Anxiety, depression, trying to not be hard on yourself, your mind screaming, trying to calm yourself down, being kind and reasonable and comforting to yourself... fighting with yourself is hard.

Honestly, I'm very proud of this one. I can see how far I've come. I'm excited to find out what else I will be able to do.
