Indraprasth when she saw five horses running at the speed of lightening entering, the expressions of the pandavas was that of fury unmatched by anything before. They jumped down the horses as Hidimbi ran towards them, "Swami!" She half screamed and half cried, Vrikodar's head turn to her, worry and dread pooling his stomach, he wrapped his arms around her as she stumbled, she was looking completely destroyed, his heart throbbed in pain, he didn't think he has the capacity to tolerate anymore pain.
"What happened priye?" He asked stressed, "Panchaali...She has.. locked herself in her room.. swami.. swami she was screaming, she ...cried..screamed than ....silence.. we tried everything.." Coherent sentences no longer left her mouth as terror paralysed her, she was panicking, her breath came in shot pants as she saw the word around fade, dark spots danced in her vision as she fainted, Bheem tightened his arms around his fainted wife, the pandavas shared a panicked look before they and Kunti ran to her room. Bheem picked his wife and marched to his chambers, he laid her down before covering her with a blanket, "Stay with her!" He growled at the daasis who jumped in fear as he turned around and ran down to Panchaali's room, his agony knew no bounds, both the women he love were shattering in his arms and he didn't know how to protect them.
The four Pandavas and Kunti banged the door, slamming their hands against the wooden door with urgency, "Dharma! Priye open the door! Give me a chance to rectify my mistakes!" Yudhisthir begged as terror snaked around his heart, what if she... He couldn't even complete the thought as he banged the door louder, "Dharma! LISTEN TO ME PRIYE!" He shouted as he continued to rattle the door, "PAARTHAVI OPEN THE DOOR, LISTEN WE ARE SORRY, LET US HOLD YOU PLEASE!" Arjun begged, as he fiercely banged his hand on the door, "BUTTERFLY! LISTEN TO ME LITTLE ONE, OPEN THE DOOR, EVERY PUNISHMENT, ALL YOUR HATE, I AM READY TO ACCEPT EVERYTHING, JUST OPEN THE DOOR PRINCESS!" Nakul shouted as he banged the door, "PUNISH US ALL YOU WANT! KILL US! BUT JUST PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE OPEN THE DOOR MY PRECIOUS GIRL, DON'T SHUT US OUT, just please, please..." Sahadev's voice faded as he banged his head against the door before he broke down in tears, "PUTRI! LISTEN TO ME VATHS! JUST PLEASE OPEN THE DOOR LET ME IN! DON'T DO THIS TO YOUR MATA! PLEASE!" Kunti begged as tears one after another rained down her cheek. Bheem ran to her door as he looked his family still trying to open the door, "PANCHAALI, LITTLE ANGEL, OPEN THE DOOR PRIYE!" He shouted as he slammed his hand on the door, "Bhraatashree Panchaali.. what if she..." Sahadev didn't complete the words but a new fear sparked in their chest, "Let me break the door jyest." Bheem stated as everyone moved back, he slammed his body hard against the door expecting it to go flying but nothing happened, he tried again and again. Shock ran through him, "IMPOSSIBLE! I can break apart walls of forts and mountains if I wish why am I not able to break this door jyest?" He asked incredulously, "This door is the agony of Panchaali, breaking through ones pain in way more difficult than a mountain bhrataashree." Nakul whispered as tears tracked down his cheeks, "This door now can't be opened by us bhraatashree, now only Madhav can get her to open this door." Whispered Arjun, everyone looked at him. They all shared a look, pain, terror and a feeling of foreboding swirling in their hearts, something bad was about to happen. . .
