The One who taught me how to live in Present :

The one who taught me how to live in present ,
Was someone from my past !
The one who taught me how to live in present ,
Got separated from me ,oh so fast .

The first time we ever met ,
The promises were made for --forever ,
The second time we crossed each other ,
We said we won't let this end in a tragic way ever .

We were so close ,yet far apart ,
We were like two different stars in the same sky .
The two pieces of one heart .

The one who taught me how to live in present ,
Was actually never PRESENT in my downfalls .
But that one was the only reason ,
For whom I broke down all the walls .

I sat down next to that one ,
I said I didn't belong !
In the past ,present or the future ...
Or whatever in between came along .

The one who taught me how to live in present was never meant to stay ...
But the one who taught me how to live in present ....
Gave me a reason to live like there's no tomorrow ,
For which I feel  grateful & new  everyday :)
