Mom and dad dozed off probably tired of the trip.

We pulled over to a gas station, and I step into the store to buy something.

I bought a chocolate drink and I bought him a soda and some wafer biscuit I know he likes those especially with the peanut butter. I stay clear from peanut butter it's just not for my taste.

I slide the food I bought for him.

" Here, I didn't think it would take long to get there im sure your hungry" I smiled.

He chuckled seeing the wafer, he turns away and pat my head.

"Thanks" he whispered.

After a few bites, we are on our way, to home.

Third Person's Pov

Prince and his family made it time, after tackling the hardship of Philippine traffic.

Christian was very much positive the whole ride as he was very well pleased with Prince's behavior toward him and his parent.

Grandma Jen rushed out the gates with her apron on hugging his son who very much identical to her late husband Robert or Rob.

" My boy is all grown up!!!" She said squeezing Prince's father, Which was cackling with his family.

Prince felt at peace seeing his family whole again, it reminds him of the good old days where the problem we were just thinking about was what toy was better an RC helicopter or toy gun.

" Welcome home tita!! Tito!!" I turn to the loud screech of Kath's voice with a big smile on her face hugging Prince's parents.

Prince never knew she would that Kapal muks ( it translates to Thick Faced not sure of  word haha that mean no shame in a good way )

"Kapal ng Mukha mo Kath, hi Mr. and Mrs. Clemente im Josh, Prince friend I apologize for our shameless friend Kathrine," he said, Prince couldn't help but internally died of laughter.

Mr. and Mrs. Clemente chuckle in response " Nah it's fine we look a warm welcome haha" Mr. Clemente said.

"Lucio I made your favorite Caldereta and Claire I won't forget your favorite Bibingka, i ordered a few yesterday" Grandma Jen said turning her heel to the house Prince parent excitedly followed her.

Prince frown a bit, noticing Pierre is missing.

He texted him earlier, he slide his phone open seeing his text wasnt even seen.

Prince's Pov

Its been an hour and everyone was having fun, mom and dad were busy cathing up with Grandma at the terrace eating and drinking. I keep on pacing back and forth by the door and constantly checking my phone.

Pierre wasnt here yet.

Maybe he was still helping his family, i know its Christmas eve he has to be with his family but i was hoping i could spend this Christmas eve with him.

" Prince! Come on were all set " Kath said i can see her eyes glimming with excitement.

" Just a minute im still waiting for Pierre" i said smiling she frowned and pulled me under her shoulder.

" Come on im sure Pierre is on his way, lets go you deserve some fun too" she said i quickly nodded and let her pull me upstairs.

The food and drinks were already placed and the cards are on the deck because were are playing king's cup.

All of the sudden the door slammed open, Julie was panting hard.

We stood up

Kath and Josh approached her but she runs to Christian and start hitting him .

"You Bastard!!!! You monster!!!" She wailed, i look at Christian and Julie as i try to figure out whats going on.

" w what is going on?" I said as i place myself in between them

Julie glares at Christian

"Pierre! is in the ER right now because he got into a car accident! And i know this is bastard's doing!!!" She shouted.

" n no t that cant be right! Christian's been with me whole afternoon how could you blame that to him!" i replied as my hands starts to shake.

Julie shook her head and glared at him.

"Let's go to the hospital please!" I sobbed turning to the door.

We all rode into silence

The whole car ride Julie's sobs were all we are hearing, I sat there silently processing the news.

I jog into the ward

"Pierre Delo Santos!" I whimpered trying to bite down on my lips from crying.

This was supposed to be a happy evening.

"The patient is at the ER, stabilizing," she said.

I felt my knees buckle grabbing on the table for support.

I turn to see Mrs. Delo Santos

"Aunt-

*Slap*

I cupped my cheeks, and look at her she is glaring at me.

"I told you, Frederick! to let him break up with him because he starting to flunk school for him!, and I know he is the reason why he is here!" She screamed at her husband.

Mr. Delo Santos took Auntie beside him and was escorted by the nurse.

I turn my heel and sprinted out of the hospital, as i felt my chested being pressed.

Sitting in the parking lot i let the tears fall, i couldn't forget what Mrs. Delo Santo's words saying its my fault.

It wasnt my fault.

I didnt do anything

It was an accident

A shoulder pulled me under its protection, i turn my head too look at Julie looking at me why her eyes are puffy red.

" its not your fault, you must forgive auntie for her actions she is just venting the pressure shes feeling as a hurting mother" she said.

I nodded " i understand, thank you" i whispered.

She kissed my forehead

" you need to be careful of Christian i may not be able to tell you much, but i believe Pierre's accident is not really an accident it was planned by him" she said.

My brows furrow in confusion, shy does she think that way.

" just think about it, go home for now ill update you about Pierre after" she said.

I nodded
