_____
It was fascinating to watch the way those purplish, coarsely textured balls touched water and fizzled out into foams, covering the entire bathtub with it's pretty color and fragrance. Taehyung decided it was something he could do all day.
It also made him wonder why - although being one of the rich and successful idols of the k industry- he hadn't yet experienced bathing with bath bombs and herbal salts?
Maybe earlier he was too busy to indulge himself in small pleasures like these. Taehyung made a mental note to get lots of these when he got back home.
If he got back home that is.
The thought made him sigh in guilt because whatever he was doing right now wasn't exactly leading him anywhere close to going back home and he knew it. He should be trying to escape his kidnapper but here he was.
Before Taehyung could indulge himself more in those thoughts he stood up and stepped out of the small oval bathtub. Reaching out for the fluffy bathrobe hanging from the long handle on the side of the bathroom wall the idol wrapped himself in, sighing out at the soft texture.
Go with the flow Taehyung. He tells himself. Reminds himself. This isn't permanent. Everything will be alright soon. Just... Go with the flow for now. You'll find a way to end this soon. Trust yourself.
Taehyung pulled on the door of his ensuite bathroom and ran a quick gaze across the space that was assigned to him as his new bedroom from that day onwards.
If he was being honest, Taehyung wasn't expecting something like this for his bedroom in this beach house. It had a floor bed similar to the one in the dingy chamber and very few pieces of furniture.
It was left incomplete because Jungkook said he wanted to leave space for Taehyung to add in his own personal touches and the idol felt it was quite thoughtful of him but it's not like he would admit that.
All in all Taehyung ended up liking the room a lot, what with his kidnapper even remembering to add in the soft muslin nets on top of his floor bed, the one that Taehyung had grown to love so much and the few pieces of furniture matched his unique aesthetic sense too.
The cozy room was currently unoccupied save for his own peeking self from the bathroom. Taehyung stepped into the room and slowly made his way towards the bed, where Jungkook said he would be leaving his outfit for that night's special dinner.
Only god knows what made Taehyung accept such an odd condition of the raven head, but it definitely couldn't have been the mental image of Jungkook kneeling in front of him in a collar and a leash, right? Right.
Shrugging off the obscene thought, Taehyung stopped in front of the bed but the very next second his almond eyes split open wide, jaw dropping in utter surprise. A beat passed before his eyes fell on the note next to the outfit and a curse fell from his mouth when he read and reread the words scribbled on it.
'Waiting to see you in this darling but don't keep me waiting for too long.'
× Jk ×
The idol crumpled the note and chucked it away, a wave of shy embarrassment running through his veins. His face flushed pink and his teeth ground together as he contemplated just barging out in his bathrobe and giving the raven head a piece of his mind for making him wear something like this.
But on second thoughts, Taehyung decided against it. He picked up the outfit and inspected it closely. Then he began to dress himself in it, mind running a mile per minute as he curiously wondered how it would feel to try it out for himself.
It made him nervous yet somewhat excited so he put aside his inhibitions and did what he initially intended to do.
Go with the flow.
____________________________________
Jungkook was getting a little impatient.
More than a little impatient actually, he was going crazy. He had run around the space he set up just a few feet away from their house several times, making sure each and everything was looking good for his first dinner date with Taehyung.
He had to make sure everything was perfect, suited his beloved idol's taste and would be a successful venue for creating a memorable evening for the both of them. By far, he was satisfied with what he came up with. The idol's words from earlier ringing in his head loudly.
"Earn it back."
Jungkook really hoped he would.
His watch showed him there were exactly five minutes before Taehyung would be coming out and he quickly sauntered over to the porch where the latter was supposed to meet him.
And just as the clock struck eight the door of the beach house opened, revealing the duo to each other's waiting eyes.
Silence.
Neither of them said a word, time had seemed to stop still as they peered into each other's eyes. A moment far too long to be considered just that, a moment.
"Oh dear..." The raven head let out a whispered breath, eyes hungrily taking in the form that his sirenic love had turned into.
Jungkook knew he had taken a risk, a big risk by asking Taehyung to dress in the outfit he got him and it could potentially scare him away for the rest of his life but seeing him now, Jungkook knew he had made the best decision ever.
