An AU where Izuku and his Mom move to America because of the bullying Izuku is going through.

After Izuku leaves Bakugou is still violent, but he realizes he's alone now.

Enter Yamikumo Akatani (Him and Izuku aren't related in this) Mikumo is quirkless, thus leading to bullying, but he's a snarky little shit and can hold his own (At least for a while)

Mikumo and Bakugou become friends and get into UA together (MIkumo is in support, but is going to transfer to heroics in the Sports Fest)

This is where Mikumo and Izuku meet, because they had the same plan. They team up and are very very scary together (Even Hatsume is intimidated, by them a little)

Bakugou goes to get Yami from the support lab and sees Izuku with him - Emotions happen as well as apologies. Katsuki gets decked not once, but twice because he's a dumbass.

(There's more to this, but I'm not putting it down yet)

The end game ship for this would probably be BakuMikuDeku, but it might change to just be Bakudeku/BakuMiku/MikuDeku or something else entirely depends on how I feel at the time
