At the far side of town I stopped by a bar. Probably very stereotypical for a vampire to be picking a drunken idiot as food but I'm really hungry and plus they normally don't remember anything so it makes it all the more easier.

As I walk in and sit at the bar, I begin to scan the room for a good prey. My vampire side starts kicking in as my eyes took in the sights of a slightly older gentlemen who was sitting on his lonesome at the other side of the bar. As his eyes glared at me giving me an alluring smirk, I could feel the hunger ripping my insides apart and I couldn't take it anymore. The man staggered towards me he sat on the stool beside me. As he leaned in closer and closer to me, I really didn't want to give into my hunger but there was no choice.

I either fed from this man or I would end up killing innocent people and that was not an option.

I leaned over and whispered into his ear, "Meet me outside" The overwhelming rancid smell of alcohol was being overpowered by the smell of his blood pumping through his veins.

I got up and gave him a sexy, seducing look, enticing him to come and follow me, outside into the dark alleyway.

I hid amongst the shadows making it almost impossible to see me standing their as all vampires have the ability to disappear into the darkness, making easier for us to feed on the weak.

"H...h..hey," The drunken man stammered. "W...wait...up."

The thirst for blood was driving me insane and my vampire side started taking over me. As the man walked closer towards me, I attacked him, sending him into the wall. He tumbled to the ground with a loud thump.

He looked up at me in fear as I approached him thirstily when my fangs started to extract. I grabbed him by the neck holding him a few feet away from the ground.

"You shouldn't have came near a monster like me," I sneered at him.

"W..what ar..." I cut him off and gripped his neck harder.

"I'm the thing you should mostly fear," I sniggered. "A vampire!"

Before the drunk could even react to what I said my teeth had already clashed against his neck. My teeth digging into him harder as the red delicious liquid poured into my mouth. I didn't have any self control.

He tried to push me away but he had no physical strength left in him as I drained the everlasting drops of blood left in his body. I let go of him and he fell to the ground. I backed away from the lifeless man. I could feel myself regaining control once again.

I didn't mean to kill him, I just meant to take a few drops of blood. I knew I should have drank earlier, this always ends up happening, when I become very hungry I have no control over my actions as I don't want the blood to stop. I hate it! I just wanted to get out of here and forgot all about tonight. My guilt started flooding through me. This man had a life, a family and I took it away from him. It doesn't make me any better than Damian.

As I turned to walk away, an approving clap began to pound my ears. I turned to look at where it was coming from. I looked at him closely. A vampire. He had dark ruffled hair and was dressed in a simple yet hot outfit that made him appear very attractive. He had a big grin smeared across his face as I looked at him in curiosity.

"Who the hell are you?" I grumbled.

"Let's just say I'm a friend," he chuckled as he walked past me and walked away.

"Well maybe I don't want a friend," I said loudly.

He didn't say anything as he turned around and gave me an amused look and walked away. I wiped away the blood that was dribbling down my chin with my sleeve. I better get back to the apartment and get cleaned up.
