So this was inspired by this comment that I got on A03:

'The quirkless hero thing is why I slightly dislike All Might and the anime in general. All Might essentially said: "oh, you're quirkless? You can't be a hero, you'd die without a superpower! But, you're reckless like me, so here's an extremely volatile quirk, because you can only become a hero if you have one."

Honestly, it pisses me off. I think the story is really good and I'm fine with it, but it would've been much better if Izu has to overcome his quirklessness and become a great hero despite his oppression.

Also (completely unrelated to previous topics but I want to rant about it anyways), how many people in 1-A would've disliked Izu for his Quirklessness? I think nearly the entire fandom thinks he's finally being accepted despite his flaws, but the fact that he was bullied up until High School (after he got a really powerful quirk), when he sUdDeNLy has oodles of friends! I don't really think this is a coincidence, especially in a society that revolves around quirks like it does.

Another thing that bothers me, Izu just told this highly influential person that their dream has been denied since forever for something he can't control, and said influential person says he can never achieve his dreams ("find something more realistic," literally saying that there is not real scenarios in which a quirkless person can become a hero), and leaves Izu... on a ROOFTOP?!?!?! Da FUQ?!?!?!

TL;DR: All Might is a quirkist idiot, Izu should've proven the haters wrong w/o a quirk, and the whole class might be quirkist too!

So, this fic is gonna have a few o my favorite things: Quirkless Izuku, All Might Bashing, Class 1-A Bashing, Nezu being a chaotic bastard..

Things that I'm not so fond of that are going to be in this fic: Unsupportive Inko, Basicly the entirety of UA being against Izuku, Almost all pro heores being against Izuku, Izuku being hella lonely and sad,and  Aizawa trying to descurage Izuku from being a hero.

This fic is really going to be Izuku against the world. Hatsume isn't going to offer to make him support items or anything, she doesn't see a point. No costume company will sponsor Izuku either, so he's making literally everything himself.

He's taught himself how to fight, run, analyze, everything to prove himself. 

Basicly everyone in UA and mostly everyone in society is against him.

The LOV aren't that interested in him, he quirkless what exactly can he do? AFO is only interested in him as a passing though of making him a nomu, but he deems that a worless effort because he's quirkless and wouldn't get much out of it.

Durring hero training Izuku is always shoved to the side and forced to train himself, no one goes up against him, so eventually he make a training dummy robot to fight outside of class.

Izuku's mental state is really fucking bad. (Ill be basing that part off of my own mental state for the most part)

I think I'm also going to make Hitoshi and ass in this (That hurts me to even say it--). Yes, Hitoshi and Izuku have some similarities, but I feel like both of their mindsets would cause them to conflict with each other, both of them want to prove themselves as heroes and they both have an 'I'm out for myself' mentality.

Monoma is just a straight up fucking cunt to Izuku as soon as he finds out he's quirkless.

The only one Izuku has is Nezu, and Nezu is basically using him as a way to say 'fuck you' to the hero commission in a way, so he's not very supportive. He gives him the bare minimum praise to keep Izuku going, but other than that, nothing.

I feel like Hawks would here about him and be very conflicted about him.

All Bitch publicly stated how he doesn't beleav Izuku should be a hero, which is where his popularity takes a bit of a hit, not a big one, but its there.

Izuku has the support of Quirkless equality supporters, as well as the quirkless themselves.
