Song: Nervous (Acoustic) by Gavin James
=====
It was another Saturday spent indoors but those days were the ones the brown-eyed boy enjoyed the most.
Yoongi and Hoseok just finished watching an action movie when the older asked the brunet for any suggestions on what to watch next.
"I don't know. You pick." Hoseok said when he reentered his own room with a fresh batch of popcorn.
"Jimin did suggested this one movie once. It's about this couple and their love story. I watched the trailer and it actually didn't look that bad and cliché so maybe we can watch that." Yoongi suggested when the brunet took a seat next to him on the bed. When he reached over for the bowl of popcorn, he noticed the irresolute expression painted on the taller's facial features.
"What, you don't like romance movies?" He arched a brow, shoving a handful of popcorn in his mouth.
"They're too unrealistic." The younger shrugged, chewing on a piece of popped kernel.
"Why would you say that?" The older questioned since he had watched a good amount of realistic romance movies in his lifetime. "There's a lot of people today who already found their other half and-"
"They're unrealistic for me, Yoongi." Hoseok sighed.
There was that usual silence that followed most of their conversations again.
"You don't think you'd find your half?" There was a sense of sadness in the mint head's tone that left an eerie feeling in the brown-eyed boy's chest.
"N-not... not in this world." He could only respond in a hushed manner.
And if one had blinked, they would've missed how Yoongi leaned forward and butter covered lips pressed against shocked, unmoving ones.
The foreign yet heart-stopping feeling sent the brunet into a hazy bombshell that left his mind blank.
Hoseok's eyes were still widened even when the older quickly pulled away. They were both at a lost for words judging from the surprised face the mint head had on. It seemed that his own actions caught him off guard too.
"D-Don't fucking tell anyone that happened. I-I'm leaving." Yoongi scrambled over words before collecting his jacket and phone to rush out of the room without a second thought.
The brown-eyed boy sat in place, not believing what had just happened. He should feel happy but he couldn't because guilt caught him first. What was Jimin going to think? He didn't want to lose Jimin when the boy had done so much for him.
The bell rang not long before school ended and it was time for Hoseok to patiently sit outside of the gym doors to wait for Yoongi after basketball practice. They didn't talk much the whole day, especially with the thought of the shocking kiss randomly popping up on both of their minds during their classes. Yoongi had been harsher towards the younger as the brunet had expected which made it harder to go through classes when the mint head wouldn't even look at him.
He decided to use the restroom as he waited. He didn't have the time to go during lunch or his classes because he'd be too busy catching up on work or notes from the excessive amount of times he had zoned out.
When he entered the boy's restroom, he could hear familiar sniffles coming from the big stall. He could recognized that sound. He hesitantly walked toward the stall, lightly knocking on the door.
"Jimin?" Hoseok called out and the sniffles abruptly stopped.
"Hoseokie?" The boy voiced out in a high tone. The door was unlocked but left unopened, the brunet getting the hint to step in when the smaller didn't come out.
"Hey, why are you crying?" The taller questioned when he's met with the sight of the male sitting on the restroom floor, defeated blue orbs staring at the stall divider. Tear stains and damp sleeves were enough hints of what he had been doing before Hoseok came.
"I-It's just allergies." He weakly laughed, eyes not leaving the stall divider when he sensed the other sit next to him.
"Allergies in a closed off restroom stall?" The brunet ridiculed but didn't receive a response. Instead he felt the boy lay his face on his shoulder, hugging the taller's arm to his chest.
"Jimin, what's wrong?" His concern rose by each second passing.
"Nothing" Jimin mumbled.
"You know you can tell me. You don't have to act against your emotions when you're around me." Hoseok told him when he felt chubby fingers playing with his own.
"It's just... Yoongi and I have been growing distant."
Hoseok froze, heart breaking when he heard more sniffles coming from the boy.
"Why so?"
The smaller shrugged even when the tears running down his face displayed a different emotion. "I guess h-he doesn't need me anymore so... so we broke up this morning."
"You what?" The brown-eyed boy's orbs showed just how shocked he was about the news.
"Well... I broke up with him." Jimin clarified with a sad tone.
"Why would you do that?"
"You two are basically set to be together in the end, Hoseok. I'm just here for the time being until we'd have to break up right before the wedding. I'm trying to save myself the extra heartbreak that I know I wouldn't be able to handle." The pink haired male explained, voice cracking on the last sentence. "A-And I know about the kiss. Yoongi may be cold and quiet but he's honest to others. He told me."
"You're not mad?" The confused expression the brunet had on earned himself a sad smile.
"Why would I be? I knew something like this was bound to happen."
"What do you mean by that?"
"Out of everyone, I know Yoongi the best and I can tell that he's really fond of you even if he rarely shows it." Once again, Jimin made Hoseok's heart skip a beat at the wrong time.
