Through the present I, Johan F. Morgan, in front of the notary Joseph Walker, I express my last will and last wish being in perfect use of my mental capacities. I establish so:

1. Jimmy Johnson is the universal heir of all my assets, as well as money in my bank account, being the family home the only good belonging to all my other relatives, in equal parts.

2. The family home cannot be modified, sold or auctioned. If my relatives do not wish to live there, it will become the exclusive property of the good Mrs. Amelia Solomon, widow of my best friend of all time, Frederick Harrison, being free to decide its end. In case she decides to sell it, the money cannot be given to any of my relatives.

3. None of the assets and money in charge of Jimmy Johnson can be exchanged for cash or credit for personal use.

4. Jimmy Johnson cannot share or dispose of any property or inherited money.

5. If desired, the assets and money of the inheritance can be transferred only to the local beneficence, directed by Agatha Edwards.

6. The money and assets of the estate can only be exchanged for medical treatment for the exclusive use of Jimmy Johnson.

7. In case Jimmy Johnson dies, the inheritance and assets will be transferred 98% to the local beneficence, directed by Agatha Edwards, and 2% to Amelia Solomon for her personal use, without prior notification to my family members.

8. The inheritance is not transferable to any of Jimmy Johnson's descendants.

9. If Jimmy Johnson decides to prescind of the inheritance, it will be transferred 98% to the local beneficence, directed by Agatha Edwards, and 2% to Amelia Solomon for her personal use, without prior notification to my relatives.

10. None of my relatives can intervene in any way with the percentage belonging to Amelia Solomon, having full protection by the executor to prevent their theft or any attempt to extract.

11. In the event that Amelia Solomon dies, her share will be transferred only to the local beneficence, directed by Agatha Edwards.

12. If Jimmy Johnson attempts on his life, the inheritance will be revoked from his power and transferred 98% to the local beneficence, by Agatha Edwards, and 2% to Amelia Solomon for personal use.

13. The present testament will be read to all my relatives in the way in which the notary Joseph Walker considers the most opportune to protect the integrity of Mrs. Amelia Solomon.

14. The following note will be read exclusively to Jimmy Johnson, in private, after the reading of the testament:

I know that many thoughts go through your head at this moment, including a huge hatred towards me, that's why I consider it necessary to explain my actions to you.

Your parents were excellent people. Your father had been the most pure individual in the whole family since he was a child. I was proud of him as if he were my own son.

The night I received the news of his death, my mind thought of you. You didn't know me until then, but I knew you perfectly.

Get it clear, I'm not a clown. I know you killed your parents to fight my inheritance. I knew it since your parents informed me that you escaped military service. I saw in you, being a baby, that perversion that Frederick and I had been afraid of since greed entered our families.
