"Dude, you okay?" Jihoon frowned and gave Soonyoung, who was hunched over, a look of concern. He started to move closer to the older boy, but Soonyoung held up a hand and shook his head.

"I'm fine. Just give me a few seconds," Soonyoung muttered. Jihoon sighed.

"If you didn't like that type of ride, you should've just told me," Jihoon reprimanded. "You didn't have to come with me. I'm a grown man, Soonyoung. I can ride an amusement park ride on my own."

"I know, I just...I wanted to spend time with you," Soonyoung mumbled. Jihoon rolled his eyes.

"You still should've told me. We could've just gone on another ride together," Jihoon said. He sighed and grabbed Soonyoung's wrist. "Come on, let's go get you a drink to calm your stomach."

"Okay!" Soonyoung beamed and stood straight up, letting Jihoon drag him along the pathways that were littered with people. They eventually approached a set of stalls, and Jihoon let go of Soonyoung's wrist to pull out his wallet.

"What do you want? It's on me," Jihoon told Soonyoung.

"Really? Then I want ten of those!" Soonyoung replied excitedly, pointing at the fish cakes stand.

"Ten?" Jihoon gave Soonyoung a confused glance. "Well, I guess if that's what you want..."

"Yes!" Soonyoung cheered. "Thank you, Jihoon-ah!"

"Ten fish cake sticks, please," Jihoon requested to the lady behind the stall. The lady nodded and handed him the skewers. Jihoon passed the sticks to Soonyoung, who got happier with every stick given to him.

"Looks delicious," Soonyoung said, licking his lips and eyeing the food hungrily.

"How much?" Jihoon asked, counting his bills out and handing the right amount to the lady after she responded. Jihoon smiled at her and thanked her before walking away from the stall and towards a table with Soonyoung.

"Thanks, Jihoon. I'll eat well!" Soonyoung smiled and stuffed the fish cake in his mouth, biting off a piece so big that it made his cheeks puff out. He moaned at the flavors he tasted as he chewed the fish cake. It was delicious.

"I assume that means you're enjoying it?" Jihoon grinned and patted his head. "I'm glad."

"Is this real? Lee Jihoon is feeling an emotion other than hate or anger?" Soonyoung gasped jokingly. Jihoon glared at him.

"Screw you," Jihoon said. Soonyoung chuckled.

"You're only proving my point, you know," Soonyoung told Jihoon. Jihoon harrumphed and pointedly looked away from Soonyoung. Soonyoung grinned as he took a bite of his second fish cake. Cute.

"Jihoon-ah!" Wonwoo's voice called out, and Soonyoung and Jihoon both turned around to look for the voice's owner. They saw him wearing a long, black coat and walking towards them as Mingyu trailed behind him.

"Hey, you two. Enjoying your date?" Jihoon teased. Wonwoo punched his arm.

"You know it's not like that. Our parents just asked me to take him to the amusement park so he wouldn't end up getting lost or something like that. I'm his chaperone," Wonwoo explained.

"Whatever you say," Jihoon replied, winking at Mingyu. Mingyu blushed and cleared his throat.

"Are you guys excited for the fireworks?" Wonwoo asked. Soonyoung perked up and nodded energetically. He had always been fond of fireworks. They were extremely beautiful and romantic.

"We're going back to the others soon so we can watch the fireworks together. Wanna join us?" Soonyoung offered. "It's just Seokmin, Hansol, and Seungkwan."

"I'm in," Mingyu responded.

"Me too," Wonwoo added. Soonyoung smiled.

"Let's go then!" Soonyoung enthusiastically stood up from his seat, but Jihoon pushed him back down into his chair.

"Finish eating first," Jihoon commanded, and Soonyoung sighed.

"Fine," Soonyoung huffed, and Jihoon smiled at him softly, causing Soonyoung's heart to stutter.
