{I'm probably not going to be able to update as much after tomorrow, or maybe I will be. You never know.}
Morgan POV-
After a few more hours of walking, my stomach was growling like a bitch and I was beginning to regret giving the last of my water to that pink haired twelve year old.
Looking around, I groaned at the now setting sun.
"Four days and only a little bit of water and some damn biscuits..." I grumbled, clutching my stomach.
Wordsworth hissed from around my neck in what I assumed was a tired way and I sighed as I pet his little black head. "Yeah, I know buddy. I'm tired too. You just get some sleep, kay?"
His tongue flickered against my jaw for a moment before he rested his head back down and coiled a little tighter.
Sighing again (wow I feel emo with all the sighing I've been doing lately), I began to hum 'You Are My Sunshine' as I continued to walk.
I wasn't paying much attention to where I was going, until my boots suddenly hit clean cut stone.
Furrowing my brow, I looked up to find myself at the base of a tall tower. Before me stood a door and I crossed my fingers as I dashed up to it, praying with all my heart that it was unlocked and someone inside had food or water.
My first prayer was answered as I pulled one side of the door open, but my heart fell as I walked into an empty room.
There were balconies connected to the walls way high up that had doorways that led further into the tower, but there was no way I could get up there.
On the wall between the two balconies, though, was a poster with what I assumed to be some sort of instructions written on it, but it was written in a damn Asian language that I couldn't fucking read!
"Damn Weasel not making me be able to fucking read this damn language...!" I growled, walking forward and sitting against the wall beneath the poster.
Well, at least this place is warm... I mumbled to myself with a yawn. Exhaustion is a bitch.
I had the sense to grab one of my guns before I felt myself drifting off.
I wasn't sure for how long I was asleep, but a soft shake on my shoulder and a familiar little voice was what woke me up.
"Cursing-san." The voice breathed, shaking my shoulder. "Cursing-san, wake up!"
I jumped and snapped my eyes open, immediately pointing my gun at whoever woke me. My breathing was heavy and it took me a moment to realize that it was Pinkie standing above me.
She smiled down at me and I set my gun down to smiled back. "Hey, Pinkie! You got your shit together!" I said with a smile as I looked at the two boys behind her.
She laughed a bit and grabbed my hand to help pull me up. I was about a foot taller than all three of them.
"Sakura-chan, who's she?" The blonde asked in a slightly whiney tone. The black haired kid's eyes widened in recognition. "You're the one who called Orochimaru 'Oreo'..."
I grinned cheekily and tucked away my gun. "Guilty as charged."
Pinkie... or Sakura, I'm guessing, turned to look at the two boys and waved in my general direction. "Naruto, Sasuke-kun, this is... uh..."
"Morgan." I cut in. "Morgan Donnelly."
Sakura nodded in greeting and turned back to the boys. "She helped me with you two after our run in with Orochimaru."
Sasuke 'hn'ed and narrowed his dark eyes up at me while Naruto looked around.
"Hey, Cursing-san. Where's your team?" He asked in a slightly frustrated voice.
I shrugged. "I don't get why you people keep asking about teams or some shit, but I don't have one. I'm not a fucking ninja."
Sasuke's eyes widened as he stared at me. "Then how the hell are you here?" He asked in a voice that seemed like he was trying to be emotionless, but he was failing slightly.
I sighed in exasperation. "I saw a big ass fence, I climbed it, walked through this Forest of Death or whatever shit you call it, got to this place, took a fucking nap, and here we are." I explained. "Happy? For fuck's sake, this is the second time I've had to explain myself to a ten year old."
The black haired boy clenched his jaw. "Twelve." He growled and I waved him off. "Yeah yeah, same difference."
Turning around, I pointed at the poster I'd been sitting beneath. "Can one of you little shits tell me what that says?"
Sakura glanced up at me in confusion. "How old are you, Morgan-san?"
"Eighteen." I replied, running a hand through my short brown hair.
Naruto sputtered and began trying not to laugh. "You're eighteen and you can't read? Hahaha!"
I scowled and punched him on the top of his head. "No, I fucking can't read your damn language! The only reason I can speak it is because of the Weasel! Gah! He did some shit to my brain with his freaky red and black swirly eyes, but did he think to let me read your damn language? No, no he did fucking not!"
I sighed and rubbed my temples. "Just read me the damn poster shit thing."
Sakura squinted up at the thing then turned to the boys. "This is probably about the scrolls. I think they're telling us how to open up the scrolls."
I raised an eyebrow. "They? Who's they? And what are you talking about, scrolls?"
My questions were left unanswered as the three kids took out two scrolls and grabbed their edges. "Alright... Let's open them up!" Naruto exclaimed.
Simultaneously, Sakura and Naruto opened the scrolls. Nearly a second later, smoke began to rise from their surfaces and Sasuke shouted at his teammates to let the scrolls go.
The three ninja kids got into ready stances as the smoke thickened, and I took that as a sign to get out my gun.
As the smoke began to dissipate, a figure was left standing where the scrolls had been thrown.
My eyes widened. "Fuck, a dude just popped out of fucking nowhere!" I shouted, aiming my gun. I almost pulled the trigger when Naruto jumped at me and Sakura and Sasuke began to pull down on my arms.
"Morgan-san, stop!" The pinkette exclaimed.
"Yeah, Cursing-san!" Naruto shouted, squeezing his arms around my middle. "Iruka-sensei's cool!"
"FUCKERS, GET OFF OF ME! I DONT HAVE THE FUCKING ENERGY TO CARRY YOUR ASSES AROUND!" I growled down at them, trying to shake them off.
From around my neck, Wordsworth woke up and hissed at the three kids, baring his fangs menacingly.
Sakura shrieked and let go immediately, followed by Naruto, then Sasuke.
I backed away from them, pointing my gun at all three.
"Don't... Mess with us...!" I growled, panting slightly. I was starting to feel light headed from lack of water and food.
Wordsworth hissed again and the children backed up a little further.
For a moment I completely forgot about the man behind me, and that was a mistake that cost me dearly.
I felt a blow hit me in the back of my head, and instantly my consciousness faded.

Wordsworth POV-
The man struck Morgan in the back of the head, and she jolted before falling face first to the ground.
'DAMN YOU!' I hissed to the man, knowing that he wouldn't understand me. If only Snake were here to translate for me!
I slithered onto Morgan's back and reared my body back and bared my fangs menacingly as the man reached down to grab her.
I couldn't let anything happen to this human. Not only was she my friend, but she was also my master's mate.
I'm fast. My venom is some of the deadliest in the world. I can most definitely take down this human if he tries to harm my master's mate.
'Come closer! I dare you!' I hissed at him, my venom dripping down my fangs.
I could hear the rappid heartbeats of the three young ones behind me and taste their fear in the air. However, the one that smelled darker than the rest stepped forward towards Morgan's unresponsive body. I could smell determination dripping from him, as well as fear.
I turned my body towards him and lunged at his outstretched hand when he got too close.
I realized my mistake a second too late.
I whipped my head back to the adult human just as a cloth sack scooped me up.
I thrashed about inside it, trying desperately to return to my master's mate, but the bag was suddenly thrown to the ground.
My small skull hit stone and before I could stop it, I blacked out.
{I feel like this one sucked, like, a lot. I've been wanting to do a Wordsworth POV, but I think I botched it up. School starts tomorrow, blah...}
