This panel is designated to hear the case of Naveen and Naren. Captain Salve prosecutor.. and major General Tyagi defender.

Naina is sitting silently..there are barely people. Except Naina there is dr. Fernandez and Captain S.S. Tyagi. Son of MG Tyagi. He is here for his mom.

This case is perhaps first and last case MG. Tyagi has taken up after so much begging and pushing. She had plainly refused earlier ..but Naina came again. She again denied. Sujal was able to get her work in this case. And...She has been trying her best to get a way out. With nobody guilty present suddenly pointing at whole system is serious risk to take. Dr. Had taken name of Anish Chautala. M.L.A. That he had been conspiring against Naren for some time. The bomb was planted by himself. But...Naveen' death can not be a one man task.

Naina is insane. Case could have been easy if for One person only. Two people together. Anyone would go insane. How is that possible to make two things go one way at the same time! Salve is smart. She always catches the weak spot. Like Naveen' sister Naina. Her marriage. Her ways. Her integrity. Her Professionalism.

'Your honour. Case had been simple from day one. Naren died in an accident in Madhya Pradesh. But Captain Naveen was arrested with documents. He was stealing them. There had been an inquiry. Everything was proved that time. He was proved guilty. But Then He suicided in jail. It was out of shame. There had been nothing to dig up except the sorrow of losing her brother.

The pain which made Naina vulnerable and mad. She wanted to prove his traitor brother martyr. So...The plan was made. To plant a lame case. To project some right things wrong and here she is.

Your honor. I want to reiterate that this case had been nothing but a futile attempt to avenge a brother' death. But..even after Dr. Fernandez' statement and his Narco test...The evidences have been not enough to prove that this case had something to do with breach.

So I request this court to dismiss the case and take a strict action against Captain naina for wasting court' time.'

Salve looks at Naina...with her every word. Naina wants to throw the paperweight at her face or better punch her.

Shikha Tyagi holds her hand. She whispers something in her ear.

Naina nods and gets up.

'Your honor. What Prosecutor salve has said is right...we should not waste court' time. S thats why I am about to present the final and most important proof. Cap. Naina is going to give you this pen drive.

Your honor. Look at the details. All the documents have been prepared three years back. Signed by Naveen Singh Ahaluwalia. So...basically this report had been prepared by Naveen. But there is one more thing...

There are two signatures. Not only Naveen but one more person has done the same report. But after three years..

The report has recently been submitted to Col. Puri in Sikkim. The same report. And Naveen had suicided in Sikkim itself. If I am not wrong, the connection is clear. What Naveen wanted to point out and prove was somewhere fatal and alarming. So he was eliminated. The autopsy report had been submitted and its been proven that there were traces of poison in his body.

Question arises why would anyone kill himself when he is about to submit a important report!

This was a murder. He was murdered by the people who wanted to hide their deeds from everyone.'

Panel is reading those documents. Naina knows that with these documents she had hit bull' eye. There is nothing that can stop Naveen from getting justice.

Panel nods.

Major Smirit- 'The reports are authentic. I know Col. Puri. He has been a part of Army intelligence. If he has decided to extend this investigation and prepare a report, he must be having some reasons.'

Maj. Gen. Rawat.- 'It is intrusion of politics in army. Naveen was doing his best to stop local politicians from hampering local people's security and safety. The name mentioned in report...I think we should ask High command for setting an investigation on them.'

Colonel Bajwa- 'It is erosion of our rights. Army can not work properly if Everyone for their own motives keep on poking their noses in our matters. We have been given a mammoth task of keeping country safe. And it is not from outside only. Inside there are also too many things we need to take care of. I support panel' decision.'

Gen Ahmed-'I want immediate arrest of all the people named in report. This is breach of conduct. I too support Maj. Gen. Rawat. There should be an investigation..immediate and effective.

Rest there can be no charges on Naveen. He was doing his duty. He paid the cost by losing his life and that too wrongfully. I request Maj. Gen. Rawat to free Naveen of all charges.'

Maj. Gen. -'I too agree.

Panel hereby concludes this hearing as well this case Naveen was not traitor. He was innocent. The investigation he was carrying out must be submitted to higher authorities..and there should be no further delay in taking strict actions. This army court is adjourned.'

Naina looks at Salve. Salve is same as before. It is all business for her after all. Salve nods at her before collecting her stuff and leaving. No words of congratulation

She has proven Naveen innocent. She has won her fight.

MG Tyagi is collecting her documents now....Naina is sitting next to her.

'Naina. I must say You have been brilliant whole the time. This case is one of the toughest case of my life. So much tricky. But not for your help with proofs there could not be win. You kept up too well.'

She pats her shoulder and leaves...without congratulating her on winning this battle..

Naina keeps on sitting there. Suddenly at loss. This was what she wanted. Naveen is proved innocent. She has her everything....

Bit why the happiness ia not reaching to her heart. Why she is not happy! Why Her eyes are not shining. The excitement is lost. Why!

She keeps on looking at her cell. No notification. nobody to congratulate. In fact not even Vijay called. Not even someone else...Not even Chandra Sir.

What is this! She gave up her everything nine months ago for this moment. And now when she has this win in her hand she wants to let it go.

Naveen has been proved innocent. She has done her work. Now she wants to get up and go....

Whole time she thought only about this moment. There was no thought what will she do after this day. She has achieved her goal. And this goal...why it is not pushing her to live more. Why it is still hollow within!

She gets up lazily....

Her steps themselves turn to Life line hospital where she had left Sujal in the morning before hearing. He had got a fracture in arm while they were collecting the red box in North pargana. But Sujal had lied about it. He had hidden it until they reach Delhi. Today morning when she had seen his arm swollen and him moaning in pain she got what he had faced there. The fracture was not big but keeping that fractured arm without treatment for too long had given Sujal infection.

Suddenly she sees Reason. Reason of falling and getting up...reason of giving up and being loyal...reason of punching someone and caring..reason of being contrast and similar....

She rushes to hospital. Sujal must be needing her.. after all She needs him too.
