Adrian/Chat Noir's POV
It was Tuesday, and school was just about to start. I sat down. "Hey, Nino. What's up?" I gave him a loud high five.

"Yo, bro! Just chillin'," he replied.

"Hey, Mari! Your necklace is do cool! Can I see?" Alya asked.

"Huh?! No!" she exclaimed surprised. "Oh Alya. It was you asking. Sorry. Of course you can see it." I inwardly chuckled at her. She really does love that necklace.

"No way!!! Are these real? The rubies are so pretty." Alya started to turn the necklace around, but before she could Marinette snatched it back. "Sorry, Mari."

"It's my fault, but I would rather you don't look at the back."

"Do you have a secret boyfriend, Mari?" Alya said while raising her eyebrows.

"Maybe. I can't tell you." She stared at the floor. I know the feeling. I hate lying to Nino but for right now it is for the better.

"It's alright, girl. I understand."

"Thanks Alya!" She hugged her tight.

"Alright class, please to turn to page 113 in your history textbooks," our teacher said.

Time skip
Marinette's POV
"Hey Marinette. You have a new necklace I see. How cute. I wonder who gave it to you." Chloe pestered.

"That is none of you business, Chloe." I shot back.

"Um! My daddy is the mayor..."

"We all know Chloe. Your father is the mayor of Paris. That has nothing to do with my private life." I interrupted.

"Ugh! You brat!" she squealed.

"It's just common sense," I said plainly. I walked away and took a deep breath. I turned my necklace around and sigh happily. Oh, Kitty. You're so cute. I love you.

"Hey, Marinette! How are you? Great job with Chloe," someone snickered. I quickly turned around, and there was Adrian. He was 3 inches from my face.

"Uhhhh...I am doing great. Thanks." I took two steps back very uncomfortably. I threw in a nervous laugh just because.

"Oh sorry about that." He scratched the back of his neck.

"It's alright. No damage done."

"Ring!!!" The bell sounded.

"We better get to class," I said.

Time pass again.

"The day is done! Yay!!!" I exclaimed. "But so much homework!" I realized.

"Girl, you can get it done I promise!" Alya encouraged me.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!" I heard screaming. Oh no! I can't turn into ladybug. Chat can help these people though.

" Get out of here Alya!" I yelled. "I will meet you at my place ok?"

"You got it, girl. Be careful though!" She ran away as fast as she could.

Even though I am not ladybug anymore, I still need to help people. I ran from person to person helping them get up and rushing them to shelter. Every single one of them had a symbol on their forehead. It was like a smudge of paint. A very precise placed smudge.

"Ladybug! Help me!" Chloe cried out. I approached her.

"Yes, Ladybug. Do please come out." A voice said. That must be the akumatized citizen. "You will pay Chloe!!!" Of course. Chloe caused this. Not surprised.

"Hey, leave Chloe alone!" I yelled.

"Do you know what she has done?! She deserves what's coming to her," the girl said. She was all tie dye, even her skin. It was just red, yellow, and blue everywhere. "Ya!" she said. Some kind of tie dye spray came out from her headband. That's must be what is on everyone's forehead. I covered my face with my hands. I felt someone push me out of the way and came on top of me. I opened my eyes, and Chat was on top of me. 

"Chat! Thank goodness your here! I think the akuma is in her head band!"

"Thanks, princess," he saluted. He got off of me and helped me up. "Where's Ladybug? She should be here by now." I'm sorry, Chat. I failed you. Chat charged towards the akumatized girl. He fought her with his baton while she fought back with her headband. She took it off her head and used it like a whip. It also somehow took the composition of a steel beam. This was going to be tough. I tried as much as I could to help. I created distractions and diversions so Chat could get closer to the girl.

A red blue flew across my line of vision. The blur stood next to Chat, and said,"Sorry I took so long to get here. I was halfway across the city."

"That's ok. M' lady." It was Ladybug? She looked legit. She had the miraculous in her ears and everything. The suit looked exactly the same as mine, but her hair and face were much different. She was a blond with white skin. "What happened to you LB? You look a lot different."

