Misty knocked hard on Leaf's bedroom door.

"Leaf! Are you there?" The redhead knocked again.

"Leaf!"

She could hear some shuffling behind the door. Suddenly the door opened just slightly and Leaf was behind it, her shoulders bare and her hair stuck to her sweaty face. "Who is it?"

Misty gasped. "Is Gary inside?"

"Shhh!" Leaf put her hand over her mouth. She pushed Misty away. "Give me one minute. Stay there!"

Misty sighed. She tightened the knot of her fluffy pink short robe to hide the max of her skin. She hates when she goes to see Leaf wearing nothing but her robe and finds Gary inside. It's really embarrassing.

Plus, he had his own apartment. Why come to Leaf's room in dorms during weekdays and give her higher chances of getting in trouble? Visitors were allowed on weekends and guys can get in without issues.

The door opened again. It was Leaf and she wasn't naked this time.

"Is there someone on the corridor?"

"No."

The door opened wider and Gary got out, zipping his leather black jacket.

"Hi Misty. Nice clothes." Gary grinned at the redhead. "Why is your face all orange? Isn't it too early for Halloween?"

"IT'S A BEAUTY FACEMASK YOU BASTARD!"

"Shhh!" Leaf kept pushing him. "Don't make her mad!"

"Fine! Fine!" Gary chuckled and made his way quickly to the stairs.

Leaf turned to look at Misty. The latter snapped. "It's a turmeric facemask and it's good for my acne!"

"I'm not judging you." Leaf tried not to laugh.

"Sure you're not." Misty shoved Leaf away and got in her bedroom.

Leaf closed the door and followed Misty inside. She found her staring deeply at the bed.

She looked up. "Can I sit here? Is it safe?"

"Don't be silly, Misty."

Misty chose to sit on the desk chair. Leaf sat on the bed instead. "You're not wearing underwear."

Misty gasped. "Is it obvious?"

"Close your legs."

The redhead crossed her legs and pulled down at her robe. "I have a problem."

Leaf hugged her pillow. She looked excited.

Misty shook her head. "It's not that, nope. Just forget about it."

"You're eighteen!"

"I said forget about it!" Misty sighed.

"But-but!" Leaf jumped on her bed. "Aaaash!"

"Stop it!"

"Is he hinting?"

"No—I said stop it!"

Leaf gasped. "He does!"

"No, he doesn't!" Misty rolled her eyes.

"But let's face it, Misty." Leaf finally sat on her bed. "Ash is eighteen, okay?"

"That's what I've heard."

"He's never ever slept with a girl before."

"I get it."

"And you're his girlfriend and he likes you."

"At least that's what I think."

Leaf rolled her eyes. She lay down on her bed. "Don't you think that it's not fair?"

"Are you trying to say that he's dating me only for the sex?"

"Not that! But most his friends are probably sleeping with girls, so..."

"Wait a minute." It hit Misty like an arrow. "Does this mean he could be looking somewhere else for a girl who'd sleep with him?"

Leaf remained silent for a moment. She said, "It doesn't sound like something Ash would do but my mom says guys can't be trusted one hundred percent because they have dicks."

Misty froze in her spot.

"Are you alright?"

Misty closed her eyes. "Now I get it!"

"What's the matter?"

"Do you remember Serena?"

"Serena?" Leaf narrowed her eyes. "The stupid girl from high school?"

"Well, she isn't really that stupid!" Misty sounded very mad. "She's going around Ash! Lending him books and smiling her dirty one so she can win his heart!"

"I wouldn't really worry about Ash when it comes to that." Leaf cocked her head. "Except if she gets naked in front of him and throws him a condom..."

"I want this girl AWAY from my boyfriend!"

"Do you think she's a virgin?"

"I don't care! I just want her away from Ash."

"Calm down, Misty." Leaf chuckled a bit. "She can smile as much as she wants. Smiles aren't going to get Ash. He's too busy reading and eating."

Misty glared.

"And, well, making out with you." Leaf giggled. "Is he cuddly like he looks?"

"Can you take this more seriously? I really feel threatened." Misty didn't read and she didn't like reading. She had nothing to do with literature. She thought Serena was more compatible with Ash as they shared the same passions.

Leaf shook her head. "I knew he shouldn't have gotten his braces taken off. He's gotten way too sexy."

"It's not funny." Misty pouted. "Serena is in the same major as Ash."

"That's bad."

"I know! She reads!"

Leaf stared at Misty for a moment. She asked, "Do you love him?"

"W-what do you mean?"

"You're shivering, shouting and probably thinking of murdering Serena. Are you in love with Ash?"

Misty didn't respond.

"Awww." Leaf smiled sweetly.

"Can we talk more seriously about this?"

"Misty, I get you feel threatened and protective of Ash, but maybe Serena is just his friend." Leaf sighed. "You can't stop him from having female friends. He needs friends. You know Gary has a lot of female friends."

"I know, but..."

"But?"

"Ash is mine." Misty rubbed her bare thighs.

Leaf giggled loudly and slapped her friend's thigh. "Sure he is; all flesh and bones." She said in a lower voice, "Especially flesh, huh? He's got a lot of that."

Misty glared.

"Do you still have some of the turmeric facemask? Gary is spending the night with Ash drinking beer and talking about stupid manly stuff so no FaceTime for me tonight. I can look ugly."

Leaf watched with amused looks as Misty walked out of her room.

"Wait a minute!" Misty quickly walked back in. "Gary is spending the night with Ash? He didn't tell me! He should have told ME!"
