Fuyumi Touya & Natsuo would've heard the screams and came downstairs, Fuyumi called the police, while Touya tried to fight the flaming trash heap, Natsuo would've grabbed Shoto and ran to the front of the house where Fuyumi was outside, calling the police and an ambulance for both Shoto and Rei.

Rei would've died leaving the Todoroki kids with no parents (Because Endevwhore would've gon to jail)

All Might would've heard about this and jumped to save these kids. Making them all have the Yagi last name.

Shoto is extremely traumatized and hates his quirk even more than in cannon to the point he just wants it gone.

Enter (Villain) Izuku: What if I told you I could take that little burden of yours away?

Shoto: *Seld deprecating laugh* Yeah right. How exactly are you going to take my quirk away?

Now, this could go two ways:

Izuku could be part of the LOV and have AFO to take Shoto's quirk for himself

Or

Izuku could be part of the Yakuza (He would basically be the second boss because quirkless and Chisaki would treat him like a god) and He would inject Shoto with the drug that can take his quirk (Izuku found a way to replicate Eri's cells so they don't have to hurt her to make the erasure drug)

I like this, and if you are to do it I would personally prefer the second option with him in the Yakuza because I hate seeing Eri hurt.

Either way sounds good with me. With the first option he could tell him that he is getting rid of the fire and leaving the ice when he is actually taking the quirk and replacing it with an ice quirk, while the second protects Eri. I mean there are stories where villain Deku saves Eri, so as long as Eri is saved I would love it either way

I'm a sucker for the LOV acting like a family, but I also like the idea of the Yakuza so maybe have Kai's deal go through and have the LOV and Yakuza each be a branch of a bigger organization? Maybe have Izuku change Kai's deal from the LOV working FOR him to the LOV working WITH him and gaining Izuku as a right hand man. Eri would also love him because Izuku stopped Chisaki's torture. Shoto could then join the LOV and Izuku would stay with Chisaki until the raid where Izuku takes Eri (and the quirk erasing bullets) and leaves. Because he was Chisaki's right hand man (and quirkless) all of the Yakuza's accounts were put in his name just in case and he gives all the money to the LOV. Eri becomes a villain (more of an errand girl because the League refuses to let such a young girl be traumatized even more). (This is just a few ideas, it's still your book and you should write what feels right!)