"I am the new and improved Ladybug. The other Ladybug is gone. I don't know what happened to her, but I received her miraculous about 3 weeks ago." That's when they disappeared. I thought. This is the new Ladybug. I am just a thing of the past now. I blinked back the tears in my eyes. I need to focus at the task at hand. Since my leg was now fully healed, I could do this. I front-handspringed toward the akumatized girl and grabbed her headband. "Ladybug! Heads up!" I threw the headband at her, and thankfully she caught it.

"No! Minions! Get them!" Suddenly all the people with those tie dye spots on their head came out and charged at us.

"Look out!" Ladybug cried! She tried to fend off the mind controlled citizens. Tie dye took advantage of this and snatched the headband back. "Lucky charm!" And out of the sky dropped a polkadotted mirror. (This is so original!!!) "What am I supposed to do with this?" I could see her use her Ladybug vision to see what to do.

I wanted to help her out and said to chat,"Chat! Take out that billboard!" I pointed to a billboard with a Geico advertisement on it.

"Got it. Cataclysm!" Black orbs circled his right claw. He ran up the building and ran his claws on the base of the sign. It fell directly onto Tie Dye. Just as I thought she commanded all of the people to hold up the board for her so she couldn't get crushed. She shot one of her paintballs at my forehead and it hit me straight in the face. I closed my eyes waiting for the voice of the one controlling me. But it never came.

"Huh?" Then I knew she had to mind control me through waves. She put her hands to her head and concentrated. "Ladybug! Now!" She nodded. She stood in from of me and held the mirror out. The mind waves bounced off the mirror and was turned back to Tie Dye. She was very confused. Ladybug ripped the headband from her grasp and ripped the fabric in half. The black butterfly flew out as fast as it could trying I escape.

"Quick! Capture the akuma!" I commanded. I didn't want her to make the same mistake as I did the first time.

"Time to de-evilize!" She threw her yoyo at the akuma and cleansed it. "Miraculous Ladybug!" She yelled tossing the mirror into the air, putting everything in its rightful place and returning the akumatized villisn back to normal.

"Pound it!" That used to be Chat and me. A single tear slid down my cheek. I wiped it away quickly.

I walked over to Ladybug and whispered,"I need to talk to your kawmi, Tikki! Will you let me?" I could tell she was surprised but nodded.

"Come with me." We went to an ally, and she detransformed. I turned around so I couldn't see her. "Tikki, someone wants to talk to you. I will wait over there ok? I think her name is Marinette."

"Marinette?!" I heard her cute voice say.

"You can talk as long as you would like." She told me.

I then saw Tikki right in my palms. "Oh Tikki! I miss you so much. I thought I had lost you. The miraculous disappeared. I haven't seen you since the accident! What happened?"

"Marinette! I am so happy to see you. Master Fu said that your days as Ladybug were over, unfortunately. There is something bigger for you going on though. Thanks for helping out this Ladybug. It means a lot." Tears were streaming down my cheeks.

"I miss you so much. How are my days as ladybug over, Tikki? I..i...I don't know what to do. And something bigger? What does that mean?" I asked.

"I don't know but I think it is going to be good," she replied sweetly.

"One more question before you have to go. Chat and I are in a relationship, and you have always said that the Ladybugs and Chat Noirs have a close relationship. Will that change now that I am not Ladybug?"

"I don't think so Marinette."

"Ok, want a cookie? It might be the last one you will get from me. I will miss you. Treat the new ladybug well."

"Of course! I will do anything I can to help her. I will treat her the same as I did to you."

"I will never forget you Tikki." I kissed her goodbye. "New Ladybug? Transform now and then leave just so that no one suspects anything."

"Okay. Thank you, Marinette. I will always look up to you. Tikki! Spots on! Goodbye!" I heard them leave. I left the ally and sorrowfully made my way home. The sky was dark, and it started to rain.

"Here, princess," a familiar voice said. He was holding out an umbrella for me.

"Thanks, Kitty! Carry me home? I want to tell you something."

"Of course, princess." I held on to him as he jumped from building to building. I felt emotionless as he leaped. I was going to tell him I was the old Ladybug.