Taehyung wasn't any better. If he had looked at himself in the mirror and blushed earlier, right now he was blushing furiously. Jungkook's eyes had changed the moment they fell on him. The regular soft 'heart' eyes he gave the idol were now nowhere to be seen.
Jungkook's eyes looked dark and lustful, like he was suddenly high on aphrodisiacs and the look on his face made Taehyung squirm in his place. It wasn't helping that the raven head looked so sinful himself.
Taehyung broke out of his trance first and quietly walked up to Jungkook, tall stilletos clicking on the pathway. He had always been a natural with carrying heels of that height and somehow Jungkook knew that, seeing as he gave him the perfect size too.
Jungkook was still gazing at him as if he was a star in the sky, as if he was unreal and Taehyung decided he had enough so he lifted his hand and brought it across the raven's cheek, lightly slapping him out of his reverie.
"Ah-ouch!" Jungkook held his cheek, looking up at Taehyung with so much innocence that the latter felt himself melting. "W-what-"
"That was for making me wear this," the idol snapped at him, trying to sound angry when he really wasn't (how could he be?) "and for looking at me like a perv."
"O-oh- right... sorry, i-uh..." Jungkook quickly nodded to himself, taking a good three steps back, away from Taehyung to save his suddenly collapsing heart,"Y-you look- you look-"
Taehyung couldn't help the smile on his lips at the other's stutters. He decided to tease him a little while he still had the chance.
"Hm? I look-? Complete what you're saying~" Taehyung tilted his head and stepped forward to close the gap between them again.
Jungkook froze for a minute before letting out a loud exhale, mentally telling himself that If he wanted this man, he'd have to grow some balls. Now.
"Mesmerizing." The raven completed his previous statement, looking up and into Taehyung's awaiting eyes with more resolve than before,"You look absolutely mesmerizing, Taehyung."
The idol bit his lower lip and looked away, crossing his hands on his chest. God, why was he getting so flustered with the way his name sounded from Jungkook's lips?
"I'm guessing your great plan wasn't just to stand around in the porch all night?" Taehyung huffed, diverting the course of their talk instead of responding to his bold compliment.
"It isn't. It's over there. I'll take you," Jungkook said extending a gentle hand for Taehyung to hold,"if you let me?"
Taehyung hesitated for a feeble second then gave up, holding onto Jungkook's hand as the other began to lead him out of the drive way. They walked in silence as Taehyung looked around the practically empty place.
A soft evening hue was settling upon the sky. The house looked small yet very cozy from the outside and had a small garden patch to the left, fenced with wooden poles and wires. A small archway separated the house from the beach. It had red roses growing all over it.
Jungkook walked the both of them through the arch, looking back with a smile when Taehyung reached out to touch a fresh rose bud with his long fingers, with a look of wonder in his eyes. The whole space was vacant of population. It seemed as though those two were the only two people there.
The idol looked down when his heels dug into the sands of the beach and wondered how he was going to walk further but didn't have to think much since Jungkook was already seeking his permission for something.
"No way," Taehyung flushed red, trying to take a step backwards,"You're not lifting me, No."
"Ah come on, just a few steps?" The raven head chuckled, already inching closer to the blue haired idol but Taehyung was quick to dodge him. He slipped out of his stilletos and held them in his hands, eyes throwing daggers at Jungkook who laughed louder at his actions. "Alright fine, you win. Let's go?"
The duo walked for a few metres more with Taehyung holding the side of his dress and angrily stomping on the soft sands of the beach. Jungkook was following behind with his hands pushed in his pockets and a serene smile playing on his pierced lips.
Suddenly Taehyung's eyes fell on something and he stopped walking, a surprised gasp escaping his mouth as he took in the view in front of him.
"You like it?" Jungkook's was nothing but a whisper next to Taehyung's ear. Taehyung flinched when he realised how close they were standing.
The idol all but nodded, not being able to word the feeling that bloomed inside his chest. No one in his entire life had done something like this for him. Not a single soul and Taehyung was just a man. A man who was growing weaker and weaker for his own kidnapper. This was bad. Very very bad.
Taehyung felt Jungkook join their hands and before he knew it he was being pulled towards the lovely table for two. Jungkook went behind him and pulled a chair out for Taehyung, who moved to sit on it, nervously fiddling with his fingers.
Jungkook was quick to join him on the chair opposite to him, smiling shyly as he cleared his throat.
"I've prepared some drinks for us, uh- you like Summer fruit punch right?"