"But it's okay. It just makes it easier to part ways once you two get married. Less obstacles." He tried his hardest to smile, followed by a forced laugh.
Hoseok's eyes drooped, feeling guilty about the situation because he couldn't help but blame himself. "Jimin, I'm so sorry-"
"Why are you apologizing, silly?" Jimin displayed a grin that didn't reach his eyes like it usually did, squeezing the boy's hand in his. "None of this is your fault. I'll be fine sooner or later. The break up's still fresh in my mind but time will help."
He patted Hoseok's leg before standing up and offering the boy a hand. Once the taller was on his feet, Jimin pulled him into a hug and the brunet didn't hesitate to return it.
"I gotta go now. My mom has been calling me this whole time because I didn't tell her I'd be staying a bit later today." He informed while fanning his eyes in an attempt to get rid of any trail of tears.
"Okay, I'll text you when I get home." Hoseok told the smaller who nodded and said a final goodbye before disappearing out of the door.
He sighed before deciding to head back to the gym, mind fogged with worry for Jimin and thoughts of Yoongi. The past few months have had so many changes that it was hard to distinguish if they were good or bad.
The boy was so lost in thought that he didn't realize he was being pulled into a classroom until he was thrown on the floor. He groaned in pain before a click of a door resonated through the room. Looking around, the classroom was unoccupied until he turned to see an infamous grin on no other that Oh Sehun.
It had been a while since the blonde had messed with him. Usually Jimin or one of the others were there to defend him but this time he was alone. He knew what was coming to him... or so he thought.
"Hey there, brownie." Sehun walked forward and Hoseok crawled backwards until his back hit the teacher's desk. "Haven't talked to you in a while."
"W-what do you want?" Brown eyes squinted up at the boy towering him.
"I see you've learned to talk back now." He smirked before it was quickly replaced with a scowl and a slap landed on Hoseok's face, the poor boy now laying on his side, holding his reddened cheek. "Don't worry, I'll take care of that new gained attitude of yours."
He roughly pulled the brunet up on his feet, keeping a painful grip on his jaw, and his blue eyes turned dark, orbs dilating, when he scanned the weaker's features.
"You know, you'd actually be decent looking if you weren't a brownie." Sehun stroked his swollen cheek with the back of his other hand.
Then it went further down to his neck, his chest, and his torso. When he started unbuckling the boy's belt, Hoseok's eyes widened in fear.
"W-what are you doing?! S-Stop!" He screamed but wasn't able to protest more when a hand clamped his mouth shut.
"You scream for help and I'll tell everyone about you and that green troll's wedding." Sehun hissed and Hoseok was at a lost for words.
"H-how'd you k-know-"
"You and Jimin weren't exactly the smartest to talk in a restroom where anyone could just walk in at any time. Lucky for you, I was the only one who heard." The blonde grinned, yanking the brown-eyed boy's pants down and flipping him to where his upper half was pushed against the desk. "Now stay quiet and take whatever I give to you if you don't want the whole school to know about your little secret."
Hoseok had no choice but to unwillingly oblige. He had to if he didn't want Yoongi to get caught up in a bunch of bullying and teasing.
*****
Before he knew it, his boxers were pulled down and a sense of panic coursed through his body. He couldn't get up to stop Sehun from whatever he was planning because a hand roughly pushed his head down on the desk, face forced onto the wooden furniture.
"S-Sehun, please." Hoseok pleaded, breathing ragged from fear.
"Be quiet."
A belt unbuckling behind him was heard and next thing the brown-eyed boy knew, his lower half was in nothing but excruciating pain as he was being penetrated raw. He screamed, arms flailing, until the blonde clamped his mouth again to muffle his agony.
"Fuck, you're so tight." Sehun groaned, immediately pounding into the pitiful boy. Hot tears cascaded down the brunet's face, sobs barely audible behind the other's hand.
The edges of the desk dug further onto Hoseok's torso with every merciless thrust. Sehun's hands went to grip his waist when the brunet finally gave up and was now limply laying on the wooden surface, face blank and deprived of any emotion.
Hoseok felt a sudden stickiness dripping down his thigh and a groan from the other. After a few seconds he pulled out and pulled the brunet's boxers back up before buckling his own pants.
*****
Once the blonde was finished cleaning up, he patted the boy's back.
"I'll see you tomorrow, brownie. Don't forget what I told you." Sehun reminded him before walking out of the room.
Hoseok was left to recollect his thoughts, face drenched in his own tears and lower region feeling like a hundred knives had paid a visit.
He told himself that everything was fine. At least now Yoongi wouldn't need to suffer.
He told himself that Yoongi would do the same for him...
Despite knowing that it wasn't true.
But his mind didn't have a choice but to believe his own lies for his sake.
