~ Zarkon ~
While you were waiting for your husband to come home, you decided to let your kids play with their Legos in the living room. You were helping Gatrea and Zara with their homework, so only Kuhuv, Zia and Krella were playing with the Legos. You briefly glanced over at your three younger daughters, smiling when you saw them building a city in the middle of the living room, using the little plastic colorful blocks that were spread across the floor. You lost track of time after a while, but at some point Zarkon came home after taking care of something somewhere within the Empire.
"I'm home." Zarkon announced as he stood in the living room doorway, smiling when he saw you and your daughters; it was a sight that he loved coming home to.
"Welcome home, Zar Zar." You said when you looked up and saw your husband, smirking at him; your daughters all giggled when you used his nickname.
Krella, Kuhuv and Zia all stood up and ran over to their father, hugging his legs. Zarkon knelt down so that he could hug his and your three youngest daughters, giving each of them an affectionate nuzzle. You smiled as you watched your large husband interact with your three youngest children. After a moment, Krella, Zia and Kuhuv let go of their father so that they could go back to playing with their Legos. Zarkon stood up before walking over to the couch, not looking where he was walking; one minute, everything was fine, and the next, he felt a sharp pain in the bottom of his right foot and let out a somewhat high pitched whining sound.
"Gah! What the-?" Zarkon yelped, taking a step back and lifting his bare right foot, seeing a red lego stuck to it.
"Are you okay?" You queried, stifling back a laugh when you saw your husband step on a Lego.
"I'm fine." Zarkon grunted, trying to act completely unaffected as he plucked the Lego off of his foot before dropping it on the floor, but away from where he had to walk.
"Uh huh." You jested, a short giggle escaping past your lips.
"I'm fine, really." Zarkon scoffed in a slightly awkward tone, limping a little as he walked over to the other couch, sitting down with his right foot lifted up a little.
"Do you want me to look at it?" You queried in a sly tone, smirking at him.
"Yes, I would like that very much." Zarkon replied suggestively, wincing slightly in pain when he subconsciously tried putting his foot down on the floor.
You playfully rolled your eyes before going back to helping Zara and Gatrea with their homework. Seeing that their father was in pain, Krella, Kuhuv and Zia walked over to the couch Zarkon was sitting on, climbed up and cuddled up to him, each of them apologizing for leaving the Legos out on the floor. Zarkon couldn't stay upset about stepping on a Lego and forgave them. However, he knew that it was be a while before you stopped joking about the time he stepped on a Lego.

~ Alfor ~
Sometimes you felt guilty for not spending enough one on one time with Lotarius since he was currently your only son, so one day you took him out for a mother-son day. Alfor didn't mind spending time alone with Fallara and Alazu, but he wasn't expecting to be given a makeover. He didn't mind his hair getting braided and little bows being put in his silky white locks, but he wasn't too sure how to feel about wearing a lot of play makeup, a tutu and a purple tiara. When Fallara and Alazu were finished giving their father a makeover, they decided that it was tea time. Being the adorable little princesses they were, it was one of their favorite things to play.
"How's your day been going so far, daddy?" Fallara asked her father curiously, pretending to be a grown-up.
"It's been quite nice. Thank you for asking, Princess Fallara." Alfor replied politely, smiling at his first daughter as he sat cross-legged at the little table in the playroom.
"How delightful." Alazu said in a whimsical tone, also pretending to be a grown-up.
Alfor smiled as he was served 'tea' and picked up the little teacup, drinking a little of the water. Fallara proceeded to serve the tea to Alazu and the various stuffed toys that were sitting around the table. Alfor didn't mind playing tea party with his two little princesses, but he wasn't prepared for what they had planned after the tea party. After the tea party was finished, Alazu and Fallara wanted to play fashion show. Fallara and Alazu were already wearing their dress-up princess dresses and tiaras, but it was Alazu's idea to have Alfor wear one of your old maternity dresses.
On a normal basis Alfor would be embarrassed and refuse to wear the dress, but it was only him and his two daughters at the moment; it wasn't like anyone would see him wearing it. Alfor slid the slightly too small white flowered dress over his clothes, nor did he mind that it was a little snug. Once he was ready, the fashion show began. At some point he lost track of time, not realizing how late it was getting. Alfor loved spending daddy-daughter time with Fallara and Alazu, even if it did mean wearing a dress.
Meanwhile, you and Lotarius had come home just in time for dinner. Lotarius had a lot of fun spending time with you, so as soon as the two of you got home, he went to go freshen up and you went to the playroom. You hoped that Alfor was alright after spending the day with his and your daughters, seeing as they could sometimes be a handful. However, when you walked into the playroom, you weren't expecting to see your husband wearing one of your old maternity dresses over his clothes. When Alfor saw you, and you locked eyes with him, you had a hard time not laughing; it was just so cute and funny.
