21.

"Shit. You scared me. What are you doing there?" Yoongi asked.

Jimin smiled looking up. He was sitting outside Yoongi's room holding one of his notebooks and a pen.

"I'm drawing."

"Okay. Why on the floor outside my door?" He asked walking over to the storage closet. He picked up a few clean towels and headed in the direction of his room.

"Because I don't know. It's comfortable here." He shrugged.

But he was lying.

Why was it getting easier to lie now?

And why did he feel guilt about lying?

It made him get an uneasy feeling in the center of his stomach. It made him feel like he could throw up.

He had actually been waiting for Yoongi to wake up. Lately, these nights all he did was think about him.

It was weird, but he felt like he needed to see him even just for a few seconds. That was enough to satisfy him.

As much as he hated admitting it Min Yoongi was slowly starting to get deep inside his soul. Well, technically he didn't have a soul. Either way Jimin felt incredibly fascinated by him.

"Uhh...do you want to come in?" Yoongi wondered before heading in.

"Yeah." He quickly responded following him behind. When they were in he took a seat on his bed as Yoongi fixed the towels in the bathroom.

"I needed new towels because as I got out the shower I realized I didn't have any clean ones."

"I know." He mumbled continuing to draw.

"How would you know?"

"I heard you were angry as you got out."

Yoongi turned to look at him shyly. He had forgotten that Jimin's hearing was beyond human abilities.

"Did you hear everything?" He whispered feeling his face turn red.

Now that he was very stressed about the upcoming dinner with Jin he needed to release some of it. The thought of Jimin being able to hear that embarrassed him on a different level.

He stopped drawing and looked at the paper. He felt his tummy get warm and within seconds he could feel it run all throughout his body.

Yes, he had heard it all. It didn't make him sexually aroused because he hadn't developed such emotions. That didn't mean he didn't like to hear it.

Yoongi's heavy breathing and soft groans were heavenly to the ear. That's why as much as he tried to not listen he couldn't help it.

"No." He stated quieter. He hoped he hadn't made it too obvious. Yoongi was too ashamed that he didn't even notice his blushing.

"Okay." He replied stacking more clean towels on the shelves.

When he was done he turned off the bathroom light. His face was finally back to normal so he took a seat next to Jimin.

He was still very invested in the drawing. "I thought you were never going to try your artistic skills." He commented.

"You made me artistic. It was only a matter of time."

"Yeah." He mumbled glancing at the smiley face painting on his wall. He never did realize how lonely it looked against the green color.

"Are you actually going to go?" Jimin asked. He avoided all eye contact to stop his emotions from showing.

"Where?" Yoongi responded knowing exactly what he was talking about.

"To the dinner with your friend."

"Umm..." his voice sudden trailed off. He rubbed the back of his neck aggravated. He had been asking himself that question for the last few days.

Should he go?

What if Hoseok showed up?

What would he do then?

"I don't think you should." Jimin said.

"What? Why not? Jin is my friend."

He shrugged adding more pressure to the pen. He didn't know why, but he didn't want him to be associated with Jin.

Jin was a connection to Hoseok.

And the thought of Yoongi getting back with him was repulsive.

"He's irksome. Don't go."

"Well he's my friend."

"Right. Your friend who you haven't talked to in months. Maybe even years."

Yoongi sighed annoyed, "So what? We don't have to talk everyday to know we're friends."

"So you are going to go?"

"I don't know."

"Make up your mind Min Yoongi." He said slightly annoyed.

"Maybe I will go. It's none of your business either way." He snapped back.

Jimin didn't notice how much strength he had applied to the ink pen that it broke in two. The ink splattered everywhere and the pointy edge poked through his skin. He dropped it wincing.

When he looked at his hand it was bleeding and throbbing. Yoongi didn't really look at his hand and quickly got up and ran to the bathroom to grab Kleenex.

He brought the box back and wiped the ink off the floor. Then handed him a tissue. "You have to be more careful. Did you forget you're stronger?"

"I didn't realize how much pressure I had applied to it."

"Try to keep that in mind. It could be dangerous."

"I won't do it again." He said wiping off his hand. A few blood drops got on the drawing as well as ink.

Yoongi looked at the Kleenex on his hand and raised his eyebrows. "Oh. You're bleeding."

"It's not actually blood." He said.

"I know but if you're bleeding that means you felt it. Did you?"

"No."

"Are all of your feelings coming to life?" He added.

"No. It's not even real blood, okay? It's not big deal." He got up from the bed placing the drawing down.

Then walked to the bathroom to wash off his hands. As the mixture of blood and ink went down the drain Jimin kept looking at the cut.

It hurt bad.

He didn't like it one bit. It made him feel weak. He was suppose to be indestructible and now here he was being a wimp over a cut.

After he was done he wiped his hands on the towel. He looked at his hand and once again blood was blistering up.

He sighed stepping out. Yoongi was sitting back down looking at his drawing. When he heard his steps he looked up.

"Still bleeding?"

"Yeah."

"Let me get a band—"

"No. It's okay. I just need to apply pressure." He said taking another Kleenex and holding it against his finger.

"Are you sure it doesn't hurt?" He asked.

Jimin shook his head no. His eyes traveled back to the notebook. "That's a very good drawing." Yoongi stated also looking.

The picture was of a human heart with butterflies surrounding it. He wasn't sure why he had drawn that in the first place. He didn't even have a heart.

"Yeah. It's ruined now." He told.

"No. I think it looks great. Why did you draw that? What inspired it?"

"I'm not sure." He said confused.

"Whatever inspired it made it lovely. I'm glad you're very artistic." He admired holding the notebook.

"Is Hoseok artistic too?"

Yoongi looked up and chuckled. The question threw him off guard. Hearing Hoseok's name was always surprising.

"Uhh no. He sucks at drawing. He's great at dancing and performing. Terrible at drawing though. He's so bad." He smiled remembering all the times he'd attempted to make paintings for him.

The only successful one was the smiley face one. Which Yoongi treasured with his life. Nothing could ever compared to it.

"Hmm. I'm assuming that he made that for you."

"Yeah. He did."

"And I'm also assuming that his favorite color is green since your wardrobe only consists of black and white."

"Mhmm." He mumbled under his breath.

"Oh. You really do love him."

"More than anyone in this world."

Jimin looked down at his finger and swallowed the painful knot on his throat. He panicked touching it.

"What's the matter?"

"I don't know. It feels like I'm chocking." He whispered.

"What did you eat? Did it get stuck in your throat?"

"I'm not sure." He said getting the gut-wrenched feeling once again.

"Let me get you some water, yeah?" He told putting his drawing back down on the bed.

Jimin nodded and once he was gone he started breathing faster. No. It was back again. That nasty emotion was back.

When he looked at the painting on the wall it only made it worse. Jimin started to wonder if it was really worth it.

Was it worth it to feel so much pain when he could erase it all and go back to his old self?

Because lately all he had been feeling was rejection from Yoongi. How stupid was that? How could he even claim his emotions to him when Yoongi didn't even notice him?

Nothing hurt worse than being looked over.
