It was early morning. Anika got freshened up in her room (Oberoi's guest room) and was about to head downstairs when there was a knock at her door. She opened the door and saw Gauri standing at the door with a big bronze plate, having green dress and matching accessories, decorated with flowers.

G- Good Morning, bhabhi.

Gauri wished her cheerfully. Anika smiled back.

A- Good morning Gauri.

Anika welcomed Gauri inside her room and Gauri placed the plate on the bed.

G- Bhabhi, mehendi ceremony will start in an hour so you get ready, ok. And if you need any help then call me. I'll go and check the arrangements. Don't worry about Sahil, he's downstairs with dadi.

A- Thanks Gauri.

G-No need of formalities, bhabhi. I'm just very happy that bade bhaiya is marrying such a sweet girl like you and you are like my elder sister. And if you do any formalities, then I'll also fight with you like typical sister-in-laws.

Gauri and Anika chuckled.

G- Ok. I'm going. Get ready bhabhi.

Anika smiled widely and went to close the door but stopped when she saw Shivaay standing at her door, with a tray of breakfast in his hands.

Anika looked at him confused.

A- Good morning, Mr. Oberoi.

S- Morning. Wo.. I... Breakfast...

A- What are you trying to say?

Shivaay straightened up and forwarded the tray towards Anika.

S- Umm.. Dadi has sent breakfast for you. She said that you must be hungry and all the servants were busy in arrangements so she told me to bring it for you.

Anika took the tray from him and was about to thank him when they heard dadi's shout from downstairs.

D- BILLU, WHERE ARE YOU? GO AND GET READY.

Shivaay's eyes widened in horror. Anika bit her lip to control her smile.

S(thinks) - Why does Dadi always embarrass me? Now she'll get to know that I brought breakfast for her and dadi didn't asked me. Ugh... Dadi...

Shivaay cleared his throat.

S- I should go.

He immediately ran from there and Anika burst into laughter.

She closed the door and had her breakfast. Then she went to get ready.

After 45 minutes, Anika was ready. She looked at herself in the mirror and was satisfied with her look.

Gauri knocked at the door and Anika opened the door.

Gauri was awestruck after looking at Anika.

G- Bhabhi, you're looking so beautiful. Bhaiya will be flat after looking at you.

Anika blushed a little at the mention of Shivaay.

G- Let's go, dadi is calling you. Bhaiya is already present there. I think he's so desperate to see you that he reached there before all the guests.

Gauri chuckled and Anika smiled shyly.

Gauri took Anika to the Garden where all the mehendi arrangements were done.

Gauri tied a 'Bride to be' sash around Anika's frame.

G- Enjoy your day, bhabhi.

Anika had tears in her eyes. She never expected so much in her life. She always thought that her wedding will be so simple and she'll have to do all the arrangements for herself and she won't enjoy her wedding but her everything was opposite, she was feeling so special.

Gauri held Anika's hand and took her to the sitting area where she was supposed to sit. She made her sit there.

Dadi came near Anika and put a dot of black kohl to protect her from evil eyes. Dadi kissed her forehead.

D- You're looking very beautiful, puttar.

Anika smiled at her.

D- You can easily guess it, by Billu's hanging mouth after looking at you.

Dadi said with a chuckle and Anika blushed.

Dadi went and stood beside Shivaay.

D- Billu, close your mouth otherwise some fly will enter inside your mouth.

Shivaay immediately closed his mouth and cleared his throat while Dadi chuckled.

D- Start the ceremony, girls.

All the mehendiwalis started their work. Four mehendiwalis were drawing designs on Anika's hands and feet. Other mehendiwalis were applying mehendi to Family and guests.

It was already an hour and Anika's mehendi was still not completed. All the ladies were Sitting and drying their mehendi.

Suddenly, Anika started coughing. Her throat was drying as she hasn't drank water after breakfast. Shivaay got tensed.

S- Gauri, bring some water for Anika. See, she's coughing.

Shivaay said worriedly.

G- Bade bhaiya, I've applied mehendi in my hands, how can I bring water?

S- Dadi.

D- I'll ask some waiter to bring it and make her drink.

S- No. I'll do it.

Shivaay brought a glass of water and rushed towards Anika. He sat beside her and made her drink water. Frown lines were visible on his forehead as he was worried for Anika.

Anika was stunned for a moment but then she looked at dadi, who winked at her.

Shivaay kept the glass aside, and looked at her keenly.

S- Better?

Anika nodded her head.

A- Thanks.

Shivaay nodded and stood near dadi.

After about 20 minutes, Anika's mehendi finally got completed, only the groom's name was left.

M- Ma'am, what should I write the name of the groom?

Anika looked at Shivaay and Shivaay stole a glance at her.

A- Shivaay.

As the name slipped from her lips, the surroundings freezed for Shivaay. It was the first time, Anika took his name. It sounded so good from her mouth.

Shivaay looked at Anika and their eyes got locked with each other.

Their eyelock was broken by the mehendiwali who declared that the mehendi of the bride was completed.

G- Wow, bhabhi. Your mehendi is really beautiful. But now the color will decide that how much bade bhaiya loves you.

Gauri said teasingly. Shivaay and Anika looked at each other and they shared an eyelock. OmRu entered the venue along with Sahil.

O- Wow bhabhi, you're looking so beautiful.

R- True O. I don't understand why is she marrying bhaiya?

OmRu burst into laughter while Shivaay glared at them.

Few minutes passed away, now Anika was having back pain sitting in same place from last four hours. She squirmed in her place.

Shivaay noticed her discomfort because he was continuously looking at Anika and pretending to talk with guests.

D- What happened, Anika puttar?

A- Dadi, I'm having back pain due to sitting at the same place.

D- Oh! It's okay puttar. You go and rest in your room. Anyways, the function is almost over.

G- But bhabhi, how will you go, you have mehendi in your feet?

Anika looked at them with a sad pout. Suddenly she felt herself flying in the air. She looked at the source and realised that Shivaay has picked her up in his arms.

She carefully spread her hands in front, keeping in mind not to spoil her mehendi.

OmRu whistled at Shivaay's act.

R- After Anika bhabhi's entry in bhaiya's life, bhaiya has become ShahRukh Khan.

All the guests were admiring the beautiful pair.

S- What? She's my to-be wife and it's my duty to take care of her.

O- Oooooh! We get it.

Om said with a chuckle and everyone joined him.

Shivaay ignored them and headed towards Anika's bedroom. Anika didn't heard any of the comments as she was busy in admiring her future hubby and his caring nature.

Some real feelings have started blooming in the heart of this 'fake' couple.
