As the brunette girl steps inside the tattoo shop that she adored so much, she sees her boss sitting on his little unorganized desk, that was filed with papers she drew on some designs and pictures of animals and other things, which she hoped her boss liked them.

As she approached him, she walked towards him from behind so he wouldn't see her, as he was too focused on the drawings.

She took a nice breath and yelled. "Hi Sam!"

The middle aged man looked like he was caught doing some drugs that nobody knows he's doing them, he turned around looking at the brunette that currently made him jump from his seat.

"Kiddo what the hell were you thinking?" The owner of the tattoo shop asked with wide eyes.

The artist started to uncontrollably giggle at the sight of her boss being scared like the hundredth time.

"I was just trying to do the element of surprise Sammy." She mischievously said.

Sam raised his eyebrows at the brunette girl, but there was still some amusement held in his eyes.

"Well don't do it on me, I'm an old man now and i can easily get heart attacks." He said jokingly, and half seriously.

"Yeah? Well I'll remember next time." She smiles knowing she wouldn't.

Her job is full of that kind of stuff, everyday when she walks into the tattoo shop, she'd feel like home, because it reminds her of the days when she used to draw everything she sees taking it by wonder and admiration. She definitely missed those days when she was a kid.

Sam is her lovable boss, he seems to look like he's tough, cold, or doesn't care less, but in reality he's the most sweetest person she knows. He cares about her as if she was a part of his own family, he's like a father to her, so that's what makes him so special.

She worked at the shop for almost two years, doing what she loved the most; drawing.

Drawing is the only thing that makes the brunette sane, that makes her live in her own world, like if she ever had a bad day, she simply lets it out on a painting that explains all her pain and feelings.

But the only thing that stays inside of her, is the feeling of emptiness.

After her Mom, dad and her brother died in a car accident, she felt like a piece of her heart being ripped out a thousands of times without stopping.

They were taking her little brother back from the theaters, the parents were arguing about some idiotic thing, and while her dad was driving he suddenly saw a truck heading in front of them which caused them to crash.

The crash was pretty hard so there weren't any survivors, and she was in their house painting in her room, waiting patiently for her family to come home.

She sometimes wishes she was with them so they would all die together as a family, or at least be instead of her Brother.

He didn't deserve to die, none of them did, he still had so many things that was waiting ahead in his life, but unfortunately he died too soon.

Even if she doesn't have her parents anymore, she still has Sam. He never fails at being a kind father to her, he does almost everything for her, but it's still wasn't enough.

-----------------------------------

She was behind the cashier desk, organizing some boxes underneath the cashier counter, when she suddenly hears the doorbell of the shop ringing saying that someone had entered.

She got up to see who it was and saw two teenage boys talking to her boss.

One of them had a shaggy hair, tanned skin tone, and a crooked jaw, while the other one had a styled hair, a paled skin, and lots of moles on his face.

She was curious about both of them, what were they doing here, they looked at least like her age which is 17, but not anyone at that age wants to get a tattoo.

As Sam led them to the area where he does the tattoo drawing on customers, the tanned boy sat on the seat and gave Sam a picture of what he wanted him to do on his skin.

"Boy, good thing you drew me a picture." Sam said lifting his eyebrows.

"Hey Scott! Sure you don't want something like this? Too soon? Kay, i don't know, man, you sure about this? These things are pretty permanent, you know?" The pale boy spoke obviously concerned about his friend.

"I'm not changing my mind." The tanned boy who the brunette assumed to be Scott said firmly.

The pale boy huffed. "Okay, but why two bands?"

"I just like it." Scott replied.

"But don't you think your first tattoo should have some sort of meaning, you know or something?" Pale boy threw his hands in the air proving his point.

Scott looked at his friend. "Getting a tattoo means something"

"I don't think that's-"

"He's right. Tattooing goes back thousands of years.  The Tahitian word tatau means leave a mark. Like a rite of passage." Sam interrupted him by saying his own personal opinion.

"Yeah, you see? He gets it."

"He's covered in tattoos, Scott. Literally." the boy with moles said.

As Crystal thought that was a little judge mental, she approached them making herself known in the room.

"What's that supposed to mean?" The brunette artist said rising her eyebrows.

The boys looked at her like she had two heads, they didn't notice her since they got into the tattoo shop. Like if she was invisible or not real.

As Stiles looked like he'v been caught like a dear in a headlight, he still couldn't resist to admire how beautiful she is.

The sarcastic boy was still in his bubble of trance, Scott tried to get him out of it, so he cleared his throat to let Stiles unfrozen.

Stiles quickly shakes his head, and then started to open and close his mouth repeatedly trying to figure out what to say.

"Uhh, umm well, I didn't mean anything bad or s-something. It's just i was proving out that he has a lot of tattoos.... Not that there's anything wrong with it! Like anyone can have a lot of tattoos on their body! On their Arm, Leg, chest, nose or even on their butt--"

"Stiles!" Scott immediately stopped his idiot of a friend for continuing his sentence, and from letting him keep embarrassing himself more than that.

"Oh yeah right! Sorry, I didn't mean it like that" Stiles said as he looked at the brunette.

Crystal found the situation very amusing, so she chuckled while replying, " No it's okay, i get what you mean now."

Stiles finds himself smiling at the mysterious girl for some odd reason.

The tattoo artist didn't find anything of what the pale skinned boy said offensive, so he changed the subject. "Ok, you ready? You uhm, ain't got any problems with needles do ya?"

"Nope." Scott replied his question while getting himself ready.

"I tend to get a little squeamish though so.."

Suddenly there was a thud onto the floor, so everyone looked down to see Stiles knocked down on the cold soiled floor.

"Oh Boy." Scott muttered.

"Well I'd go get a bucket full of cold water while you guys just get the tattoo done with."