Taehyung looked down at his own exposed lap from the slit of his dress and nodded again, feeling his heart fill with something he couldn't explain.
"Or, we also have Champagne as an option, if you'd like to have that first-- uh, Taehyung? Is everything alright?" Jungkook looked up in worry when he noticed Taehyung looking down. "wh-what's wrong?"
The idol was quiet. A bit too quiet and it made the ravenette worry.
"Taehyung please talk to me, i-is it something I did? Said?" The ravenette reached out to tuck a stray blue strand behind Taehyung's ear when the latter looked into Jungkook's own hazel eyes.
"Why are you doing this Jungkook? Tell me honestly now, why the fuck are you doing all of this?" His voice was deep and hoarse, yet so vulnerable. Then he begins yelling.
"First you kidnap me, keep me captive in some dungeon for weeks, then suddenly buy me a house and take me out for dinner?? What are you thinking god damn it!? Why can't I figure you out? Why won't you tell me-"
"Calm down, first." Jungkook tried to coax the elder in a sweet voice,"I'll tell you everything. I won't confuse you with my intentions anymore, okay? Just listen to me?"
"I know you have questions and the reason I took you here was to answer all of them Mr. V." Jungkook continued, exhaling a puff of air as he saw the sun begin to disappear beyond the horizon.
Taehyung stared at Jungkook with bated breath.
"I want you to give me a chance. Just a chance, is all I'm asking." The ravenette told him, eyes begging.
"Wh-what chance?"
"To love you. In the proper way." Jungkook answers again, getting bolder,"And to make you fall for me."
Taehyung couldn't say he didn't already know that his kidnapper was trying to woo him, but hearing it directly from Jungkook caused a tingle to shoot through his spine.
"And what if I don't-?" He asked the younger boy, sceptically"what if i never fall in love with you?"
"Then..." The raven seemed to think for a moment before speaking out his words, loud and clear,"Then I'll let you go back to Seoul."
That, seemed to stun the idol enough to become positively speechless.
Was this guy for real?
Was he really going to let Taehyung go back home after everything he did to have him?
Just like that?
Taehyung didn't believe that. He couldn't believe that. No, it wasn't possible. Jungkook had to be lying to him, using one of his wooing tactics to make Taehyung fall for him. That had to be it. That was it.
"And what if... I end up- what if we end up--"
"Falling in love?" Jungkook completed his sentence, smiling knowingly,"then it's simple, we live here. Together, forever."
"You're crazy Jungkook. Absolutely crazy! You know it doesn't work like that, don't you?" Taehyung stood up from his chair and slammed both his hands on the table in fury," I just can't quit my entire life in the industry and come here to live here with you!"
"Does that mean you're already considering it?" was Jungkook's only response, eyes full of hope and love for the other which just made Taehyung angrier. He doesn't even know why he said that instead of straight up rejecting the other.
"Oh stop that, you know i won't. I could never fall for you!" the blue haired boy snapped, glaring at Jungkook in annoyance but the latter only stood up and stared back with equal amounts of challenge in his eyes.
"Just give me a month. One month to prove it."
"And what after that?"
"If I fail i already promised you, I'll let you go and won't bother you ever again."
Taehyung found it difficult to believe that guy but somehow his mind told him to take a break and think things through sagely.
So he sat back down on his chair and began to brainstorm. He knew very well that his kidnapper could be manipulating him right now and he wasn't going to fall for his snares that easily. Jungkook must be absolutely delusional to think Taehyung would sacrifice his life for him.
Yet a part told him that if he played along with the other he'd have a higher chance at getting out of this unscathed. Maybe if he pretended to fall for Jungkook he could trick and distract the boy enough to find a way to get out of this? Yes he'll have to do that. It was the only solution he had for now. He'll have to pretend he believed him.
Taehyung knew Jungkook was waiting for an answer.
"Alright, fine. I'll give you a month." The idol said, noticing the look of pure happiness fill the ravenette's bright eyes." But you have to hold up your promise if it doesn't work, yeah?"
"Sure I will. One thing about me, Mr. V, is that I'd never lie to you." Jungkook told him, looking so hopeful that Taehyung almost felt bad for him. Almost.
"Fine, can we begin eating now? Cause I'm starving." The idol said picking up his glass of fruit punch and taking a sip. It was delicious.

