스물셋 (seumulset)
"Oh God, I'm so hungry," Soonyoung whined, rubbing his stomach. He turned to Seungcheol. "What are we having for dinner, Seungcheol?"
"Oh." Seungcheol frowned. "Sorry, Soonyoung. I was going to take Jeonghan out for dinner tonight. We haven't eaten outside together as a couple for a long time. Sorry. If you really want, I can ask Jeonghan if you can come along?"
"Oh, no it's fine! Don't worry about it! Have fun tonight." Soonyoung winked. He wasn't about to ruin his manager's love life just because he was lonely. "Don't get too carried away though. You still need to walk into work tomorrow."
"Very funny." Seungcheol rolled his eyes. "Are you sure, Soonyoung? Jeonghan won't mind–"
"I'm fine! Go, go!" Soonyoung pushed Seungcheol away and made a shooing motion with his hand. "I'll see you tomorrow! Bye!"
Soonyoung sighed heavily as his manager finally walked away from Soonyoung after shooting him one last concerned look. He picked up his backpack and slung it over one shoulder before saying goodbye to the staff and his costars. As he walked out of the building, he heard someone call after him, so he turned around.
"Hey, I know that this may sound creepy, but I heard you talking to your manager back there, and if it's fine with you, can I join you for dinner? My manager has already eaten, and my...roommate is probably asleep right now, so I can't eat with him. Is it cool if I eat with you?" the person asked. It was one of his co-stars, Lee Soohyuk. Soonyoung stared at him before clearing his throat awkwardly.
"Of course! Some company is better than none!" Soonyoung exclaimed. "Where do you wanna eat?"
"I think there's a pork belly place open right now, if that's okay with you," Soohyuk suggested.
"Ooh, that sounds great! Which way is it?" Soonyoung beamed.

"Seriously?! He used that monstrosity of a pick-up line on you?!" Soohyuk laughed, dropping his head onto his arm that was lying on top of their table. Soonyoung grinned.
"Can you believe it? He's usually so calm and composed and stoic, but there he was, flirting with me! Alcohol can do wonders, my friend." Soonyoung sighed.
"Can I be honest with you for a second though?" Soohyuk asked, and Soonyoung nodded. "I'm only telling you this because we're friends now and because you like guys too, but...do you remember that roommate of mine that I mentioned earlier? The one that I couldn't eat dinner with because he's probably sleeping right now?"
"I think so, why?"
"He's not just my roommate. He's...he's my boyfriend."
"What?! Seriously?!" Soonyoung gasped. "No way. No way that's true."
"It's true," Soohyuk confirmed. "We've been dating for a while now."
"Your manager is okay with you guys living together?! Man, you're so lucky," Soonyoung whined. "Why is everyone but me in a relationship?"
"Aw, c'mon, don't be like that," Soohyuk said. "Pick-up line guy is still single, right? Date him."
"I want to, trust me." Soonyoung groaned and dragged his hands over his face. "Honestly at this point, I just think that I'm gonna be alone for the rest of my life."
"That's not true," Soohyuk denied, patting Soonyoung's hand. "You'll find someone, okay? Besides, who says you need a relationship to keep you happy? I was plenty happy before my boyfriend and I started dating."
"Well, yeah, I guess, but there are some times where I just really want a person to kiss and cuddle with and watch movies with, you know?" Soonyoung replied.
"I guess I kind of get your point," Soohyuk reluctantly admitted. "Don't worry about not having a boyfriend–or a girlfriend–for too long, alright? Someone will come along for you soon."
"Thanks, Soohyuk-hyung." Soonyoung smiled softly. "I feel like we've already become good friends."
"Me too. Work tomorrow should be fun from now on, huh?" Soohyuk grinned. He pushed his chair back and stood up. "We should probably get going now. It's getting late."
"Oh, sure. Thanks for this, Soohyuk," Soonyoung said. Soohyuk shook his head.
"Don't worry about it, we're friends now. I'll see you tomorrow then?" Soohyuk checked, and Soonyoung nodded.
The two walked out of the restaurant together and parted ways at the entrance, bidding goodbye to one another before heading towards their own homes. Soonyoung smiled. That had been fun. Soonyoung had always loved making new friends. He hummed quietly as he walked to the bus stop to go back to his own, forcing away any thoughts about a certain producer that he may have been having.