"Y/n, it's nice to see that you're home… How was your day out with Lotarius?" Alfor queried awkwardly, lowering his ears slightly; he wasn't expecting you to catch him wearing one of your maternity dresses, as well as play makeup, a tiara and little bows in his braided hair.
"It went well, but it looks like you've been having more fun." You giggled, placing a hand in front of your mouth.
"Mommy, I got daddy to wear one of your dresses!" Alazu said proudly as she ran across the room and hugged you.
"Yes, I see. He looks pretty." You responded humorously, looking down at your youngest daughter and hugging her.
Alfor felt embarrassed for being caught, so he carefully removed your dress, the tutu and the tiara. Alazu let go of you after a moment so that she and Fallara could go freshen up before dinner. You waited for your husband to finish taking off his 'accessories' before the two of you went to the dining room. Alfor knew that you would never let him live it down after you saw him wearing one of your old maternity dresses. You just wish that you would have been able to take a picture.

~ Blaytz ~
Back when you were pregnant with Pavo, you got tired easily and needed to take an afternoon nap every day. One day while you were taking a nap, Blaytz wanted to help out with the rest of his and your children by giving them a bath. He knew that being a mother of five children with one more on the way was hard, and being the good husband he was, he was happy to take over for a while. Iris could take a bath on her own, so she would take her's later, but Blaze, Lyra, Brisa and Islu were too young to bathe on their own.
"Okay, is everyone ready for a bath?" Blaytz asked after putting the plug in the bathtub drain and turning the water on, making sure that it wasn't too hot or too cold.
"Yes." Blaze answered, watching as his father began getting the tub ready.
"Yeah!" Lyra replied with enthusiasm, jumping up and down a little.
"Can we have a bubble bath?" Brisa queried, looking up at her father.
"I want bubbles!" Islu said in agreement, wanting a bubble bath.
"If it's bubbles you want, then bubbles you shall have." Blaytz announced as he grabbed the bottle of bubble bath off of the shelf and opened the cap, helping Brisa and Islu into the tub first.
Blaze and Lyra were able to get into the tub on their own, so they didn't need any help. Islu wanted to watch her father add the bubble bath mix to the water. Since he was sitting on the edge of the tub, Islu wanted to watch him add the bubbles; unfortunately, she stumbled a little and jostled Blaytz' lower right arm, causing more bubble bath mix to spill into the water than was necessary. All four children enjoyed the extra bubbles, but Blaytz didn't.
"Oh, oh no no no no!" Blaytz panicked, tilting the bottle upright and screwing the cap back on.
As the water rose higher, the bubbles got higher; it wasn't long before Blaytz nearly lost sight of his and your children. After turning the water off, he placed the bottle of bubble bath back on the shelf. The sounds of four laughing children accompanied by splashing around echoed off of the bathroom walls. As long as you didn't see what was going on, everything would be okay.
"Is everyone okay?" Blaytz asked after a moment, sitting on the edge of the tub.
A chorus of 'yeses' came from the mountain of bubbles in the bathtub. Blaytz sighed in relief, thankful that his four young children were alright. Right as he was sighing in relief, the bathroom door opened.
"Hey Blaytz, I decided to- Oh my gosh! Blaytz! What did you do?!" You shrieked when you saw the mountain of bubbles in the bathtub.
"Y/n! It's not what it looks like!" Blaytz yelped in surprise, nearly falling into the tub when he saw you.
"What happened?" You demanded in a fake firm tone, fighting the urge to smile; you weren't happy about all the bubbles, but you thought that it was kind of funny.
"I'm sorry, Y/n. It was an accident." Blaytz answered in a guilty tone, lowering his feelers.
"I made daddy put more bubbles in the bath!" Islu added proudly from somewhere amongst the bubbles.
"Yes, I can see that." You said as you covered your mouth with one of your hands in a failed attempt to stifle your laughter.
Blaze, Lyra, Brisa and Islu enjoyed playing in the mountain of bubbles. After a moment, you were full blown laughing, unable to hold your laughter back; it was just so funny. Blaytz was confused at first, but then smiled after a moment from the sound of your laughter. He gazed at you with a loving look in his eyes; you were just so cute when you laughed. Since you were feeling rested enough, you decided to hang out in the bathroom with your husband and children, offering to help dry them off after their bath.

~ Gyrgan ~
While Gyrgan was taking a nap on one of the couches in the living room and you were out with your best friends, Adu, Gemma and Gavin decided to have a little fun. Being a mother of three could be stressful, so you decided to go out and have some fun, knowing that your children would be alright. Adu recently saw a video online where someone drew a cats' nose and whiskers on their face, so he wanted to try it on his father. While Adu got the step stool out of the kitchen, Gemma held the marker and Gavin kept an eye on their father. Once Adu returned to the living room, he placed the step stool where he needed it.
"Here’s the marker." Gemma whispered as she handed the black marker to her big brother.