The duo spent a few hours just talking and eating together by the beautiful seaside. After they had finished drinking, Jungkook had gone down to the kitchen and brought over some Korean dishes that he claimed to have cooked himself.
Taehyung had let out an impressed hum after tasting each dish on the platter, making Jungkook scratch his head in embarrassment.
"Where's Yoongi? Haven't seen him around today." The idol commented, noting the other boy's absence.
"He left." The raven shrugged, biting into his barbequed pork.
"Left?"
"Yeah. He was supposed to help me only until this point. His work is done now so he left... To go home."
Taehyung hummed, now more curious about the two boys and their relationship.
"Who is Yoongi to you?" He asked placing his own fork back on the plate."A friend or...?"
"Yes but we're also related. He's like... A distant cousin? I'm not sure, but we're really close since we were children. We'd only had each other in the orphanage." Jungkook answered, reminiscing their days as children.
That answered a lot of questions as to why Yoongi helped Jungkook with something so illegal by wait, Orphanage?
"Is that where you grew up? In an orphanage?" Taehyung asked in awe, although it was pretty obvious with what the younger just said.
"Yep, we did." Jungkook nodded back.
"So you don't have any idea who your parents are--oops. I-im sorry that was-"
"No, it's okay." Jungkook interrupted the apologetic boy with a shake of his head," I understand. You don't know what it's like to be an Orphan because you haven't met one before, have you?"
Taehyung agreed with an embarrassed sigh. He was always the lucky one, born to two loving parents who supported him in everything he did. He never got to see the other side where everything wasn't all sunshine and rainbows before all this happened.
"I'm sorry." The idol said, still guilty but Jungkook was persistent when he said it wasn't his fault.
"It's alright, really. Nothing you do can upset me Mr. V." The ravenette assured him,"and i don't have any regrets. I always had Yoongi, my other friend Hoseok and of course, you as my family. I think I got luckier than many."
"Me?"
"Yeah, you were in my thoughts and dreams. All day and all night. You are a part of me."
Taehyung scoffed playfully and looked away at Jungkook's confession, feeling himself flush for the umpteenth time that evening.
How can he just say things like that?
The breeze was beginning to get chilly, which made Taehyung wrap his arms around himself. Of course Jungkook took notice.
"Alright, It's getting late, I think we should get back inside." Jungkook said standing up from his chair and Taehyung followed him shortly.
They began to walk side by side to their little house on the side of the beach when Jungkook suddenly stopped and turned to look at Taehyung with an unreadable gaze. The idol stopped too and peered up at him in question.
"Can I ask you something Mr. V?"
Taehyung rolled his eyes at the stupid name again but nodded anyway.
"In the morning you were saying... That you had given me a chance that night and... I had lost it. Well, how about now?" Jungkook asked with a tentative lick on his lower lip.
"Now? What about now?" Taehyung asked back, confused.
Or maybe he was too focused on the way Jungkook's lip piercing glittered in moonlight to understand his question properly.
"I mean..." Jungkook dragged his words, stepping into Taehyung's space and leaning closer to his face before whispering the next words in his ear, "You think I was able to earn it back tonight?"
Taehyung paused, blinking for a moment or two and quickly grabbed a hold of his wayward bearings. He turned to look at Jungkook who was smirking back at him and he couldn't help but think it was sexy. Too sexy in fact.
"What if I say... No?" The idol decided to tease, again simply because it was fun.
"No?" Jungkook echoed.
"Mhm."
"Then I think you'd be lying." The ravenette bit his lip ring.
There was nothing but whispers being exchanged in the heart of darkness and Taehyung's heart did that thing again.
"I'm not." Taehyung pressed a hand on the raven's chest, right where his heart was to see if he felt the same.
"Are you sure?"
"Absolutely."
Giggles from Taehyung made Jungkook's heart flutter.
"Then what would you have me do, my prince?"
"Mm~" the idol mocked thinking but his mind had already come up with something, "You'll have to do whatever I tell you to do."
"That's all?" Jungkook husked, scoffing lightly,"Could've said so before."
"So you'll do anything?" Taehyung asked him innocently, curling a finger under the raven's collar to pull him closer like he did in the morning.
"Anything for you, Mr.V." The kidnapper whispered his promise.
"Kay then, You have three minutes to make me cum. Right here on this beach and right now. "
