Nemuri and Emi are Izuku and Yamikumo's Bio parents (Via probably a quirk)

Izuku looks more like Emi whilst Mikumo looks like Nemuri

Both Izuku and Yamikumo have heterochromia, One eye is dark green and the other is Sky Blue. Izuku has Joke's seafoam green hair while Mikumo has Nemurie's dark purple. Both have freckles (In the AU joke has freckles) and inherited a beauty mark from Nemuri.

Quirks - Yamikumo's quirk is called Tough Crowd: When he laughs he puts anyone who is in hearing radius to sleep. (He can laugh normally, he has to activate his quirk)

Izuku's is called Laughing Gas: He can secret the gas from the skin and can also breathe out the gas from his mouth for a more direct attack. Anyone who breathes the gas starts uncontrollably laughing.

I don't have downsides for these so if you think of some let me know.

The public doesn't know that Emi and Nemuri are together (and they sure as hell don't know about The Twins)

Mic and Aizawa also don't know about them (Yet) (They have Hitoshi as their bio kid btw)

I think that I might put Izuku and Yamikumo in 1-B or I might just put one of them in.

Nasty grape bitch is sadly going to be apart of this (at least for a little while) I mostly just want to see his shit get kicked in.

Later in the story Aizawa and Mic adopt Eri - Might have JokeNight adopt Kota, but idk

Because Izuku's quirk is very similar to Midnight's everyone is expecting him to be the next R18+ Hero (I haven't decided on if he will be or not)

I have an idea. One of izuku's drawbacks could be if overused he starts laughing like a maniac, the longer used the harder he laughs. If used for long enough he could laugh so hard he couphs out blood. He should also have breathing problems do to this draw back.