Adu nodded his head and smiled, silently thanking his younger sister. He carefully opened the marker as he stepped up on the step stool, leaning over his father. Gyrgan was a very heavy sleeper, so Adu knew that he wasn't going to wake up from the feeling of being drawn on. Gemma and Gavin watched as Adu drew on their father's face, both of them trying not to giggle.
"Shhhh." Adu shushed as he glanced back at his younger brother and sister.
Gemma and Gavin covered their mouths with their hands, trying as hard as they could not to laugh. Adu went back to drawing whiskers across his father’s cheeks, being as careful as he could to draw them straight. Once he was finished, Adu put the cap back on the marker, stepped back down onto the floor and gave the marker back to Gemma. Gemma and Gavin went to go put the black marker away while Adu took the step stool back to the kitchen.
_______________
Gyrgan woke up from his nap shortly before you came home, completely unaware that he had been drawn on. He checked on Adu, Gavin and Gemma who were in the playroom, smiling when he saw them quietly playing. When you came home, Gyrgan was there to greet you. He was happy that you had a fun day out, but when you saw the black cats' nose and whiskers drawn on his face, you had a hard time keeping your laughter down.
"What's so funny?" Gyrgan queried, wondering why you were laughing.
"It's nothing." You snickered, covering your mouth with one of your hands.
"If it wasn't 'nothing', you wouldn't be laughing." Gyrgan pointed out, a look of confusion crossing his face.
"I'm sorry! It's just that you have a kitty nose and whiskers!" You snorted, giggling as you looked up at him.
"What?" Gyrgan asked awkwardly, his ears swiveling back a little.
"Here, let me show you." You said, taking your phone out of your pocket and turning on the camera app, setting it to selfie.
Gyrgan leaned down as you held your phone up, the screen facing him. His eyes widened when he saw that somebody had drawn on his face; he was absolutely shocked. How did he not feel someone drawing on his face?
"By Willow! Who would do something like this?!" Gyrgan asked in a shocked tone; he had absolutely no idea who would've drawn on his face during his nap.
"Where are the kids?" You questioned as a thought crossed your mind, your mother's intuition kicking in.
"They're in the playroom, playing… I'm going to go talk to them." Gyrgan said, remembering how quiet his and your kids had been playing when he checked on them; they were definitely the culprits.
You watched as your husband stood up straight and turned around, walking in the direction of the playroom. You pressed the home button on your phone before heading to the bathroom to freshen up. On your way there, you couldn't help but laugh a little; you weren't expecting your kids to draw on their father's face while he was taking a nap. As it turned out, Adu accidentally used a marker that would be hard to wash off from skin, so Gyrgan would have a cats' nose and whiskers on his face for a while.

~ Trigel ~
After Trigel brought Astrid and Veldar home from school, they both wanted to go outside and play. Taj, who was only three, wanted to go out and play with his older brother and sister when they came home. You were in the kitchen, getting something for you and your wife to eat, while Trigel waited in the living room. Astrid decided to ask Trigel first if she and her younger siblings could go play outside. Dinner would be soon, but they really wanted to go out and play.
"Can I, Veldar and Taj go play outside?" Astrid politely asked Trigel.
"Go ask your mother, first." Trigel replied, smiling at her and your oldest child.
Astrid nodded before turning around and walking to the kitchen. Veldar and Taj were in the playroom, waiting for their older sister to come get them. Astrid smiled when she saw you standing in front of a counter, putting some ice cubes in a couple of cups.
"Mama, can Veldar, Taj and me go out to play?" Astrid queried, looking up as she stood next to you.
"Go ask your mom." You answered, looking down at your daughter.
"But I already did." Astrid told you, pouting a little.
"Still, go ask your mom." You responded, wanting to make sure that Trigel was okay with her and your kids going out to play before dinner.
Astrid let out a quiet sigh before walking back to the living room. She really wanted to go out and play with her siblings before dinner. You watched as your daughter left the kitchen before proceeding to put the ice tray back into the freezer.
"Mom, can me, Taj and Veldar go play outside?" Astrid asked Trigel once again, hoping for the go ahead.
"Go ask your mother." Trigel, who was reading something on her holopad, told Astrid once again.
"But I just did." Astrid whined, feeling a little frustrated.
"Go ask her again." Trigel replied, looking up at her and your daughter.
Astrid let out a long, loud sigh before turning around and walking to the kitchen again. She was getting agitated after being told to 'go ask her mom' over and over again; it was becoming an endless loop. And, just as expected, you told her to go ask Trigel again. Astrid was getting frustrated, but after you went to the living room, you and Trigel agreed that it would be alright for Astrid, Veldar and Taj to go play outside, as long as they came back in on time. Astrid was elated when she finally got the answer she wanted, and thankful for not being stuck in an almost 'go ask her mom' loop.
